Headache: A Terrible Pain
Have you ever felt a headache after becoming so stressed or angry? Do you get it every day? or once in a while? Regardless of it, the pain it caused is really terrible, and for me, it is the worst pain anyone can have in a day.
A stiff muscle is one of the first signs of stress, and since so many muscles in our heads and faces show how we're feeling, they're especially sensitive. The key, I believe, is to de-stress and stop taking everything so seriously.
This is not unusual. This is normal. Take note of it. But if it happens regularly and causes you severe pain, you may consult a doctor.
However, high blood pressure, muscular tension in the face and neck, and chemical release from the "flight or fight" reaction seem to be the main culprits why headaches happen. That is why when you are stressed due to something and feel like you are angry, you may feel something.
This sort of headache may be alleviated with the use of relaxation and meditation methods. And here are the things you can do to at least ease the pain:
**Drink plenty of water.**
If dehydration is the source of your headache, rehydrating your body should provide immediate relief. If you have a headache, drink a glass of water and keep consuming it throughout the day. In addition to water, sports drinks are available. Sports beverages include electrolytes that help alleviate stress and dehydration-induced headaches. But please note this one: avoid dehydrating liquids like alcohol if you're suffering from a headache. So again, drink a lot of water. If I say a lot, at least 8 glasses of it.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, as the saying goes. I have always heard it ever since I was a child, and yeah, it is somehow true. A headache may be relieved with the help of both apples and apple cider vinegar. They aid in the body's acid-alkaline re-establishment. Furthermore, studies have shown that inhaling the scent of green apples might ease the pain of migraines. If you get a headache in the morning, eat an apple with salt on it. It is somewhat pricey for those who do not have a budget, but health is wealth, so set aside some money and allocate some for apples since they are really a great source of nutrients, among other things.
**Utilization of an Ice Pack**
An ice pack placed on your forehead can relieve the discomfort, reduce blood vessel size, and increase blood flow. Stress-related or sinus-related headaches may be alleviated with this treatment. Hence, it will not be easy for them to create marketing styles that are sensitive to each religion.

I think both business and customers are most benefited with the advancement of technology. In today’s world, businesses save annually with their operating costs because of the help of machineries. Machineries are known to be more efficient and more effective than humans.
Overall, businesses also saved advertising costs as their products can now be freely advertised on the internet. On the other hand, I can say that customers are also benefited with the advent of the internet. As companies become more cost effective, products’ prices will be going down. Thus, benefiting the customers. Also, with the help of technology, customers are provided with convenience such as online shopping and delivery services.

Roles of an Auditor
As an accounting student, I learn about auditing and all types of auditing because it is one of the career paths that we might take. New accountants become auditors first before trying other scope of practice. Most freshly graduates and newly licensed professional accountant choose auditing because this is where they could show their expertise in other fields and would gain more opportunities.
Auditing is a broad field and I admit that it is really difficult. As I study more about it, the more I am amazed with the auditors. They may not be like doctors who saves lives, teachers who educate or lawyers who uphold justice, they still have an important role to play. They have an irreplaceable place in this society. We should never underrate them.
Auditors are known for their competence, objectivity, credibility and independence. They are people who gets examined regularly if they are fit to do their job. They always walk on eggshells as they are always bound by legal liability and the ethics of their profession. They spent years of studying and even after passing the licensure, they continue to develop their skills.
According to Philippine Standards on Auditing 200, auditors’ objective are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error and to report on the financial statements, and communicate in accordance with their findings. The auditor, therefore, has the role of expressing an opinion on the fairness of financial statements. These financial statements reflect the financial position and financial results of a business and must be presented fairly without errors and manipulations. Auditors has an important role of ensuring that these financial statements are reliable.
Many users rely on financial statements. If these financial statements are audited by a professional and independent auditor, it becomes more acceptable for these users. Auditors have the role of providing credibility and enhancing the degree of confidence on this financial users. Investors and creditors rely on financial statements on their decision-making. Auditors add credibility to the financial statements and decreases the risk of choosing the wrong decisions.
The emergence of corporations has also increased the reliance to auditors. The shareholders do not directly manage the business but delegate it to the management of the board of directors. Shareholders, therefore, may not have the true information as the management may falsify or make accidental errors on their financial statements. Auditors have the role of reducing the information risk between managers and owners by their opinion. They have a role in helping to monitor the relationship between these two parties.
Auditors have the role of upholding transparency and accountability of the managers of every business for the public interest. In businesses, government and other institutions, financial statements reflect of what really happened during the period. Auditors must see to it that no intentional falsifications have been done so the people who are responsible should be accountable.
Lastly, auditors has a role of ensuring that the profession continues to provide quality service. They must ensure that they will not be negligent and fraudulent.
Auditors have only two responsibilities written on their standards, but the implied role of it is too heavy of a burden. One little mistake and they are liable as their decisions affects corporations where many employees and consumers depend on. They are known for their consistent professional due care and expertise.
Being an accounting student, I am also considering auditing as my first scope of practice. That is why I am studying hard these days. I hope to be more capable so I will have more opportunities in the near future.

