It's has been a talk in social media here in my country after several break up of local celebrities. Not as a boyfriend girlfriend but as husband and wife. Yes they are all married and the groom was even in teary eyes watching their bride march towards them. Love can be seen in their eyes. No doubt.
Yet, why did they broke up?
I don't know too😂, but here just share some thoughts.

***Before I start I wanted to ask a question for married couples here. Did your husband cry on your wedding day? If he did, get ready as it seems it was a CURSE! 😂***
Last night it was trending news here in my country when the writer and singer Ms. Moira Dela Torre and her husband confirmed their split up. They got married three years ago. After the news was brought into public the social media became chaotic and Ms. Moira got everyone's sympathy. Before I forgot the reason for their break was third party. Yes, her husband cheated on her.
Now everyone has been sharing all the pictures during the wedding of some local celebrities' here whose husband's were crying during the wedding. Crying due to too much joy they felt by marrying the love of their life.
Here are they;
***Kylie Padilla and Aljur Abrenica***
They were together starting 2011 but eventually broke up in 2014. It was 2016 when they got back together and eventually got married. They were blessed with two sons. However it was JUly 2021 they confirmed their split up. Though Kylie chose to remain silent, Aljur was spotted several times with another local actress that was rumored to be the third party. As of now they confirmed they are already dating.
***Jelai Andres and Jon Gutierrez***
They became an internet sensation way back 2015 and was tagged as " JOLAI" , loveteam name. However Jelai called it quits after one year. Jon cheated.
They got reconciled last 2017 and Jon even proposed three times and Jelai got four engagement rings. They got married in October 2018 yet eventually broke up the next year. Opss that was not the end. They reunited and reconciled again last 2021 while doing a movie. Sad to say, the relationship didn't last as Jon was caught cheating again.
**Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez**
This couple was an inspiration as they were a together for five years. Everyone was rooting for them as it seemed they had a perfect relationship. It was October 2021 when they got married. However after a month rumors speculated that they are no longer on good terms. The Father of Ms. Carla confirmed that Mr. Tom admitted to him that he got engaged into a one night stand during their relationship. Maybe the reason for their fight. Now it was rumored again that they are in the process of annulling their marriage.

**Ms. Moira Dela Torre and Jason Hernandez**
They were actually best friends and confirmed their relationship last 2017. Indeed they are match made in heaven as both of them were music inclined. They got married last 2019 and sadly as of yesterday they confirmed their split up.
If you happened to watch their wedding videos, no wonder that LOVE was filled in their eyes. They were even in tears while looking at their bride marching towards them. So I don't know what happened as their relationship didn't last. Are they too weak for the temptation? If you noticed, the reason was all because of CHEATING!
I even came across this post on Facebook that says ***" it seems there is a curse when the groom is crying on his wedding day".***
Now everyone is sharing the same thoughts in social media with a caption " be prepared" if your husband did cry on your wedding day as you know what will happen. Seemed it was anticipated to happen. Not only that, there are a lot of people sharing thoughts about their FEAR on getting married.
This recent break up also had an impact on society. With that some groups were proposing to approve DIVORCE here in our country.
If I were to ask, I am in favor too. Don't ask me why, it would be a long topic to be discussed.
Now back on the cheating issue, how to avoid this? Who is a relationship expert here? Any comments?
As for me who has been married for four years I always believe in not letting the day end that my husband and I issues remain unsolved. I don't post on social media as it should be only discussed by the two of us, not by the public. Furthermore both of us doesn't seek comfort or confide to anyone especially with an opposite sex. We believe that this would only be a room for cheating.

As they say there is always a prize for everything. It's been a week since the last time I had a vitamin SEA.
After I am back at work I have been applying conditioner in my hair but seems to have no luck😂.
Got my hair rebonded and even bleached last year Since I enjoyed having a dip now my hair was so dry😂. I even noticed that the color fades😂😂.
Ahhh seems I will be visiting a salon😬

