The Coffee Of Jealousy Is Red In Colour...

Date: 11th Day of November, 2021 Thursday **Arham is looking at the window. Heavy raining is still going on. He is having coffee and looking outside. Low lights. He has another sip of coffee. He can feel the presence of Nia. Her fragrance always brings smile on his face. Arham closed his eyes, feels the moments of his life. This is the biggest day of his life. Today his life will change forever. He still remains in front of the window. Rain drops are coming towards him, forcing him to reminiscences his memories with Nia.**

Nia, the girl he loves most. She made a great impact on his daily life. Arham was not so attentive in his works and even in his life untill he met Nia. The day she holded his hands, everything changed. Like a magic spell. People started valuing him. In his area, no other girl was so pretty as Nia. And she is Arham's love! People started to take him seriously. They were keen interested about his love story. **Love story of Nia & Arham? So simple. They met in a coffee shop.** Arham was trying to complete a Sudoku but failing. He was upset. Suddenly a voice changed the mood. A girl from another table helped him with the answer. That was Nia. Arham thanked her silently and walked away. Three days later, again he was helped by her. Same problems with sudoku & there she came with help. Solving mathematical equations, sudoku, puzzles were her passion. Arham had the same feelings. Days passed & one day, Mr. Tashi, owner of the coffee shop found them kissing. They were in love. This news were talk of the area at that moment.

Thunder strikes. Arham opens his eyes. Those memories are awesome. His shirt is drenched with rain but he doesn't care. Today is important. He closes his eyes again. Everytime he closes his eyes, he smiles. He is feeling Nia's smile. A girl from no where came into his life and changed it. After the college, they walked together. They had lots of memories. People of that area knew about them. Even they wanted to see them married. But there was rumours about Nia. No one knew about her. Who were her father & mother? From where she came to that area? And most of all, where did she live before coming to that area? She rarely talked to anyone. But with Arham, she never stopped laughing or smiling.

Adorable couple indeed. They had their evening coffee there in Mr. Tashi's shop. Mr. Tashi was so happy to have that beautiful couple. People asked him about her, even warned him. Mr. Tashi told them nothing. He told the situations to Arham. But Arham didn't pay much heed to it. He smiled and left. **Arham:** *People ask me about your past?* **Nia:** *And what did you* *say to them?* **Arham:** *Nothing.* **Nia:** *You sure, you don't want to know?* **Arham:** *No. I live in present. I don't want to spoil my future with past.* Nia was so impressed with these words. And one-day they announced to get married soon. They selected the coffee shop as their venue. **Thunder strikes! Arham opens his eyes. His memories of Nia ended. He doesn't want to remember anything else. He throws away the coffee mug and turns his face to Mr. Tashi who is handcuffed with a chair. He is begging for his life. Arham took the axe in his hand, sits in front of him and looks into Tashi's eyes. He utters only one word. "Why?”** ❝ *I didn't want to kill her. She was so beautiful. I saw her everyday, coming in the shop, having beautiful time with you, hugging you, kissing you. I felt jealous. I controlled my feelings but what did you do then? You both decided to get married. I lose my control. The day before your marriage day, she came to the shop to recheck every thing. She ordered coffee. I had my chance. I killed her, ripped off her heart with my bare hands. She deserved it.* ❞ Arham had enough. He remembers the day when he saw her dead body in the dustbin. He was crying like a mad man. Her body was chopped in 17 parts. She had no family. She didn't know her parents, raised in an orphanage, studied there, got scholarship and came to their college. Tashi just ended her because of jealousy.

***Arham remembers her smile one more time. He silently takes the axe. The rain is heavy now. Tashi's screams mixes with the sound of heavy rain. Arham avenges Nia.
