Value Your Worth
Do you know your worth? What is your worth? I mean to ask, "what are the values of your knowledge and skills?" Who do you think knows your real worth? Who do you think knows you the best? The answer to the last two questions is "**you**." So, do you know your real worth? If you don't know your real worth and value yourself, how can you expect others will value you, and pay for your service/solution/product? Therefore, **it is a must that you have a clear idea about your real worth**. You create your worth and decide the value. Consumers need a service, solution, and product. They know what they want. As a solution provider, you create a service, solution, and or product. As the creator of the solution, product, and service, you decide how much value (cost) you have to ask for providing it to the consumers. The consumers may let you know about their funding position. But, they can't dictate the value (cost) of a solution, service, or product. You must stick to your value and quality. The value (cost) of a product or solution is decided by the creator/provider and not by the consumer. Still, in today's crashing market, value is so relative and fragile. The value proposition is in our hands, but the consumer philosophy is not in our hands. Consumers are ready to go for a lower-priced product and compromise on quality. Let the consumers know about the quality of your solution, service, or product. Show them a comparison of equivalent solutions, services, or products. Highlight the uniqueness and superiority of your service, product, or solution. **Stick to your value proposition and its worth**. Concluding thoughts Recently, I received an email to deliver an online lecture on the topic of cybersecurity. The person simply asks in the email, "What are your fees, sir?" I remembered my consultant friend from Bangaluru who once told me to increase my fees for services on anything, be it ghostwriting, product development, software consultancy, or any other things. I thought that I must share it with the blogging community with a general discussion on evaluating our real worth. **You must know your worth and don't hesitate to value yourself accordingly**. Postscript I wrote a reply to a comment, and it is so cool to understand our worth. *"Evaluating ourselves (from the inside) is always tricky.* *For example, the BTC and its hard fork projects may think differently about their value propositions. It is good to know you are delivering online lecture on most hot topics. Yeah we should know our value because people don't valued to the person who doesn't know their worth.
Evaluating ourselves (from the inside) is always tricky. For example, the BTC and its hard fork projects may think differently about their value propositions. It is the users who can judge their real worth!
Obviously. This is what I always say. Once upon a time, someone asked me who is the most important person in your life and you know what I said? I said "Me". Yes, we are the most important person in our life. We have to value ourselves and make our identity like a brand.
I am glad that you are already on track :)
It is the worth we place on ourselves that determines how people will value us.
We must value ourselves first.
My favourite thing to say about recognizing one's value is: "Know your worth and don't give discount because you will be addressed as you carry yourself." Most people sell themselves short and wonder why people are not according them the respect they deserve. If you asked a lot of people to make a list of their most important people in life, you will find maybe one person that would put their own name there. We focus on others while we overlook our own worth.
I love your resonating comment. We must continue supporting ourselves first, then try supporting others.
That's just how it should be. It's the way to go. We can't give out if we don't have it in.
Somewhat related to my latest blog and if you will, I will include your link in there and I'll edit it. The value we provides to the world can be base on our worth and the solutions our services or goods can give. "Consumers are ready to go for a lower-priced product and compromise on quality." Pay for good or better quality, I favor this.
Promote what we can offer, and ask for a value it is worth. Mention the title of your article. Let our posts remain as it is, and re-share our posts on NoiseCash.
I agree! We shouldn't waste our time to a job that didn't pays well our skills. Don't settle for less because we deserve better!
We deserve better for our worth.
I am totally agreed with you in this point. We know what we are and what our instinct is. But not all of us know about oneself. Because of their unstable philosophy about life. And i think people who know oneself and know their value can become happy.
Asking the world about our worth is not easy.
> You must stick to your value and quality. This speaks volume. We should not let others decide what is our worth.
Yes, self-confidence is about self-worth.
We should value ourselves. No one else sees better of our worth than we do.
Self-assessment is crucial.
Today i saw a video there i learnt one thing if you have money then invest yourself.Because only you know the worth of you.
Know your real worth and get what you want.
I agree😊
I appreciate :)
totally agree....worth it to read...thank you
Valuing your worth is very much worth it.
