Hello my dears. I was watching a quiz yesterday, and one of the questions was ... where are the Niagara Falls? Of course, the contestant gave the correct answer. But then, I thought to myself, since when have I not thought about it and read about this beauty. And here I am, now I will write a little on that topic.
Niagara Falls (English: Niagara Falls) - a series of waterfalls located on the Niagara River in East North America, on the border between the United States and Canada. Waterfalls (French: "les Chutes du Niagara") consist of three different waterfalls: Horseshoe Falls (also known as Canadian Falls), American Falls, and the smaller Bridal Falls. Niagara Falls, created 125 centuries ago, today forms the border between the United States and Canada, and is one of the five most attractive tourist destinations in the world. Niagara means "water that thunders", and its Indian name absolutely corresponds to the noise made by the waterfalls in the abyss of the river of the same name near Lake Ontario.
For the first time, information about this waterfall was obtained by the Indians - they believed that water demons seek to sacrifice two human lives every year. In 1657, this wonder of nature was included in a French map. It was not until 20 years later that two explorers, the French traveler La Sal and his Belgian companion Luj Enepin, made their way to the falls. The first report contained a wealth of incredible information.
Niagara Falls is not very high, but it is very wide. On average, about 110,000 m3 of water flow through them every minute up to a maximum of 165,000 m3 per minute. It makes the most powerful waterfalls in North America and probably the most famous in the world.
Geographically, Niagara Falls is a 20-minute drive from the American city of Buffalo in New York State and an hour and a half drive from the Canadian city of Toronto. Some sources mistakenly claim that waterfalls flow an average of 330,000 cubic meters per minute or more. That figure is accurate when it comes to the average flow of the river itself, but much of it is diverted for hydroelectric purposes before it reaches the waterfalls. Niagara Falls is famous for its beauty, but it is also an important source of hydroelectric power. Waterfalls have been a popular tourist attraction for almost a century, and this natural wonder is shared by the twin cities of Niagara Falls (Ontario) and Niagara Falls (New York).
The view of them is beautiful as in summer. so in winter. Therefore, they are visited at any time. Whatever the season, the number of tourists is huge.
From all positions the waterfalls look beautiful, but lately tourists usually enjoy them from boats or the lookout. Most agree that the view from the Canadian coast offers a better experience.

Tose Proeski
A Macedonian star that the whole world knew about. Ангел Македонски. Beloved by everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, grandparents. Listened to by all. Adored by all. Do not leave early, very early, no warning, no goodbye. Tears on the faces of all, tears that have not been shed to this day.
Proeski was born in Prilep. After his musical talent was discovered at the age of 12, he was chosen to perform at the popular children's song festival Zlatno Slavejce. This was his first public music performance; however, his successful career began in 1996 when he participated in the teenage music festival Melfest in Prilep.
After that, his career took off. Many songs sung, many performances, many awards, many concerts.
Tose Proeski also confirms himself in the fields of composing music. He has written several songs for himself. On October 5, 2008, a charity concert was held at the City Stadium in Skopje, in honor of the biggest Balkan star - Tose. This date was chosen because on October 5, 2007, also at the City Stadium Tose, he held one of the biggest humanitarian concerts so far. His wish was to fill the City Stadium again next year, so this concert was held in that honor, which is supposed to become a tradition. A number of music stars performed at the concert under the motto: "Tose - we all love you", including Kaliopi, Goca Trzan, Toni Cetinski, Ruslana and others.

Homemade tomatoes
I will share with you my recipe for homemade tomato, the result of which is a beautiful, thick, natural product.
Quantity: 5, 10 or 15 kg (at your request), beautiful, ripe tomatoes. One kilogram of tomatoes yields half a kilogram of tomatoes.
1. Wash the tomatoes, clean them from the green part, put them in a tin and bake them in an oven.
2. After they are baked, leave them to cool a bit, then peel them.
3. Blend in a juicer, and thus grind gather in a saucepan.
4. Boil for a very short time, because the tomato is really very thick. Only salt is added.
5. Collect hot tomatoes in hot bottles or jars, if desired.
6. Allow to cool, after which it can be used.

Proposal for lunch-integral spaghetti
Here is a suggestion for lunch, a recipe for preparing whole spaghetti, and only two ingredients are used for the supplement:
- home-made tomatoes (or bought from a store, if we do not have them at home), and
- mushrooms
You will determine the amount yourself, depending on how many people you are preparing it for.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water, and when it is ready, strain it and pour a little olive oil over it.
The mushrooms are simmered with water and salt, and finally, when they are ready, they are also covered with a little olive oil.
Both ingredients for the supplement are delicious and low in calories. From the spice I used salt, pepper, and a little oregano.
The cooked spaghetti is served in a plate, and on top of them, first the tomato is added, and on top of it, the mushrooms.

***It is Sunday. Warm day in August. It 's early morning. I decided to have my morning coffee on the terrace, while the morning coolness still reigns and the heat does not subside. I sit comfortably in a chair, alone, and yet I am not alone. The peace in my soul and the silence around me keep me company. I feel relaxed and at ease. I look at the sky, light blue, without any clouds through it.***

Quinoa pizza with vegetables
***Good morning,***
***Inspired by yesterday's posts where there were many beautiful recipes for breakfast and lunch, this morning, I will present you my yesterday's breakfast, which I prepared myself. I called it pizza with quinoa and vegetable batter.***
***For one person, the necessary ingredients are:***
***1. For the dough***
***about 60 gr. boiled quinoa***
***2. For covering***
***tomato***
***mild green pepper***
***hot green pepper***
***olives***
***zucchini***
***mushrooms***
***a little oregano***
***(other vegetables are optional)***
***Method of preparation:***
***Boil the quinoa on low heat in warm water for about 15-20 minutes, until the grains soften and crack. There should be no water left in it. Add a little olive oil, stir and wait for it to cool.***
***After it cools in a baking pan, the pizza dough is formed from it, and on the dough formed in this way, thin slices of tomato rolls are arranged, then thinly sliced pieces of peppers, pecurs, olives, zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and oregano, and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.***
