This is a farmed fish from a pond. Just so you know, it's not hooked on a fishing rod. If it protects the heart and blood vessels and helps the function of the brain, and in addition it is rich in essential nutrients and easily digestible, then it is certainly worth it.
However, given the nutritional quality of fish as a food, there is no justification for a large number of people eating fish only a few times a year; eg for Christmas Eve. Let us therefore remind ourselves of the moment of grace that fish provides in order to include it in our menu more often.
