Donkey, The most Misunderstood And Abused Animal When Barack Obama won the US Presidential elections for the first time. I didn't even know the names of the political parties of the US. I remember I was shocked when my cousin told me that the political symbol of democrats is donkey. Not even me but my other cousins also got shocked after hearing that. The reason was that donkey is considered the most stupid animal in my country. My people consider it stupid to level that they use it as an example for a foolish person. For example, if someone commits a mistake, they call that person "Khote, Gadhe" which is the local language translation for donkey. Once our current Prime Minister Imran Khan called his opponent Nawaz Sharif a donkey. And still, his supporter calls Nawaz Sharif and his supporters' donkeys. Because our PMs supporters consider their rivals dumb and foolish. It even got worse when a group of unknown PTI supporters tortured a donkey by breaking its bones, ripping its nostrils, and branded the word "Nawaz Sharif". In short, if someone is stupid, he is called a donkey by most people. So, after hearing I raised these same points to my cousin. He was the most knowledgeable and broad-minded among all of us. He asked me "which animal is the most hardworking" and I answered donkey without any doubt. After hearing my answer he concluded that's the reason why Democrats have respect for the donkey. He even insisted that the donkey should be considered as a sign of hard work, not stupidity and democrats also respect it for carrying a heavy load and persistence. Thats why they used this symbol in their electoral campaigns. Poor donkey is ridiculed and made fun of almost everywhere. It is the most innocent animal and it bears all silently. It is always subjected to horrible abuse and ill-treatment. I remember the donkey's owner used to bring large-sized sandbags, bricks, cement bags, and other construction materials to our neighbors home for construction. They used donkeys because the streets were narrow and only donkeys were able to bring all the construction stuff. It was the month of July and we have record heat in July. They used to bring all the stuff by loading it on donkeys from morning to evening without letting them rest even for 15 mins. I asked the owner "did you pour them some water for drink" to which he replied in deny and told me that they can work for a full day without any water. I scolded him and told him to wait. I rushed inside and brought a bucket outside. I started pouring water by connecting the water pipe inside and asked him to wait and let the donkeys drink some water. It made me sad after seeing every donkey drink two buckets of water and they were still thirsty. This is the level of abuse they face. It is a myth that donkeys are stupid and stubborn. They are not as quick as horses. Whenever they face a situation, they take time to analyze it and decide to wether run away or stay. Donkeys are super cautious and they won't move and stop until they become sure of the situation. Therefore, some call this characteristic stupidity or stubbornness. Donkeys are exceptionally intelligent and they have outstanding memories because they can remember and recall routes on which they have traveled once. My grandfather used to send his donkey alone from his farms with wheat bran loaded on it and it always reached home and never forgot its way. Donkey is stereotyped as stupid almost around everywhere but it's not accurate. Because it is not even considered dumb and stupid in the top 20 animals as per google sites. **In the end,** It's sickening to see how some people like to torture this innocent animal that does not even react by barking or growling. I have no idea why some people develop this inhumane kind of behavior. But this must be stopped and we should start taking care of them. We should respect the rights of animals. Good News For Crypto Traders and HODLers in Pakistan Congratulations to all my Pakistani Fellows as Sindh High court has asked the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the central bank to work with Ministries of Information Technology and Law to develop crypto regulations within three months. This is great news for a struggling country like ours as crypto will generate a lot of revenue. As crypto has brought $20 Billion value of money which is even more than the state of Pakistan foreign reserves. First, let's talk about the history of Pakistan dealing with crypto. Cryptocurrency started gaining popularity in Pakistan in the last 6-7 years. Mostly, people considered bitcoin and cryptos scams because of their physical existence. Whenever we don't understand something, we call it a scam instead of calling ourselves unware. But luckily, some people are aware now and some people are trying to learn about it after its massive adoption and bitcoin price boom to mars. So Pakistan created the first coin by the name of Pakcoin in 2015 and its current value is $0.0074. You can read about it more by visiting its official website. https://www.pakcoin.io/ However, the State Bank of Pakistan did not recognize any digital currency back in 2016. They even issued a circular in 2018 stating that the government does not support crypto and crypto-assets transactions must be reported. They considered it would be used for money transactions but they were dumb enough that crypto transactions leave records that can be traced but paper cash cannot be traced. Even the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Federal Investigation Agency (FBR) took legal action against BTC holders by arresting them and taking the possession of BTC from them into their custody. Though there are claims that those BTC are still in the possession of those officers and were not deposited in the National Treasury. Then comes the entry of Waqar Zaka, A reality TV show Host. He urged the government of Pakistan to make Bitcoin legal when Bitcoin was worth $250. He even started a battle against the FIA, State Bank, and Government by filing a petition against them. He fought the case against them for two consecutive years. He got succeeded in December 2020 when the court passed an order prohibiting authorities from arresting BTC holders. So basically, Waqar Zaka was a one-man army who contributed and fought alone for crypto recognition in Pakistan. He was the one who openly promoted Cryptocurrency on social media and encouraged people to invest in it despite the ban. Waqar Zaka does not stop here and he started convincing provincial governments and finally succeeded in getting the permission from KPK government to develop ETH mining farm and an investment of $200K for setting up one of the biggest crypto mining farms functioning on hydro-power in South Asia. I respect him for what he did for crypto adoption in my country. But there is one thing that I disliked about him. He always uses his fan-following for his personal gains. Like he will ask his followers to start tweeting with Waqar zaka for the next PM. That makes him a bit of a self-obsessed person who only thinks about his popularity. But still, It would be cruel to multiply all his efforts with zero for only this reason. ] For the last few days, he was spreading FUD against Binance. He was claiming that the Security exchange commission is going to ban Binance on 20th October. So take out all your funds from Binance. People claimed he is doing this because Binance has not listed his coin that's why he is taking revenge now. He shifted himself and all his followers to okex. He has even made his own Facebook group and gives signals there but takes monthly fees of 1500Pkr from every user. **In the end**, I really hope that our judiciary will act upon their decision and instruct the authorities to regulate the crypto in three months. My Routine At Home I wish I could attach a keyboard to my smartphone that would make my life so easy right now. I published an article yesterday by typing the whole article on my smartphone and I need to type it again today because I am at home and I don't have access to my laptop because I leave my laptop in the office. I can't bring it home because it makes my bag heavy. I wish I have a car it would have made bringing my luggage easy for me. It would make my life so easy. So let's begin with the article. I used to spend 6 days a week in my office residence away from my home. So I get to take rest for only one day and that's Sunday. I don't spend Sunday away from home even if someone offers me 100 BTC.😂 Whenever I come home on weekend, I only have one thing in my mind. And that is rest for the whole day and spend some quality time with my family and especially my son. I hate when someone organizes any function on weekend and asks me to attend it. Because it ruins my only day and it gets wasted in that function. But my family doesn't let me rest for even one day. I need to buy groceries, stuff for home, take my family member for family checkups if needed and so many household stuff. This weekend I had to buy shoes for my son, buy wheat poisoning pills for stored wheat grains, fruits, and vegetables. Sometimes my family asks me to visit our sick relatives as it is a part of the tradition to see the sick relatives and let them feel that we are with them in these tough times. There is one job I have added permanently to my job list on weekend. And that is taking my son for a bike ride. Bike ride makes him so happy and he starts insisting on it as soon as we are done with breakfast on Sunday. In short, I just love to rest on Sundays and why won't I. I deserve a day for myself after working hard for six days a week. My wife thinks I am lazy and I don't blame her too. Because housewives don't get to rest even one day because they can't take leave from house chores and my child does not even let her rest for a day. You guys can expect some mistakes in my today's article too. The reason is that I am at my home, writing this article on my smartphone. I hate writing it man and I even thought to skip it for today. The funny thing is I have started this article in the morning and I am about to finish it right now at 8 PM. That's what happens when I get to write at home. 😁 So thank you guys for reading about my routine at home.

