Light and Night first visit at the vet clinic
Yesterday I stated in my last article about our puppies namely Light and Night going to have their very first visit at the clinic. Just like a newborn babies, puppies needs check up and immunization too in order to keep them safe and prevent the unnecessary infection they might get in the future.
So yesterday, after I have posted my article, my brother in law came to fetch us. It was around 330 in the afternoon. Our first stop is the animal clinic where the puppies will have their first check up. My original plan is to have them listed first if in case there were a lot of people waiting to have their pet checked to and then go to the grooming clinic where Lucy and Marley will have their haircut, then proceed back to the animal clinic. Luckily, when we arrived at the clinic location, the waiting area is clear so I approached the guard and I listed my name on his record book. Since it was Light and Night first visit, I filled up a piece of paper indicating some of the information about the pet I have for the clinic's future references.
The assistants took Light and Night from me and checked their weight. We aren't allowed to go inside the clinic because of healthy measures the clinic is still implementing. As I am waiting for the veterinarian, I am happy that the assistants were going crazy over Light and Night because who can't resist their cuteness. Both of them behave well too.
Just a few minutes later, the doctor came and ask a few questions about the puppies. He told me that they will received a 5 in 1 vaccine and deworming as well. He performed the inoculation after that. He told me the probable side effects of the vaccine and assured me that it is normal for the puppies to be inactive since they just got their first vaccine.
He finally give me the pet's health record, this is a booklet where all the immunization is recorded and noted that we need to be back after two weeks for another set of vaccine and deworming. He wrote a prescription too for the puppies vitamins. After that, one of the assistants prepared the bill. The total bill charged was 1400 php including the vitamins. So I guess, I need to prepare the same amount, more or less after two weeks.
I took the puppies out after paying the bill and off we go to the next destination, the grooming clinic. Unfortunately when we arrived there, the service for grooming was already cut off. I told my brother in law to go to another grooming clinic where our Yumi had her last haircut but then when we arrived there it was the same case. They advised us to go on Monday since they aren't open on Sunday. We should be really early next time, but since no one can accompany us there in the next days, I guess Lucy and Marley will get their haircuts after two weeks.
We headed back home but before that we dropped by at Mcdonalds drive thru to buy some food for our snacks. But we ended up cancelling our order since large fries isn't available, like how come? My glutonny over Mcdo fries is showing, so since they don't have it, I decided that we should just got home and order it from the food application instead.
When we got home, I ordered our snacks right away and then a few minutes later our food came. The boys were out that time so I waited for them before I can finally dig in.
Final thoughts
To be honest, taking puppies to the doctor is quite expensive. But to ensure their safety against infection and future diseases I have to do it. I was like having another baby that needed to complete their immunization in order for them to go out freely without having fear of getting sick. Though getting sick is unavoidable but with protection from vaccines it won't get worst. Puppies are vulnerable too and at their very young age they can caught a lot of bacteria while exploring, but with the help of immunization they can overcome it and grow healthier and happier.

My Saturday Update
Hello there lovely souls! It's been a while since my last article and I believe this is the longest time that I have not written an article since I started my journey as a trying hard blogger here on this platform. The whole week has been a busy day for me even though I am just staying home to take care of my kids and my furbabies.
Apparently as of this writing I don't know exactly what to share because I can't think of a particular things or topic to share with you all. Today is Saturday and yesterday our puppies turned 2 months old. Last week they're supposed to see the vet, unfortunately my brother in law who is supposed to accompany us to the animal clinic isn't available because he had some errands to do, so I told him it was okay and maybe he can accompany us next time.
Last night I asked him again if he was free this Saturday and he replied that he'll check this morning if he has a schedule at work. This morning he message me again that he doesn't have work so I told him to fetch us this afternoon so that I can take the puppies to the veterinarian for their very first check up. Also I will take Lucy and Marley to have their haircut. It took them long to have haircut because the price of every haircut is 450 pesos each. So if both of them will have haircut that would be 900 pesos. Waahh so expensive right? It used to be only 300 pesos when Yumi had her very first haitcut. But I have no choice since their hair falls every now and then and I have to sweep and mop the floor like everytime. Plus long hair doesn't suit them well coz' I can't see their eyes anymore. Last time, we have them checked because their hair is the cause of their eye irritation.
Now, my next concern is that our refrigerator is having some tantrums. The freezer is working fine, however the fridge is not cooling like it used to be. Our water isn't that cold and I am kinda worried what could be the problem. I was looking for some diy step at the net and youtube yesterday but decided to have it check by the service provider of the refrigerator's brand. Luckily I was able to save the warranty paper and the xerox copy of the original receipt as the proof of purchase in order for me to avail the warranty service. I haven't called the customer hotline yet, maybe by tomorrow I would try to connect with them in order for all my queries to be answer. I hope the warranty would cover all the expenses and I don't have to pay anything.
I know the price of the market is going red again, but I am happy today because the price of US dollar is going up. The price of every dollar to peso the last time I converted was 52.20 pesos but right now upon checking it on the internet, the price is going at 53 pesos. Ever since my husband became an ofw and a dollar earner this has been the highest price I've encountered. That is almost 1 peso up and imagine converting 1000 US dollar to a Philippine peso, that could add another 1000 pesos to your converted money.

It was another busy Sunday
Hello everyone! Today is Monday and as usual a busy day for all most specially for those who were working. As for me I don't have anything to do besides from doing the household chores at home, taking care of my kids need and the 5 dogs as well. It is quite tiring but fulfilling at the same time.
So today, allow me to share the things I have done yesterday. I was so busy that I wasn't able to write an article about it so I am sharing it right now.
I woke up at around 530 in the morning because mama dog Lucy wants to go out of our room. Until now, she and the two puppies are still sleeping in our bedroom. The reason why Lucy wants to go out is too pee and poop outside. Well at least she didn't do it inside our room, so I let her out. A few minutes later the puppies started to whine as if asking me to let them out too. So I let them and planned to leave them downstairs with the other dogs but it was really messy in the living room, so even though I was still sleepy, I got the mop first and clean the mess the other dogs did while we were asleep. Finally when everything is clean, I got the two puppies, left them downstairs and I went back to our bedroom to resume my sleep.
I sleep for another two hours because I was really sleepy since I slept late that night watching another series on my phone. I have to wake up because it was almost 9 in the morning and it was already late. I checked my noise and read account and tried to interact in both platforms to stay active.
Our breakfast was the leftover donut from Krispy Kreme I ordered the other day. I ordered a dozen of it paying 299 pesos only instead of 490 pesos. It was a mixed flavor, the kids and I ate the half dozen and the other half was for breakfast. I paired it with a cup of coffee and it was just perfect.
After our breakfast, I updated my kids module to see if the kids have answered some of it because the teacher might ask for retrieval this week. I was so busy that I forgot about the time. It was almost lunchtime and I haven't prepared our lunch yet. We run out of stocks in the fridge so I have no choice but to order food from the food app. I ordered burger steaks from jollibee and waited for it to come.
We ate our lunch and I continued watching the series I am watching the other night. It was a series I haven't finished watching from last year. The lead actor is Seo In Guk, my favorite kdrama actor. He is so underrated actor but I love him since his series Reply 1997. He was also a singer before he turned into an actor and I just love his singing voice as well. I might finish watching the series today since I still have 3 episodes left.
Around 5 in the afternoon, I went upstairs to clean up our spare room. It was actually the playroom back when the kids were still young. Some of their toys are kept there and I don't know what to do with them since they're both outgrow playing some of it, except for the lego blocks because my oldest son loves to play with it until now.
I spent more than an hour cleaning and arranging our spare room that also serves as our guest room whenever we have guests at home. It was tiring but I was satisfied with the result. We're planning to renovate this area if we have enough budget in the future.
It was almost dinner time when I finished cleaning, so I cooked some chicken nuggets and paired it with ramen soup that kids love. My oldest son even paired his ramen with kimchi. Well he loves eating spicy food that he got from his dad.
I end up my day doing my craft and finishing at least 30 ornaments. I waited for my husband's call before I could finally goes to bed.

What are my plans after the school break?
Today is the 4th day of the month and this is going to be my second article for this month. I was so busy the past days that is why I wasn't able to write an article and well my braincells were drained too that is why no matter how much I tried to think of an article to write, nothing comes out of it. I think it was because I was also busy helping my kids in answering their modules. We are now in the 4th week of the last quarter, and there are still 4 more weeks to go before the academic school year ends. Finally in less than a month or so I can finally be free from modules that gives me headache from time to time.
Now that school break is coming, what were my plans I need to accomplish? So today allow me to share some of the things I wanted to do when the academic year officially ends.
Visit the dentist
My oldest son is soon to enter junior high school next school year, and the last time we visit the dentist to have his teeth cleaned, she told me that my son's teeth needs braces since all of his permanent teeth are out and it needs to be straighten too. The dentist is actually my husband's cousin and she told me that the braces will be her graduation gift for my son. We just need to set an appointment before he enter high school. Though she told us it is free but my husband and I decided to pay because she has been doing her services to us all this time without getting any payment. I know she won't accept the full payment but at least we could pay a discounted price to compensate her.
Meet my bestfriend
By August my bestfriend is going back home after more than two years. We didn't see each other on her last visit last 2020 because it was the peak of covid infection. She went to her home province that time and wasn't able to come in Manila because of so many restrictions. Moreso, the following year she had a hard time going back because of the same reason. Now that the restrictions were slowly being lifted up, she was planning to go back in the country to manage her foundation as well.
The original plan is that the kids and I will spend the last two weeks of August with her in Negros her hometown. I asked the kids if they would love to travel, of course they agreed as long as there is internet connection. In that span of two weeks, we're going to explore the whole Negros province and I was really excited for that. Unfortunately though, according to Deped, academic school year will start early. They were aiming to open by August 22 and that being said our plans needed to change as well.
Focus on my craft
Now that we are few months away from festive season, I am now busy with my handmade crafts. I always mention about my goals about that and as of this moment I have already 100 pieces. Very far from my target, but my goal is to at least finish 30 ornaments per day in order to achieve my goal. I started last June 2 and hopefully I am on the right track. I don't want to pressure myself so that if in case I wouldn't meet my expectations, I won't be disappointed at myself.
The money that I will earn from this will be use for an additional fund for the construction of our garage. It will serve as the safe haven for our dogs so that they won't mess around our living room anymore. Having 5 dogs could also drained my physical strength since I needed to clean their mess from time to time.

