"When you're just meant to love each other, but you're not meant to be together"
Ghosted, means someone just suddenly disappeared or leave without saying any single word.
Sometimes we don't understand why a person needs to leave without saying a word. They leave lots of questions to ask and nobody can answer as no one knows the real reason. It's actually annoying at some point, as your time and effort get wasted. But it's also hurt to someone who feels love and been ghosted.
Yesterday while I was watching "Showtime"(a noontime entertainment show here in Philippines )one of the judge mentioned that she was once been ghosted by someone she adore.
It was actually in their "Tawag ng Tanghalan" segment, where after one of the contestants sing her song, one of the Judge named Yeng surprised everyone with her revelation about her past with one of the noontime show host named Ryan. Eventually everyone was confused as nobody knows about their past, until Yeng shares to them their past relationship.
Anyway, Yeng is a song writer and at the same time a famous singer here in the Philippines. Last 2010 she composed a Song entitled "Chinito" and it's become a famous hits during that period as everyone loves that song. Nobody knows that Yeng actually write that song for Ryan, her Chinito crush. She was inspired and motivated by the sweetness that Ryan has always showed to her even though they are million miles apart as Ryan was in Korea and Yeng was in Philippines.
They already actually meet and see each other, and that's they didn't mention yesterday if when, but they have some photo together.
At this photo they are still young, i think they are both still teen-agers.
Yeng-Ryan
Yeng says their communication ended because Ryan just suddenly disappeared. He never showed up anymore and he didn't even sent any single message to Yeng . She admit that she was hurt as she really likes Ryan and she thought Ryan likes her too. She assumed because it's always kind, caring and sweet to her, but eventually it leaves her heart broken with tear's as it ghosted her. She admit that even if you're still not officially in a relationship it's still hurts when the person just suddenly left.
Ryan depend his side, explaining that he thought that Yeng don't like him. Because every time he invites Yeng to go to a party with him, whenever he was in Philippines, it always refused to go. During that time Ryan admit that he also likes Yeng, its just he misunderstood Yengs behaviour. He even thought that because it always decline his invitation, it also dumped his feeling .
Yeng says, because that time she really don't like to attend a party, so she always don't want to go with him, but it doesn't mean she was dumping him.
12 year's later they see each other again which is yesterday, but not to continue their love story, but to have their closure.
Yeng is now happily married with her Filipino husband, while Ryan is still single.

Closing thoughts:
Their story is a proof that if you love the person let her/him know, and have a clarification. It was better to get rejected than to regret later, as you didn't know that you actually already found the one but you let her/him go, because you were afraid to face the consequences of your fate.
Their story is also a good example that not everyone that you meet was the one that really meant for you. You just got a chance to know each other but that doesn't mean you will get a chance to love each other and be together, as it is also part of the game of our fate.
Life is full of consequences that we have to deal with, weather you don't want to take it or to leave it.