We Got Lucky At Office Today This Monday was a stressful and difficult day for our office. And I am so delighted that it went well for our department. Actually, why was it stressful as compared to the usual days? I have already shared the reason for the noise.cash but now I am sharing it in detail with you guys on this platform. Today our CEO visited our office. Let me brief you guys a little about our CEO. He usually lives in Dubai in his Villa. Well, he has villas and farmhouses in major cities of Pakistan. He always visits Pakistan once a year for a month. His team makes his schedule of visits because he has more than 20 ongoing projects in Pakistan. So he almost one day to every office. He visits to site and development projects to evaluate the progress. Let me assure you something he is not easy to please. He always scolds his employees and treats them harshly. In short, he is a short-tempered and extremely rude person. So he scheduled a visit to our office on Monday and shared it on Friday. I was carefree and enjoyed my weekend with my son but my boss was in tension on weekend due to an upcoming visit. Our boss always arrives office late but today he reached 15 mins before others arrived because he was worried about the visit. 🤣 Actually, I won't blame him too. The reason is for example if he visits the site and gets angry after seeing any poor and disorganized work. And after coming to the office, if any mishap happens related to IT like slow internet or any other, he would vent out all his anger and frustration on the IT department. This was what he feared. But luckily everything went well. Internet was working smoothly, video conference setup was working efficiently. Two things happened that made us scared like hell, in the early morning but luckily he wasn't in the office that time. One thing when someone complained about no internet connectivity from the ground and first floor. Our office is in the basement and every floor has a patch panel room. We have racks on every patch panel room in which cables are connected in switches. These cables are used for internet connectivity for PCs and Mobiles. All these switches are interconnected through fiber optic cables. But today one switch went down in the ground floor patch panel room which resulted in no internet connectivity in the ground and first floor. We didn't have time to check and resolve the issue but luckily the switch started work itself after 10 mins which saved our ass*s. The second issue was our fault. We tried to check a backup internet link but one of our employees unintentionally loosen the power adapter of the firewall of the main videoconference room which resulted in shutting down our videocon room. We got lucky because our CEO was in his office not in the videocon room. Otherwise, I would have been writing about my termination here. So everyone was trying to be efficient and make things work smoothly. Even our department cleaned IT repairing lab which they didn't for a long time. Just checkout the picture of our IT lap. The equipment you are seeing was in the middle of the room but they cleaned it up. 🤣 However, everything went well but our CEO visit wasn't good for other departments especially the maintenance department. The reason was dirt on the roads and it wasn't their fault. Because last night it rains like cats and dogs which made the roads dirty with mud. And it was impossible to clean all those roads in a day. And how would they do with 49 KMs road in their jurisdiction and they have only 50 road cleaners? Mean one cleaner needs to clean 1 KM which is quite impossible. So our CEO got angry after seeing that dirt on the roads. After seeing his angry mood, our general manager HR decided to not present the policy he made for our annual increment which made us all disheartened. 😔 Because he feared it would make him angrier if he sees employees are asking for a raise. That should not be the attitude but what can we do? Anyways, tomorrow is a holiday so I am on my way home and hopefully, I will reach in half an hour in sha Allah. I am very tired because I went through the same journey in the morning and now I am going back again. Also, I wrote this whole article using my Mobile, so now my fingers are tired and hurting. I can't upload the Plagiarism checker report because I am tired and lazy enough to do it. I know there would be mistakes in my article because I wrote this article on my mobile. Confusing Weather Nowadays in Pakistan It's 12:01 AM exactly and I am usually sleeping at this time but I am not sleeping today. The reason is my roommate. He is an accounting guy so he was doing some tax work for filers with lights on. And I can't sleep with lights on, I need a full darkroom for deep sleep. So I decided to write an article this time. Usually, I wake up early on Saturday and write articles early morning as I don't have any spare time on Saturday. But I fear I won't be able to wake up early tomorrow as I am sleeping quite late. And I don't want to miss writing the article tomorrow. That's the reason why I am writing an article right now. I will not publish it now because I fear I might commit some mistakes as I am feeling sleepy a bit. 😂 So this article would correction when I am fully awake. Now my roommate wants to sleep and I am taking revenge by letting the lights switched on. 🤣 The weather in October is always a bit strange here in our place. Because the summer has just ended and we enter the autumn season. So everyone feels a bit cool and hot at the same time. I mean we can't switch off our fan but we can't switch on it with high speed too. So we need to turn it on at a low speed. So we have entered into the confusing weather. 🤣 The same goes for the sheets. We cant sleep in blankets these days that's why we use sheets. But we also need to sleep with one leg out of the cover. The reason is we have just faced full scorching summer when we couldn't sleep even with the shirt on due to severe hot weather. We felt the need to shower twice during the night because the weather was so intense when the electricity was gone. Now how can we so easily adjust our bodies to a bit cooler weather immediately? Of course, our body would need some time and the coolest weather to get adjusted. The same thing happens when the winter ends. Everyone would not stop sleeping under blankets with the fan switch on at a higher speed right after the winter ends and when we are about to enter the spring. Luckily, Our county observes all four seasons everywhere. We get to enjoy hot, cold, and moderate weather every year. Our Summer starts in May and ends in August. The Autumn season starts in September and ends in October. Winter starts in November and ends in February. And then the Spring season starts in March and ends in April. So we have summer and winter for 4 months each. Spring and Autumn get 2 months each. **Wrote this remaining Part at 4:48 PM** So we are blessed with the best and diverse climate. Some countries have extreme climates which lack diversity and they need to tolerate even one kind of weather. Like most Russia, Iceland, Greenland, etc are mostly covered in ice for most of the year. That's why tourists from those countries visit like ours and other countries to experience enjoy every kind of season. Time to finish this article because I am on my way home right now. And it's not easy to write an article on smartphones. Kudos to @Fexonice1 for doing it for so long. My fingers get tired when I type something using the mobile touchpad. Glad The Issue Is Resolved, Otherwise This article is about how my goals would have been affected but I am glad it was just a bug and my account was not marked spam or anything. I routinely check notifications immediately after waking up in the morning (*Which is not good because the day might get started with stress if I receive any unhappy news*). I regularly look into read.cash and noise.cash. (*I am sure most of you guys would check it too*) But nowadays, Binance is also added to this list as I have started trading from 6th October and it's going well so far. I will write an article about it some other time. Today I woke up late today and luckily, I still reached the office in time. I got a bit busy early morning because I had to explain some stuff to my team about how to resolve some specific issues. When I got free, I thought I should post something on noise.cash. And I posted a short post there, Usually, it takes only a few minutes for notifications to arrive. But I didn't receive any notification even after I checked after 30 mins of my post. Which sounded a bit alarming and after checking the post, I find out that I am demonetized again. Honestly, I got a bit stressed because I had set some goals for noise.cash and read.cash for the first time. Last time, I started receiving the value of hearts after 5 days. I thought it would almost take a week for my profile to get normal again so it won't be possible for me to reach my earning goal. Anyways, I decided to check out the messages of the Club1BCH telegram group (*I am lucky enough to be part of it*), and when I opened it, I saw a message from dr.Zeeshan about his zero heart value too. After seeing his message, I visited noise.cash again to check how many other users got demonetized and it was shocking to know that everyone's account has been affected by it. Even noise.cash official account was demonetized. Two thoughts came into my mind. I thought maybe there might be some issues with the noise.cash tipping bot. And the other thought was scary for me and every noise.cash user. I thought maybe they have decided to defund this platform. I hope these two platforms function forever. I know it's not possible but I wish I would participate in the funds of these platforms one day. I have witnessed these two platforms have changed the lives of many people. It delights me when I notice people using these funds for their medical, education, and other necessities. These two platforms have got succeeded in creating an amazing BCH community that is willing to help each other. They are so cooperative that they can even manage to organize a big fund and it's amazing to see everyone help generously. The beauty of this community is that they are not bounded by the difference of color, caste, nationality, or any other difference. It would break my heart to see this community lost after these two platforms get closed. I will never see these acts of kindness again in virtual life. Therefore, it is my dream to become wealthy enough to participate in the funds of these two wonderful platforms. Now let's come to the main point. Gladly, the issue got resolved and everyone started receiving blessings in the form of green cash BCH. And now my main focus is to achieve the goals I set at the start of October. What Type of Writing I love? **Note: I have never claimed to be a quality writer. I am just an amateur writer who writes only to express.