I always experienced this last year specially at cold weather. I kept on using my phone, just laying down on bed or sitting everywhere. After sitting for a long time, then I try to stand up. It is like a bang! KO! hahaha I will quickly stretch the affected part, to get rid of the pain. It gives me a really serious pain that can make me go crazy hahaha but now I tried doing exercise, some walking or jogging everday, basketball and just being active, it rarelu visits me now.

Usually playing intense basketball running down sprint up and down then suddenly your legs felt lock and cant move. It's tough but by resting it for a few while it'll be back just don't sprint it back again. I haven't had the sleeping muscle cramp. Probably worst feeling lol

Kaya mabuti mag exercise ate. Kasi may mga muscles tayo na naninigas. Sa binti talaga ang masakit okaya sa lower back. Noong nakaraan di ako makayuko dahil sa lower back spasm ko. Buti nalang nawala.
