Does it ever happened to you that you keep on helping people and ended up alone? You helped your siblings and they avoid you? You helped friends and they don't want you? What kind of curse is this?

that sounds very bad, but I guess I know that from some where else, that´s life sometimes it´s not what it should be :(
I get this a lot. This might sound counterintuitive but sometimes it's not about you at all, it's about the emotional burden those people are carrying. Right now in particular people are in "emotional survival mode" and they possibly aren't avoiding you but are trying to just get themselves through the day. To do this they'll look for things or people who refill their energy and motivation faster than life is depleting it.
The nature of the help you provide and how you provided it can paradoxically alter the relationship with the person helped: shame, guilt, feeling indebted ... A frank and honest question on how was perceived your help can burst the abscess or make the other realise the help that you brought without even the other not realising it. Open and frank communication is essential, each human being has had a perception of his own, and it is not yours ... Only dialogue can unlock this feeling of frustration.
all you can do is keep taking the high ground and if you are not appreciated fir being yoy just back off from those who are not respecting you. but yes sadly despite our best efforts it happens