If I could turn back the hands of time
**Do you ever wished to go back at your old life and change something in it that will probably change your current life right now?**
This question suddenly popped out in my mind upon watching the latest kseries in the past days entitled **'Again my life'** this is a recent action series I finished watching and I refrain myself from watching love story after the heartbreak I received from wathing 2521. This time I want some adrenaline moves from the main lead and it was actually good if you are into action and mystery series.
So the highlight of the story was that the main protagonist who is a prosecutor was given another life after dying. He failed to capture the antagonist at first and he ends up dying but right after that, a grim reaper appeared unto him and give him another chance to go back and make sure to beat and capture the antagonist in the end. That is where he came back in his high school days where he was able to meet again his old life and was able to change his future.
Watching this series although I know it is only fictional since going back to our old life is impossible, not unless time machine will be invented, makes me think what if I have given a chance to do it to. Are there things or events in my life that I wanted to change?
To be honest, I am quite satisfied with my life now, though it may not perfect but my husband is trying his best to give us a good future and me as a stay at home mom, is trying my very best to raise my two kids. We have a long way to go and we're probably go through a lot of struggles in the near future, but what is important is that we'll keep holding on.
Going back to the earlier question about going back to the past, there are things or events in my life that if I may given a chance to change I would do it.
The first thing is that, I should've stay in the province to pursue my college education with my family. Maybe if I stay, I would have finished my bachelor's degree earlier and would not experience working while studying. Maybe if I stay with my family, my parents would probably be together until now, because if I remember it correctly, when I went to the city, my mother would always come to visit me and maybe it was the time that he and my father would always fight. I guess my father doesn't want me away, but my mother was ever supportive of my decision to pursue my education away from them.
The second one is that I should have study well in order to have a higher grades in my transcript of records. I am not really a grade conscious person, I even got a failed mark in one of my subject in college, but after graduating from college, I got to know about the legibility you will get from taking civil service commision once you graduate with latin honors. If only I know about it, I should have focus on my studies and forget about my lovelife. Uh oh! I was a working student while I am in college, so focusing on my studies was really hard. Though I know it was just excuses, because if I really tried hard, I might got a better grades. But having a latin honor was just a dream because I am not a brilliant student, all I could say is that I could have studied harder.
Last but not the least, I should have tried working abroad before I got my own family. My pregnancy was unexpected. After being a regular employee at my first job after graduation, my dream is to work a little longer and will try my luck working abroad. Just like anybody else, I wanted to earn and save money before I settle down and have a family of my own. But well, destiny has another plan for me.
In closing
Those were the three things that I wanted to change should I have given a chance to correct it. Though I know my present situation would probably change too if in case I was able to go back in my past. Who knows, I might be writing different articles about my life experiences if in case those events in my life in the past were altered. Sounds interesting or not?
That was just what if because in the end, I would still choose my present situation I have right now than change my past and have a different future. Mistakes from the past happened for a reason as well as our decision and life must go on despite it all. We may have regrets in life in the past but what matters most is that the lesson we've learned that can make us a better version of ourself in the future.

Using paypal in paying our dinner tonight
I know paypal is always giving a free $5 reward to all lucky users every month. I am lucky to receive it last year and I guess early this year I received another one. However it remained in my account for how many months now since I can't transfer it to my gcash account because I needed at least $10 or 500 php to transfer it. Last year, before I joined this platform, I used to answer some legit surveys like Rakuten, lifepoints and ysense.
By answering these surveys I got to earn some money and the payments were automatically tranferred in my paypal account that is why I was able to transfer my the first reward in paypal last year with the help of the rewards I got from these surveys. However this year, I am so lazy to answer some of it that is why the last reward I got from paypal was stocked in it for many months.
But today, as I was thinking about what to cook for dinner, my mind won't work so I end up tapping my Food panda application on my phone. Today is the end of the month and it is payday, so I thought why not eat something good since I still have around 250 php in my gcash account after paying all our pending bills yesterday.
I ordered grilled chicken at Mang Inasal and when I was about to pay, I change the payment mode into my gcash because the last time I order I used cash since my gcash run out of funds. In between the cash and gcash I saw the logo of paypal. That reminds me that I can also used paypal in paying food orders.
I have a balance of 116 php and the $5 dollars reward in my paypal account. Before I could use it, I have to convert the $5 dollars into Philippine peso in order to use it for payment.
I went to my paypal account, proceed to the dollar wallet and converted it to Philippine peso. It was successfully converted and automatically went and added to my peso wallet. I now have 369 pesos which can now be used in paying my Food panda order.
Going back to my Food Panda application, my total order was 322 pesos. I set the mode of payment in my paypal and then after confirming it, I have to confirm back the code that they have sent in my mobile number that was connected with my paypal account. After encoding the correct code that was sent in my mobile number, the payment was confirm and so my order too.
The application said that my order will arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. But just less than 20 minutes later my mobile phone was ringing non stop which means the rider has just arrived. I answered it and the rider confirmed that he was already in front of our gate. I gave him a 20 pesos tip for the fast delivery of our dinner.
Since I paid 322 pesos, I only have 47 pesos in my paypal account left. I am hoping to receive another reward so I can use it in ordering my favorite food again next time. Or better yet, I should be active in answering some surveys in order to add fund in it again. Well let's see in a few days.

Not all love story ends up into happy ending
Today I finally finished watching the last two episodes of '**Twenty five, twenty one**' and I am totally speechless. I am actually hesitant to watch this series because according to some reviews it has a sad ending. I tend to skipped series that has sad endings because watching kdramas let me escape from the reality of life. And well I am a sucker for happy endings. Who wouldn't?
But suddenly I eat up my words because I end up watching the series last week. It was indeed a promising story from the first episode until the succeding episodes. I was hooked up again because it is also a sports drama. The story does not only involved between the two main leads love story but the friendship with the other casts as well. It was a great drama that has make me laugh so hard, and make me cried too.
And yeah one of the things that made me cried during the series was when the main couple decided to break up. Spoiler alert! I finished the last 14 episodes 2 days ago and today I have the courage to watch the last episode which I know will break my heart into pieces. And after finishing it, I was like this ain't kdrama anymore but more like it is the reality of life. No matter how beautiful your beginning are, it might still end up tragically. Upon reading some reviews of the story ending, there's three important things why the couple didn't make it until the end. Here it is.
**Miscommunication**

Miscommunication
Communication is very important factor in order for a relationship to be successful. This actually happened in real life thus a lot of couple broke up because they lack communication. In the above series, the couple had gone through a long distance relationship for 6 months. The time setting in the story was in the early 2000's so video calling isn't available yet. Though they called each other from time to time but I guess it wasn't enough. At first it was okay, but as days goes by, they didn't notice that they're starting to feel something is wrong.
Misunderstanding
We all know that having misunderstanding can ruined any relationship. Sometimes when we are too angry, we tend not to listen to the other side explanation and that could lead to misunderstanding. Listening and understanding the situation could just easily solve the problem, but sometimes our pride would always takes over. Unfortunately, in this story, they broke up because of misunderstanding. Though they love each other a lot but they choose to break over some petty misunderstanding in which they could have worked out it they tried a little harder.
Impatience
Like as they always says patience is the key. There is no such thing as shortcut to success instead you need to work it out. Put a lot of effort for you to achieve it. Same with relationship, you don't have to rush instead patiently wait and you need to exert some effort so that you'll have smooth relationship with your partner. Being impatience will lead you nowhere just like what the couple did in the series. Honestly if they could just work things out properly they could've been back into each other arms.
In closing
I am honestly hoping for a happy ending while watching the last few minutes of the series but well it somehow ended that way. Their love story wasn't perfect but I was rooting for them to end happily ever after, but I guess this is the modern fairytale, no happy ending according to Selena G.

My celebrity crushes back when I was in high school
High school life will never be completed without having crushes right? So while some of my classmates are busy with their own worlds I am a lot busy collecting handsome celebrity guys in my crushes list. So without any further ado, let me introduce them to you one by one.
Nicholas Gene Carter
The first on the list is the ultimate heart throb of the boyband Backstreetboys. Also known as Nick Carter, he will always be my forever crush. I am so crazy over him since I was in grade 6 when they were just starting to be popular worldwide. He was really handsome and my young heart always fluttered whenever I saw him singing in their music video. He was the youngest in the group that is why in their music 'Quit playing games with my heart' I am quite disappointed because he didn't show his abs. 🤭

Aaron Carter
Ok the next one is Nick Carter's younger brother. I found him really cute and so talented at a very young age that is why I can't stop myself admiring this little boy. He was just 10 years old that time when he started his singing career and boy he was so handsome just like his brother, I think it runs in the genes. I remember I have a poster of him in my little bedroom and he served as my inspiration with my studies. I just don't know if it was effective since I didn't have any achievement then, but at least I didn't get failed mark. There was this one song of him that will always be my favorite. It used to be the most requested song in the 'MTV Asia Most Wanted' segment. This show is like any radio program where you are going to request a song and the dj will play it. The only difference is that in this segment, the vj will choose a letter sender and will read it on the show. The thing is you have to be creative with your letter so that yours will be chosen. I had watched that show a lot before going to school because it was like everyday that this particular song of Aaron Carter was always requested. There wasn't any streaming video online that time yet, so the closest thing that you can watch your favorite singer or band is through MTV or Channel V.

It is just sad to know that he and his brother aren't in good terms now. They have some issues and as a fan of both it breaks my heart.
Devon Sawa
Maybe a lot of you specially the younger generations do not know who is Devon Sawa, but for all the ladies there who were part of 90's crowd, I am sure you are quite familiar with him. He was like every high schooler crush back then because who wouldn't? I first saw him in the movie Casper. He was the human Casper and he was such an eye candy. Whenever I watch that movie, I feel like I am the one dancing with him. Though he didn't make it big in the hollywood, he made it big in my heart. Right now, I don't have any news about him, but he will always be a part of my high school days.

The last on my list is the famous Leonardo of Titanic not the ninja turtles. I was in high school when Titanic was a blockbuster mega hit movie. I guess for me one of the movie's highlight was the main actor. Who could ever forget how Jack died in the movie. It was a very sad ending but it was the start of his career. He wasn't just a good looking guy but a great actor as well. I know a lot of you knows him as he is still active in the movie industry. He may act different character in every movie he was casted, but for me he will always be my Jack.

