Life: Challenge or Opportunity
How do you view life? A challenge or an opportunity?
Sometimes, life can be challenging. We make verbal contracts in our heads, with ourselves, about how we should be, about how we should act. When we get out of line, when we don’t act in the ways that we imagined, this causes a lot of pain and suffering. Unresolved guilt, fear of failure, feelings of inadequacy – all of these things can cause us to feel confused and very unhappy in the present moment.
From an early age we learn to associate these feelings with success or failure – and they can feel extremely uncomfortable. In every case, we examine the key challenges that we are experiencing and then look at how we are reacting to them – often, we are creating additional problems for ourselves by the way we treat these issues – this only makes the problem worse.
Life teaches us many things. Some of these things are painful, some are joyful and some that we just don’t understand. Sometimes our past experiences teach us something that will allow us to be better at what we do. They are sometimes painful lessons but they present opportunities. Everyone has unique experiences; while some tend to be more pleasant than others, the lesson learned is sometimes what we take away from the experience.
There are opportunities everywhere if you just open your eyes and have the ability to take them by seeing through the challenges circumscribing them. The opportunities you see in life is what shapes who you are. Being able to observe and feed off the energy of life is an incredible experience. Each day presents a new way to learn and experience life positively that no one else can offer you.
Since opportunities don't simply present themselves. You have to find them, and there are no shortcuts. You have to find them amongst the challenges that life brings. Every day brings with it new possibilities, and each one of them are valuable in some way. With that in mind, you shouldn’t see life as a challenge. You should see opportunity in every morsel of life, and you know that everything happens for a reason because it's not by chance. Whether it's an opportunity to learn from someone else or apply your own knowledge, you see it all as a stepping stone to success.
The best advice is never to give up in the face of adversity and to carry on in the face of obstacles and challenges. Be consistent in your actions and remember that slow and steady wins the race every time.
Ask any human being if life is easy or difficult, almost all of them will say it can be a bit of both. From the day you are born, we are in a constant struggle for survival. These challenges increase as we go through each stage of life (childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age) until eventually we reach a point where there is no more struggle, no more challenges; we are gone. This is how life works, a constant battle to survive.
Life is not just about surviving but thriving as well. Thriving comes when you can understand that life is also about learning from our mistakes and through this learning process become better people and eventually create better communities. However, for some people life becomes too much, and they start second guessing whether it’s worth going on or not. Life is not really about finding yourself.
Life is about creating yourself. Creating opportunities for yourself. Creating the will to survive in this harsh world.Life is an opportunity that you miss every time you focus on your problems. Life is a gift that you give to yourself when you focus on things that inspire you. Life is a gift for which we can only feel gratitude when we realize that every moment of our existence has been a moment of joy, freedom and creativity. Life is a learning opportunity where you can find out that there is nothing that prevents you from living the way you want. But also,
Life is a challenge where we are evolving, without any effort, on a continuous path towards the realization of our true nature. Life is an exercise in clarity and simplicity that helps us find peace within ourselves, and in the process, helps us become better human beings.
Many people just give up when they don’t get an opportunity to win. They’ll tell you it doesn’t matter and that it’s no big deal, but it is a big deal. Don’t let your dreams die young. Never lose hope in what you want to pursue. Sometimes you have to work hard to achieve your goals and dreams.
A lot of people say they will do something, but they don’t actually do it. Some people say they have plans, but they don’t have a solid direction where they are going. You have to have a plan on how you will achieve success and make sure that step by step, day by day, and month by month, you accomplish what you set out to do.
Life comes with opportunities. Take a chance. If you're an entrepreneur, you have the opportunity to offer something you've created to the world. Maybe it's your craft, or your art, or what you're writing. If you're an author, maybe your book is about to hit shelves. If you're a small business owner, perhaps you're about to open a new location.
Opportunities are all around us. They're in the relationships between people, in the things that we say and do, in the choices that we make and in the way we engage with the world. The best way to prepare for any opportunity is to be ready for it. The best way to be ready for an opportunity is to be prepared. Sometimes preparing for an opportunity means you need to take chances, sometimes it means you have to learn to pick yourself up when you fall down. And sometimes you just have to go out there and find it. The only way to benefit from opportunities is if you are willing and able to take advantage of them. It's scary, but the fear of not knowing what'll happen if you do something is scarier still.
A lot of the challenges we face in life are internal. The challenges may be from our own thoughts, problems, worries or even guilt. Many challenges also come from within ourselves. This is why we need to challenge our thoughts, take action and master our emotions. Some challenges require us to take action, so that’s what we’re going to do.
So what challenges do we face? Let’s find out by taking action
Take Action.
Challenge Thoughts - A lot of our challenges come from within ourselves. Our thoughts can hold us back and be a barrier to our success and happiness.
Challenges:
1. The challenge of the unknown
2. The challenge of void
3. The challenge of doubt.
These challenges will emerge in life, and it is up to you to overcome them. The key, however, is not to focus on the challenge but on the outcome of overcoming it.
For instance, a challenge in school is taking a test and not knowing what will be on it. If a student focuses on the challenge itself, then that student will become distracted, confused and frustrated - expending all of their energy on the content of the test. However, if they focus on the outcome they are after - such as getting a certain grade - then they can study accordingly and make use of their energy to prepare for that outcome. A given challenge may seem impossible when you first begin addressing it, but with focused energy, one can overcome it by putting all your effort into its solution - thus, over time, mastering it.
Challenges are part of life. They’re what makes us stronger. We are bound to face different challenges throughout our life. These challenges reveal our true character. They teach us who we are and how we can grow as a human being. But, how do we overcome the challenges of life? How do we deal with the hardships we face? I think it’s all about perspective.
We should always remember that the challenges are something that unite us, not divide us. If you see a challenge as an obstacle that you must get over and above, it becomes easier to deal with. You become determined to overcome all challenges in order to reach your goals. Life is a challenge by nature. It’s been a challenge ever since the beginning of time. The industrial revolution was a challenge for society. Western society is a challenge for people who do not fit into the norm. The modern family is a challenge for those left behind. All of these challenges come with ups and downs, and that’s what makes them so interesting. However, there are also times when life seems like nothing more than an endless series of challenges, with no end in sight. These challenges can feel overwhelming, even traumatic and many people who experience them feel like they’re alone in their struggle. But we have to move past them.
Final thoughts
Life’s opportunities are like falling in love, something you never see coming. You don’t know if it’s real or if it’s going to last. When an opportunity pops up we have a decision to make. Will we take the opportunity? Or will we pass it up for fear that it might turn into something bad? Will it be too much work? Will it interfere with what we’re doing? Making the decision to say yes or no to life’s opportunities is always harder than it seems. When the laws of time and space seem unbreakable, I choose to be a dreamer. When The World Turns Its Back, I Choose To Have Hope.
I Choose To Look For Opportunities.
An opportunity is just a chance to do better work than you did before
Author’s Endnote.
Life can be whatever you want it to be. A challenge or an opportunity. It all depends on how you envision your life.
Stay happy always.
It is both a challenge and an opportunity. We just have to change our perspective and our attitude towards life to see the difference.
