If we simply speak of the act of observation, then the act of observation is the act of creation. Observation - it is not looking at something unknown, we simply project thoughts about what we are looking at.
These projections depend on our assumptions. At that moment, when we start observing something, we assume something, and this assumption is our belief, faith. In this way, observation is based on belief.
At the quantum level, reality depends on the assumptions of the observer, we decide everything in the Universe.
Subconscious thoughts are equivalent to subatomic particles.
We are not dealing with physical reality, as it seems to us on a macroscopic level, but with energy and information. We are not dealing with particles, but with fields. In these fields, consciousness and energy interact easily, although they are experienced on surface levels separately. From us, was hidden that deep connection between consciousness and matter.
Greg Braden: The unique field unites atoms and feelings; people and objects. Our inner feelings change the experience of the outer state of matter at the subatomic level. He says that the physical and psychological levels interact with the unique field.
These are two sides of the same coin: one and the same expanse-field unites both concepts. These fields, or clouds are interconnected - strings (string theory), they are full of information of life. And the further we go, the more we find psycho-physical and physical-emotional reality. Our unconscious levels are united with the objects around us because they are in one field.
Thoughts are an expression of our deep subconscious beliefs. Thus, our deep unconscious belief system governs reality, as well as physical reality!
All our beliefs are imported (imprinted) throughout life and unified in the form of our programming. But there is a problem here - much of the thought process and belief systems work on an unconscious level. Because of this, we are blocked from feeling a deep connection outside the matrix. The matrix - is the illusion of separation and hardness of the body into which we fall when observing, behind which hides a deep reality.
Physicist Albert Einstein showed us that the perception of hardness is an illusion. All physical matter around us is obtained from the frequency of vibration of energy, and by changing the frequency of vibrations, the structure of matter can change.
Most of us are trapped in a matrix, we are convinced we are looking separately from ourselves. But a deep part of ourselves is working on this subatomic subconscious level.
What do we create unconsciously?
Unconsciously we create unwanted results, we demonstrate hidden desires. What we don't want to remember. We are stuck in templates, in programs.Individual programs, which are manifested in us in a sense of separation and exclusivity.
It has been found that in adulthood we live by the same patterns we acquired in childhood. It is something like karma. The The essence of the problem of observation is that perception is actually the creation of the observed, and this has important implications for everyone, because at the moment of observing something or someone, we begin to assume, that is, to create.
David Ike: When you are in a state of fear and the fear is very slow and low-frequency vibration, then you see more the embodiment of fear around. The whole system of mass manipulation is built on management through fear. They are trying to keep us under stress and anxiety for tomorrow, and about regretting yesterday. This puts us in a state of slow vibration. We have to be very careful about what we believe in, as far as the future is concerned.
In holographic reality, the more you depend on a belief system, the more you create, what you are convinced of, what you believe in. Every thought creates a reality, which grows like a spider's web.The unconscious is the creative force that resides within us, and that creates what is programmed deep within us. It exists on the border with the conscious, and it restores all our erased and stolen memories. And to think that we live on the experience of something separate from us, which we automatically create is - dangerous!
P.S. Quantum psychology first of all helps man to better understand himself, to explore himself from within, as well as to examine the influence of his consciousness on the material world. Absolutely everything in the world is made up of atoms and molecules, including our thoughts and speech.