** I am always in a constant search for topics on which I can write an article on read.cash. I have kept on finding topics so far and tried to compose articles about those topics. But I am finally blank today. As I couldn't find any topic to write about today. Those users are so lucky that can write about anything and they literally find topics so easily. They can even write a comprehensive article about that topic. So after exploring every room of my mind and getting failed even after knocking on every door of my mind, I thought why dont I write about myself, what type of writer am I? There are **two** types of articles I love to write mostly. The **first** type is I love to write about myself and my experiences. I have a passion for sharing what I learn from those experiences and I always try to persuade my readers to learn from the mistakes I have committed. And then I make an effort to motivate and inspire them by revealing to them what I have achieved? The only aim of writing these articles is to give my readers anything to learn from my life. I believe there is always a chance of something to learn from other's life. **(Like I learn how to struggle and fight hard after virtually observing the life of Filipinos, learn kind-heartedness after interacting with the Nigerians, Learn to be honest from Europeans even if it is not going in your favor).** My biggest happiness is when I get successful in motivating someone. Why My Boss Deserves To Win The "World's Best Boss" Title? Apology from my good-for-nothing side to my energetic side. I am sure you guys would be either impressed or laughing at me after seeing my try for writing this unique and new sentence. 😂 Let me explain the above sentence because I understand you guys would have got confused after reading that. I have already revealed in my previous articles that I used to be a lazy person and I challenged myself to write an article every day to change that careless attitude. But yesterday, my energetic side got dominated by my lazy side and I could not publish an article. The reason was Squid Game. I could not rest before I finished it and which resulted in skipping the publishing of the article. Now let get on to our topic. You guys would agree with me on this one that the best boss is indeed a blessing in professional life. A boss that loved to be called a leader. A boss who is supportive and provides feedback to them whenever they need it. A boss that wants to become like a leader and even behaves like one. A boss who loves to motivate his team and not get irritated by the mistakes of their team. A boss who glorifies the hard work of their team and tries to hide the weak points that would harm them in professional life. And most importantly, who is not hungry to steal all the credit for the hard work of their team. To make a long story short, A boss who can stand like a solidified wall between the way of harm and his team. I am so glad that I have a boss that possesses all the qualities mentioned above. I mean the whole team has never even considered him as a boss. We all think of him as an elder brother who does not miss any chance to make us learn something new. The whole team is so proud to have a boss like him. He is so friendly that we never shy about telling any joke in front of him. Thats why our office environment is friendly and full of positivity. I have never worked under a cooperative and empathetic boss like him before. He had always opposed the decisions of management which were not in our favor. His kindness and softness have motivated the whole team to work hard and work together for him. Our IT team is mostly famous for one thing and that thing is that we are never involved in politics against each other and do not pull each other down just to get in the good books of the management. No one in our team has even tried to overtake the manager. While all other departments are involved in dirty politics and they dont miss any chance to harm their colleagues. He is so nice that I asked him once to stop being nice and act a little harsh because some people do not deserve to be treated nicely. Because they do not understand soft language and they need to be dealt with harshness. To which his reply is always "Be nice and good to everyone no matter how bad a person is". I think I learned one thing from him. That thing is not giving reacting to nonsense and zero response to rubbish is a power which is too hard to develop. I wish I could be tolerant like him. Tolerance does not give free hand to the wrongdoers but it blesses with your peace of mind. Getting angry and scolding everyone can be harmful to you too. I would give the credit for this unity between our department to our boss. He is the only reason why we dont get to work in a toxic environment and we dont get at each other's throats. **He is so nice that I have asked for a team picture in our department Whatsapp group because I want to post it here and he was the only one who replied "let me check but I dont think I would find one"**. I will always try to become nice and good like him but I think I will always be a little short as compared to him. No one in this world is perfect. There are some negative points in our boss too. But I dont feel the need to mention it here because the positive points of his personality make us forget about it. But one bad thing I would like to mention about him here is that he does not grant us leave easily. 😂 I guess I should end my article right now because most of you guys would be thinking it's already enough buttering. 😂 But what I stated here is all true. In the end, I would like to become a nice and good person like my boss. I am nice to everyone in virtual life but I am the exact opposite in the real life. Social Media = Toxicity + Fake News + Propagandas Everyone knows here how severely toxic is becoming other social media platforms. Thanks to noise.cash and read.cash teams for providing us the toxic-free platforms where we can spend our time and learn something along with earning. And most importantly, thanks to @MarcDeMesel for funding these two platforms otherwise it would have never been possible. So, I saw a very funny fake news while scrolling Facebook yesterday. I literally started laughing over that news and I thought who would consider this news even true. But then I realized it's Facebook and most of the FB audience believes everything true no matter how nonsensical and dumb it is. Most of the fake news is circulated on Facebook and other social media platforms and the masses start believing it. The news was that Narcotics Control Bureau decided to check Aryan Khan's Whatsapp chats and his father Sharukh Khan shut down Whatsapp servers for 6 hours. 😂 The good thing was it wasn't spread by any sensible media news pages. It was spread by some personal FB pages but as I said, you can expect anything from FB audience as they will consider anything true and even start spreading it. Firstly, Whatsapp messages are stored in local storage so they can be easily traced by checking his cell phone. And secondly, Mark Zuckerberg lost $6 Billion due to Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook downtime and Shahrukh Khan's net worth is $700 Million. So technically Sharukh khan can only afford to shut down Whatsapp for only 42 Minutes and why would he spend all his money when he can bribe the institutes and dismiss the case even in a few days. My advice would be to cast him in some patriotic movie and his character will be cleaned like a whistle. That is what Bollywood has been doing for all this time, fooling the audience. Whenever an actor gets stuck in a law case and all his image gets tarnished. They started starring in some patriotic movies and tries to change the perception of people for him and unfortunately most of the time he gets succeeded in changing it. Anyways, I am going off-topic now. My topic was how social media platforms are used to spread fake news for different agendas and propaganda. Some politicians spread it with the help of their hired social media teams and sometimes big anchors are also used to circulate the fake news for their political gains. Communal fake news has resulted in murders and violence against a specific community. Joint Family Vs Nuclear Family - Which One is Best (Last Part of 3 Articles) It's 6 AM in the morning and I have to wake up to finish the