Running a business is not a motionless challenge; everything is dynamic and business owners should be faster to forecast the possible circumstances that may happen in the future, not just inside the operations of the organization but also in relation to its external factors such as the industry, new competitors, prices of supplies, and economic standing.
In my perspective, I think International Business and Trade is better than domestic business because of several reasons. First, IBT is more diverse and complex, hence, it is anchored in greater opportunities. Second, having the transactions occur across the world, the products and services have a relatively higher quality standard because of the broader framework of resources, skills, and manpower. Third, since there is geographical limitations in domestic business, this means that there is a wider market in IBT. And lastly, with the help of high technology in the present generation, this is a great advantage for IBT to grab in order to expand. Even if the business has global links, the transactions would still be conveyed quickly. Despite the fact that IBT is more expensive to conduct and a larger capital investment is needed, if it was smartly implemented, the chances are higher for the business to grow bigger.
Companies enter into international business and trade because of their desire to grow the business and harness the advantage of accumulating higher revenue. This happens because first, at times, labor and resources are cheaper in other areas of the world, thus, they proceed with the manufacturing activities in that certain nation; and second, consumers tend to patronize internationally known products than domestic ones. Moreover, the business can engage into diversification and create new industries when they consider the preferences of the people in various areas where the business is situated. For example, the business can provide products or services that are not present in a certain country.
In addition, entering international business and trade has lots of benefits not only to the business organization but also to the nation. Even if there are barriers such as rules and laws which differ between countries and cultural differences, the advantages surpass these problems if they are deliberately resolved.
On the other hand, every way you take on business has its own risks, thus, of course, you have to make a solution on how to overcome it amidst all the possibilities that you may face. Thus, businesses must know a lot about the problems and challenges in IBT because these will serve as a guidance whenever they plan in engaging with international market. Having enough knowledge regarding the problems would prepare the business before jumping into the risks and consequences.
It can also assist in determining what countries to invade and will help in forming strategies and analyzing what industry to enter. Being informed will discourage the possibilities of future loss that the business might experience. Thus, the greater the information that business have regarding the problems and challenges in IBT, the more articulate they will be in making decisions.

Snake: Sometimes your Friend
It seems like there is a snake in every part of the world. Some are venomous, some are not, some are crawling, and sometimes, they are even speaking, with two hands and feet, and little did you know, it is the person whom you trust.
A snake that is not venomous is less frightening but still beware. Sometimes, those who seem tamed are the ones who are just waiting for the right time to attack you in the right place. It's worst if you meet a venomous snake along the way. Some run, some confront it, some are afraid, while some are left out of words, dazed in their position, with tears coming out from their eyes.
The use of a term snake to psychologically influence and fool two individuals into making what they believed to be a wicked or evil choice seems to have had a profound cultural effect. Because of this, many people believe that all snakes are either malevolent or manipulative, and it isn't a leap to believe that the same may be said of individuals who display similar traits.
In life, things really come unexpectedly. Sometimes, those whom you consider good friends are just attacking you in the back. Sometimes, they even make false stories to pull you down and have the audacity to even say 'bes.' Sometimes, enemy is better than fake friends. Because you know who your enemies are. On the other hand, false friends are pretentious. Suppose you find out that your friend is treating you in this way. What you may do is this one. Even if this action was completely out of character for that person, tell them what you have found out about them and ask if they were okay or if there is a misunderstanding.