Closing thoughts
A simple admiration for these young lads back when I was in high school served as one of my motivation and inspiration in life. And fangirling that time was such a pain is the a** because celebrities don't have any social media account. You have to rely to some magazine which will be release super late in order to be updated with their life. That was why just a single news from them I go crazy. Today, fangirls are lucky because they are blessed with all the updates from their celebrity crushes like everytime. Bch in my wallet; should I convert it or keep it?
Another rainy weekend here in our place so I left with no choice but just to lay down in the sofa while I am washing some dirty clothes in the laundry area upstairs. I actually wanted to take a nap but then just a few minutes ago, a notifications popped out in my phone. And guess what it is? Well finally the pending tips finally came to my wallet. And just like that my sleepiness also came out of my body system. I feel so energetic suddenly that I wanted to write something here about it.
Just like any of you, I am quite sad when my tips has suddenly stucked in the pending tips and it lasted for more than one day which is very unusual. I have read a lot of articles regarding it and I just remain silent but deep inside I am also worried about noise.cash having to stopped one day. Even though I only posted at least one or two times a day but it has been already a part of my everyday routine. I feel confident posting nonsense update about my everyday life in noise than I did in my other social media account. So thinking that noise won't continue is breaking my heart into pieces. I guess it wasn't for me and if in case I continued investing that time, I might be at lose today too. Betchay turns 7 today
Hello guys! I just got home today from attending another birthday celebration. My husband's girl cousin informed me a few weeks ago about her daughter turning 7 on this day. She specifically told me that she will assigned my son's Athan on the 7th blue bills. She asked me if it is okay and I told her no need to worry since her daughter is very special to me. I really adore her daughter because she is so sweet and at the same time I am longing for a baby girl. There was one time that I used to make some felt cloth hairclip and I used to give it to her as a gift. She would always show it to me whenever we visited their place. By the way, this girl cousin of my husband is somehow close to me, she was very nice the first time I met her and she helped me took care of my first born back then. Just that, we move out from my husband's old place and tranferred to my brother in law's new house that is why we got out of touch. Then she got pregnant with her first son, and then after 2 years she conceived another baby which is a girl, now Betchay turns officially 7 today.
The party was held at their house which is the old house of my husband's family. Since no one is living there, my brother in law let them live there together with her kids. It was located in Quezon City. It was a piece of land given to all Veterans soldiers (soldiers who fight in the world war 2) and my husband's grandfather was one of them. It was the place where my husband's family along with his other cousins grew up that is why that place is very special to them.
So this afternoon, around 3 in the afternoon my kids and I went to the jeep terminal that will take us to Don Antonio Commonwealth. Just a few minutes later while we were inside the vehicle the rain poured and it lasted for about 15 to 20 minutes. It was a heavy rain that when we reached the Regalado Street the road was flooded. Ironically after passing the flooded area, on the other side of the road there has been no sign of rain. I was thankful because it means we can go to the celebration without getting wet.
After getting off the jeep, we ride a tricycle that would take us to the exact place. When we reached the place, the small party has started and everyone was already eating. My kids and I went inside the house to greet the celebrant. She was very happy in her pink dress and pink glittered shoes. Oh I just love this girl. She got a lot of visitors but since I was already starving, I didn't mind them and got myself my own plate and started eating. Spaghetti and shanghai was the best. Of course, I asked my kids first to eat before I got mine.
My husband's cousin introduced to me that some of her visitors were her friends, I say hi to them and they smiled back. Then after a while, a relative who is also living in the same compound but right now having a vacation in Abu Dhabi with their sons called to greet the birthday girl. That was my husband's uncle and he was also celebrating his birthday today same as Betchay. Last year we also celebrated their birthday together, but today since they were at Abu Dhabi for many months now, we just greeted him via zoom. They were about to come home by February, but their daughter in law is about to give birth next month to their first grandchild, so his vacation together with his wife was extended.
We sang Betchay the happy birthday song and the kids was enjoying the gathering by eating a lot of candies from loot bags and the pabitin which the kids really love. It was indeed happy celebration and Betchay was all smile all throughout this special day of her. Though her Dada wasn't able to come due to some complication, but I guess it was compensated by all the people who came to greet her a happy birthday. And in order to give her thanks to those people, she entertained us by dancing to some Tiktok mash up and she really dances very well. Way to go baby girl. Tita Yhanne will always root for you. Birthday celebration featuring terrific traffic and unexpected death
Yesterday we celebrated my late mother in law and brother in law's birthday in a very simple way. I thought we're gonna celebrate it at my brother in law's house but then I was misinformed. Originally my father in law wanted to fetch us but I declined since I don't want to disturb them anymore. I just told them that the kids and I will commute going to their place. Before we got out of the house, my brother in law called my son via messenger and told us to meet in this particular street near their house. I just said okay without asking why would they want to wait us there. Honestly at that time I was kinda worried because I haven't talked to my husband yet, might be the reason why my mind is floating nowhere. I took the kids out and went to this bakeshop near us to buy cake. While I was at the bakeshop my brother in law called me asking for our location, I told him we were at the bakeshop. He told me to hurry up because we might get late going to the cemetery. Like what? So that was the reason why they were waiting in that street so that the kids and I would no longer dropped at their residence. Right there and then I feel ashamed because they have been waiting for a couple of minutes already. I told my brother in law that we'll take a taxi since that will take us faster to them maybe in 10 minutes than riding a jeep. Unfortunately though, there wasn't even a sign of taxi on the road that time so I left with no other choice but to ride the jeep. I message my brother in law that we could just meet them at this particular gas station since the jeepney route won't take us to the street where they were waiting for us.
After a few minutes, the kids and I arrived at the gas station and then off we go to the cemetery. The reason why my brother in law was calling me and asking me to come earlier because the Batasan Road that will take us to San Mateo where the cemetery was closed due to the canvassing of official ballots from the recent election in the Congress. Because that wide road is closed the traffic along Commonwealth road was very evident while we were on the way. Since we cannot passed the Batasan, my father in law who was driving went to the alternate route. We passed by at UP Diliman and take the road going to Tumana Marikina that will take us to San Mateo. However it wasn't an easy access since the traffic was still bumper to bumper. After about an hour or so, we finally made it to the cemetery. My sister in law brought some palabok while I had the cake with me. We had a little celebration for the very special lady in the family. I know she was smiling back at us from up above while she sees us never forgetting her special day even though she was gone for so many years.
When the dark skies finally taken the daylight, we move out from the cemetery to be at our next destination. One of my father in law's long time friend was finally in the hands of the Lord. She was also one of the principal sponsor on my brother in law's wedding years ago. So last night, we went to St. Peter Chapel to visit her wake. The mass started at 730 in the evening but we arrived at 8 pm so we waited outside while the mass was ongoing inside the chapel where her wake is located. While we were waiting, my father in law called my attention telling me that his relative was in the other chapel.
Earlier while we were on the way, my father in law who just came back from Aklan last Monday told me that his relative lost her father. This relative of him is someone familiar to me since our kids went to the same private school before I transferred my kids to public. However, about a year ago I can't contact her fb account and so I lost contact to her. She just recently lost her father, and while she was still grieving for her lost father back in Aklan, the news of her husband in Manila being gone really shocked her. According to her, there was really no sign that her husband would be gone too early. It was very unexpected too. To be honest, I really feel sorry for her but seeing how she manage the situation looking strong, I can't helped myself admiring her. I know she is holding for now since his husband's wake is still there. She is trying to be strong for the sake of their only son. I know deep inside she is crying because two of her loved ones left her almost at the same time. She then remembered what her husband told her while she was crying because of her father that he will be there for her no matter what, but now that he is gone too, how will he do it?
For about two hours, we spend catching up and talking about what's her next plans. I asked her to contact me anytime after I added her on my fb and since she decided to stay here in Manila for a year before going back to Aklan. I asked her to visit us, since she knows where we live. After that we can visit her as well together with the kids so that his son and my sons can get along well since they are relatives to begin with. By the way yesterday was her sons birthday then I remember my youngest brother in law who also celebrated his birthday at his mother's wake a few years ago.
Death is really inevitable. I remember my husband's cousin who lost his life at the age of 32 during the early pandemic. He was young, healthy and nobody couldn't believe that he was gone too early. But as the saying goes if it is your time then no one can prevent it. So while you are reading this, tell your loved ones how you love and cherish them. Life is short so enjoy most of it.

And just like that the month of May is about to end in just less than two weeks. I have nothing to share in particular today as I feel so lazy to write in the past few days, well the reason is that my hands were a little tired from cutting. I am very far from my ultimate goal to make at least 3000 felt ornaments this year. If I would be able to do that that would give me at least 50k to 60k profit or approxiamately more than $1000. So I am pushing myself more to make more than that to earn more money before this year ends. That would be a large sum of money if only my laziness won't attack me, however because of this cold weather I am afraid that this thing called laziness is getting on my nerves.
Since it is almost the last week of the month, that means I needed funds to pay some bills. Last Sunday night I transferred money using mobile banking in my gcash account to pay our monthly house amortization. Now what is next, of course the utility bills. I am so frustrated because I was hoping that our electricity bill would've lessen from last month, but I was wrong bigtime. It even got higher for some reason I don't even know. Can you imagine we were only three in the house, 1 adult and 2 kids yet our bills is 3456 php. Usually our highest bill could only between 2000 to 2500 php only, but the past two months it goes higher. I believe we were using the same amount of energy and was able to save from time to time since my husband went out of the country for more than a month now. But I left with no choice but to pay it as well since it might be disconnected if I left it unpaid. I guess we'll try harder to conserve electricity this month and let's see if there would be changes in next month's bill update.
As I was writing this article which I am not planning to do so, I am waiting for my husband's update. I needed to talk with him before we go out of the house. I wasn't able to talk to him earlier because I was out of the house. We ran out of cash and since I needed to pay the utility bills, I went to the nearest money exchange center to convert the dollars I have into our local currency. I am extra happy that the rate is higher than last week. In exchanging dollars to php, every little cents counts, that is what I had learn from my husband. So most of the time, I prefer exchanging it to foreign exchange centers that converted it higher.
Lastly, today is my late mother in law and brother in law's birthday. I think it is very unusual for mother and son to have the same birthday but it eventually happened to them. So while my mother in law is celebrating her birthday, he was also giving birth to his second son. A double celebration indeed. My brother in law is out of the country but we are going out later to have a little celebration at his house or maybe in my other brother in law's house since they were neighbors. My father in law was supposed to fetch us but I preferred to commute. The travel time would only be 15 to 20 minutes if there would be no traffic. I am just waiting for my husband's reply, unfortunately he isn't online yet, maybe they are in the middle of the sea and that only means their signal is poor. I hope I could hear from him soon.