article for today because I would leave for home today and won't have time to write it then. As you all may know today the last part of three articles will be published. When I was living with my parent before my marriage, I felt kind of bored because there was no entertainment factor in our house. Entertainment comes when you have a large number of members. When you have a short family and everyone is busy with their life, then you get to see a boring family. Most of our relatives who got fed up with their joint family visited our family for a break. And they always liked how peaceful and calm our family is but I always disagree with them at that time as I wanted to live in a joint family system. I always wanted to live in a joint family system when I was a child and I would even fancy it more whenever I visited my cousin's family who was living as a joint family. I loved seeing my uncles living together. I was fed up with my family because I was bored and alone and I needed someone to have fun with me like playing and other fun activities. And it would be the feelings of most children living in a nuclear family in my opinion. When I and my brother got married and we both got blessed with children. Our family became a joint family after that. My wish of living in a joint family got fulfilled but after living in a joint family I understood that a joint family may look amazing but deep down there are some serious issues with it. So this brought me to the conclusion that children love to have fun in a joint family while adults enjoy being in a nuclear family. Priority changes when a child becomes an adult. And I made this opinion from my personal experience. I think we can make both the families work if we want to. Children crave having fun in the nuclear family so we can fulfill their craving by giving them time and become a child for them. Also, adults love to have some personal space in the Joint Family system and we can make some arrangements for them. Like my mother used to send my wife and my brother's wife to their parent's house to have some peace of mind after some time. Family members in the joint family should respect everyone's decision and do not interfere in each other's personal matters. Married sons should also make some rules like no interference when it comes to parenting their child in the joint family system. The nuclear family system is mostly found all over the world especially in urban areas. The members of the Nuclear family are very small as compared to Joint Family. ****Advantages of Nuclear Family**** The most important advantage of the Nuclear family system is that everyone gets more privacy as compared to Joint family system. Special importance is given to the personal space of a person. Life can be lived according to their own will as no boundaries and rules are set by the elders. The reason is that they have a very small number of members and most of them are busy with their life, so they have no one to play and spend time with. They spend most of their time in loneliness. Spending alone time can be stressful for a child. They also feel neglected as their parents are busy with their life and they have no time for their children. A nuclear family can bring a financial burden on a single earner and he/she has to bear it alone. Children living in nuclear families have fewer family values as compared to the Joint family system. They have not got the chance to live with the elders that are why they have no idea about the respect of elders. As I said some lessons are to be learned by life not books. So children living in nuclear families don't get to learn from their elder's life experiences. Children are mostly selfish and they only care about themselves in nuclear families. You can easily confirm if a person is facing some family issues by observing his behavior. Family conflicts can leave a negative impact on office life by badly affecting the job performance and decrease the productivity of a person in an office environment. If an employee can not think straight as his mind is not fully focused due to family issues then obviously he won't function well. Therefore, a peaceful family environment can nurture the work abilities of a person. Most of the families in our area are joint families because we live in a village. But our main focus would be around two families; a Joint family and Nuclear Family. Joint Family Joint Family is when the whole family lives together under one roof. Whole family means say parents and brothers along with their spouses and offspring in a single house. In this family system, Male children don't need to leave their houses after marriage and they bring their wives to live with them as a joint family. Happy Birthday My Son, My Emotional Support I wish I could have published this article yesterday as it was the birthday of my son but unfortunately, I couldn't. Because I got busy with some village business like buying groceries for home, visiting our sick relatives. Though I was reluctant to visit them because of Covid, they were not affected by Covid but still 😂. These are the reasons why I am writing this article today. My son was born on 5th October 2019 right after 2.5 months of my brain surgery. When I got diagnosed with a brain infection and doctor recommended I go through brain surgery. My father didn't have children for almost more than 22 years and then Allah blessed him with my elder brother and me. My brother also got married 10 years before but he was not blessed with a child (Luckily he also got blessed with a beautiful daughter too after my son). So it was my father's heartfelt wish to see a grandchild. And thankfully, Allah fulfilled that wish through me. I had no idea my son would become a stick for me who would help me walk through the time of depression and sadness. Who would make me keep going to see and experience every childish moment of his? And still helping me struggle when times are tough. The feelings of seeing him go to school and achieving everything in life just make me alive. I remember a relative stated some amazing words to me when he visited us to congratulate us after my son was born. His words were "Allah put you through a test by making you go through surgery, but he blessed you with the most precious blessings by making you a father after that. Remember if you spent all the world's wealth but if it was not written in your destiny, you would have never been blessed with it". His words made me realize how blessed I am. My son is my guardian angel who guarded me otherwise I would have fallen down to the depth of depression and I would have never recovered from illness. As a father, I have come up with an idea that my father never came up with. And that idea is to capture all the amazing and memorable moments of his childhood in pictures and kept save them as a memory. That's why I save all his photographs and videos on google drive and when he grows up, I will give him access to his memories in sha Allah. I want to share all his lovely pics because they all are so beautiful for me. But I think I love these photos because I am his father. I just hope you guys would also like his picture. Politicians Are Taking Credit for The work Financed By Our Tax Money The time right now is 15:19 and I will try my best to finish this article without getting distracted. Because I believe my yesterday's article was a shitty one, all because of distractions. But today I am trying to avoid all the distractions therefore, I am sitting in another room for writing this article. BTW, it does not stop here as you can another marble plaque with the same writing. And the funny thing is they have displayed these marble plaques on every wall within almost 50 meters on every turn of the streets. Now I will explain what are these plaques? Our government has decided to build the floor of our streets. Those streets are not more than 4 or 5 feet wide. They also had to reconstruct the damaged drainages and they didn't have to build the new one. BTW, we were expecting they would have done it three years ago but they did it now. But they did it now because they had to run the campaign for local government election. They selected their president Attaullah khan as their candidate for the election. Now they will use this work as a persuasion for getting votes in the elections. Only a fool would get tricked by this trickery. I mean these political bodies would be wrong if they believe they did a favor to us by building these streets. First of all, it's not their duty to do these constructions work but those companies work as a puppet under these political bodies. And secondly, spending our tax money on us does not make it a favor to us. I mean if get a look at our electricity bills you will find out if we are consuming the units worth 700 per, we have to pay 1500pkr taxes, which means we pay more than 200 percent than actual consumption. The PTI party came into power for the first time. When they were in opposition, they always criticized the government for spending money on the advertisements of works like that. But they did the same thing after coming into power. Even the previous governments didn't advertise like they are advertising right now, displaying plaques at the turn of every street. They are becoming pathetic day by day. They criticized the previous government for their bad policies and they made the worst policies rather than correcting the previous ones. In short, previous governments were bad but they appeared to be the worst. People expected change from them because they claimed "We will bring the change", People expected them not to become like traditional politicians. Politicians who lie to their people, who do corruption and fill their bank accounts with the taxpayer's money. But unfortunately, they are even worst than traditional politicians. The