Do you have a Humidifier in your house? - Benefits of Aroma Therapy Lots of people nowadays have some sort of scent in their homes that makes them feel good. Maybe its flowers, or specific dish soap when doing dishes, or that shampoo that you REALLY like the smell of and starts your day right. All of these are forms of aroma therapy, And I don't think either of us will argue that they don't make us feel nice. But do you take advantage of those good feelings through your whole house? Humidifiers are one of the go-to ways currently to help diffuse essential oils through a room or the whole home. Having your safe space have an extra layer of comfort and recharge, can have amazing benefits towards our consistent, everyday physical and emotional well being. When did this all start? How did we get to our understanding of aromatherapy today, and how does that help us make the most of what we have now? The use of Aroma therapy can be traced back through many different cultures. Starting out as people learned that burning certain woods, leaves, needles, and plants, released a pleasant smell into the air, It began to become a regular part of human existence. As these practices progressed, we learned that certain things we liked to burn for the smell, had other healing properties as well. Burning things like lavender to fill the air, giving a sense of ease. Nowadays, we have gotten much father into the molecular science of aroma therapy and essential oils. Taking the specific properties of these plants, and incorporating them into our lives for well being through things like slaves, and balms, roll on oils, and perfumes. Fun Fact, the term perfume is actually derived from the Latin "Per Fumum" which means "through smoke"... right back to our ancestors, burning what they learned, to fill the air with a pleasant smoky smell. Somewhere along the way, Around 5000 B.C.E some tribes of humans were learning that animal fats could absorb the properties (tastes, smells, and medicinal) of the plants if they were heated up. Maybe something got dropped into the food? Or maybe someone had been experimenting. we started to incorporate these plants into our foods, and found other uses. It made things tastier, it promoted better gut health, more restful nights. We also learned to start using it for external uses, like adding some of these plants to fats and using to heal cuts and burns, or healing, dry cracked skin. In Modern Times, we are very used to the relief from everyday muscle soreness with things like tiger balm, rub A535, and the like. We love our hand and foot lotions, and our lavender bath balms. All of these are our version of adding different binding structures to make our aromas more potent, more transportable, have a longer shelf life. Take the bath bombs for instance: You get to extend the shelf life of the essential oils (in our example lavender), and add the fun stuff like fizzing to help mix the bath balm into the whole tub. These are essentially the same way our predecessors used fat to soak up to effects of the plants, and would dip some fabric in it, and suddenly who have a bandage that can calm inflammation of a rash, or even just smear the fat right on. Now, Let's get back to our topic: Let's talk about the use of humidifiers to add a positive boost to your favourite places in your house. Using a humidifier is a cheap, and efficient way to disperse your favourite essential oils into the air, and spread through a large amount of space. Using just a few drops of oil mixed in the the water, it will act as if it was mixed long enough for the water tank to run out, which solves our first problem, of finding a way to "absorb" the oils and make more efficient use of it! The next problem it solves is also making it more readily available for our bodies to use. It is in the air and in small enough particles over time that over body can register the scent, and have access to the effects of that oil/scent for hours. The benefits of giving your body access to these essential oils has been covered many times, and extensively. I think the more important stuff to cover, is what kind of benefits can you expect to receive from using a humidifier to perform aromatherapy in your everyday life. The answers to this are as wide as you can create with your own experimentation! Every oil has its benefit, like calming the nerves, anti-microbial agents, waking up the sense, you name it! In fact, there is some research out there that suggests a combination of rosemary, thyme, and a few more potent oils can help fight cancer. More appropriately in the home setting? How about calming the nerves after a long day? you might enjoy lavender, or bergamot. Waking up in the morning is well suited to citrus scents like orange or lemon. Many lists of different essential oils, their scents, and effects are always available with a simple google search, but now that you know the reasons and benefits on aromatherapy, and how easy it is to do for yourself, Maybe now is the time to give it a try! list of basic essential oils are their benefits, that have a nice smell and contribute to a healthy house hold: Lemon - always a main-stay in a kit, the oil helps to relive anxiety, and can be used to treat acne when diffused in a room. I personally use lemon in massage treatments to help people relax (with a combination of others, lavender for example) but not fall asleep! Lavender - this tends to have help alleviate headaches, as well as promote a healthy sleep. Some reports even report help with menstrual cramps. Patchouli - while it may be thought of as the smell of the more "free spirited" individuals, Patchouli has strong effects on helping with depression, and assisting with appetite, and skin conditions like acne Orange - sharing similar properties to other citrus oils, orange oils have a great effect on booting a positive mental state. More specifically, it helps with anxiety, and the exhaustion that follows, which means it has helped those with PTSD Tea Tree - known very well for those fighting acne, Tee tree has great anti microbial effects, and can help Sandalwood - It can be on the more expensive side of oils, but sandalwood oil is used to find grounding, and focus on balance in life With these ideas in had I suggest trying for yourself! whether that means smelling something citrusy a little longer in the kitchen when you cut it open, or if you go and buy some essential oils for your diffuser, There is no wrong way to experiment and find what works best for you, and the benefits a home that helps you feel grounded can do for your life.

