A Content Creator's Challenge: Lack of Motivation

6 67

There is always a time when you feel like you can't write. You have a topic on your mind yet you do not know how to start it. Or in the other case, you have started it yet you don't know what to write next. It is confusing, right? Well, that is one of the struggles of a writer or a content creator.

As of the moment, I am actually having a hard time writing the topic I want to share tonight. But since I only have to spend a few minutes to write today, I just decided to make it on another day, which would happen anytime soon.

Probably, you have sensed already that I am having a challenge regarding motivation to write. Actually, I want to make it more creative and expound on more things but as I said, I just have to spend a few minutes here and then go back to what I am reading.

As you may have noticed, these sentences are really vague and seemed to not connect to each other, and that is actually a sign that could mean a lack of topic or motivation. That is actually the point I am trying to convey because if you are not in the mood to write, words seemed to sway and seemed to not make sense. Anyway, you can do something like this if you want to express your thoughts while trying to help yourself fight boredom and motivate yourself to do something.

By the way, while looking for a photo to use as the lead image for this article, I came across this one. At first glance, it seems like it is just a photo of the ocean-very calming. But if you look at it once more and try to focus on it, you will see a tiny detail. Somewhere in the upper left corner of the image, you will see a man who is swimming in a horizontal direction.

Anyway, why are you interested in writing in the first place?

Honesty is the best policy when it comes to finding a solution to this situation. The way you feel about writing may be influenced by your own circumstances. Developing a regular practice of writing down your thoughts and feelings is important if you have a strong desire to do so.

Writing is less a question of willpower than it is of repetition. And if writing is a regular part of your job, you'll want to find meaning in what you're doing so that you're motivated to do it well. As we practice, our skills improve and our confidence grows. It may take a while, but do not feel bilious.

We're more inclined to continue doing something if we feel good about it. Making writing a regular part of your life begins with establishing that as a regular practice. Though it seems difficult to do it every day, fulfilling that challenge is of great achievement. Nothing compensates for that great feeling, isn't it?

Anyway, that's it for this simple random post. I thought I can't finish this one as quickly as I can bit here I am on this very particular portion already. Thank you for your patience and for reading as well. 'Till next time again!

Though I love writing, I can still feel the same way as you are experiencing, especially Sundays. Haha. It's like an automatic rest mode for my brain.

Writing every day is not easy as most of us do know that one has to look for a topic every day, especially trying something different

We all have our bad days, but as you said, we have to know why we write in the first place.