If this person were a real friend and you discovered that they had been living a lie, again, you would try to find out what drove them to do so. Also, you might like to mention that somehow, you had lost a little trust in them.

Moreover, if you're referring to someone's tendency to gossip or betray, the best course of action is to ignore it. Some may interpret this as a sign of timidity or a refusal to speak out. These individuals, however, frequently seek out the attention-getting aspects of life. They relish the prospect of someone willing to stand up and call them out, since it gives them an opportunity to brand you as a new foe and a new area of rumors and drama to circulate around.
Avoid talking about people who can't control themselves in a conversation. Don't forget that if they're going to talk about other people behind their backs, they're going to talk about you as well.
In a nutshell, snakes typically attack their victim with stealth. A reflection on how a Company brings about the transformation it envisioned
**With more than 30 years of having a business in the Philippines**, Accenture has grown to become one of the biggest and perhaps most competent information technology companies operating in the country, which generates value for their clients, employees, and community. At the same time, it creates opportunities for people and has a significant effect on the growth of the economy, which is one of the things to focus on for a nation to continue to thrive and develop.

Due to the increasing use of new technology such as artificial intelligence and automation to handle manual and recurrent activities, I have thought and realized the effectiveness of its operations due to the importance of training individuals in new skills that will enable them to do better in their jobs. Some people develop a passion for dancing as children and carry that passion into adulthood. Some people just can't understand living without the ability to dance. Here and there, they dance with the beat of music and it is so fascinating because every move they do is like a rhythm that is really going well. Just like in Tiktok, for example, a lot of dancers post different videos every now and then, and it just makes us feel 'wow' to their moves.
Dancing has always been a part of my life, and it serves as a kind of therapy for me. Every day, I dance. Depending on the day, it may be really intense. However, I also believe that I have a little case of social anxiety, and I'm working on overcoming that. Some days are better than others, and worry isn't there at all on other days, but with dancing, I sometimes dance my worries away. You can try it too.
Taking some time to dance helps me to feel more in control and in touch with my body. Taking a spin around the dance floor makes me feel more at ease and calm. It may cause you feel dizzy at first especially when you are not used to it, but once you do it in a daily a basis, especially when you enjoy it, it will then start to get smooth and wonderful.
I have seen that the more often I dance or attend dancing lessons, the less stressed I am. I have noticed this in my own conduct, especially when I really had fun dancing. So if you find Physical education as a boring subject, don't think that way. It is true that there are lots of activities they give to us but when it comes to fulfilling experience, you may found that dancing is a great method to do it and that Physical Education subject as a whole, is beneficial to us.
All in all, dancing is excellent for both our body and our mind. Dancing is a disguised workout. Additionally, physical activity causes your body to create feel-good hormones. Getting up and moving around might help you de-stress. Endorphins may be released via any kind of physical exercise. Dancing adds a pleasant and enjoyable aspect to the experience. Motivation
Our brain is constantly thinking about a variety of things throughout the day. Many of them do it for a living or as a pastime. For example, when people encounter things that inspire them, they write about it. Like me, I write articles every single day. I've only recently begun to express to others everything I've experienced or learned in my life. Some people relate to it, while others do not, but the question now is, "What is motivation?"
Motivation is a strong desire to do something that is fueled by an urge. It inspires spirits to work hard in order to achieve predetermined targets/goals. It keeps one going in their efforts and puts an end to hopelessness. Motivation is a fundamental and necessary component of working and struggling.
Sources of motivation can be categorized into two- the external and internal motivation
**External Motivation**
External motivation refers to people's motivation to complete tasks and learn new skills as a result of external rewards or the avoidance of punishment. In this case, you act in a certain manner not because you enjoy it or find it appealing or satisfying, but to obtain something valuable in return or to avoid something unpleasant.
For example, Chris study not because he likes it, but he study so he can have good grades. Studying, for him, is like a punishment simply because he don’t enjoy it.
**Internal Motivation**
Internal motivation is the act of undertaking something for which there are no clear external rewards. You do it because it is pleasurable and interesting to you and not so much because of external motivation or pressure, such as financial incentives or deadlines. In other words, internal motivation is the desire to undertake an action for its own reason rather than the desire for an external reward or pressure.
An example is that I personally love crocheting. Crocheting is an activity which I consider as a reward of itself. I am motivated to do it since it is internally rewarding. A sense of fulfillment and satisfaction is achieved whenever I finish some crochet projects.
In a nutshell, Internal motivation is more concerned with personal development, a sense of duty, and a sense of purpose, whereas external motivation is more concerned with rewards and public acknowledgment.
**Which of the two is preferable?**
Each person is unique, and our motivations and perceptions on rewards differ as well. Some people are internally driven by tasks, whereas others are motivated by the same activities externally.
While both can be useful, most agree that internal motivation is preferable and that external motivation should be used less frequently in order to reduce overjustification consequences. This phenomenon relates to the discovery that providing excessive external rewards for what is already an internally rewarding behavior might result in a decrease in inner drive.

