How many of you try to keep your email inbox clean? I have this OCD of cleaning inbox every now and then. I have unsubscribed to emails which are random and same with newsletters. Do you keep inbox clean?

I just mark spam.
I do what I can which currently means deleting my Celsius notifications as they come in (c.250 per day on average)
