Practicing writing also gets you out of writers block. Just write what your mind thinks at that instant. Do it for 30 days.
If we realize everything in our life compounds to future output, our life changes. We stop spending money to avoid being broke. We eat healthy to avoid stomach issues in future. We work smart, to avoid work burnout in near future. We exercise to avoid gaining weight in near future. We make new friends all day to avoid being lonely in future. If you want to avoid future problems, do something today to help your future self. I learned this the hard way.

Noticed one problem with charity organizations. A lot of organizations just take the photos of the victims to collect more funds. A lot of those funds never reach the expected people. My session with the psych was kind of relaxing. His advice to me. "Make a habit to see people making mistake on road, parks, construction places or anywhere. See them doing things that are disaster. Let them fail. Train your mind to let go of other people making mistake. Dont help them. Don't rush inside your mind. Let other people and world take care of it. Don't stress yourself for their actions. Let everything go to hell."

What do you miss the most from the pre-pandemic time? I miss the travel. I used to travel to small nearby places. I have yet to travel to Africa and few other places with nature. Also people and food which used to be good. Now people are grumpy and food is rushed and forced for the sake of it. Lot of things changed now.

I have recently noticed one interesting thing. It's having too many priorities. Like X before day ends, Y before day ends, Z before day ends. I think our mind can't take too many priorities and becomes mediocre at everything. So we end up with one priority at a time. If everything is your priority, what are you going to end up with?
Let's talk about writing minimum 100 words. If you are on steemit, HIVE, uptrennd or readcash. You should write 100 words of what your mind wants to say but could not. Start by writing those 100 words and publish as is. Don't wait for tips. Don't wait for upvotes. Just get it out. What worst that can happen? People will ignore it. Well not writing it means you are already ignored isn't it? So write 100 words. I am starting this challenge for myself.
Here's something I learned through depression and Fate. You assume the worst. Try to avoid the worst. Worst happens anyway. The worst that happens through fate is lot different than what you imagined. It can be good or bad depending on your previous chained reactions of thoughts & actions. My 2 cents on Love. No matter what you love. What you crave. After some time that love becomes "work". Our mind is programmed to chase struggle, once we have it, we move to another point. Love is same. It becomes work, once you reach all the check posts in head. Some people are lucky to have love. Some just never have it.
Does revenue show off or earning case studies affect people psychologically? I have seen that seeing other people directly mention their 1 million earning upsets some people. Instead a lot of people who share their steps of earning 10 $ to 100$ and then 1000$ and then 10k progressively never affects people negatively or creates jealousy. I guess transparency brings positive vibes and hiding the process leads to negativity. I could be wrong though. Just my 2 cents.

Except for money, I think I'd love randomness in life. Money is one thing that needs to be consistent. Health is only 50% in our hands. Rest goes depend on unknown variables. Nothing is really in our hand to be honest. So random is what makes us see new roads and paths of life.

Playing multiplayer games have taught me few things: 1. When you want to win and you are powerful but team is not, you will be losing and disappointed. 2. When you have no intention of winning but team is good or passable, you may win if you take the role and play by your strengths. When you work in team, winning is easy. If your team mates are playing safe and coward like, your solo push don't work. What have you learned so far from MMO games?

I have recently realized that a lot of dApps which are holding your keys to access the blockchain data, often can leak your account details to the app owners. Justice League Snyder cut was kind of visual treat. It had pretty much no strong story to be honest. A lot of slow motion and too much CGI. Like really too much CGI. Some people liked it but I didn't find anything new to like it. Just my 2 cents on this new movie or remake.

Sometimes you have to take time away from things that chain you. Be it parents, partner, kids or friends. Unless you unchain yourself, you can't move out of loop. Once you are out of loop, you can start thinking differently. Take time out for yourself. One day in a month. Just for your own self.
Aquarium therapy. I am currently trying through to reduce the blood pressure level. Basically you buy a tank and add some colorful fish. And by looking at them you try to forget what worries you. It's especially useful if you have bigger tanks And big fishes especially the colorful ones the better. Have you tried it for your blood pressure?