Free Ways to Create an Investing Fund Online Via Cryptocurrencies I personally used to fall into the category of "I pay all my bills, and I like having a few things in my life" (nothing crazy mind you, a nice water bottle, good backpack, shoes that will last). I find I still don't have too much left over, so most of it goes into my traditional savings fund. This unfortunately also leaves all the hopes and dreams of crypto left on the wayside. This is how I personally how I started my investing fund using the passive internet to my, and now *YOUR* advantage! I should mention that While I say "passive", the results will definitely vary depending on how passive you want to be. It will become as we go here, But I don't want anyone to think we are just "printing money" off the internet. Usually when it comes to collecting enough money to start investing, we will see a few kinds of websites that might interest us: faucets, gambling, and low level investments. they all have their pros and cons, so let jump into it to see which best suits your style for funding your future. =) We will start this series by talking about the easiest, sure fire way to earn your investment capital: Faucets! Faucets are the easiest, bread and butter way to earn some satoshi's. Usually these consist of watching an ad, or solving a captcha, so the company can verify that they do indeed have real humans viewing their ads. The faucets I started out with around 2013 used to pay a large amount, and now don't or have since gone under. As sad as it was at the time, it leaves us with a few heavy hitters that have been around for a long time and have a proven history of paying out their workers. FREEBITCO.IN Now, as the one of the easiest ways to make money, these do pay out very little. In fact, this site pays about 12 satoshi's (0.00000012 BTC), but it is also very stable and been around for a long time. There is no doubt that it will pay you, and it comes with its own *PASSIVE EARNINGS bonus.* As long as you hold 30,000 satoshi's (0.0003 BTC) or above, you will earn 4.08% of anything in your account. Now this might not be much compared to the investing we long for, but as it has a minimum of 3,000 satoshi fee for withdrawal, its nice to know you can earn a fraction while you wait to earn what you are comfortable paying to withdrawal. Now there are a lot of ways this website likes to try and get your hard earned faucet money back from you. There are HI-LO games available, lotteries, grand sweepstakes and so forth. We will cover these pieces in gambling section of this series! There is also a bonus to your faucet earnings if you gamble with them. I have taken the time to build up that bonus specifically, as building it up can net you the equivalent of $0.055 CAD once an hour. Thats nothing to complain about free money for clicking once an hour! COINTIPLY.COM This website has a lot to offer those who are willing to take the time! The faucet is fairly standard, Although as a heads up, they pay you in their own points, which are equivalent to a set amount of USD, THEN it is converted to be worth a value in BTC. Not the end of the world, because they also have paid to click (PTC) ads, videos, short surveys, and games! all as additional ways to make a points balance to withdrawal. Having said this, there is a very steep withdrawal minimum, So if you want to use this one, I do recommend also taking the time to