people of my country are getting sick of these politicians now. They are losing it right now. PTI was their last hope but they have crushed that hope. Now people are getting frustrated. The government is putting a lot of burden on the common people by adding new taxes. The prices of daily items are exceeding day by day. People can't even afford to pay their medical bills. Some people can't even afford to eat two times a day. These government officials can't take credit for our basic rights. These development projects, free education, and free medical come under our basic rights. We vote for them only to do policymaking for us and unfortunately, they suck at it. They cant even make a proper good policy that will make this country grow. I am hoping for some miracle to happen and we get a visionary leader who cares for their people. A leader who can fight for these scared and affected people against the corrupt mafias and establishment. We thought Imran Khan would be able to become a leader like that but we were wrong. Or we stop waiting for a messiah to save us from all these evil people. We start asking for our rights from this corrupt government. Nobody can do it alone, all we need is to get united against evil elements. And stop fighting against each other. Staying Away From My Family is Difficult for me, But I Have to I started writing this article at 15:42 Pakistan Time. I am here sitting on my couch and hoping for my son to not wake up because if he wakes up he would not let me use my laptop. Because he would start pressing the keyboard keys and observe what it is? He has done this before that's why we hide the laptop from him because we fear he might damage the keyboard or screen. Usually, I spend 6 days of the week in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. I live in our company-provided residence while my family lives almost 140 km away from me in another province, KPK. You might be thinking I can travel 140 km daily after my duty hours and be with my family. But it is not possible for two reasons. One, I don't own a car, and 2nd if I do travel 140 km daily it would be exhausting for me. Because I take 2 hours to reach home so it would be 4 hours travel daily. It might affect my performance in the office but most importantly, it would affect my health badly. I can also get shifted with my family there but I can afford it yet. My company provides me free single accommodation along with free food. They only pay rent allowance to managers and I am currently working as an Assistant Manager. The biggest problem is, there is no proper policy for pay structure, yearly increments, and promotions. So I don't see myself promoting to manager in near future. I can try for a rented two beds apartment as it would be more than enough for my family comprising me, my son, and my wife. But as I told you earlier I can't afford it. Living in a third-class apartment can cost me half of my salary because Islamabad is the most expensive city in Pakistan. Living in Islamabad means you have to pay double the price for everything. Getting a promotion is the only solution that will make it easy for me to shift my family to Islamabad. I don't see any chance of getting promoted but this is life and the best or worst thing about life is its unpredictability. You may never know what is going to happen in the next second. I am thinking about serving in this company for one and a half years more. The reason is, that I have already worked here for 8.5 years and my company provides 10 Marla land plot to those employees whose service exceed 10 years. I am hopeful that I would get it too in sha Allah. My second plan is I want to get into the crypto trading world. For that, I need some funds which I am about to get in a few months. I have no proper plan in which milestones and goals are defined. I am giving it thought and hopefully, I will come up with a plan after some time. I am finding it hard to stay away from my family especially my 2 years old son. I don't want to miss any single moment of his childhood. Luckily, I get to see him on weekends but I don't want to miss seeing him even the remaining 6 days of the week. I wish a miracle happens and I get to reside in my village permanently without any stress of earning and future. That miracle would be no other than becoming a crypto trader. I need to make a proper timetable and start giving some time to learn about crypto trading platforms like Binance. Lastly, my article might not seem good enough because I am at my home, distracted by different things at home. I don't have any responsibility when I am at my company's accommodation but here I have different responsibilities. An example of that responsibility is, I have started writing this article at 15:42 and finished it now at 20:32 because my wife asked me to bring stuff as she decided to make pizza. And another example is, I am finishing this article in a hurry because my mother is asking me to give her my smartphone because she needs to facetime her brother. 😂 These are the distractions. 😂 I would love to hear out your thoughts and suggestions. Who Says Writing Articles on Read.cash is Hard? Today is Saturday and you guys may know that I have decided to skip writing articles on Saturday. But I have changed my mind and I am about to publish an article today. I have skipped 5 months and rested well, now is the time to keep on moving without even resting a day. I woke up at 5 AM and now I am writing this article because I am afraid I won't have time later on. You must have got an idea about the article after reading the title of it. I am going to make those understand who are not making an entry to read.cash because they think a person needs to have extensive knowledge and must possess extraordinary skills to write an article. I will start with my example. The reason I stated above were the reasons which were stopping me from entering this amazing platform. I thought a person must have an expert level of writing skills before he starts writing an article here. But fortunately, I find it out that I am wrong, a person who possesses a basic level of writing skills can write an article on read.cash. This platform gives us the opportunity to express what we feel. For those readers. who also have the same belief as I had before. Believe me, **you are unaware of your writing skills**, get ready for a surprise once you start writing. It would be astonishing when you find out how good is your writing skills. You never knew about it because you never tried it. When I started writing my first article I got amused after seeing that I can write too. **Most of you guys must be wondering what can you write about. You can write about anything, literally anything**. Anything you like, have interest in it, knowledge about it, Love it, your personal experiences. You should make a start from your personal experiences as it would be easy for you to write in my opinion. Or you should start with whatever you want to write, your decision. Just write what you feel. Once you start writing, **ideas will flow inside your mind**. It will not happen always though because sometimes we lack ideas due to distraction, looking for perfection, focus diversion, etc. You will face these when you start writing regularly so this is not your problem yet. You just need to publish your first article. You are like a baby who has not taken his first baby step, and walking turns easy for the baby when he gets successful in taking the first step. So publishing the first article is your first baby step. **Don't look out for perfection at the start.** Looking for perfection will not lead you anywhere as you won't even try to take your first step. What others will think about me after writing my article. When I wrote my article, I felt people will mock me for my writing skills and I thought my article is not good enough. But in reality, it was quite good and it was only my fear. So the first thing you should do is train your mind to not give a damn about what others think. My Goals For The Month of October After setting the goal of publishing an article, I realized it's fun to set a goal and it feels even more fantastic after achieving that goal. So why should stop here at only one goal? I should set more goals in my life. I don't want to be the person that I was before. A person who has no purpose, no aim, who can't get out of his comfort zone, and who wastes all the precious time. Time is money which I am never going to get back. There are many writers on read.cash who set goals for the new month. I have seen a few articles here about writers setting goals of accumulating targeted BCH on read.cash and noise.cash in this month. It made easy for them to track the record of their earning on both the platform. They set higher goals and aim for more BCH next month after successful completion in the previous month. Inspired by those inspiring writers, I have also taken the decision of setting a goal for the current month of October. I won't aim for something impossible to achieve. Aiming for something moderate at the start will be a wise decision. I will most surely up the game slowly in the upcoming months. Let's start setting targets for next month. **My Goal for Noise.cash** I believe I can accumulate 93$ BCH in noise.cash in the current month. I have set the goal of earning 3$ per day because noise.cash has become highly unpredictable these days. I would earn 6-7$ one day but I would suddenly go down to 2$ the next day. How Read.cash Helped Me Accumulate 0.16 BCH in Just 17 Days First of all, this article is not to brag about my earning. My sole objective of writing this article is to motivate the newbies that if I can achieve it you can achieve it too with Patience, Determination, and Consistency. These three attributes will take you to the greater heights you have never imagined. The month of September is about to end. The time of writing this sentence is 19:34 PM so only 4 hours and 26 minutes are remaining exactly. September proved a very special month for me because I accumulated 1 BCH in this month. I wish I did keep a record of my earnings before and set goals for every month but unfortunately, I didn't. And this is the time to change this careless attitude of mine and I will set a goal for the month of October in sha Allah. Have You Ever Heard About "Plastic Road"? My readers would know I have challenged myself to publish an article every day. And luckily, I found a topic to write about when I saw news of Coca-Cola and Islamabad Capital Development Authority signing a project of building the first Plastic road in Islamabad. I was kind of surprised because I have never heard about the term Plastic road before and I am positive most of you guys won't have heard too. I was curious to find out what it is and decided to enlighten my readers about my findings too. ****What is a plastic road made of?