This is a farmed fish from a pond. Just so you know, it's not hooked on a fishing rod. If it protects the heart and blood vessels and helps the function of the brain, and in addition it is rich in essential nutrients and easily digestible, then it is certainly worth it.

Statistics show that fish is insufficiently present in our diet. The reasons why this is so different.

However, given the nutritional quality of fish as a food, there is no justification for a large number of people eating fish only a few times a year; eg for Christmas Eve. Let us therefore remind ourselves of the moment of grace that fish provides in order to include it in our menu more often.

Fish is really great, it is meat, it contains proteins, and at the same time, it has much less fats than other meats. That is main reason why we sohuld eat fish more often. I presonally prefer to eat firh from the sea. Also, there are fish pieces that we can buy in cans, that can be really great salad, if it is mixed with for example tomatoes and mayo.

Ja uz ribu najviše preferiram krompir salatu. Kuhani krompiri na šnite, crveni luk nakrupno i mnogo mnogo octa u to. Nema bolje salate uz ribu.