participate in the paid to click ads, as well as any short videos they might put out. This will increase your daily totals by as much as an extra 1500 satoshis a day. They have also instigated a login bonus, Where you earn +1% to your faucets for everyday you login in a row. Lastly, and probably my steady favourite, a series website I used for faucet collecting is a network of websites, giving faucets for a different kind of crypto. They all collect their faucet earnings for you in a single website know as CoinPot.co. COINPOT.CO This has what i think to be an amazing system for users. They have faucets for BTC, BCH (WOOH!), LTC, DOGE & DASH. They also have their own coin, which you earn just by collecting from their faucets. You can use these coins to convert into a crypto of your preference, or save them and earn passive interest on them as well! FURTHERMORE each faucet you collect with them, you get a random bonus between 1-100% of the faucet (which does in fact hit 100% often enough to believe in it!), as well as a daily bonus (everyday you login you get +1% of the total faucet earnings as a bonus!) as well as a referral bonus (+1% for every referral you bring in). Finally, the other great pieces about this platform, are that effect of watching seven different faucets all collecting in one wallet (a very nice feeling to see your hard work all in a pile for you instead of separate wallets!), as well as a unique feature that allows flexibility of when you can collect your faucet earnings. You can collect from every website every 5 minutes, Which will absolutely bring you the most earnings, but you can also leave it for up to 1 week, and still be slowly earning (less and less) as your tank fills up. I like this because it means if you are busy in the real world, you can rest assured you aren't wasting your earning time by not pulling out your phone! Now that we had talked about the older faucets, I would like to take a short pause to add a few spare sites, that I still use and are indeed free. While they do not classify as faucets, they are no risk, proven to pay sites that I think make a great addition to a start portfolio. STORMGAIN.COM This is an undoubtable powerhouse in this category, giving people the ability to cloud-mine for free! You can use this to make $10.00 USD in BTC. It takes approximately a month to pull out your earnings, but it is by far larger than any of these other faucets. You do not need to use their other services, Which we will cover in the gambling article to follow this one! This is a very powerful tool going around right now to help people get into cryptocurrency from the bottomline =). MININGCOMPANY.LTD Another mention to make sure is out there is Miningcompany.ltd. Signing up with these guys, you can receive a free hash rate in their cloud-mining operation to rack in and extra 300 satoshis a day, without having to do anything! Now we have set you up for success to start collecting your cryptocurrencies. Most of these websites will have a minimum withdrawal amount, and that is just a fact of faucets. So keep collecting, and when you reach that withdrawal minimum, you should learn how to send your funds between two wallets. I suggest collecting everything into your COINPOT wallets for the easiest, fee free way to move your coins around. =) Happy earnings, and If you have any questions, as always, please feel free to leave a comment down below!

