Some quotes that can help handle stress

Lately I feel that I am stressed by those around me, people, things, events/happenings and much more. I don’t know the reason why. I feel like I’m becoming unproductive. It's like I don't want to do the things I always do and I'm used to. I don’t know why I feel it, maybe it’s that I’m pressured in everything.

A while ago I thought of searching for quotes about stress, also a way to reduce the heavy feelings I feel right now. Sometimes when I read quotes it helps to be motivated and inspired.

I don't like how I feel now because I always seem to be sad and having problems. Even though I smiled and laughed, they weren't from the heart and I just tried to. My brain is always full of things that it shouldn't be. I think a lot that I shouldn't think about. Although I chat with others and reply to their mesaages with a laugh but deep inside I am really sad and while typing the message my face is frowning.

So these are some of the quotes I picked up while I was reading earlier.

“Stress acts as an accelerator: it will push you either forward or backward, but you choose which direction.” - Chelsea Erieau

It is right, not in all cases stress lowers or down you, sometimes stress also pushes you to become a better person because you eager for something. And it's up to you how you handle stress, whether you're going to fall down or whether you're going to make it a motivator so you can do more things.

“The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it.” - Sydney J. Harris

Sometimes we always say that we don't have time to rest but just like the quotes say the time you can rest is the time when you think you don't have time for it. It's hard to understand but I hope you get what I mean. We make ourselves too tired to think about things we shouldn't so we lose time to relax, I think that's sometimes the reason.

“My key to dealing with stress is simple: just stay cool and stay focused.” - Ashton Eaton

When you are focused on something or what you are doing it will help you to have a destination in what you are doing. When you do a lot and you don't know what to prioritize, that will really causebyou to get confused and not be able to think properly, so just focus on one thing first and when you finish it, then follow the list of things you need to do.

“There is no such thing as a stress-free life. No evidence has ever been presented which suggests that a stress-free life can ever be achieved. Stress can be managed, relieved and lessened, but never eliminated. ” - Gudjon Bergmann

If there was only one exact way to have a stress-free life, other people would have done that for a long time. But it's not, because stress depends on us because we are the ones who will handle it, how we can manage and how we can reduce/lessen the stress we feel but we can't escape the stress, they say it comes to people on its own and you can't just avoid it, if you get laid.

If you throw your garbage properly in the trash it will not be a problem but if you just throw your garbage somewhere it will be a problem of the world. It's like stress, on how to get rid of stress in your life, whether in the right way or in a way that is not appropriate and has other consequences.

“These mountains that you are carrying, you were only supposed to climb.” - Najwa Zebian

Why are you lifting the mountain? Aren’t they just for climbing? It’s like being told why you’re lifting your problem that you should just come up with a solution.

Sometimes I really think in advance, I'm even thinking about something which has not yet happened and that's what I think is the problem with me. I should just let what happens happen and will not be the one who always think about right away, things that I have no control over. The thing will happen if it is really destined to happen and you can do nothing to control it because it is already destined.

We can do things but not all of them we can do. We cannot force ourselves if something is not really for us, it will only result in something bad. It's not like your not useful when you say I can't do this, I can't do that, sometimes we really have the ability. And don't force yourself to do what you see others can do, not in all cases should you imitate what they do.

Who else will work together but only those who have experienced it themselves because they are the ones who understand each other because they have already gone through it. They know what the stress you are feeling so they can understand you and help you to overcome it like they did. And when you know how hard it feels and you already step into that situation you don't want others to be hurt and experience that so all you have to do is help them.

Don't fill your brain too much because it may not be able to handle it. Just calm down. Try to calm your brain, don't think about whatsoever. Because when you relax, many solutions to your challenges/problems will come out of your mind, it will come out spontaneously even if you don't think about it and that's happen when your mind is relaxed so it had time to function properly.

Everything I said here is just my own point of view and opinion. We have different beliefs, views and opinions so I respect the will of those who read it.

How many times have I been through stress so I can afford to handle it and soon I know it will also end with the heavy feeling and sadness I feel.

I like the one from Gudjon Bergmann, indeed we can't create a life that is stress free. It's up to us on how are we going to live our lives with stress yet enjoyable. This is very timely. I'm feeling a bit stressed as well these days.

Ah!!! These are the things which I was in need today. All quotes are really effective and efficient. Actually we all have depression, stress , neither we can deny this eternal fact nor can change these but we can deal with these things differently in a positive way. Sometimes it's okay to feel stressed as our stress works as a reminder that now we need some extra care and love. Stay strong and positive

Basically stress is integral part of our life , it is inevitable especially that we are dealing many stuffs but the choice is ours, is either we choose to lay on the bed the whole day or we stand to make something to cut that stress out. Always choose the path were you can be better hihi.

Sometimes we do things that are beyond our capability and that is what makes us stressed, pressured, and worn-out. It doesn't mean that you are lazy or dumb if you can't do everything. We're not robots that are designed to do activities that are beyond what a human can do. Well, even robots have limitations. If something exceeds their capability, of course, they will not function to do it, because they know, it can only drain the battery or worst damage its machine. Humans are like that too. We should not exceed our limitations.

I agree Langga. We can do the things but not everything. We shouldn't push ourselves to things that give us burdens. To the things not destined for us because we are the one who will be suffer from it. Do the things we are capable only.
