Happy Sunday you all...

Today has been a very stressful day for me cause I have to let my patience, love, morals guide me although the day. I already had an article topic to write for today but I guess I would do that another time and this occurred due to what happened yesterday at my grandma's. I would share what happened and talk about prayer.

Family

No matter how hard life is, no matter who turns their back against you, FAMILY will Always be there for you. Recently I read an article on readcash about the difference between FAMILY AND RELATIVE, it's so painful I can't remember the username of the writer, would have loved to tag him/her.

They said, family is not just blood-related people, but people that are ready to give their all for you, people that are always there when you need them, people you can run to when the whole world is against you. No matter what happens, a family doesn't sly on family, family doesn't betray family. Some may say I take this family thing like vin diesel of fast and furious or like Klaus and Elijah of The Originals.

Recently my cousin and little sis had a misunderstanding on their way home due to my sister rudeness, you know how girls can be when they are upset, they continue to argue in the car on their way home, she said some mean things to him and he allowed his anger to get the best side of him, he parked his car, In that cold night and dragged her out of the car, shut the door and zoom off. Luckily I wasn't home to ask him where my sister was, I was at a night party, she called me and was about to cry, after explaining what happened to her favor, I left the place in anger and headed home. I had plans to deal with him since we are of the same age, I'm just quite bigger, but I thought of it again, I know how annoying my sister can be but I would never do such to her. Before I got home, grandma had already settled the dispute and he apologized to her but my sister refuse to apologize. You see, a stubborn girl. I already spoke with him and he shared his grieve with me, I understand him but told him he didn't act like a family, if anything had happened to her, we wouldn't be seating together talking right now. It took all the goodwill in me to handle the matter maturely, I'm just glad Grandma is around, she scold both of them and caution my cousin not to do that again, grandma point was " she's the youngest in the house, and will always get on our toes but that shouldn't be a reason to toss her away, we are family and we should let love be the foundation of our bond" I was wondering why she was including me in the correction like I did anything wrong. But was glad she was around.

I had planned on talking about prayer today also but I guess that would be another time, I'm so exhausted right now.

In conclusion

Always make sure you love your family, let love rule, there is a word that is common in my country "Blood is thicker than water" meaning, no matter how one can misbehave or act, as far he or she comes from a family, the family will always love that person, that phrase has a lot of meaning, you can drop yours in the comment section.

Thanks for reading, I hope you learned something from it. You can follow me for more and my prayer article is coming next, you shouldn't miss it... I'm sure you will learn from it too.

Your cousin was quite rash with his actions... Why didn't he just remain silent while she keeps talking to herself rather then engaging her. It's almost impossible for a guy to win a lady in war of words because he could be pushed to hit her which ofcourse is wrong on many levels... He should have just being a gentleman and instead reported the disrespect to you or grandma. Women will always be women, that means a man should always be a man

The Story you gave, had it been something bad had happened to your sister, even the cousin that dropped her will enter into the realm of tears, that's just it. Family is so strong, even though we act wrongly, the bond will still be there

Family is everything.

Your cousin actually let anger take the best of him but that doesn't change the fact that he loves your sister. Cause there's this very strong bond family share

Anger which could not be handled right, could lead someone to do things unreasonably, that might hurt somebody. And words spoken without minding it would hurt someone is not good. Hurting someone's emotion could turn someone to anger. Both have done wrong, the older as well as the younger. The younger should have respect the older . The older should have controlled her temper and not to act that way. He acted irresponsibly being the older one that should protect the young and not to expose her to unsafe situation. Good thing you have your grandmother to make you all realize that all of you needed to love one another as a family.

Ladies will always be ladies, they'll probably get on your nerves, you just have to strategize the way you handle them, your cousin did the wrong thing leaving her alone to fend for herself on that cold night. I hope he learned from his mistakes and do better, and you handling the situation in a matured manner says more about who you truly are. The article Family and Relative was written by my very self @Balikis..

Thank God your grandma saa around, I think her presence calmed you down and helped you handle things maturely. However, your cousin was very wrong to have done that. Anything could have happened to her