+1 more

ANYONE PAYING OUT TO PAYEER HOLD OFF . the are saying that "Deposit is temporarily unavailable" ....

@Thremos

Maybe this can be the source of debate =) The fact that humanity has yet to agree on a singular undeniable nature of the universe, either religious or otherwise, shows that we as a species either have no point, or have not yet realized the point. We can take this as a need to use advancing technologies to record our histories and thoughts so further generations have access to the collective processing power of the human race to help us evolve to whatever we are meant to be, or to a point of our choosing, that gives humanity its ultimate purpose.

Supplements for Everyday, Workout, and Beyond Pt.2 Moving in from the first post of this collection, (which is right here -> https://read.cash/@Thremos/supplements-for-everyday-workout-and-beyond-07a899be and covers everyday supplements) I wanted to round out the options you have when it comes to "specializing" your supplements. Now when I say specializing, what I really mean is taking them for a specific, often acute, or an issue that is specific to you as an Individual. The two types of these supplements we will talk about are for De-stressing, or keeping up with the daily stress in your life, And Athletic performance. ***Bundle #2 - Destress & Unwind*** This Bundle is looking toward helping replenish your body so it can continue to to handle itself when your life, or time in your life even, often has you in the higher limits of your stress levels. Things like the chemical Cortisol, which is released by your body to tell the body to get ready for stress, for increased blood pressure, for increased nutrient consumption, things like this. When we run out of cortisol, Our body doesn't know to be read, and thats when damage occurs, and stress starts affecting our health. **Vitamin C** - is fantastic for immune boosting. When you are experiencing adrenal fatigue (generalized tiredness, depression, emotionally stunted) Your body will not have the sufficient sources for keeping your immune system operational (and in this day and age, that's pretty important!) I think we all understand that we need this! =D **Zinc** - this is helpful in athletic performance as well, so It will receive an honourable later too. For stress related reasons, zinc can be taken daily in a low dose to help with immunity. Our White blood cells, (macrophages to be exact) actually need zinc to function properly to protect us from foreign invaders! One piece of advice for you though, if you are taking it over the long term in amounts of about 50mg a day or more, you might consider taking a copper supplement as well as it will deplete it over time with high use. **B Complex** - there are 8 different B vitamins (numbered B1 - B12), they all support the body from Blood to DNA. Specifically, Numbers 1,2,3,6 & 12 all have a support role in the nervous system. Being that the nervous system has a large effect on our response to stress, this is where we want our focus of any B complex to be on B1, B2, B3, B6, & B12 **Chlorophyll** - I picked up this awesome tip while I worked at a Chiropractic office! I drank this in my water, But you can also get in pill form if you choose. Chlorophyll primarily acts as a detoxification and energy boost. It helps pull toxins of our everyday diets and stress that builds up "free-radicals" (another topic for another time) in our body. While we have the natural ability to get rid of some of these free radicals over time, powerful antioxidants like Chlorophyll help take up the mantel and let our body replenish its natural stores to rebalance itself. **Bundle # 3 - Athletic Performance** This Bundle is aimed towards not just helping you build mass and strength etc. It is also set up to help keep you body strong and resilient to training and everyday wear and tear. So While I would love to talk about BCAA's, we will save that for another time) Right now we are focused on keeping our body fully fuelled and prepared for what we will do with it. **Collagen** - Collagen is a natural substance in our body, found in our tendons and ligaments. It is the tough half of these structures (the stretchy half is called elastin), and when it comes to athleticism, it is what we stress with every life, sprint, pull. In order to strengthen ourselves, we need to put stress on these structures. Now to get fascial strength and body tension, you will need to injure these structures to encourage mass, but if you do want mass and raw power, then you will want to supplement this in to ensure that your tendons are strong enough to hold up against your muscles! **Arginine** - Arginine is more focused on keep your blood circulation tiptop both during and outside of performance activities. Outside of a workout, Arginine is used to promote generalized cardiac health, and promote blood flow. This in turn helps makes sure that your body is saturated with all the nutrients it needs because there is constantly a big fresh batch flowing by! Inside out a workout, It functions to relax the blood vessels to optimize oxygen flow through the blood to your muscles, as well as reduce overall blood pressure to keep your system safe while you push yourself. **Magnesium -** This has a few uses throughout the body. It is also used to help produce a calm feeling during rest and sleep, but we will be talking about its properties towards muscles. I promotes healing for muscles tissues post work out, as well as get used up in a work out to produce energy! It is a very important aspect of athletic health. There is also some research out there about its ability to reduce the amount of lactic acid build up in muscles! **And lastly**, Don't forget that Zinc! it will be an aid in cell growth and reproduction to help the healing process post workout! Remember that all these supplements and bundles are just ways to categorize and makes sense of them. You will know your life better than anyone who hasn't spent five years with you. I encourage you to figure out works best for you, and if you have any questions about what you should be taking, feel free to ask me in the comments!