I am secretly in love with my bestfriend
I know him for a very long time. We were living in the same community and he was also my schoolmate in grade school. We were classmates back when we were in Grade 4 and then on the following year he was transferred to other sections. He was quite famous in our school because of his talent in drawing. Whenever there was an inter school poster making he would always won the contest or sometimes bagged the 2nd or 3rd place. Back when we were in the last year of grade school where puppy love was already a thing a girl classmate of mine and him are into mutual understanding. At that time I don't really care since we weren't close and we seldom talk with each other.
After graduation in elementary both of us entered the same school in secondary. It is a school near our home that is why my parents decided that I should went to the same school instead of the other school where most of my close classmates in elementary went to. Most of my cousin and my older brother went there too so I really have no choice. In the end I met a lot of good friends while studying. Our school is quite big because of college department though the high school department isn't. In our batch we only had one section so all the qualified students who passed the entrance examinations were together in one section. So that makes us classmates for the next four years in high school.
At first, we weren't really close but he is again quite famous for having girlfriends even with the higher grades. Aside from that, he was active in joining poster making contest in other school that makes him extra popular. And well, he was actually handsome and has a good sense of humur probably one of the reason why girls fall for her. Another thing is that he can play guitar very well that even though he isn't that good in academics, many girls admired him. Our high school department isn't that big as I had mentioned earlier that is why almost all of the students knew each other. As far as I can remember, his older brother was in the higher grade that time and yeah he was one of my crushes. Yes, I have a lot of crushes back in high school not to mention the cute guys in the college department. Teehee.
We got closer when we were in 3rd year. I can't remember how it happened I just knew that we're closer a lot than before. We almost went home at the same time since we were living in the same area. I am friends with his younger sister and even his cousin too. He treated me nice and so do I to him. I thought our friendship would stay platonic until one day, he told me that he liked one of my close girl friend and he was asking me for help so that they can be together. I was a bit hurt then I realized that I like him more than friend. But for the sake of friendship I supported him all the way. I was happy whenever he was happy like a real friend should be, but deep inside I am crying wishing it should be me.
We remained good friends as I was too good in hiding my real feelings for him. Even my girl bestfriend doesn't know about it. I felt too shy to admit it and I think I was also afraid that if in case I admit it to him the friendship between us would be over. I chose the friendship over my feelings until the day has come that I no longer felt the same way I had for him. Friendship wins.
Right now, both of us have a family of our own. We didn't talk as much as before but I know the friendship will be forever treasured.

I am rock, I am diamond
For the past days I busied myself doing my felt craft and while doing that I am watching korean series again and again. I know some of you are getting tired that most of my content is related to my addiction which is watching kdramas. Ottoke! I can't help it as my mind, body and soul is so into it. Just recently I had finished rewatching Itaewon Class. It is a series in early 2020 and I remember I watched this series while it is ongoing. And for me this is one of the best series because the female protagonist is quite different from other female leads in tv series. The story didn't focus much on romance but on the character development of each and everyone. So while rewatching it for two days, I got to list three important lessons in life from the story.
The bigger you dream, the bigger you'll grow
Basically the plot of this story has something to do with business. It is the usual getting your revenge from the people who did something bad to you in the past. In the story this line was mentioned by the female lead.
This is actually one of the most used motivation if you want to be successful in life, most specially if you are trying your luck in putting up a business. Getting a business of your own is a risk. You got to have a lot of confidence in order to start it. You needed to have a back up plan if in case your initial plan didn't work. It will take a lot of efforts, determination and perseverance in order to put up one. But then lastly your vision will matters in the end. **Dream bigger and you'll grow bigger**. I worked in one of the famous mall in the country and before I was deployed, we attended a lot of orientations and seminars. In one of the seminars I attended to, they've discussed the history of the company and of course it was really impressive that they have started from nothing until they become on top. From having one mall in a small city, now they expanded to a lot of cities within the country.

At the middle of the series, one of the characters faced trouble with regards with her identity. She played the role of a transgender, and as we know there were some people that cannot fully understand and welcome them in our community. So then some transgenders received bad and harsh comments from these people. The character from the series received the same feedback that she almost gave up, but then because of the support she received from her colleagues, she decided to continue and win her fight. This is the excerpt from the poem entitled **"I am Diamond"**

Our life is like a wheel, sometimes you are up and sometimes you are down. We will definitely goes through different hardships and challenges but never ever surrender for as long as you are alive you can overcome everything.
In the story the main lead actor went through a lot of pain, hardships and even went to jail at his young age. It didn't stopped him to be successful despite going through another series of trouble before he can finally fulfilled his dream. In this lifetime, we might never experienced the same faith the main actor went through but remember that no matter how big or small your problem is, you can surely overcome it. I remember someone told me that, God intentionally give us problems because He knows, we'll get through it. He believes in our capability to endure the pain and eventually get over it.

Rainy Season in the midst of Summer
Since Sunday, I woke up looking at the gloomy weather outside our bedroom window. I am thankful because these past few days the weather was extremely hot that even the air from electric fan seems hot. So most of the time, what I did was to spray some water on our garage to lessen the high temperature inside the house. Well the weather is expected since we are still in the middle of Summer or dry season. As you know, our country is included in tropical countries that only have two seasons. Dry season or summer that starts as early as in the last week of February and ended up in the month of May. As early as June the wet season or rainy season is next. It lasts up until the next months.
So I am really surprised that the following days after Sunday, mr. Sunshine is nowhere to be seen. Well he showed up for a very short time only but then gone and was hidden behind the dark clouds again. I thought the rain would only last for two days since it is still Summer, oh come on I haven't been to the beach yet. It has been 2 or 3 years summer without getting into the beach sounds frustrating right? I still have high hopes that maybe next week we could feel the warmth of mr. sun, but then the recent news from **Pagasa** (Philippine Atmosphoric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration) declares that the rainy season has officially started **today**. Why oh why? I guess no beach photos again this year. I am totally disappointed but on the other hand I think it is a good thing because I can save more money for next year summer escapades. One of my dream summer destination is El Nido, Palawan or Coron. I hope I can save more for that. Since rainy season has officially started, my laziness would begin too. I usually just wanted to lay in the bed because of very cold weather. I am just kidding guys, though half of it is true. I really hate going out when it is raining because I can't properly walk in a wet pavement. I ended up having a lot of little mud splash on my legs. Another thing I hate about rainy days is that my laundry don't dry fast. Unlike when it is super hot the clothes can get dry within the day and I like the smell of the clothes when it was dry by the heat of the sun. Now that wet season is here I guess I'll just used more fabric conditioner in order for the clothes to smell nice even without sunshine.
The thing I love rainy season is because of its cold weather. I don't have to water the plants and I love the sound of it falling from the ground. Just don't include the the thunder and lighting. It is scary as hell. Well I have no bad experience about it, just that it is quite disturbing. The plants are more livelier when it is raining so who am I to be against their happiness. And lastly, our electricity bill could be lower because of this cold weather. Well I really hope so.

Getting to know me better
So for today's article let me share some not too much information about me. I know this would be another nonsense article but I hope you can bear with me as I can't find a nice topic to share. I think few of the users have written similar articles like this, so yeah I am going to make my own entry for this. ****What is your favorite hobby or hobbies? Why so?****
I really love to sing a lot as I am a music lover too. So yeah from time to time whenever I feel bored I would set up our karaoke set to sing my heart out. But don't expect too much because I ain't a good singer, I can only sing in tunes most specially those songs that doesn't required high notes. Another hobby that I love is of course watching movies and korean dramas which most of you already knew. Watching movies can take me into another dimension while kdramas can always make my heart fluttered.
****Do you like cold drinks or hot beverages?****
Well it depends, if the weather is cold I would prefer hot beverages. Hot choco or coffee is definitely the best specially on a rainy day. On the other hand, if the weather is freaking hot, I would choose cold drinks such as milk tea, fruit shake or a soda with lots of ice.
****What was your favorite subject in high school?****
I like Mathematics but again I am not that good. I just love numbers though they hate me. The great lesson I learned about Math is that it proves to us that no matter how complicated the problems is, you can always find a solution in solving it. With right formula and proper understanding you can surely ace it.
****Are you more an extrovert or an introvert? Or do you fit in the definition of an ambivert?****
I think I would fit in the definition of an ambivert. At first I am a really shy person, but living in the city takes it all away. I got to give credit it to my uncle who is a pastor. When I came here in Manila back when I was 16, I stayed in his care for more than a year. He is the one who exposed me to other people because of his profession. We have to meet a lot of people so that he can evangelize the word of God. Later on I overcame my shyness and got used to a crowded place. But after being a full time mother, I preferred staying home than going out with friends.
****How do you like to spend your weekends and holidays?****
Of course spending it with your loved ones is the best. Going out, talking about anything under the sun and sharing food with them is perfect definition of a great weekends or holidays.
****Who is your favorite celebrity? What makes you admire him/her?****
I have a lot of favorite celebrities to be honest but the one I admire the most right now is Lisa Manoban from Blackpink. Following her story since the beginning makes me proud of her. She moved out from her country to be a trainee at the age of 14. She really worked hard to be successful and well she deserved it all because she is very talented. I really wish to see her if ever they would have a concert here.
****What is your favorite color?****
I am into pastel colors nowadays. I just love the light shade of it and well it brings positive vibes to me.
****What is your nickname?****
My real name is Arianne, so my username Yhanne pronounced as Yan is my nickname. Back when I was younger, my aunts from the province where I grew up called me Yang then the last letter was dropped when I entered high school. When I started working, some colleagues called me Yanny instead of Yan which I find cute. Sounds like ***pabebe*** right? Either way I like it all.
****How many siblings do you have?****
I have one older brother and one younger brother. All of us have our own family now. Both of them are living in the province I am the only one living here in the city. My youngest brother and his family visited us last 2019 christmas few months before the covid outbreak. Hopefully next year I could visit them as well.
****Where do you belong? That is, where is your hometown?****
Speaking of province, I am from Bicol specifically in Albay, the land of Mt. Mayon. I grew up seeing that majestic perfect cone shape mountain. Whenever I went home I always feel in love with its beauty, I just hope it won't erupt because it could bring a great disaster to all those living in the province. I am hoping to see it next year and above all I wanted to see and spend time with my family there.