**** Plastic roads are made either using entire plastic or of some of the composites of the plastic mixed with other materials as per Wikipedia. Though no roads have made using plastic entirely as per my research and it is just an idea which is not been implemented yet. As we all know standard roads are different than plastic roads because Asphalt concrete consisting mineral aggregates and minerals. While waste plastics are mixed with Asphalt mixture for building plastic roads. ****Process of Mixing Plastic with Asphalt**** Waste plastic goes through four process 1) Segregation Waste plastic is collected and then non-recycled plastic is segregated from recycled plastics. Non-recycled is then collected because it cannot be disposed of. 2) Cleaning Then cleaning of the non-recycled plastic begins after segregation **3) Cutting into tiny Pieces** Then cutting off those plastics started. It can be cut from 2 to 3 mm or according to the size of asphalt pieces. 4) Mixing And the last process is mixing the plastic with asphalt. It gets melted before mixing with the Asphalt. ****Which countries have built plastic road**** The first plastic road was built by India in 2001, credit goes to **Rajagopalan Vasudevan,** who is an Indian Scientist who came up with the idea of plastic road. Plastic roads are built in different cities of India. United Kingdom is the second country that has also built Plastic Roads and Pakistan is the 3rd country that is about to start building plastic roads. ****Advantages of Plastic Roads**** It can be constructed faster as compared to Standard road Cheaper than standard roads because less asphalt is used as compared to standard roads Asphalt is made of petroleum crude oil so using less asphalt can result in saving a lot of money Plastic road has a long life as compared to standard road because plastic is the most amazing binder Build from waste plastics that are hazardous More resistant as compared to standard roads because plastic does not absorb water which result in less need to repair it Needs less maintenance as compared to Standard roads Most importantly, these roads can result in the reduction of waste plastics which has become a bigger problem these days ****Disadvantages of plastic road**** There is no proven disadvantage of plastic roads. It is just a theory that maybe the plastic roads can release toxic gases in the future. ****Conclusion**** No doubt it's a great idea to help reduce the number of waste plastics which is resulting in polluting our oceans, earth and our entire planet. Even disposing of them by burning them result in result of release of poisonous gases like carbon monoxide and non-metal oxides which results in greenhouse effects (*A natural process that warms the earth's surface*). Even disposing of them by landfilling also failed because plastic cannot be decomposed and it also results in releasing gases like chlorine which can badly affect the organisms living inside the water and soil if chlorine combines with other chemicals. It can also cause respiratory disorders if humans and other animals eat fish contaminated with those chemicals. So the plastic disposal by mixing it in the Asphalt is not a bad idea. Even India has made it compulsory for road construction to add 10% plastic in road construction. It's time for the world to get united and think about a good solution to get rid of waste plastic which is extremely hazardous for our splendid planet Earth. Challenging Myself to Publish an Article Everyday I literally curse myself for not publishing long enough and missing all that valuable time which I am never going to get back. I have resumed writing articles a week ago but there is a huge gap between my last article. I published the last article 5 months ago before I begin writing again. And now I wish I could get that time back but it's not possible anymore as time does not wait for anyone and the elapsed time will never come back. A few read.cash writer advised me especially @Valour so many times to start writing on this platform. I knew they are right but I could not resume writing due to my laziness. I kept delaying and making lame excuses for not writing here. @Valour even told me that he accumulated more BCH by writing articles here than writing short posts in noise.cash. Luckily, I needed to write an article after accumulating 1 BCH because that was the happiest occasion for me and I need to motivate others about my journey. So I begin writing again otherwise I would have never started it again. The good thing was Randomrewarder welcomed me by upvoting my article generously which made me think about keep writing articles again. I know if I kept writing in these 5 months I would have accumulated 1 BCH two or three months before. ****The Reason Behind Not Writing for these 5 Months**** As I already told you procrastination was the reason behind that. But it was not the sole reason. There was another big reason for not writing here. The reason is I consider my writing poor. I have no proper knowledge of article writing, can't even find catchy titles, can't build a sentence properly. Honestly, I always imagine people will laugh whenever I click that publish button. People will find my writing ridiculous. But the good thing is, I have decided to not give any importance to what others think and this is the only way of getting forwards. But honestly, I would love to hear any constructive criticism regarding my writing. I would honestly very much appreciate it if someone points out my weakness and I will do everything to get rid of that weakness and try to improve myself. ****My plan for Making up for the lost time**** The time I missed will not come back again. So I have decided to challenge myself by publishing an article every day instead of weeping for the elapsed time. I know writing an article would be tough for me after getting tired from working 9 to 5 in the office. That's why I am planning to wake up early at 5 AM and I can have more than two hours for writing an article. Also, early morning is the best time as the mind is more fresh and relaxed in at early morning. I will rest only on Saturday because I have to give some time to family as it is the only day I spend with my family. I won't skip writing on Sunday in sha Allah. This is the only way I can make up for the missed time. I know I have to battle my inner self and stop listening to my lazy self. This is the time to overcome and defeat my laziness otherwise I would never be able to achieve it ever. As you all may know "`The hardest battle you will ever fight will be with yourself`". It's a tough battle but I will have to fight it to gain complete control of myself. I believe in myself that I can achieve this because I already have gone against my inner self by successfully quit smoking even though I was a full-fledged smoker for more than 10 years. If I can successfully do that, then I can do this too but I just need to start living according to some disciplines and break out of my comfort zone. **Let's end the article** and start the challenge. Life of being an IT guy I was wondering which topic should I write an article on. I was even pondering for some time. Luckily, I found one and posted about it in noise.cash. But someone suggested to me a topic, on which I can even write a lengthy book. I literally cursed myself in my mind that why I couldn't think of it before. Thanks and a special shout out to @Demonlord who suggested writing an article about my life of being an IT guy. This is the easiest topic for me because I live it every day from 9-5 PM. It is my reality so I won't be bored writing about it. So let's begin I have worked in an IT department for the last 8 years. I initiated my career from an initial stage which is dusting and cleaning it along with doing other IT stuff 😂. And then gradually promoted to IT officer which leads me to become an Assistant Manager IT. I have no intentions of becoming an IT manager though coz I eagerly want to take a permanent leave from doing jobs for others and start something of my own because I am fed up with taking orders and instructions from others. The good thing about working as an IT guy is, that you never get bored like other traditional jobs. The reason is you get to face new challenges on a daily basis. You need to resolve new issues that arise most of the time. Sometimes, I get to see some new errors which I have not seen in these 8 years. And this is bad at the same time too because sometimes you need to resolve an error on an urgent basis. Now imagine if you have seen an error for the first time and you have never faced an issue, you will take some time to research about it and find out the reason why such an issue occurred. When you find out the reason then you can lead to solving it. Some non-technical seniors don't