Why Accountancy as College Course is Difficult
If you want to be a professional accountant, you have to take up a degree in accountancy in college. And because I wanted to become an accountant, I took up the challenge of taking such difficult course.
I am currently a third year BS Accountancy student. This course gets harder and harder every time. Failing quizzes and exams is a norm, sleepless nights is inevitable and stress will be your constant companion. I knew some people who had gave up and took a different path. I know some people who didn’t, but still couldn’t make it because they weren’t able to pass.
Taking this course is like digging your own grave. It takes more than brains to pass this. I am in my third year and I can say that I am just a tired and drained potato.
As I am enjoying my uneventful days, I tried to think of reasons why is this difficult to know if I can do something.
**So, what makes this course hard?**
• **Extensive analysis of theory and application.** This course tackles both the concepts and how to apply this concepts every time. It is not easy to apply this concepts because they are vague and not so comprehensive. Sometimes, it takes hours to understand one principle, rule or concept and it just takes up all your energy and motivation. More so, there are countless concepts every topic and you need to spend time and effort studying and researching every one of them because you’ll never know how much is included. There are illustrations which help you to apply such principles, but they are still hard. And the problems they put on examinations are far complicated than the examples.
• **Full load every semester.** This may not be the case for other colleges or universities, but it is for me. A whole week is not enough for all the units. Sometimes, instructors use free days to conduct make-up classes and tests. Every week is jam-packed with each subject demanding almost all your time. It is easy to say you only need time management. But, how can you manage your time when it is definitely lacking? There are too many subjects to worry every semester but there is no enough time to learn. Everyone only ends up rushing lessons and exams, thus no learning at all.
• **Time pressure**. There is no enough time to learn but you still have to undergo tests and quizzes to evaluate what you have learned. You did not fully understood the lesson but you already have to take the quiz. It is not reasonable but welcome to college. Furthermore, you’ll have to comply with strict time restrictions that does not seem justifiable. You’ll have a 30-minute quiz with 45 items and more that you will never expect. This course expects you to solve fast but such time is not reasonable. It’s just added pressure which will likely cause you to make mistakes.
• **Lack of comprehensive discussion.** With time lacking, instructors are unable to teach all topics and would simply pass the burden to the students. Most of the time, lessons are just self studied. That is not effective for most people. Some instructors are also not good teachers. They try to discuss but fail to make students fully absorb the topics.
• **Ineffective way of testing.** Some instructors give test problems that are way too complicated than what was discussed. Some problems are not even discussed. They expect students to answer questions they did not even study and not included in books and discussions.
These are only some things. These reasons are actually part of a bigger picture. Accountancy course is hard because we just don’t have good education system and some schools don’t provide qualify education. Let us hope that things will change in the future so no more dreams would be crushed.