Rainy Monday random sentiments
Hello everyone! It is Monday, whew I can't believe that the two weeks vacation is already done, now the online classes of my kids resumes. We now have a newly elected leader of the country though there is approxiamately more or less 1 percent of votes that hasn't been transmitted, however the majority of votes speak who are the real winners of the recent election. Unfortunately though, the word war in the social medias continues. The arguments never stopped and more relationship has been ruined due to politics. Honestly I don't like it. As much as possible, even though I am already pissed off because of some nasty comments I am seeing in the internet from both sides, I just choose to ignore it. I guess no one would admit that they are at the wrong side, both of them depend their sides and the arguments would just continue if you choose to side, so better leave it for my mental health sake. I just wish that these people would come to realize that friendship and family is much more important than these politicians. At the end of the day, your future depends on you. Your determination to succeed depends on how you work hard for it. Let us keep in mind that every hard efforts pays off in the end.
Even though I wanted to stay away from my fb account, I have no choice but to stay since I am using the messenger from time to time. As some of you already knew that my husband is an OFW. Last year though, their company didn't charge them for internet usage. They had an unlimited internet from 11 pm to 7 am, so we can talk anytime between that given time. It was implemented until last week, now they have to pay $2 for an hour that is consumable in 24 hours in order to use the internet. The good thing is that they can use whatsApp application anytime but for messages only, but it is much better than nothing. Before pandemic happened my husband usually spent at least $100 up to $200 per month for internet usage. Working away from your family is hard because of the homesickness you will felt, but for the sake of the your family, you will sacrifice in order for them to have a good life. I am just glad that these updated technology are available which can connect loved ones even from different sides of the earth. It is such a great help to fight the loneliness of the people working abroad. With just one click of a finger you can easily talk to your family real time, without any delay not unless you have a very slow connection. Speaking of slow connection, I am again annoyed by the internet services we are getting. Lately our connection goes fast than usual but most of the time it s*cks. I hope in the coming years, our country could experience a much better internet connection in the whole country.
It has been gloomy the moment I woke up and just after we took our lunch the rain started to fall. It was like there is a big trouble up there because I can also hear some loud thunder. I am afraid our dogs would be frightened by it, fortunately they don't. Our Yumi isn't afraid of it at all, I remember her first new year with us, while every dogs were in the corner, she was celebrating with us even though there's so many loud fireworks outside. But Lucy and Marley seems to never like loud sound. Lucy specifically is the one who hated loud music. She would go upstairs and stay there whenever I opened the videoke set. Glad lately both of them are getting used to it. I just don't know with our new puppies. So earlier while the heavy rain is pouring with loud thunder on going, I asked my sons to check them and according to them both were doing fine. Ah that was such a relief. Honestly being a fur mom for years, you got to take care of them from time to time. Because why not? They will always be a part of the family no matter what.

One of the reason why my heart keeps on fluttering
Yesterday was another boring day for me, so to beat the boredom I was feeling, I tapped my favorite application from my other cellphone to watch series. Then I remember I haven't finished the korean movie that @charmingcherry08 reviewed from her past article. I promised myself that I will watch it because Han Hyo-Joo is one of my fave Korean actress. Actually I had finished watching her recent tv series with Park Hyung Sik entitled **Happiness**. It is another zombie series but much more lighter and she is really a badass there. About two weeks ago or so I finished rewatching her series with Lee Seung Gi entitled **Shining Inheritance**. That series was in 2009 and I remember the first time I watched it dubbed in Tagalog, I was pregnant with my 1st child. She is really a great actress and at the same time super pretty. Her face hasn't changed and stays the same, I wonder if there is a fountain of youth is South Korea since most of the celebrity there looks younger from their current age.
So going back to the movie entitled **The Pirates, the last royal treasure,** I really had fun watching it. I am not going to review it but if you wanted to know about the movie kindly check it **here**. I am just going to share what I had exactly felt while watching it. I laughed out most of the time because of Lee Kwang Soo, he is super funny in this movie. Though the movie plot is cliche like any other pirates movie, I am really here for the lead actress and the male lead. Kang Haneul is another great actor and well even though with mustache and unruly hair, his looks still stand out for me. Lastly I kinda like the chemistry both have in the movie. Since I was at the height of my kilig, I end up looking for kseries that will boost my happiness ang giddiness I am feeling. Then as I was browsing for a new series to watch, this ongoing series caught my attention. The title of the series is **Love all play.** The genre is sports romance drama and to be very honest it is one of my fave genre. I am not into sports or whatsoever I just love watching it. It reminds me some of my favorite anime like the popular Slam Dunk, Haikyu, Kuruko High to name a few. Going back to the ongoing tv series that I have watch last night, the series tackles about the struggles, passion and affection between the main leads. I actually have seen a lot of similar plot but I don't know why I am so happy while watching it. The chemistry between the two leads is so good. You can totally feel their affection for each other. I end up 6 episodes yesterday, and today I finish the remaining two. Unfortunately the series is not yet finished as I am at middle part since according to the net the series will have 16 episodes. I will be honestly sad if the ending of this story won't be good. But I am rooting for the Park twins to end up together in the end. And if they didn't, I am ready to take Park Taejun oppa with all my heart.
After finishing the episode 8 of this series, I found myself looking for a fanmade video of the main lead actors on you tube. That leads me to watch another ongoing series entitled **Shooting Star.** The lead actress is the popular weightlifting fairy Lee Sung Kyung. She starred in many kseries that is why I am very familiar with her. It seems like the series is good base from the fanmade video i have seen. And as of this writing I am in the second episode already because honestly the series is too good even from the start. I feel like there's a butterfly in my stomach while watching it. I know this is too early to tell, but I guess this series would be famous in the coming days.
There you go, I originally wanted to just watch the movie but I ended up watching two ongoing series that makes my heart palpitates because of the so much kilig that any kdrama fan would felt. Now I am going to continue watching the last series and I wish everyone a happy weekend! Annyeong!

Some superstitions that has been part of my life
Hello everyone! Today is Friday the 13th, so what? Actually I grew up believing that something bad things might happen or this is a very unlucky day. Well growing up in a province, this was a normal belief. Like everyone in the neighborhood have the same opinions with regards with all the superstitions beliefs that has been passed on from ancestors up until now. Now, living in the city for more than two decades I got to ignore some of this but others remain. But what surprise me more is that my husband who live his whole life living in the city is a much more believer of these superstitious. He is the one who always reminds me about things not to do or not most specially in some important events of our life. His justification, "wala namang mawawala, kung maniniwala" (nothing is lost by believing)
Preparing pancit (noodles) at celebrations specially birthdays
Celebrations will never be completed without pancit. As they say this has something to do with longer life. The noodles represents it that is why the more pancit there is, the longer your life will be. And a pancit lover, this is what I always look in every celebrations. Practically speaking, cooking pancit can easily be prepared without spending too much.
Respect Elementals living on the other side
I know this has been a very old practice, but I am still doing it despite living in the city for long. I even taught my kids to always say "tabi, tabi po" whenever they had the urge to pee in the middle of knowhere. Even though I don't have a personal encounter with any elemental spirits, a part of me still believes in them. And just like what my husband would always tell me, there is nothing lost with believing them. Whether they are real or not as long as nothing bad happened to me or to someone that is closer to me.
Blame missing things on elves
At first I don't believe in this not until I got to experience it inside our house. My husband was looking for his favorite shorts that according to him it was his favorite, he was thinking that he might have left it in the hotel where we stayed on our last vacation in Bicol. It took more than a year before it appeared and guess what where I found it, in our laundry area. It was very impossible not to see it since I am always at the laundry area and I have clean that place every now and then. Up until now it is still a mystery to me where did that shorts go and how did it appeared one day in that particular area. Your guess might be the same as mine.😱
Includes money when giving wallet and bag as a gift
I don't know where this originated but I just found myself doing the same thing. According to them if you put or include a coin or paper bills in the wallet or bag that you are about to give to someone this will ensure a prosperity or success to the receiver. Last February my friend gifted me a Michael Kors bag that was included in the package she has sent to me. I have used it a few times so I have left some coins inside of it. Just last week I run out of coins as I was looking for extra coins in that bag, I found out in one its extra compartment a one dollar paper bill. I guess my friend is also a believer of this superstition.
Itchy palms means money is coming
This is my favorite one. Hahaha! I know a lot of you (Filipino readers) can relate well to this. According to the old ancestors that has been pass on to every generations, the moment your palms become itchy it means money is on the way. So are your palms already itching? Just make sure your hands aren't dirty or maybe it is itching because of some insect bite.

4 weeks of happiness and cuteness

Last Tuesday though, her puppies celebrated their first month. I still can't believe they have gone this far, and to be honest it is one of the cutest thing ever. It was my first to witness it all. From the moment Lucy gave birth to these puppies, the feeling was very new to me and I ain't complaining or what, it is just that as a dog lover, it was nice to experience this kind of feeling. Let me share to you the progress these puppies had for the first month.
***Disclaimer: What I am going to share in this article is purely based with my own experience and observation.***
Week 1
On the first week both of their eyes were closed. So you can't tell if these puppies were awake or not. But I am truly amaze by the mother instinct of dogs. They totally knew what to do with their newborn puppies even though no one is telling them what to do. It was my first time to learn that mama dog licked their puppies tummy in order for them to urine and poop and at the same time the mama dog ate and drink it, sounds gross right? But if they won't do that the puppies stomach will be bloated and according to what I have read it will cause something not good that is why I am so much thankful Lucy was doing the right thing. In return, I took care of her by giving her food every now and then.
Week 2
By the second week, these cutie pie started opening their eyes. Though they can't see anything yet but it so nice to see it. They could not hear anything though since their ears were still closed. On this week too, they started to crawl and don't want to stay in the makeshift bed I made for them. They keep on crying when they are at the bed but when they were at the floor they like it. So what I did was let them sleep on the floor and their whining stopped. One more thing they have grown bigger now, I just don't know the exact weight since I don't have a weighing scale for newborn puppies. I just base their sizes base on the last pictures I have taken them.
Week 3
These puppies started to become hyper in the sense of wanting a bigger size than their own bed. I finally discarded their makeshift bed so they're sleeping on the floor. I also bought a dog fence for them because I am worried that they might go out the room and next to our room is the stairs going down. I always leave the door open because mama Lucy wants to go downstairs sometime to make kulit with the our other dogs. As you know Lucy is still a puppy that is why she is still even though she has puppies of her own.
On this week their vision were getting clear. The reason for my conclusion is that whenever these puppies see their mama both of them will go directly to her and breastfeed. For the past weeks you can't tell whether they are awake or not because their eyes were closed but now you can finally tell once they are awake since their eyes were big. They are trying to stand on their own too, and I am actually waiting for them to walk but it didn't happened this week.
Week 4
Finally this week both of the puppies were trying to stand but failed many times. They end up crawling instead. They can stand for a second but then fall after. But what I like about this week is that they can interact now. They wanted to be pet and their hearing improved. They reacted whenever you called their name. And oh, hearing them bark for the first time is so cute. I really wanted to cuddle them most of the time but I am afraid I might hurt them so I guess I will wait for them to grow a little bit for more cuddle moments.
Closing Thoughts
On their first month, both of them can stand and walk on their own Hurray! You see, raising newborn puppies is like raising a kid. I am in awe everytime I see them reach a milestone, just like what I have felt when I am taking take of my newborn babies. Just that puppies are way more advance since they can walk after a month, while a kid can walk on their own on their first year. You see, dogs and humans might be different species but there were things that they have in common. Both of them needs extra care and love as they grow older.