understand it and they consider it our incompetency which becomes a problem for us. So what do I do for most of the day in my office? I have a team of one officer and two assistants. They usually report to me over the complaints they receive daily regarding client computers, internet issues, and printer issues. IT department is responsible for deploying an individual desktop or laptop (As per requirement) to the required employees. Ensuring a smooth internet connection is also our duty and so far my team is really doing an excellent job in resolving all the complaints and deploying new desktop systems. These are the daily routine tasks my department does. I am reporting to Manager IT (*The nicest and coolest boss I have ever had, I am also planning to write the next article about him*). He helps and cooperates in every regard that I consider him as a big brother. The biggest test for an IT guy is interaction with different kinds of people in the workplace. Everyone has a different kind of personality. Some are so nice that every IT person runs towards him when they complain regarding any issue. While some are pure evil and no one wants to even see their faces. Whenever they complain, every IT guy starts to trick someone else to face those evil employees. The reason is quite simple, they disrespect and everyone works hard for respect. So why would someone want to be disrespected? Luckily, I don't do complaints because I am a senior now. And when I did, I never let anyone disrespect me coz I always gave shut-up calls to those who even dared to do that. The reason why I am considered rude at the office 😂. There are so many other responsibilities, like looking after the servers we deployed and maintaining them. This is the responsibility that no one other than the IT department is aware of. They think we do nothing but they have no idea, taking care of those servers is not an easy task. I will not write more about it coz it will make the article prolong, I guess I will write about it some other time. **In the end,** I have used the word "IT Guy" but honestly, I hate this word. We never use the "guy" word for other field experts. I have never seen someone calling a Civil Engineer, a civil guy. They are called by their proper designations. I have never seen someone calling an Admin officer, an admin guy. I am sure it would be normal in the English language but when they call it in our language "IT wala larhka", it's disrespectful because they never call other department staff by that. A day full of Crisis at Work Yesterday was a bit panic and hectic day for me. Well, my day is usually hectic every day `(The advantage of doing 9-5 job 😂)` but yesterday was not like my usual day at the office. Before informing you guys about the reason for that, let me brief you about my job and responsibilities. Because it will make my job easy in making you guys understand the whole scenario. I work in an IT department so we are responsible for installing new networks, servers, CCTV installation as per official requirements. Maintaining existing installed networks, servers, and CCTV also comes to our responsibility. It's our job also to ensure smooth internet connectivity and provide error-free systems to our other employees so that they can run their official work smoothly. Our top priority is the Internet. Internet should be run fast and smoothly as our senior staff gets annoyed if internet runs slow or stopped working. Honestly, most of them have no work to do so they used to watch youtube and spend their time watching entertainment on the internet `(I hope they never read this article otherwise I would be fired 😂)`. I mostly remain in the head office but we are also responsible to ensure a smooth internet connection at our site office. So yesterday my boss forwarded me a WhatsApp voice note from one of our seniors, in which he complained about the slow internet speed at our Site office. My boss instructed me to look and resolve the issue. So I visited the site office and checked our ISP internet connection to ensure there is no issue from the Internet service provider's end. But there was no issue from their end, then I checked the cabling and switches to check for any occurrence of a network loop `(Network loop occurs when both ends of the cable are connected to the same switch)`. But the network was clear and it should be run perfectly. Unfortunately, the internet speed was very low like 0.18 Mbps. So I decided to take a look at the statistics of user's data, check out how much data users are consuming. And I was quite shocked after checking it. Some users have consumed a hell of a lot of data. One user has consumed 40 GB of data in just 1 day. Other has crossed more than 500 GB in just 30 days. It definitely means they are using an official internet connection for downloading stuff and unnecessary online video watching which is not even related to their official work. I even gave relaxation to those whose average consumption is 3 GB per day. That is also high data consumption coz they are only available from 9 to 5 and consuming 3 GB data in 8 hours is just more than enough. But I being a nice guy 😂, I blessed them with a chance. I do verbally warn them though to stop using excessive data otherwise they will get blocked too. I thought most of them would be lower staff coz they mostly do download movies. And almost 60 percent of them were the lower staff. 25 percent of them were officer level and to my surprise, I can even say I was shocked that 15 percent of them were the senior-level staff like General managers. I thought those General Managers won't have enough time to waste on the internet and they would always spend the office timing wisely by planning about the strategies on how to make their department work more efficiently and find new ways to work smart. But I was completely wrong. Now I could not even complain to the management about them coz they are part of management. So it would be like complaining to the Judiciary about the Judiciary. One thing I can definitely do and I will do next week, that I can block all the entertainment sites like youtube, Facebook and our users mostly waste time on these platforms. It's our fault that we did not block these in the first place coz we thought they can use some entertainment for a little time after they get tired or bored. But we can't afford it anymore because these issues are really damaging our reputation and management will start thinking that we don't know our work. I have discussed it with my team and we are on it. It will be implemented next week. I have blocked 43 culprits, many of them asked me and I scolded them. The funny thing is all of them denied the accusations. I told them Systems are immune to lie, they will always show the right statistics. One of the culprits even told me that check my smartphone, It cannot download due to some technical fault. And he was lying coz I checked his phone. So this was an article about an unusual day of my professional life. And it was a crisis made by those culprits. I hope you guys would learn something a day of my life too. Thanks for the reading.

What should we Learn from Movie Fatherhood? I watched a movie named "**Fatherhood"** starring my favorite comedian **Kevin Hart** last night. I never imagined Kevin Hart, one of the top comedians in the industry would make me cry one day. Almost everyone must have thought of that. So let's begin with the article. Normally, I check YTS.AG website daily for new movies torrents. It was just a routine check, the first recommendation was movie "FatherHood". As you can see in the screenshot, Judging by the banner of the movie. I knew this movie is different from typical Kevin Hart movies. This is going to be his first movie with a serious role. I watched the trailer and as a father, I was really moved by it. My heart recommended watching the movie. I was mostly in tears while watching the movie. I am a father maybe that was the sole reason for getting emotional or the movie was full of emotions. But one thing I know, I have watched movies about fatherhood before being a father. I was not much impressed by those movies at that time like even "the pursuit of happiness" didn't impress me (Strong Point I guess). The beginning of the movie was just so heartbreaking. I have never seen Kevin hart so sad in all of his movies. The movie starts with the funeral ceremony of his beloved wife. What else can be heartbreaking than that? So basically his wife dies right immediately after giving birth to a beautiful baby girl due to a blood clot traveled to her lungs. Matt Logelin (The Character Kevin Hart Played) was pushed from the hospital room when his wife collapsed and was unable to breathe. The first crying scene of Kevin Hart must have made the whole audience cry when he saw the nurse crying because his wife passed away. The crying dialogue "Don't tell me my wife is dead" was just so damn heartbreaking. More heartbreaking was the judgment of people that Matt might be unable to raise his daughter. I hate to admit that they were right. Raising a child is challenging for a father and mother but it is tougher for a single parent and that too, a father. A father who has recently lost the love of his life. A father who was just immature when it comes to the responsibilities of taking care of the family. But the situation can change anyone. Lazy becomes active, weak become stronger, dumb becomes wiser if the situation changes. The most amazing dialogue of the movie was when he took his daughter Maddy in his arms and he said to her if she could have only one parent I wish she could have her mom cause she would have been better at it. Matt knew from the start that it would be tough to raise a child alone. I can understand that coz sometimes I just consider my wife a superhero, I mean how does she get on