The truth suits better to be told, but liars prefer to tell lies even when the fact or the truth would be more advantageous. Lies have an allure for liars because of their characteristic of being something that isn't genuine. They have been used to it, and it could be that it is hard for them to change it.
The more a liar becomes accustomed to living in a fabricated reality, the more likely it is that they will continue to do so. The truth is avoided by a liar because they avoid confusion about when and to whom they would apply it. But most of the time, they would tell even some random people.
Is it simple to trust your own fallacies if you don't require the truth to be true or if a lie satisfies your needs?
It depends on the situation. But truth must be told because it is the best thing you can do, especially when it is really needed to tell it.
However, everyone, at some point, tells a little exaggerated version of the truth. This is true. But know that not everyone has the same understanding as you. Sometimes, they are a little sensitive, so watch your words carefully.
There are times when telling a lie may be just as significant as telling the truth when it comes to impacting the listener. Even yet, if you utter lies on a regular basis, your message will be seen as less credible by the recipient.

Hey, I know the world's a little cruel at you right now but do you know what am I here for? I am here to show you that darkness matters because you'll find reasons to stay here.
Reason 1:
have you gone to a garden? The one that has around five hundred species of plants from different families. You can see its uniqueness, its various forms and hues and vibrancy and beauty. have you tried to breathe the air they give and smell its fragrance? have you tried to sit on the grass and talk to the bees you tried to watch the caterpillar become a butterfly? Do you wonder where do the frog hides when it randomly makes a sound?
*You have to stay. Go to a garden, or better yet, make one. It will be as lovely as you are.*

have you gone to a beach house? The one that's kind of high and overseas the sea and the fishermen. The one that has a lot of coconut trees with hammocks in between. You can watch the sunset then watch constellations in the sky. how many can you name? have you tried catching the small crabs that leave on the sand? How many can you catch? have you tried to make a sandcastle? have you tried to collect seashells? You can put it on a jar or make some bracelets and necklaces. have you tried listening to the sound of the waves? Do you wonder who taught them how to dance?

Anything is possible because bitcoin cash seemed to be the next real big thing.
Speaking of Bitcoin, it had really climbed up high from where it was in December last year. The same holds true to the source of its value, which must also increase in proportional amounts.
The chart shows the price value of ***Bitcoin (BTC)*** from October 1, 2013, to March 21, 2021.
Being the first cryptocurrency to triumphantly record transactions on a secure, decentralized blockchain-based network, Bitcoin has really gone a far high flight, as can be seen from the image above.
It is noteworthy to say that it is definite that there is a good relationship between its market cap and the daily transferred value of the daily economic activity.
Contemplating all the mentioned things above, it is also a fact that Bitcoin has really established its name on the market.
But does it came to your mind why its fees are so high?
It is worth noting that higher fees arise when the blockchain is jammed, knowing that blockchain has limited space. Like a traffic jam we experience on the road, the transactions move more slowly when the lanes are crowded.

In this present society we live in today, it is indisputable that many individual's judgment of beauty is straightened with one's physical appearance. Though the meaning of beauty is equivocal, each of us is still excellent and has rare characteristics. We are all endowed with elegance by God.

For some, they undergo an operation. People still have a choice, so we have to respect that and do not make more debates about that. We just need to have happiness and respect for each other's decisions. You do not need to brag at anyone just to make you feel superior. Be an inspiration instead - a role model that can influence a significant impact on anyone's life.

Be Who You Are
**How many times each day do you intend to say one thing and say different alternatively because you are anxious about what others might think or say?**
How frequently do you wake up in the morning with one thought in mind for what you want to achieve, only to find yourself making something else because of social tensions or personal distress?
*Being who we are is something hard to do sometimes. Do you agree?*
There are times where we just cannot express ourselves because it is either we have to be someone who we are not just to suit ourselves from others, or to be someone we do not like but we do not have no choice because that is what our family like us to be.
But everything has an ending. We should not just live the way they want for us or how we must do just to be with others we want to be with. But in reality, we do not belong. Because they are too far from us. Like the stars above, they are hard to reach.
*But do not take it on the opposing side. Instead, be who you are. Be someone whom you can be best, whom you do not need to act according to their actions, nor be someone whom you cannot see yourself.*
Do you dress the style you want to wear? Do you listen to the kind of music you really love listening to, or do you follow the crowd? Are you studying a course of your choice? or working the job of your dreams, or the job of someone else’s goals?
Life is a matter of choice, not a matter of chance. Being the best version of yourself is something you can always be proud of -something where you do not have to wear any mask to hide your true self.