The aftermath of this current election
New day has come after the election which means newly elected officials will be proclaim in just a few more days. That is the good thing about this automated process since the canvassing wouldn't take that long unlike with the manual process we have to wait for days before they can proclaim the winners. I had mentioned yesterday that I am anticipating this election to happen so that the heated arguments, toxicity, and bashing would stop right away since the election is done. In the past election the candidates who didn't make it usually conceded, accepted defeat and congratulated the winners gracefully. It should always be like that since it is expected, there will always be a winner and a loser, the best thing a loser must do is to give way to the majority choice and let him/her do the responsibility for the country.
However that wasn't the case in today's recent national election. As I was browsing my fb account this morning I still see some posts that expresses bitterness. I rarely browse my fb timeline for the past months due to the toxicity I have seen brought by this election. Suddenly everyone are political experts just to promote their chosen candidates. They became extremely fanatic of their candidates that whoever disagrees with their choice, they started to cancel that person or worst unfriended them.
**Cancelled culture**. There has been so many friendship that has been ruined and worst even the relationship between the family were broken. Just like the case between my oldest brother in law's wife who unfriended us for no reason. I guess it has something to do with our political side that is different from her. In my opinion it was much better, than seeing her post regarding all her rants with the current administration. Well she is a UP alumni and we all know most of their graduates are so much against the Duterte administration. She think highly of herself to be honest even before, so I think it was better for her to unfriend us so that we are free from seeing her irrelevant rants against the government. Aside from that, she has also been actively promoting her chosen candidate and well at the same time argue with those people who are against her. I know it was her right to do that, but to tell someone that your chosen candidate is not good and you should research more is so disgusting. My youngest brother in law is supporting another candidate and her having a superiority complex once commented on my brother in law posts along with some of our relative who are against it too even though my brother in law is on his right age, and can already decide on his own. They thought that he was still the 17 year old boy that whatever they ask him to do, he will follow without asking anything.
**Toxicity as its finest.** I thought this morning since the election is done, we will go back to the day where only good vibes were in my timeline. Unfortunately it is not. Actually it was more the loser side that were spreading toxicity even though the majority have already spoken. They were being pathetic to be honest telling how disappointed they were at the results and even to the extent of questioning of the recent results. Why can't they accept the fact that their candidates lost instead they were posting like "our country is doomed" and that they were migrating to other country because they can't accept the election results. I know they are still in denial stage and it will take few more steps before they can accept it.
**Sportsmanship is gone**. In every election expect it that there will be only one winner except if you are running in Senate that requires 12 winners, but as we all know we only needed one winner for the highest position in the country. Last night, it was already crystal clear who will win the race for the presidency so I am hoping that supporters of other team should concede as a sign of sportmanship. But what happened? This afternoon those supporters went out to the Comelec Headquarters and protest as to what they claimed there has been some discrepancy and anomaly in the recent elections. What happened to this younger generations? Is sportmanship really gone? The surveys have been feeding everyone of us for the past months of who is leading yet you don't want to acknowledge it even though it was proven and tested for the past elections because of its accurately scientific methodology. Well, I hope in the next days coming there will be clear result in this election and may everyone acknowledge the decision of the majority. Let us all unite for a better country.

My voting experience today
May 9, 2022 is the day that we Filipinos have been waiting for. This is the day that we are going to cast our vote to elect a newly official leaders of our country. I honestly wanted this to be done as today's election is full of toxicity and many relationship has been broken just because your choice aren't the same. A day before the actual date I already decided to go early to vote in order to finish early just like what I did in 2019. However, I woke up late. When I checked the time it was already 8 in the morning and as my morning routine goes, I went downstairs to clean the mess our dogs has done while we were asleep. I cooked hotdog if in case the boys woke up they will have breakfast at the table. I didn't take a bath (gross, hahaha) since I was hoping I will only be gone for a while. Or so I thought.
I only sipped a little bit of coffee, ate some crackers and prepared my bag. Before I left the house I woke my oldest son and told him to take care of themselves while I am away. I leave the house at exactly 9 in the morning but it took me 10 minutes before I can ride the jeep that would take me to the voting area location. I reached the voting location and asked the volunteer on the exact building where I should vote. He was very accommodating and lead me to the right building. Afterwards, I went to the building to double check my name on the list of voters. Before I could line up, I went out again to buy water because I know the whole process will take longer base on the people that were around on the voting location. Right after that, I proceeded back to the building and oh boy there was a long line of voters in my precinct and I have no choice but to stay because few more voters were coming.
Every once in a while the line moved and we were transferred to a classroom, which is nice because there were chairs and electric fan inside. I thought by 12, I would be done voting but it seems like I would stay longer. I was worried about the kids because it was already lunch time and there wasn't food left. Prior to that I talked to my son and told him to cook rice because I would just buy take out viand for lunch once I am done, the thing is by 12 in the afternoon I am still way far from the final step of voting. I suddenly thought of ordering foods to be delivered at home. After ordering it I called my son again to inform him about the food that I ordered. I instructed him what to do and told him specifically not to open the gate if its not the food rider for safety purposes. I cut the line after that since I am saving my phone's battery. But then I keep on messaging him as well as my husband because it was the time of the day that we usually had conversation. I asked him not to call me since the battery of my phone is starting to drain and yet I am still in the waiting line.
Finally by 1:40 in the afternoon, it was my turn to vote and I just followed what the staff has instructed. And then after around 5 to 10 minutes I give it to another staff and checked the receipt of whom I did vote. Since it was accurate with the names that I have shaded I give it back to him, the staff finally inked my finger which means I am now done voting.
Now that I am done casting my vote which is one of my responsibility for the country, I am hoping for a clean and peaceful canvassing of votes. I wish everyone would respect and cooperate with the people's choice. It is time for our country to unite and not be divided. We may have to disagree with our choices but at the end of the day we are all Filipinos. Cooperation and unity is what we needed for a better country. ❤💚

If there is one thing that occupy my mind like always it will be food. Who loves food? Well I do? I think I was deprived from it in my old life that is why I am so into it. So why are we talking about it? when in fact in my previous posts I mentioned about taking a break from from eating too much since I am trying to lose weight. I am sorry guys if I may sound hypocrite this time, but please allow me to talk about food since I can think of a topic today. Really? I know right, my mind is not working properly now (like everytime) so I checked my saved articles, and mareng @Ruffa article popped out. I think I read about this prompt from @Usagi first, however I forgot to save it. Now let's proceed answering some questions, you ready? Ok here we go.
How often do you eat out?
It depends on the situation. Whenever hubby is home for vacation, we often eat out. His family is fond of eating outside as a form of bonding. We usually spent more on food than any other things. I remember on one of his vacation that we spent eating outside for at least a month. That time he earned higher than his usual pay out so what we did to compensate all of his hard work earning that money is to eat and eat. We usually spent at least 1000 php for the food everyday so that was almost 30k a month. According to him it was okay since he can earn that money once he goes back to work. Then pandemic happened, and realizations overwhelmed us big time. Right now, were trying to lessen going out and spending too much on food instead I suggested on cooking our own food to save a few bucks.
What is your favorite food?
Nothing in particular since I love them all. I can eat everything except for the lamb. There was one time, my friend from US came home for vacation together with his husband so she invited us for a dinner together with her other friends. She treated us to a Greek restaurant in Robinsons Manila, and one of the food served is lamb. It was my first time to eat it and I honestly don't like it even though it is much healthier than any other meat. But if there is one food that I never got tired of eating, its gonna be pizza. And yes today since it is mother day, I treated myself a pizza and it was really good. Don't worry I burned the calories I intake from eating it by doing a 15 minute work out this afternoon.
What is my favorite pizza?
Speaking of pizza, I love hawaiian pizza. I specifically love the pineapple topping on it. Recently I am into cheese flavor. On our 10th year wedding anniversary, we ate at Shakeys, I ordered truffle four cheese pizza to give it a try and glad I did it because it was honestly good. Oh em gee, I think just typing the word cheese my mouth is now watering. Earlier I ordered at shakeys for our lunch however the truffle cheese isn't included in the promo I choose to buy but it's okay because hawaiian pizza is there to save the day.
What is the most expensive restaurant that you have ever been too?
The name of the restaurant is Brasserie on 3 that is located in Conrad Manila where we checked in last March. Their breakfast buffet costed 1700 php per person however we got it for free since my friend paid for it. However we have to pay for the two kids at 50 percent off. Since it is buffet you can eat everything that was on the counter. But to be honest, I didn't enjoyed it as much as I did in Vikings or in Sambokojin. Their buffet is much better than Brasserie and much more affordable. Well I got the chance to eat there for free since it was birthday.
What do you usually eat to gain weight?
You have to eat everything in order to gain weight. But I am actually jealous of those people who can eat anything yet not gaining weight. Sana ol! But then jealousy is not good, so I should stop it. Well I am not really fat. My weight right now is in between 57 to 58 kilograms. I gain 2 kilos when my husband went for vacation, obviously because we've been into eating spree.

