The Broken Eggs!!
*There used to be a small yet cute family in a village consisted of three people.. A mother, father and a sweet little boy. The mother was a home maker and also manages their small farm and they also had hen as pets. One of their primary sources of income is every day, the father tends to the needs of the hen and then collect eggs, go to the market, sell them and then make money. The money was apt for their family needs and everyone was happy. One day, the mother runs out of her house to the farm where the father was collecting eggs and she shouted, "****listen to me darling, I just got a letter from my Mom's house. She is super sick..I need to go see her****". The father replied, "****that is such a bad news. But our little boy is very small to take him for night rides across villages and crossing outskirts and woods.. and I will be in fear if I send you alone.. I don't know what to do"*** *The little boy interfered and replied, "****Dad.. Mom.. do not worry at all. I have all grown up now. I'm a big boy. I can take care of myself here alone. Just keep some food for me and you guys can leave****". The father and mother laughed but the father was too worried to leave him. But he also could not see his wife's tears for her mother, so he talked to his neighbor to let the boy sleep in his house during nights and the boy can return to his house in the mornings. The neighbor accepted it and the parents left..but before leaving, the father told the boy, "****Never lose your Conscious little man...and never imagine being successful without actually doing anything to attain the success. It will be a huge disappointment for you.****" ...* *The boy was so excited to be alone in the house as it was his first time to be and he enjoyed roaming around the farm land and taking care of all the pets by himself. Next day, he woke up and immediately jumped out of his bed to run towards his chicken shed and he noticed a lot of new eggs.. He fed the hens as he collected all the eggs and he was excited to make money out of all those eggs but sadly, he did not know how to go to the market. So he decided to sell of those eggs to all his neighbors. He was glad when all his neighbors showed good interest in buying those eggs and he made a some money that he never seen before ever..The boy carefully put that few money in a small sack and kept it safe in the house.*
*It was the next day and the boy repeated the feeding and collecting egg process.. As he was collecting the eggs, he started dreaming of how much coins he is going to make that day and he started walking towards the neighbor houses as he spoke to himself as "****I'm gonna sell all these eggs to my neighbors again today and with the coins collected today, I will have enough money to go to the new exhibition they opened, am gonna eat a lot of snacks, buy toys and play all the games in there. This is going to be the best day for me****".. He was smiling as he walked dreaming of the exhibition when his leg tripped on the bunch of rocks. He fell down dropping all those eggs and breaking the entire basket of eggs on the ground.* *The boy's dreams were shattered and he cried for the rest of the day as he remembered his father's advise "****Never lose Consciousness and never imagine being successful without actually doing anything to attain the success. It will be a huge disappointment for you.****..."* That's all for today folks, the moral of this short little story told by my daughter to me is to always be at your conscious while taking decisions and never celebrate too early before achieving true success because life can knock us down any minute and if we are not ready, it will break us down.. Always be ready for the worst while hoping for the best :)) Thank you sponsors :) Yours bloggingly @Theblackdoll

Knew that fable before. But loved the way you narrated.
hey thanks :)
Most times I overthink.......as I was reading this,I was thinking what if eggs had golden yolk but copper shells😂😂
hahaha that's funny.. so it's nice that I wrote this post for people like you lol
Yeah.....lol
my first time to read this short story. we oftentime dream to celebrate the things we haven't achieve yet. I am a firm believer that the first step to attain success is dreaming followed by planning and taking actions. Celebrating too early is really bad. It will just give us disappointments.
That is exactly the point of this post.. never celebrate before knowing for sure :))
The path to achieving a goal is not an easy one. On the way we can fall, we can crash. And then what? You just have to get up, shake yourself off, and keep going no matter what!
definitely, hope the boy learned this
Your daughter must be a wonderful story teller! This is actually an important lesson; we should always be mindful, work hard and don't celebrate to early
she loves to tell stories she heard from videos.. and she also imagines her own scenarios haha. .Thank you dear, you are so sweet
Aww, that's so nice. She has a creative mind. I wish the best for her 🤗
The advice is truly valuable. In order to achieve the dreams we must work for it.
Nice story👍 And nice lesson also. Life is full of up and down and being aware of it makes us to stand firm to withstand any short coming
This is really a beautiful story and we all can relate to this actually. It is part of human nature to always anticipate the outcome of a great event even before it start to materialize. Nevertheless we ought still be careful and not let overconfidence push us to the wall. ☺
You're right. We have to learn to be cautious and wait patiently for our dream to come true. Put our senses in function that everything goes well and then celebrate.
That was a very good lessons for all of us. We should have be very cautious as disappointment may cause heartaches if we won't get ready for failure.
Wow ...really helpful , reminded me of when I was in college and planned down the profit without getting the money firts , I was later disappointed and felt really bad .. it is synonymous to Never Count Your Chick's Before It Hatch In all we do , we should be prepared and plan for the good n bad
Thanks for adding your real life experience, make this post more validated.
This story reminds me of the exact same thing I thought about last week while working in a farm. I was picking up eggs in the poultry unit and I was transporting them to the store, I stacked up six crates of eggs in my hands and I suddenly thought; "what if I trip and fall?" 🤐
Hahahaha... us humans have such thoughts lol
You're daughter told this story???? Impressive!!!! She's wise for her age... And the moral is true... Don't celebrate before victory... You're awesome Blackdoll...
she hears a lot of stories online and narrates them in her own way.. I liked this lesson and had to share with you all
Oh I agree Blackdoll, as do not count the chickens unless all eggs are hatch. Have a good day
That's a great proverb :)) thanks for your comment
Your daughter is so matured Sis, btw right, we may have goals and dreams in our life but we must put it in action and not only by dreaming, be conscious in doing it:)
I have a story of a huge broken egg. One day everyone said. Your daughter is so matured just like me😋.

She's such a smart-ass.
I agree with you consciousness in the present is important, and yes don't be in a rush to celebrate until you're sure it's all been completed
