To be honest I find it a bit difficult to understand what you thought out to fight this. I do understand some are very inventive if it comes to earning. I doubt they do the thumb ups by hand. It reminds me of something years ago. Is it possible to make a tool to do this automatically? If it comes to it people do the priests things for a few cents but all those cents together. To scammers it is an income and they proved it is possible. I hope you can solve the problem and people really stop with this. Why not write yourself? Searching the web for something, copy and paste can take a lot of time too. 💕
The problem is many you gave a hand are committing plagiarism. How come you don't notice that? You do not read and comment before you add an article? It doesn't do your name good @jaymark. I think we should check the communities again, posts added and kick out those who do not deserve it and report them. 💕
At least we know now people manage to do it. We already knew the few cents count. Altogether, with 40 accounts or more, we are no longer talking about a few cents.

I doubt you will be seen as a good Samaritan if you reject, leave a comment why. You are more likely scolded at, your content will receive thumb downs and if this is done by the same person(s) who gave the thumbs up it won't be much fun being here.

So, it went from simple points system, to a personalized point system, to a community-based point system, and now it's still community-based, but some of the members now have the secret power of boosting a topic. Someone really needs to send more funds to donate to Read.Cash here guys.
The Read.Cash plan is to spread awareness of Bitcoin Cash, after all. Posts are a very nice way to do so. However, when you take it that way, people can just farm them points, which is why Read.Cash added communities to places where you can only get points.
Well good for the improvements, I will start to give a few thumbs up, I will choose well, perhaps I am one of the advanced users, haha and I will be glad that someone is rewarded a little more for his efforts as a writer.

This is indeed a step in the right direction but I can only imagine the difficulty that scammers will experience. Read.cash is a home to quality articles and I hope such measures will continue to be beneficial to the community as a whole

From the fund currently - no. The fund gives out about $70/day right now - that is divided to a few hundreds active users. Yesterday top 3 users got $2.90, $2.30 and $1.83 respectively. But this article got $10,000 in about a few seconds :) https://read.cash/@freetrader/bitcoin-cash-node-003b2381 But such tips are of course rare. It's more an exception where you do something so big for Bitcoin Cash ecosystem that people are willingly donate big amounts.

This is a great idea but the part of being a power user is a bit scary. It has a big role with great responsibilities along with it. Good ideas to let it stay as long as the power user are doing the right things but how will you monitor? Just curious.

How would we do that if in order to participate you need to have Bitcoin Cash? 3) There are very-very-very few Bitcoin Cash holders, you can read [this article](https://read.cash/@Read.Cash/advertising-paid-by-users-46ae93d0) to find out how I estimate there to be just 1000 active Bitcoin Cash users. That will be the upper limit of the site. If you read the article you'll understand why it doesn't make sense at this point in time to ask people to spend Bitcoin Cash. People just don't have it.

I agree with that. I also do not want to know if I am a power user because it will be stressful to know that we are carrying big responsibilities. it's better not to know but doing it properly rather than knowing and might be doing it recklessly.