Thirty but seventeen
One of the things that I enjoyed a lot is watching korean dramas which is no longer a secret to all of you as I have mentioned it since the time I started blogging here at read. Lately I am into rewatching drama series. Which means I have watched this series a long time ago but since I am bored to death and I wanted some entertainment, I decided to watch it again.
Ok so the first one that I totally enjoyed rewatching is the series entitled Still 17. It was shown in 2018 and the first time I completed watching it was during pandemic.
The plot
The story is about a 17 year old girl named Woo Seori who met an accident and was into coma for 13 years. When she woke up she was already 30 years old and have an older face. She was asking for her uncle and aunt who were her only relatives since her parents died when she was young. Unfortunately according to the nurses no one has been visiting her for a long time. Upon accidentally hearing it from them, she escaped from the hospital and tries to remember anything from the past before the accident and the first thing that came to her mind is their house. When she finally found it, there was already a new owner as it was sold by her relatives when she was in coma. That's where she meet the Goong Woojin, the son of the new owner of their house. And her life changes and more revelations have been exposed in the next 16 episodes of this wonderful series.
Upon finishing the series one more time, there were a few realizations that I have learned from watching it.

I am honestly impressed by Woo Seori positivity in life. Can you imagine waking up 13 years later and alone in life without any clue where your guardians is. Furthermore, the house that her parents build for her has another owner. She had nowhere to go but because of her positive outlook in life she was able to find a solution with her problem. In the series, before she got into accident, she was supposed to be at Germany to study. She is good at playing violin, however because of the accident the scholarship was taken away from her, but life must go on because you can no longer turn back the hands of time, what matters most is now and that has been her motivation to live a happy life.
Everyone has their own side of story
In this story you'll encounter some funny characters and my favorite is Jennifer the housekeeper. She took care of the house and all those living in it even though she is acting awkward and weird sometimes. Even the male lead actor Goong Woojin has a story to tell why he began being weird from being a happy boy back then. So yeah, we shouldn't really judge someone just because he act like this or that, maybe he or she is having a trauma about a certain things that happened in their life. The best thing to do is talk to them and understand them.
Don't think, Feel
This words is the overused dialogue in the series. I can't count how many times this was used. At first, I don't understand it but later on, it has something to do with overthinking. So if you want to do something in your life and you want to be successful in it, stop overthinking, instead feel the journey and enjoy it.
Conclusion
I highly recommend this tv series. If you want to watch a series with no complications and antagonists you better watch this. You will definitely fall inlove with the side characters and of course the main leads love story. And don't miss the exciting twists in the end, it will definitely blown you down. Happy watching.

My FriYay Update
Welcome to another article that will tackle about what I have done for today. I know this is not worthy of your time and there is nothing to learn about this article but still I want to thank you for clicking the link. There has been so many unfinished article in my drafts but as usual my mind is not working maybe because I am busy rewatching some korean dramas. Well actually, I used to watch some drama series while I am cutting some pattern for my handmade craft. See I am multitasking there.
Anyhow, about my Friday update, I haven't done anything special and just the usual activities I had everyday. Last night, my youngest son asked me to wake him up early because he was planning to play basketball at the court that is why he slept early, however it didn't happen. He even set the alarm on his phone but he it didn't help. He was sleeping safe and sound and by 8 in the morning I woke him up, telling him it is already late to play outside. I know he was a bit disappointed but I told him he can do it next time. I went outside our room to prepare breakfast. We usually had bread in the morning, but we ran out of it earlier, so what I did is that I got some flour,egg, milk, and baking powder to make pancake mix. After I prepare the mixture, I cooked it and was able to make 6 pancakes. The kids love it as I prepare hot choco for them and a cup of coffee for me. Also I put some honey and butter on top of it to make it more tastier and yummier.
By around 10 in the morning, I told my youngest son to take a bath because we were going out to buy a black shoes for tomorrow's event. There is a nearby mall within our place that is just a walking distance away from our home. So we started walking to the mall and we passed by at the ongoing mall which is just in front of the Zabarte Mall which we were going. It is much bigger and I am very excited for it to be completed. I think the construction has been for 3 or 4 years now, and maybe this year or early next year it will finally be open to the public. When we reached the Zabarte mall, we went upstairs and started looking for shoes. Unfortunately there were only 3 stalls that are selling it and it was quite expensive even though it isn't branded. So I told my son, we might just go to SM Fairview in the afternoon to find something affordable. Then as we were about to go home, there's a shop inside the mall that looks like a department store because they sell everything inside. We went inside and luckily we found a black shoes for my son that fits my budget and a belt too. I also bought umbrella because we don't have one at home. When I went to the cashier, the price of the shoes even got a discount. I only pay 200 php for it and 20 php for the belt. I paid for it and went to my favorite eatery to buy our ready to eat viand for lunch.
The rest of the day, I spend watching the series which I just mentioned earlier. I should actually be sleeping now, since tomorrow is my son's communion day. So after publishing this article I am going to sleep right away, so please forgive me if I can't reply to your comments as soon as possible, but please know that I appreaciate every upvotes, likes and comments you leave on my posts.

My mid year goals for 2022 that I wish I could achieve
Who says that you can only set your goals on the first month of the year? I know this has been late, but I am still writing it anyway. But since we are almost in the middle of the year I would call it my mid year goals. I don't know exactly why I am writing this stuff, its either my mind run out of topic to share and then even though I have saved a lot of prompt topic in my saved articles but my mind is not being cooperative this time. So I guess I would just write what I have in my mind randomly. And well this afternoon as I was talking to my husband, he was again complaining about the crazy schedule he had at work. The capacity of their ships is almost 100% that means they have a lot of guests unfortunately the crew aren't enough. They lack manpower that is why they had to double their work in order to accommodate the guests but they ended up tired and exhausted. Of course I have to comfort him in the midst of his rants about their unhuman schedule (as what he prefer to it) at work. I have to remind him that he should always focus on the things we wanted to achieve why he was there for work. I always have to remind him focus on the goal.
Speaking of goals which I am talking about earlier, I actually have 3 goals that I wanted to achieve this year.
***~~To take a special course (CPE)~~***
This has been my planned for a very long time already, unfortunately for some reasons I still can't push it. If you are asking what it is, CPE stands for Certificate for Professional Education. I am planning to take a LET examination after I take this course. This is a special course for those who are graduate of any 4 year course (except for education graduate) who wants to take up the teacher licensure exam and teach in the future. I have a co parent before at my son's former school who took this special course and after finishing it, she took the licensure exam and is now a teacher. We're supposed to take the same course together but because my youngest was just 4 years old that time I couldn't join her. Around 2018, I inquired at the nearest campus regarding that special course but then, they advise me to go to main campus which is on the other side of our city so again I missed the chance. Then pandemic happened. It was harder for me to inquire for it since I am saving our money for more important matters. This year though, I am hoping I could push through my plan and I hope there's no more alibi. I should achieve my goals no matter what. I hope my lazy self won't take over me.
*~~To have a better sales than last year~~*
I know some of you already knew about my little business about my handmade felt craft. So during the last quarter of the year, I am very much busy because I usually sell christmas felt ornaments. This year is gonna be the 3rd year I am selling it and I hope to get more sales so that I can save money for our special project. If you can recall from my previous post, I already bought some of the materials needed for my handmade crafts. I already started making some and that is one of the reason why sometimes I am inactive in this platform and can't interact. In order to get more sales, I should start making stocks as soon as possible. Since it is handmade I usually spent a lot of effort to make it presentable so that more buyers would be encourage to buy. My goal is to at least make 3000 pieces or more than that before the peak orders came. I wish I could make it.
*~~To be physically fit~~*
This is the challenging goal I have for this year. It is easy to say but it is so hard to accomplish. For the last two months that my husband went on vacation, I gain more than 2 kilos. I expected it since during his stay, we almost spend our time food tripping like we always do. The problem is that as we get older our metabolism get slower, so that could be the reason that I gain weight and well food is life. Who can ever resist it? Right now I am trying to lessen my rice intake and da*n it is so hard. Hahaha! My goal is to get rid of the 2 kilograms that I gain. Can I really do it? I hope so. I also tried some exercises that I did back in 2017 when I had successfully lose weight. Proper discipline and eyes on the goal is the key to achieve it.
*~~Closing Thoughts~~*
Achieving goals is hard and it takes a lot of determination to make it happen. Focus and proper discipline is what I need so that I can be successful in completing it. I still have few months and I am willingly to try the best effort I can do so that I can truly accomplish these goals. Before I end this article I would leave a nice quote about achieving goals.

What would you take a $100 cash or a bitcoin?
About a week ago, as I was browsing in my twitter account, I found this short video in my timeline. A man got a chance to interview two girls and the conversation goes like this.
*Interviewer : What would you rather take a hundred dollar cash or a bitcoin?*
*Girl 1: I gotta say a hundred dollar cash*
*Girl 2: a 100 cash every single time*
*Interviewer : Why? Why? Why?*
*Girl 1: Bitcoin is a little fake to me, not gonna lie.*
*Girl 2: I first of all don't know what bitcoin is and second of all it seems like a scam*
*Interviewer : Its said 40,000 dollar*
*Girl 1 : What is that dollars? What are we getting, we getting straight dollars.*
*Girl 2 : Like a hundred dollars in my hand feels way more tangible and way more real than bitcoin.*
And that's where the conversation ends.
More than a year ago, if I would have to choose between a $100 or a bitcoin, I might choose the first too, because I really have no idea what bitcoin is. In fact, bitcoin cash is the first cryptocurrency that I have had encountered because of noise.cash and eventually I got to be familiarize with some of it later on, thanks to some helpful information and articles I had encountered in that platform. I got to learn that bitcoin is the mother of all cryptocurrency. Honestly though, I am not familiar well with this topic since I am not into cryptotrading and I am not holding any cryptocurrency aside from bitcoin cash, but I just believe in my guts that bitcoin and other cryptocurrency would change our life drastically. Crossing both of my fingers for it to happen.
So yeah, not knowing anything about the cryptoworld, I would probably answer the same thing as both of the girls did. We can't blame them, because a lot of people aren't still aware of bitcoin, even though it has been with us for years now. Some were hesitant to know it and they felt like it is a scam and not real. In my opinion, they would rather have the real cash more than have a bitcoin instead. Even though the guy told them that the price of bitcoin is 40000 dollars, that I assume the interview happens when the price of bitcoin was at 40k dollars, but then both of them arguably depend the 100 dollars cash. If only they knew that one bitcoin is real and is very much higher than a hundred dollars for sure they would choose bitcoin instead.
So what can you say about the interview? Would you rather answer the same way girls did? I bet most of your answers will be different from them since we do know the price of bitcoin and its potential in the near future. Unfortunately though, many people even in our family, close friends and colleague aren't aware of it yet. On my part, I tried to introduce crypto topic in my family, however they weren't interested and even though I was enthusiastic to share about it, they just ignored me. So in the end, I stopped convincing them. But upon seeing this kind of video, it reminds me again that I should try once again to tell my family about cryptocurrency. I shouldn't be discourage if it seems like they won't like it, instead I will push it through and spread awareness somehow. I hope I can do it.

