When people think that government is a friend, they are definitely wrong. The government is often the enemy, it monitors and controls every step that their citizens take and not only that, they also watch over other countries to have economic and social advantage over them and know how to hit them at their weak point to make them yield.
...what I said above may sound like a movie monologue, but it's the truth.
The Story of Edward Snowden and the US Government
Edward Snowden was the man who exposed his government in a scandal seen before, he showed the world how much his state controlled, monitored and watched every step his people took. Not only, the same government created highly intelligent computer programs for this purpose and also to have power over the world always claiming they were in the 'war' against terrorism while, this was just a pretext to invade the privacy of people and countries as a way to ensure more enrichment for the nation and become more and more powerful.
But who is Edward Snowden and how did his government have all this controlling power?
Edward Snowden was an employee of the intelligence services of the United States of America, was an analyst for the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) and also for the NSA, National Security Agency, was assigned to work in many parts of the world always as an undercover while in the background his job was to analyze personal data of banking magnates and others, employees of foreign governments, important companies in the world of oil, finance...he analyzed everything that his government could take advantage of in the social and economic field.
He saw a lot that he didn't like, he saw one of the most intrusive spy programs ever built, this computer program could access everything, exactly whatever he wanted. It works like a search engine, but unlike Google, it accesses all the information it wants and does not need the court's authorization to do so, nor does it provide its own World Organization that defends human rights online.
This program used by the NSA is called X-Keyscore and can access personal data, messages, calls, computer and cell phone camera, Facebook accounts, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, offline conversations or whatever they needed the program found.
Don't be fooled into thinking that the program doesn't access disconnected devices, it accesses as long as it has a video camera they can see everything, the only way is to put a sticker on the camera or close the laptop.
Even bank cards are monitored
The culmination of the surveillance program that the American government conducted was that it had no limits, they controlled all the people, how much they had, how they used their money, how much is in their bank accounts, if there is any connection with foreign countries, what are the people's favorite hobbies etc etc....
Those who think that the devices they have are actually theirs are mistaken, until they are because the device was acquired, but all the information contained in it can be accessed without permission, privacy is invaded without precedent, all in the name of combating terrorism while in reality it is the search for a single power of global control in the economic and social sphere.
What made Snowden denounce his own government
Seeing all these abuses of power being used by his government, Snowden couldn't take it anymore. He and his fellow analysts were kind of 'forced' to do this work and go back to their homes as if nothing had happened.
The high-military ranks in charge of these programs reached the level of monitoring even the analysts themselves, they knew everything they did, how they did it and where they did it. It was here that he couldn't take it anymore.
No this is enough...
Heartbreak was/is an indexing program of all the data collected around the world that could give the US an advantage in fighting 'terrorism' and it was invented by Snowden. This program brought together a slew of sordid data from China, Russia, Japan, Pakistan and all the countries the US considered a 'threat' to their sovereignty.
P.s: more about better watch the movie 'SNOWDEN'
We are talking about confidential data collected by default in a total lack of respect for human rights, sovereignty and total invasion of privacy of all human beings on the face of the earth.
Snowden couldn't handle it anymore because the government had crossed the line and stepped on the risk that the UN, the United Nations, considers that no country must overcome. They were in the bandits phase using public means to monitor, control and watch over the American people and the entire world without their consent.
Imagine living in a world where everyone has no privacy, it is only attributed to a special caste, the government, it has the power to do what it wants, when it wants to and without giving a damn if this is illegal or not. There are limits, so there is the UN, which safeguards these human rights.

Edward Snowden 'deserted' fled to Japan, invited The Guardian newspaper to publish his story, he still had a little hope when Barack Obama rose to power to see something change, but he was wrong and the programs of espionage carried out by the NSA continued. This all contributed to lead the former analyst to seek out the press and publicize the abuse of power that his government was leading.
As a result, Edward Snowden was accused (he knew it would happen) of several crimes against the US state and was asked for his arrest and deportation by Japan, which did not happen, he now has his permanent residence in Russia which they accepted granting political asylum and giving international amnesty to the former US government official in direct affront, as Russia was also heavily watched by the NSA's spy programs.
What was left as a lesson
Although President Barack Obama has enacted laws that prohibit the NSA from watching the American people as well as other countries, well also the Senate condemned these actions carried out by the intelligence services, it is more than clear that they were not shut down, they just had to do. make some adjustments and continue to watch the world more clandestinely than ever before.
Spy programs will never end and we'll all be controlled to the end of our days. What we can do is to adhere systems where the same government doesn't have as much influence as in the cryptocurrency business, although I'm sure programs were created to monitor this market, but there's still hope here!
Its completely unacceptable for the state to create programs that monitor citizens, their bank statements, their personal life and even messages in offline chats just under the pretext of 'being at war on terrorism', this does not give this right. The individual is entitled to live and enjoy the civil rights to which he is entitled.
Using Bitcoin Cash Can Help With Privacy
One thing that's clear above is that privacy has been greatly violated. Civil and human rights as well and the most aggravating thing is that all this was done without the consent of anyone, not even the US Senate was aware of it. High-ranking military and intelligence directors brazenly lied in hearings conducted by the senate to know 'the state of the nation'.
This surveillance opened doors for people to look for a better way to store and move money without the government sticking its nose. Cryptocurrencies spread rapidly after the scandal involving the US government.
Bitcoin Cash can greatly help to protect at least a part that remains of man's privacy, it relies on the CashFusion service, which allows users to conduct private financial transactions. This service is currently only available in the Electron Cash wallet. It's a good way to conduct double-protected transactions, the crypto world is safe when it comes to transactions but by joining the CashFusion service it gets even better.
Bitcoin Cash already has very good essentials: extremely low fees, fast and secure transactions and on top of that they can be private.
I value my privacy and using Bitcoin Cash for my financial aspirations is a priority. The world is cruel without a shadow of a doubt, it is up to us to ensure that our rights are safeguarded and respected.
Final thoughts
Edward Snowden was the one who warned the world about the worldwide surveillance exercised by his country in a clear abuse of power using the false pretext of 'combat terrorism' while in fact, it is nothing less than the lust for economic and social power. For them 'security is secrecy and secrecy is power' and no one should interfere.
This mentality has led to many people being exposed, many hard drives are full of information obtained illegally and which serves as a pretext to investigate people without the consent of courts and the human rights organization.
What is up to us as individuals in the world, is to find a solution which protects us, just to get an idea, personal data on Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, Microsoft, Apple were filtered by the intelligence services, forcing these companies to provide the data 'for the good of the nation' in a clear violation of online consumer rights.
Means of payment were also affected, mainly those centralized and operating online. This is where using decentralized currencies makes more sense. At least privacy is still in the hands of the consumer and using CashFusion can even make trading almost 'invisible'.
The X-Keyscore program could find anyone, or access any data whether online or offline, I'm not at all surprised if it was used to find Satoshi Nakamoto and 'take him out' of circulation, with the state nothing is impossible.
It's fair to say, nothing you have it yours for sure (your privacy is at risk, your data can be remotely accessed, your bank account can be monitored), you just have the devices but nothing more than that, but Bitcoin Cash it's yours and you control it!
