I almost hang up a few times every time I drink but there are days that are not bad. What I do before bed? This is based on my experience. We know that most of us drink. Have a night out and spend the night with friends, family, workmates and of course a family gatherings.
The great way to keep away from a hangover headache is to restrict how a lot alcohol you drink in a single sitting. Because drinking alcohol can you dehydrate as too much drinking may be tomorrow you will face up for a hang over.
So now I will share to you What I do before and after bedtime?
Before:
Drinking a lot of Water: That what I said Alcohol can we dehydrated. Hydration can reduce dehydration and the resulting headaches and dizziness.
Drinking a Sports Drink: We know the sports drink is common for the athlete. Sports drink can we hydrated. We lose a lot electrolytes in our body that is why we dehydrate. We pee every time. If we feel drunk take this not too much. Sportdrinks contains a lot of electrolytes.
Taking a medicine before bed. Me If i feel I'm so drunk I will take a medicine like Medicol or any headache medicine.
After:
Take a bath to reduce alcohol pressence in our body.
Take a exercise. Sweating for a short time it can help to reduce hang over.
Smelling a pain killer rub or vapor rub.
Just need a rest.
Drink a espresso or a black coffee.
It's just based on my experience and these are some of the things I often do when I'm drunk. We have him a technique on how we can overcome our aftershock or hang over time.
To avoid hang over? Do not drink too much and do not drink alcohol.