Going "Bankless" in Canada - So Close As I lean deeper into living off of the internet, I have started looking for ways to have a reliable way to spend the money I earn in Crypto in the real world. I like the idea of spreading the word and showing the power of crypto without having to buy things with gift cards, or charging through a 24-72 hour wait time to pull my funds out. This is all made harder by the fact that I live in Canada, which means two things for me: 1) cryptocurrencies are not legal tender here in Canada and being so, are not affected by taxes as long as it is kept, and spent in crypto currency. 2) This means that any companies going through Visa, Mastercard, etc. cannot get their cryptocurrency visa cards approved here just yet. So this leaves us with the problems of getting my money out for everyday spending at all, and how to keep my money from crypto easily separate from my normal bank account, to make sure that everything is structured properly come tax time. having my criteria, I went to work. I will save you all the monotonous details of researching through different articles saying how so many companies had plans to bring a card out to Canada, or in one or two case they may actually have, before they were shut down? At any rate, a few solid hours, a handful of online chats with different companies, and I finally came to the conclusion that there was no crypto-ready vis cards in Canada just yet....on to the next option. Ultimately, I came up with this scheme to keep everything as organized as possible in one go (I recommend reading this over first before starting to make sure you set up all the necessary accounts for your situation) First off: I personally keep all my everyday spending money in investments or activities that can pay me in Bitcoin, or widely accepted altcoin. (I will detail my strategies for personal savings vs personal spending in another article). This ensures easy access to funds by depositing everything into a "bucket account" that collects payments from various sources. BUCKET ACCOUNT CHOICE - NETCOINS (For Canada) Netcoins is a platform that focuses on Providing cryptocurrency access to Canadians in a "step or two past basic" way. They make it easy to money with e-transfers, with money arriving within 30 mins. This means when we are transferring fiat currency into crypto, or pulling our funds out to spend, Both are done with e-transfer. The only down side to this convenience is that they are available for transfer into and out of your account during business hours. So we do have to plan our weekend withdrawals. Hey, still better than anything else I have found! =) They work with BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, XRP & CAD funds, which makes them fairly ideal for common altcoin, but can make it require one more account "upstream" in any one of your preferred exchanges (I personally like crypto.com, But thats a different article). The goal here of course, is to require as few transactions as possible from any income source wallets, to your "bucket account" to save on fees where we can. Once we have all of our funds transferred to Netcoins, we will exchange them for CAD funds leave them there until a bit later. SETTING UP A SECONDARY BANK ACCOUNT (online) - KOHO FINANCIAL Next link in the chain (and last... short chain is what we want I promise!) is to set up a service to send our funds from Netcoins, which are now sitting in CAD, waiting for us, into a way we can spend it in the real world, and ideal without a surcharge to avoid ever more present fees if we don't watch out for them! This is where virtual or online banks come in handy. Covid notwithstanding, I don't want to wait in line for a bank anymore if I have the convenience of chatting and setting up my basic day to day spending and saving with an online banking platform. This way, it is kept separate from my traditional bank account should any odd taxation scenarios arise, as well as hygiene in our evolving world. For this, I chose KOHO. They have a decent referral reward system, of 1% rebate for 90 days on everything you spend with them, up to a loaded 10%! Now I'm not sure what the taxes are like in other parts of the world, but here in my part of Canada, we pay 12% for our taxes. That means that if you refer anyone into this free service, you could be saving almost the entire tax rate for everything you purchase! Not enough? How about their upgraded membership? 89$ a year (still cheaper than the average bank fee by their claim) and you get another 2% off... thats right, 12% off every purchase, essentially shopping with your taxes paid for. What I also love about KOHO is that they have a virtual card system as well as a physical one. This means I can set up my virtual card to be spent online right away (online grocery shopping, with 12% savings!) and if you have Apple or Samsung pay, you are only limited to pulling cash out at ATMs, and paying for things below the tap limit until your card arrives in the mail about 2 weeks later. PUTTING TWO PIECES TOGETHER - Simple Transfers Just to wrap everything up with a nice bow, Let's put everything together at the end here. I find its easiest to do this set up using a computer to operate Netcoins, and a smartphone to operate KOHO. Now that we have our CAD funds sitting in our Netcoins account, and a place for them to be sent, we will has for a withdrawal. We are going to go to KOHO and add our funds. It will pop up with an email to send e-transfers to. Take this email and paste it into your Withdrawal form on Netcoins... And we our good to go! Now all we have to do is wait somewhere between 1-30 minutes ,and we are officially ready to use our crypto and other online income for our daily, and weekly expenses! If you want to read my thoughts towards alternatives platforms for a similar purpose in other countries, look out for a coming article, "Bankless In the Modern Day" If You have any questions on this set up, please feel free to leave a comment down below! =) I am happy to help anyone set up a similar structure for themselves where ever they are in the world!

