I never thought two years would be this fast, I entered read.cash last June 2020 it was when bulls starting to kick off the bears. I can't remember the exact date as I have this forgetful habits but I am certain it was June that my life truly change after I signed up in here.
My profile won't lie that I am now two years user in read as of writing this article. Two years passed and I've seen a great progress towards my blogging journey and crypto. It's so funny that a noob learns a lot, I mean I am so noob that I don't even know what URL means way back when I emailed Simon about my account issues before.
Noob exploring crypto
(Maybe Simon laugh at my ignorance, because I even laugh at myself after realizing it. LMAO)
Imagine from that point, I never thought I'll learn a lot about crypto which has a lot of jargon and technical terms. I never thought my brain cells can take all the complicated things about crypto, maybe you want to know what's my secret understanding all those things? Well, it's the willingness, perseverance and passion in learnings that drives me forward. I can't learn enough if I don't have those drives.
I won't be ashamed how naive I was way back because it leads me to where I am now. I'm too naive that I keep asking anyone just to learn something, I even ask developers or anyone in BCH community but those people didn't let me feel I'm so stupid by asking, instead they patiently answer and guide me through especially Telesfor. I even keep bugging Marc Demesel here and in Twitter asking if BCH is good to hold haha, that's why I was inspired to hold it because he keeps replying to me with βYesβ as we all know even a single letter from Marc response is already big deal as he was a very busy person.
After understanding the basic about BCH, I tried expanding my knowledge outside the community and explore the whole crypto in general, such as DeFi, trading, collecting NFT's and applied content creator in SuperUMAn.
Noob learns to hold and slowly embracing financial literacy
Way back when I didn't enter crypto yet, I already knows how to save money because I don't like having debts, I always save for rainy days but when I entered crypto through read.cash I've learned more how to save better, how to cut the pie into expenses, saving, and for investment. I've learned to invest what I've earned in the platform.
My blogging journey helps me financially, not just to cover my needs but also gives me capital to do trade, and to hold most of my BCH.
I owe this community a lot in terms of financial and most of all the learnings, I wouldn't be what I am now if I didn't sign up in here. Maybe until now, I am still noob and always getting scammed due to my ignorance not doing research before investing my hard earned money.
I have built my portfolio through read.cash, I owe Simon, Marc Demesel and the rest of the BCH community a lot. Thank you so much!
I build my name from scratch
For a very noob user in read.cash, I build my name in here from scratch. Only through community engagement I made people know my name.
One thing I can assis in building your profile in a certain community is that engagement helps a lot. By commenting other articles, replying to the comments of your article and giving a little tip from other users too. You will never be at loss when you do that thing, even if the user you commented didn't get back to you or return the support you have given because everything you do in your account will reflect on your name.
You should not be worried when a certain user does not reciprocate what you do because you are the very first benefactor of it as people will start noticing you when you too active and not just that of course the RandomRewarder as well.
I entered crypto during bull market season, and currently we are in bear market. But this doesn't scare me, I know bull market will be back, not now, not so soon but it'll come for sure.
I have so much to tell about my two year journey in read.cash, but I won't make this too long so I won't bore you.
I just wrote this as I remember I'll be two years this month as well and just in time Jane had her Turning 2 Years Old (Community Engagement Writing Challenge) so I opted to write mine, this is not an entry but if her contest entry are few she can include mine if she likes haha! This is just a way of supporting her contest collaboration with #Club1BCH, I can't donate for the prizes since I'm in tight budget right now as I am preparing for my upcoming wedding and bears are shitting us.
If you like to participate, just read her guidelines in her article. Thank you!
