Binance (BUSD) gives 6% interest and air drops.
Unless you stake it they are all the same... Stable coins pegged to US Dollar. They will eventually go down in a way because of inflation. Also, any ERC-20 on ETH has super high gas fees to move around. The best choice in the ones you are asking is BUSD, maybe GUSD...