Reminiscing the past activities I had with my little boys
Yesterday I went to the grocery my two boys. Eversince the pandemic happened, both of them stayed at home and couldn't accompany me outside due to some restrictions. Recently they can go out because as we all know some of the restrictions were lifted up, obviously because everyday cases trimmed down. I took them yesterday with me because I missed doing grocery with them. I am actually being nostalgic knowing my little babies were no longer little anymore. I've seen them and guided them from the moment they came out of my womb. It was my greatest achievement so far, to be able to raised and see them growing right before my very eyes.
Enough of being so dramatic Yhanne, time to continue what I am going to share for today. Lately, my boys are into mobile games cod and mobile legends. They used to play roblox and minecrafts now they are into adult games. Time really passes by quickly that it is hard for me to admit that they're grown up. Where were my little boys now?
Going back to the past when they were just 2 and 3 years old. That time we moved out from my in laws family house to live in the house of our own. It took longer before we could move out because there were some constructions needed to be done since we got it (house) semi furnished. It was only me and my two kids left in the house because my husband went back to his work. I was a little scared that time since we don't have a front gate yet, although we were inside the village and there were roving guards at night. Since we don't have internet at that time yet, we always bonded through playing their blocks and toy cars. Having two boys who were very addicted with trucks, car, and anything that has wheels felt like I am one of the boys. I remember my youngest son favorite book that time, entitled the wheels on the bus. So at night, there's always a bed time story and that book should never be missed because someone might have tantrums.
The next years has come and they started to make friends with the kids from our neighborhood. It was nice seeing them playing happily with their playmates and then I realized it was really nice to be a kid. Having nothing to worry about and just enjoying what life has to offer. Both of them learned how to ride a bicycle without training wheels but of course they were afraid to tried it out first. Next thing I knew, both of them were so confidently riding it along with the other kids outside. Though there were times that they fell from it, but I would always told them it was okay and having bruises was a part of growing up.
When it was time for both of them to go to school I was the most excited whenever they goes home to show me the stars they got from their teachers. The playtime has shortened because it is time to learn how to read and write before going to the big school. Our activities included spelling some basic words, reciting the abc's and counting numbers up to 20. I honestly like what I am doing because I used to be a part time teacher aide in a preschool back when I was in college so all of the things I have learned from them (the teachers) I applied it to the boys and it was effective. Maybe that was the reason why I never got tired of handling kids as well because I had been trained for almost two years with different kind of children.
Storybook before bedtime has ended because board game was the new activity. Uno card game was my youngest son favorite because I don't know what sorcery he had because he always won like in every game. He was so into it that whenever we had visitors he would invite them to play uno game. While he was into it, my oldest son liked the monopoly board game. It was one of his birthday wish and my husband and I granted it. I had only played monopoly game back in my ipad nano and I always won with the opponent since I knew its move already, but playing it in person will take a lot of your time. Overall you will love it and it is a good family bonding as well. The good thing about this new monopoly gameboard is that your money comes in atm card already unlike before you will be handed a paper bills.
****Closing Thoughts****
I had fun doing some of the fun activities I had with my children. Though it was really tiring but seeing them enjoying their childhood which I didn't got to experience back then is fulfilling. I wanted to be there for them all the time and let them know I will never got tired of taking care of them. Though I know time will come that they will have their own families in the future, but I hope all of those happy memories we had will be kept and they could make another version of it in the future.

Add to cart, check. Check it out and payment confirmed, check. Now what is next, of course the arrival of the item you purchased. This has always been the closest scenario whenever I do online purchase. I have been patronizing shopee application since 2018 because I am selling some of my handmade crafts over there. Then later on I find out that aside from shopping and selling I can pay the bills with some discount voucher at the same application. They even have groceries, but nah, I would still prefer going to the physical store for groceries rather than doing it online. The reason is that there's two nearby grocery store at our place and soon it is going to be three since there is a ongoing construction of mall near our village. It is actually bigger than the other mall so I am expecting another grocery inside of it.
Going back to my article's title today I am going to share to you what I have purchased in the past few days through online. Here it goes. By the way all of these has arrived and completed.
The first parcel I received this week which I had ordered the other week. As you can see those things aren't for my personal use instead it is addition for my handmade crafts. For those who doesn't know yet I am into felt crafting and I sell felt christmas ornaments. I have to meet my goal for this year because I haven't meet it last year. Usually the peak orders starts by mid October until the last week of November. For this year I wish I could make a lot of stocks because the money that I will earn from this will be added for a special project we are planning for our home. Since I had already started cutting the pattern, the next step is to begin stitching and put some fiber fill inside. I bought 2 kilos of fiber fill which I think can fill up to 300 to 400 ornaments. I would just buy next time in order to make some more. I bought red thread as well. I only check out 5 pieces of it but the seller mistakenly sent me 8. I also added needle because the needles I am using were all rusty and not in good condition to use, unfortunately the needle they sent me isn't the one I am looking for. I might look for another needle next time.
The next parcel that came this week is this playpen for dogs. I have already mention in my past articles about our newly born puppies. They were officially 22 days as of this writing. They look bigger now, obviously because all they do is sleep and drink milk everyday. Both of them keeps on crawling, that is why they no longer stay in the bed where they used to stay back when they were just few days old. So in order to keep them safe I checked for a dog fence at Shopee and this is what I have found. Of course, before adding it to cart I have read the buyers review about the particular item. Most of it were nice and seems like a good buy, so I immediately checked it out. I ordered it last April 24 and after 5 days the parcel was delivered. Just like what I have expected the item is in good shape and well I am very delighted to put the little puppies inside.
My third purchase has something to do with my crafts as well. I added it on my cart last April 27 and surprisingly the seller sent it right away that yesterday the parcel came at our front gate. As you can see from the pictures, the items I bought were felt cloth which is the main material for my handmade crafts. I am super excited and might be busy in the coming days in order to meet my goal which I have mention earlier. Felt craft used to be just a hobby for me, but during pandemic it served as our bread and butter for about 3 months since my husband didn't have work because cruise ships were banned for sailing. It was one of the worst hardship we've been through because all of our savings were literally drained. Thanks to my handmade feltcraft because we somehow survived it.
So these were the items I have purchased within this week and I am glad I received it without any problem. Right now I still have one purchase that needs to be shipped.
Face mask is a must, so I ordered 4 boxes of it. If you could still remember I save 100 php on the electric bill that I have stated on my yesterday's article. I used it to pay for the 4 boxes of face mask and luckily I never paid for the shipping fee since it was free. I am still waiting for the seller to ship the item.
In times of pandemic where everyone is advise to stay home, online shopping is a great stress reliever to be honest. I find it more convenient and less hassle than going out. As for the materials needed for my little shop, I would always prefer buying it via online than going to Divisoria. The price difference is only a few bucks and I don't think I can save more going there since I needed to pay for the fare, then I would be stressed out by the traffic jam, and of course my tummy needs some foods. Those are an additional expenses, and in the end instead of saving I think I would have spend more. While in online shops I just needed to wait for a few days and wait for the parcel to arrive at our doorsteps.

It's the end of the month and a weekend
Today is the first day of the month and well what can we say time is really flying fast. I got busy on the last day of the month. A night before the last day I updated my noise account that I should sleep early because my youngest son is going to have his confession at the church as part of his communion. This is a part of holy sacrament in Roman Catholic religion. This is usually done when you are in 3rd grade, but since it was pandemic last year my youngest son was not able to experience it. So when their adviser notified all Catholic kids for the communion I hurriedly comply with the requirements and passed it on her. That is the reason why my son was included in the first batch of kids who will receive the sacrament of communion on May 7. Prior to the actual date of communion, we attended the seminar last April 23 on the church together with all the other students mostly in 3rd grade and only few from the other grade level. The seminar lasted for almost 3 hours and the students along with the parents were advised on what to do next after the seminar. The next was the confession which was done yesterday. We stayed almost 3 hours at the church again due to some announcements and the kids had to practice on what they should do on the exact date of Holy Communion.
Since it was almost lunchtime, I took Athan my youngest son to the nearest fastfood chain to buy a take out food for our lunch. My oldest son was left home to so that someone could watch over the puppies. I bought six pieces of chickenjoy and a large fries which was requested by my little man. We went home and as expected Aaron cooked the rice already. We ate our lunch since I was really starving for I haven't had breakfast at morning. I only sip a little bit of coffee because we might get late at the confession, and the moderator keeps on reminding that latecomers wouldn't be entertained last Saturday.
It was the end of the month which means few bills are waving. I paid for our internet bills few days ago and the water bills on the first week of the month. Now electric bill was next on the list. It was already due on the 29th but I intended to pay it on the 30th as I was waiting for the payday voucher on Shopee. I cash in the exact amount on my shopee pay via gcash and proceed to the bills payment section on shopee pay. When I clicked the electric company who provides our electricity, I got the 100 php off voucher. I was supposed to use another voucher with a maximum of 80 php cashback, instead I choose the Meralco voucher which is usually available every payday. From 3146, I only pay 3046. So convenient, no hassle and I don't need to wait in line just to pay for it, additionally I got a discount.
Since it was the end of the month I expected some articles content about their April earnings and monthly report, that reminds me to transfer my total earnings from the both platforms. (noise and read) I actually tranferred some of it last April 16 because I used some of it for my mom's birthday surprise. You can read the story about it here. Yesterday though I decided to transfer my earnings from the 17th of the month until yesterday in my coins.ph and converted it in our fiat to add in my personal savings. Before that, I was really craving for pizza so I used 600 php to buy 2 boxes of it. So for dinner I only ate the pizza and the leftover chicken from lunch and a little bit of rice. I am reducing my rice intake for now for my balik alindog chenes. Hahaha! Well I gained 2 kilos since hubby came home for vacation and my initial plan is to get rid of it.