As individuals, we are unique, and we must always be attentive to that fact as we live our lives. You might imitate them, or they may imitate you, but no one can ultimately duplicate someone.

There are connections in life that make it challenging for us to act like ourselves and feel the particular engagement essential to deliberately manifest our identity. Sometimes the impact of others is just too powerful to let our personality glow through.

We do not always show our lives as more extraordinary as others as we could. But we can simply be ***ourselves,*** no matter what kind of flaws we have.
**No matter how successful, no endurance will be truly rewarding or happy if you cannot learn to love yourself and be yourself. So, be who you are and show to the world, the universe rather, what you can!**

Experiences: Childhood Memories
The scorching heat of the sun began to fade little by little as the hour hand of the clock strikes at 4 in the afternoon as if calling us to prepare ourselves for a fun game.

Gone are the days when problems aren't that too serious and too heavy. You can relate if you were born on or before the 2000s. As a child, your problem is only focused on how you can get rid of the sermon of your parents or how you can go outside and play.
I could still remember how I run while my mother is chasing me. It is either I have done something wrong, or if I refuse to go and buy the thing, she is asking me to buy it in the sari - sari store of our neighbor. Those were the days, my friends. And they were all worthy of reminiscing. They are more precious than gems because their value cannot be compensated by any amount.
**Before writing this article, I read some old articles from other users telling their childhood experiences. Those were relatable, and I listed below some of those moments I have experienced. If ever you have the same experiences, that would be great!**

When I was a child, I also used to go to the farm together with other children in our place, and from there, we would run while getting away from the one called "it" who is chasing us. Just like that, I also have lesser demands, needs, and the like before. Just a single piece or a toy would already make me happy and considered lucky. Though, just a few things had changed in my perspective. I get contented with what I have, and I do not have the bad feeling inside me when others have something which I do not have. Instead, that thing would motivate me to strive harder so that I can get a stable job that can support my family and me in the future.

Honestly, I sometimes yell if the characters from the soap opera I am watching did something lame, or when the scenes get intense, where I could not stop myself but yell to the TV as if the characters from there could hear me.
The reason is that I easily get carried away, especially if my desired event for the thing I am watching is not met. To give you an idea, I yell when the protagonist takes its revenge against the antagonist, and from there, if I see the antagonist get hurt, I will really laugh as if I was a villain. I say, *Gungunam (you deserve that), la pay, (more),* among others.

It may sound impossible, but if I ever could travel through time, I will choose to travel in the future because I want to know what the world will look like from that time and know how far people have gone when it comes to technology, and the like.

Did you have fun when you were a kid?

When I was a kid, I used to have fun together with my siblings and playmates. Those moments were priceless, and I will always be grateful for having experienced all those things. Those things made my childhood time memorable, and they will be forever stored in my heart and in my mind.
To name a few, I used to play hide and seek together with my playmates. As a child, my mind at that time was really focused on playing games. I had to sleep during *siesta time* so that my mother will allow me to play outside.
We do not need any gadgets just to be happy. Unlike before, many children now are just focused on their gadgets. Eyes were exposed to radiation and many more things.
If I could go back on those days, I will not hesitate to go back. Who wouldn't? It is good to be young and feel young again — no heavy problems. The only problem during those days is how to escape from your mother and go outside to play, then find ways to go home without being told by sermons. *How about you? I would try a guess to say that many set their alarm clocks but end up turning it off and convincing yourself that it is still early, so it is just okay to have more sleep, but then when you realized the fact that it is Monday and that the time has flown so fast, you will rush in the bathroom, take a quick bath, eat and prepare to go.
