I am taking a break and making this quick. No wait.. not break actually. I am declaring my Tuesday work done and sealed. So I am not going back to the work laptop. I am taking my time writing this one. Hehe. Whatever this one is.
Two more days and September is almost done! Wow! How have you been? Work just never seems to stop eh?
Anyway, I do not have a picture of interest today to make up a story with like I did to poor, old, robot Fred. But for sure that will not be the last.

Technology changed our lives a lot, yeah? It made doing things faster. I like the way that it paved a way for us to get in touch with a lot of people real quick and at a cheaper cost at that, too.
What I partly do not like is that how it also makes you swing from one emotion to another real quick.
The roller coaster of emotions at your fingertips!
But admittedly it also amuses me.
One time I was talking with friends in Chat Group 1. Topic was love life. Imagine the high energy of talking about love stories or lack of it. The dreamy, excitement was there.
Then Chat Group 2 pops up on the notification bar. Ding! Topic for this window: work rant. My emotion then shifts to adjust to the mood set in that chat group. We go agreeing with how oddly managed this and that is and so forth. Feeling everyone's feeling of frustration as well and responding to make them feel heard and that they are not the only ones feeling that way.
Ding!
Chat Group 3 joins in on the fun this time talking about politics. Included in the topic were who is unfriending who, who is cancelling who, who ratted out on who, etcetera. Heightened emotions of irritation, disappointment, etcetera was there. But it all turns to a lot of laughter after few exchanges because there would always be one who can quickly turn the heavy conversation to something you all can laugh about.
Ding!
I go back to the first group because a question was directed at me making me shift to what was the mood there, again?
Ding!
Another chat group notif pops up. Chat Group 4 from another set of work friends from old project with a bad news of a common friend getting sick. So different mood with this group as well.
Ding!
Another chat group - Chat Group 5. The group that always has something to share that everyone will laugh about. So for this one group you end up being teary-eyed for laughing so much at what is being talked about - whether politics-related, related to common friend's funny post, picking on someone in the group to bully or someone posting an old throwback picture that the back story of which was just shared right there.
So teary-eyed with so much laughter, I go back and forth to the sad group, the angry group, the high in love and dreamy group.
Then...
After thirty minutes of shifting moods from shifting of different groups using one messaging app, suddenly everyone stops. No more pop ups. No more questions or jabs and teases directed at me. Nada.
I put the phone down. And stared at it. That was some facial workout. I went from frowning, smiling, giggling, laughing, pouting and back again.
I sighed and then laughed at that realization. What a maddening mood shifts!
Thankfully, it does not happen too often. It is funny but also draining hahaha. Depleting.
Good evening everyone! Ending it here. What was your latest battle or friendly jabs with technology lately?

Let's go get that #BetterSeptember!
Lol, too many chat groups. Haha, I guess that's the norm now due to the pandemic. The only gc I have are all related to properties and selling. Hahaha. And all of them are muted too. XD Oh wait I also have one for family and 1 for friends. The rest are inactive.