@Thremos

Supplements for everyday, workout, and beyond So I had a question from @MoreGainStrategies and I felt like I could help illuminate anyone who is interested if I wrote a whole article on the subject. =) Most people know that supplements can definitely help our lifestyles, regardless to how active or stressful they are. The Modern world is running faster and faster, and our biological abilities could always use some rest and recuperation time (I mean hey, we sleep about 1/3 of our lives, while computers and programs run 24/7... we are already outclassed). But where to start? Either because of budget or lack of information, I had the hardest times trying to figure out which supplements I should be taking or prioritizing. Thankfully, I have gone through all the hard work and schooling so none of us ever have to do it again! lol unless you want to of course, its pretty cool stuff. ANYWAY I have 3 basic set ups that I like to mention to people when it comes to supplements. These are meant to make it easy to go out and get what you need and keep a steady supply without blowing the bank. The more and more you add however, will give you more top up boosts of various things your body needs to feel great! ***Bundle #1 - Everyday Wellness*** This is meant to be an easy, everyone should take this set. You'll see with each of them, But they function primarily to keep our major functions or moods in the best place for being present with new information. **Vitamin D3** - This is something you can through the vitamin D you naturally create from the sun. It helps you absorb calcium to keep your bones healthy as we age to ensure we don't feel those aches and pains until we are supposed to. Unfortunately, women tend to suffer from calcium deficiencies more often than men, due to their natural menstrual cycle. So especially during the winter and cloudy months, I recommend D3. **Omega 3** - this is an "essential fatty acid". It is what our brain uses as the best fuel possible (as it has over twice the amount of energy as carbohydrates!) These Have been shown to help provide a healthy life style to avoid heart disease! These have shown to also have mild effects of helping with certain types of arthritis. Once again. This is a daily boost for your brain in the healthier type of energy that keeps young ones learning and the rest of us sharp during the day. **General Multivitamin** - Unless you eat perfectly (and I know you are out there! Good for you) you should probably be taking this as your main piece if comfort level or budget gets in the way. As we eat fast food, or heavily seasoned foods with salt, and the like, our bodies will eat through some of our stores faster than others. We do not live in a perfect world that will allow our bodies to function 100% of the time. SO a general multivitamin will help keep all your basic essentials in place! this way you know you are getting the iron, magnesium, potassium, etc. that your muscles and nerves need to fire, your heart needs to regulate, and so on and so on. Lets start with this and see what questions come up! thank you all again for taking the time to read this, and if you like what you have learned, feel free to subscribe! We are only getting started here!

@Thremos

Basic Truths of the Human Body While all of us are different and unique in so many ways, When it comes to our physical make up, there are a strong amount of similarities, or routines we go through to ensure as an animal we survive. Some of these things can be obvious. We all breath, and breath faster and harder when we run because our muscles need more oxygen. We all know to do this without being taught, it is engrained in our genetic make up to respond to this. This is the basic idea of Homeostasis. Homeostasis is the fancy word for our body monitoring itself and responding to changes to keep us operating at the optimal level. The best blood pressure for us, the best amount of oxygen to our brain, best body temperature. You get the idea. =) So because our bodies are always trying to keep us operating at the best performance possible, It will start to compensate for things. This can happen through a variety of ways in the body. You left the house without a jacket and now you are cold, so you start shivering. Your body is warming you up because it is cold, and it will burn extra energy than it normally does to keep your temperature warmer by getting your muscles jumping around. but this will cost you more energy that you will have to replace by food, so your stomach gurgles to tell you it is hungry. Now when we look at this idea of homeostasis from a muscle and posture point of view, we always want to talk about work place habits and home habits. Do you spend your time standing or sitting? Do you move around a lot? or do you stay in the same place for hours? Do you carry heavy loads all day? or do you not get much exercise at all? all of these things will shape how your body work decides what its best function is. I think we all get the idea of working out makes us stronger, and sitting on a couch lets the calories build up. Another piece of basic truth is we always like to keep our eyes level with the horizon. This comes from the inner ear balance or "equilibrium", because our ability to balance is judged by a gel like substance in our inner ear, and if our head was tilted, it would slide one way, and we would walk in circles! So with that in mind, we can start to see when someone has one shoulder higher than the other, but their head is looking straight on. Now we can see that there is something going on, but we know that their head being straight doesn't tell us the head is fine. Now we know the head or neck is working harder than normal, and probably some of the muscles in that area are tired and sore from doing that extra work. This is the beginning of another series of mine that I think I will continue with to help everyone be able to check these things in their everyday life to make the way forward smooth and healthy! <3