with all the looking after responsibilities of our son. Not only my wife, I consider every mom superhero who is raising their children. Now imagine a role nature has assigned to a mother if a father takes that role and plays it not perfectly like a mother but at least he does not let her child miss a dad, then I am sure that father deserves a very special kind of award. Because mothers are made for it but fathers are not. Matt even forgets to date anyone due to raising a child coz he could even let a babysitter babysit her daughter as he was very serious about her daughter. That's the sacrifice very few can make for their children to not get married or date someone and live alone with their children. Even his office life gets affected by it but thankfully he had a very good and humanly boss who didn't let it affect his career of Matt. This made me admire single mothers who are also working in the offices and raising their child too. Now I know what they must go through. I know their life would be tough but they all are warriors who are fighting and conquering. Matt starts dating but broke up coz he thinks his partner is making him care less about the roles and responsibilities he has towards his daughter. One of the saddest scenes was when he has to leave her daughter with her grandparents. He hugged her and when he was about to go enter the car he was crying. He even left a visit to Croatia coz he realized and remembered all the memories he had with her daughter. And he felt he can't leave her even for a month. So he came running back towards her. One thing I realize after watching this movie is when a single parent raises a child, he/she falls in extremely love with the child as compared to when a both parent raises. The reason is quite simple, the single parent gives all the love to the child which would distribute if both parents are raising. But the child needs extra care in case if raised by a single parent coz if not, the child will miss the love forever. **In short,** Fatherhood is the name of sacrifice. A father has to end selfishness. Because a selfish father will never make a good father. Remember when you become a father, you have to stop thinking about yourself and start thinking about your child. Make his/her dreams yours. Journey From A Spammer To 1 BCH Before I begin with the article, let me inform you about why I could not write an article for a couple of months. I won't lie about it. Actually, I was totally free. I had a lot of time but I was just being lazy. The addiction to short posts on noise.cash were not letting me make any efforts for writing a more than 600 words article. 😂 Just kidding. But I could not stop myself from writing an article about the extraordinary journey of completing 1 BCH. The main purpose of writing is to inspire and motivate those who think they cant do it. I am here to tell them if I can do it then anyone can do it. ****When Did I Join Noise.cash?**** I joined noise.cash just 3 hours before 2021 started. I had no motive to become a good and valued member of the platform and unfortunately, I wasted almost 3 months as a spammer. I used to post copied quotes from the internet coz I thought most people are doing this and I had no idea that some people are real writers too. ****What Made Me Decide To Become A Real Writer?**** Honestly, I decided to quit the spamming life when my tips stopped. Sometimes punishment can bring someone on the right path and it worked. I also learned about read.cash those days too. And I even wrote my first article. It was about cancer survivors and I went through surgery too so I wrote the article in my own words. I didn't copy it from anywhere coz it was a sensitive topic for me and I could not cheat with that. My tips got stopped for more than a month. I had to abandon my old account and created a new account which I am currently using. We used to get tips from the admin and then we tipped others but we could get a share of it too. You can get only short-term benefits by acting like a spammer but eventually, you will get caught and won't survive. After getting caught, a spammer would create a new account and start again from zero. The best thing about being a real writer is that you would fell in love with this platform. You won't stop posting and writing even if you don't get a penny. I am saying this coz I have seen some fellow countrymen shocked after seeing me posting regularly. They left the platform because their tips stopped and then rejoined. They were shocked coz they thought I would have left the platform too. But I never did, coz I am in love with noise.cash, and BCH community. There is much advice I would like to give to new users. Be patient- Be patient in every situation. And never make earning your only motive. If you make it your only motive then demonetization will make you leave this platform and if not, then you will remain on this platform and nothing can stop you from posting on the platform. Be consistent-Don't leave this platform for a long time like weeks. Don't get disappointed by seeing the other's earning. Your time will come too. If someone is earning a lot, they are not getting it from day one. They have worked hard and give their precious time to this platform. Remember you are new but you will not remain new forever. When I started using this platform, I used to earn a dollar in almost 2 to 3 days. There comes a time when I used to earn 10 dollars a day. But remember, your earnings wont be consistent. Sometimes it will be low and sometimes high, so don't get disappointed by the earning. Get motivated instead of disappointed. Most importantly, you are here for learning. You are here to learn about crypto which will change your future. Meeting different people from different nations and different cultures. Get to know about their culture and make them learn about yours. This is the part I mostly love about noise.cash. I have thanked all those who motivated me and inspired me but how can I forget thanking someone who gave all of us this amazing opportunity of earning. Changes I felt after becoming a father Parenthood is a blessing from God. But sometimes bad parenting can become a curse for a person and for the whole society. When we are young we don’t know anything about being a parent. We have no idea what are the responsibilities. We realize it once we become parents ourselves. After becoming parents, we observe and find out that being parents is hard and amazing at the same time. Life completely changes after becoming a parent. There are some changes that I felt after becoming a father and almost every person feels those changes in their personality. **Motivates you to become a Better Person** Once you become a father, you start developing naturally a feeling to become a good person. This unique ambition emerges from your mind to become a perfect person and a wish arises from your heart to being followed by your son. You want your son to become the same as you. But the trouble is you don’t consider yourself the right choice for someone to follow. So you have to fight your inner self to become the perfect person as you imagined for your son to follow. After my son was born, I aimed to quit smoking and I got succeeded in quitting it too. I tried to quit it a few times but I failed. I wanted my son to breathe fresh air smoke-free and that was the only motivation that leads me to tobacco withdrawal. **You realize your parents love for you** It not that we have no idea how much our parents love and care for us. But there is no way to feel that warmth and depth of their love. We realize it once we become parents. When we find out how much we love our own children and care for them. Let me share with you my experience. Once my mother was praying to God after performing namaz. She started whispering (we whisper when we pray to God) and I was able to listen to her prayer coz there was no noise in the room as it was winter and there was no noise of a fan or Air Condition. Her words of pray were “Oh Allah! Never show me that moment of sadness and grief, when I see the funeral of any of my children as it would be impossible and extremely painful to bear that loss. I pray to you to not put me on that test and take my life before seeing that moment.”. I never realized the value of that prayer until I become a father myself. **Motivates you to think and start working for a better and stable future** When I was young there was no thought of a better future in my mind, nor did I have any worries regarding it. But I started feeling anxious and worried when I became a father. I have a dream to see my children getting quality education from well-reputed institutions and I have to be financially stable to fulfill this dream. I want my son to have all the things and all his dreams fulfilled, which unfortunately I was not able to fulfill when I was a kid. **Parenthood can teach and increase your patience level** Actually, this is my experience as a father. I was always ready to have loud arguments with my spouse which usually led us to a big verbal fight. But after becoming a father, I usually try to ignore engage in such verbal arguments because I realize it can have a negative impact on our son. Parental conflicts can affect the mental health of a child. It's not good for a child to be raised in a stressful environment due to constant intense fighting and loud arguments. **In the end,** If you cant bring these positive changes in yourself, you must not become a parent. You must be willing to abandon that careless life once you were in your teen life. If you don't find yourself able of nurturing and parenting a child, you must not take the step of becoming a parent to a child. Because parenting is the most important and challenging thing to do. It puts a lot of pressure and if you can't handle that pressure, don't become a parent.