@Thremos

Why I Qualify talk about the Body and its Generalized Health. I find a lot of articles over the internet that have a very aggressive/passionate tone about something, whether its political views, exercise regimes, etc. The bad part of the experience comes when you realize that they are maybe not the most educated source, or that they took something you know quite well and gave it a bad spin or a naive approach to it, and are speaking to their following spreading what you KNOW is false information. Now I like to give a little background to the things I work on. In my real life, my wife finds it exhausting because my stories "start with why you are telling the story at all". BUT ON THIS PARTICULAR OCCASION I think it will serve well! I went to University originally for my psychology degree. I wanted to make my living by helping people, and I wanted to make good money doing it. The simple dreams and thoughts of an 18 year old with no tangible experience with the vast world. So I started to learn more in depth about the basics pf psychology. It covered the things you often hear people talk about after a first year course of Psych. Maslow's dogs salivating, hierarchy of needs, etc. But It also covered the anatomy of the brain, which was what I found the most intriguing. I began to realize over the term of these intro courses that I was more interested in the anatomy of a human than pure, unperturbed psychology of man. I never finished my university career (which is another story for another time) but I got what I needed out of it: The passion to pursue learning about the human body. After about a year or two of pushing myself to complete a degree that I had no real interest in most of the knowledge I was paying for, I left university what could only be called a "dishonourable discharge". That might seem over the top, but in my struggle to complete university (according to my parents wishes), but I remember being a twenty year old make crying because i was scared of the disappointment I was about to bring my parents. After my, Ill say it, shit show of an experience of university, I went into the world, not knowing what I wanted to do, but I kept myself active. I might have missed my calling for massage had I not run into my dads old friend who suggested the course to me after he heard how I was having trouble finding my career. That was literally all it took for me to know I was interested. My whole passed of education had led me to knowing I was interested, and here it was, presented to me on a silver platter. I went through my two years of schooling (which is what is required for RMT in British Columbia Canada), in which we covered a lot of the body systems. Anywhere from why our vision works best with green light in night vision goggles, to how we are formed from conception, from 3 basic types of cells, the theory goes, I should be able to tell you the stages of cellular growth of a human. Do I remember that part? NO!! but it is in my books and I know where to find it and how to interpret it into the vast systems of the human body. During my schooling, we covered of course, anatomy (muscle, bones, organs) as well and physiology (how all those parts work and why). we also covered medications (what types, latin pronouns, etc) and we also covered alternative health care options. We had courses on aroma therapy, minor surgeries, long terms effects on psychology and physiology of injuries, we covered the different ways to approach something like head aches. I could go on and on. At the end of the schooling, we are given an injury at client (played by one of our instructors) that we had to successfully intake, examine, and provide proper care for. of the list of possible conditions we had to deal with, it was one of the 200 or so that we have to have memorized for such things. My situations was a 4th year university soccer player with a pretty serious ankle sprain, and had a competitive match coming up in two weeks. (level 2 sprain on the anteriolateral region of the Right ankle "was the offical writtten report" In the end of it, I had to calm down trigger points, reduce swelling and inflammation, promote lymphatic drainage, and help reset the ligament fibers into the right direction (kind of similar to rolling uncooked spaghetti noodles until they are all straight). I had to teach the client their homecare of RICE-ing and gentle stretches to encourage full recovery, but were also had to treat it as a high level sports injury. SO we had to account for the fact that the client was an athlete training 5 days a week and their associated strength levels. I think its starting to get messy from there, But Hopefully that is a decent introduction to where I come from health wise! =) Keep an eye out for my next article! It will either be an adventure through my town, or a guide to keeping headaches away through computer work/everyday habits. let me know in this comments if you have any questions about health or which of those articles you would rather read! So I am sitting in a Coffee Shop... (pt2.) I have always been self conscious of going to a public place to use their space or facilities without doing something to "earn my keep". Whether it is buying a coffee and making a personal connection with the employees, or picking up the trash outside, maybe grabbing the cups from a few dirty tables and putting them in the service bin to make everyones day easier. I am watching everyone go about there day, and I can't help but notice that they don't always have the same notions. Absolutely some of them do make an effort to leave the space better than they found it, but the majority are content to come in, use, and leave. As I focus on moving my life farther away from the traditional world around me, its little encounters like this that make uncomfortable more and more with how we treat our world. How is one suppose to be a conscientious person in the world when they world that is being built is constantly destroyed? How are we suppose to focus on living a happy life in the "ever present now (Allan Watts)" if we can't let go of all the constant reminders that we are tearing the world down now for a temporary enjoyment? after all, I personally have no intentions of children, there is on one to tie the future to my habits now. I have a hard time finding how to be a positive person in the adversity of facing all this as a constant assault living in a city. It leads me to the questionable ideas: Maybe I am meant to be this protective, non-interacting person in the real world. Maybe there is a purpose to breaking peoples everyday patterns when they encounter you and give them a chance to see a different perspective. As always thanks for reading, If you enjoy some coffee shop rants as I try to figure out my spot in this universe, feel free to leave a small something =)

@Thremos

I think I want to write another series of my experiences through my counsellor for depression and self worth. While the stories might be mine, I do think that they can be a benefit to those who are not comfortable with counselling or find themselves unable to get consistnet support through counselling <3 if this is something anyone is interested in, please just leave a short comment saying so, so I know which of my projects to focus on first! =) happy blogging!

Just made another couple hundred dollar investment into my crypto portfolio. I watched a youtube documentary on "dumb money" and I am interested to do some research on the topic and use it as a view towards gamified services of cryptocurrency. It will be an interesting experiment to see how I enjoy writing a speculative, or critical piece?

@Thremos

a Response to "Love Between a Robot and a Human" I am not the most scholarly writer, and very new to internet writing so I will jsut leave this link to the original Authors work here. https://read.cash/@Jigglyspy/love-between-a-robot-and-a-human-38bef96f I definitely think that there will be a time, when A.I. or robotics will be able to anticipate humans and out class us for sure. Take the stock market for instance. It is said that no one human can every 100% predict the stock market, because of its vast complexity. BUT we will trust a robot of acceptable standards to do the job for us, because we know in the long run it is better at making those judgement calls, which is based on human reactions to things (as the stock market runs on impressions and reactions-whole different topic).  For me, this shows that Robotics processes will eventually supercede what we can do with organic brains. That we can slowly build them up with all of our patterns for them to calculate at break neck speed. All of this being said, it is all devoid of emotions. It can be too lengthy to tag on here, But the emotional experience of decisions is not the same as the actions themselves is basically what it boils down to. something something... this is my nicely wrapped up end. Thanks for reading!

Spent my first day by myself at the coffeeshop, pursuing my new life of a digital millennial. I have made some money doing trades, writing, and setting up a consultation for a massage. I think tomorrow I might study on on my nutrition course to start a small side business of health planning. Then I can make an article of the everyday easy thing we can all do here for all you lovely people!