Before we start let me ask you, ARE you HAPPY? If yes then what makes you happy?
As for me I believe happiness is a CHOICE. Even simple things can make us happy only if we choose to. If we learned how to appreciate the blessings rather than complaining about what we don't have. Oftentimes we neglect what we have simply because it is not what we wanted to have. Without realizing what we currently had was dreamed by others. Well maybe that's life! hehe.
For today while I was writing the title of this article I'd been asking myself what makes me happy. ( ***Pause and think for minutes***). Can I skip this day and proceed to Day 3 instead? I've been staring at my laptop screen for a while yet nothing came into my mind. Did I become unappreciative? Or it is just that I am not in the mood.
***I know when this pandemic happened many lost their jobs***. Yet I on the other hand was stopped only for two months. Even though our working days were reduced from six days to five days, I can still say that my salary is still enough for me to live. Few months ago the company even gave me a salary increase yet I am not satisfied. I feel that it is still not enough because of the sudden workloads added to me. Which others were far from my degree. Many of my workmates were unable to return to work as only a few were lucky enough. I belong to those lucky individuals. Maybe because I am in the Finance department. Aside from that I am only the one in Finance who is knowledgeable in Branch operations. That's the edge. I am still employed and got that source of income so YES, this should be a reason for me to be happy!
Not only that, yesterday I was notified by our HR- Benefits that our ECC (**Employees' Compensation Commission** ) cash assistance when I got positive in Covid has been credited. It is not that big, just an equivalent of my 3days salary but somehow it helps. With that I remember how stressful it was to undergo quarantine alone, feeling unwell physically and emotionally. That time, I had no one to talk to verbally for a month. Anxiety is killing me! BUT see I survive and LIVE. I still wake up every morning to face another battle, another grinding! So SELF Be happy!
Oh I forgot to tell you guys, the reason why I was in a bad mood was because of my Father. He is already a senior citizen, 71 years old to be exact and my Mom was 65. I don't know what to do with these two as they are always fighting. You know like young lovers with LQ? My Dad was always jealous and kept on telling my Mom that she might have a LOVER. He would always notice the way Mom dresses. Oh Mom? She doesn't dress like seniors. Wanna see?
Hey, that's my Mom. The dress was actually mine but I am not comfortable wearing it as I find it too sexy so I gave it to my younger sister. So I was surprised when I saw my mom wearing it,,lol! As per my sister she likes it though.

So back to our topic my Father was always suspicious BUT only if he is drunk. The problem is he is a drunkard so probably he is drunk EVERYDAY! Mother would also reprimand him because of his vices which will add to the fuel. Would you believe me if I tell you that they may be staying in one roof but they aren't talking with each other? It lasted for weeks sometimes! They are really pained in the a$$ ! Indeed it was so hard to raise our parents! HAHA.
One thing I am still thankful for and makes me happy is they are still strong and healthy. They still have the strength to fight each other, lol!
That's only a few things . There are still many to mention but above all my sweetheart makes me happy. Cheesy! NO matter how bad my day is, just seeing him smile at me with matching pick up lines sometimes was indeed enough to brighten my DAY!

*Hello readcash fam! How's your Monday? Hope you had a productive day to start the week. I usual always find this day tiring. It's the busiest day of the week for me. Plus earlier, I don't know what got into my head and I wear a heel even though I know I will be commuting to work. Well I had been wearing sneakers since the pandemic happened. So I don't know why the h3ll I bought a high heel sandal the last time I visited the mall. Hayyyy, can't deny the fact that I was an impulsive buyer sometimes. Now, I felt my legs hurt, lol! Was it because I am no longer used to wearing heels or I am getting old eh??*

LOVE? Being in love was great but feeling those heartaches brought by love? Haha, I can say you would tell yourself ***" how I wish I didn't fall in love ".***
To answer this question YES of course I did fall in love. Who haven't?
***Have you ever felt lonely?***
This made me remember an old song entitled **Mr. Lonely****.** I think it was released way back in the 1960's. Don't wonder why I know it, my neighbor was fond of playing old songs every weekend. To be back with, YES I felt lonely before. I think when I was in my early twenties. That was the time I decided to leave my hometown and find my luck here in Manila. I find it hard to adjust as I was trying to live alone. That's it, I always felt alone maybe the reason I was lonely. I chose to as I find it hard to communicate verbally using tagalog language. Yes I can understand but I could not speak fluently. I find it inappropriate to speak in English too.
Now? No, I just felt sad sometimes. Mostly at the end of the day after I talked to the love of my life. Why? because talking to him via video calls reminds me he is still not home.
***Have you ever been on an overseas trip?***
Oh sadly NO. I was supposed to as I was planning to visit my husband in Taiwan but a pandemic happened. As for now I am waiting till it opens for tourists and maybe I can apply for a tourist visa. I am planning to stay there for months.
***Have you ever talked to Strangers?***
Aside from here in read and noise cash as we are all strangers at first, or maybe at work. It's a NO. Many say I am a snob.
I don't know but I am not really comfortable talking to strangers if not needed. " *Isang tanong isang sagot lang*", hindi ko feel!
***Have you ever eaten a lot of ice cream?***
Yes, yes, it's a yes! Haha ice cream is my favorite comfort food.
***Have you ever fought with your sibling?***
I think it is normal though. Either a petty fight or real fight, lol. To answer yes. I grew up closer to my brother ( I was next to him) rather than to my sister next to me. Inday ( her nickname) was so brat when we were kids the reason why we are always fighting. Mind you she was so thin and everytime we would fight physically ( catfight) she would end up crying and a loser. I remember there was a time I twisted her arms due to too much anger. She really triggered me.
My mother was so mad at me and I was even hit with matching pinch 😂. She brought Inday to a "hilot". Still that was not the last time we fought. Haha, I think we only learned to tolerate each other's presence when we were in college. Oh, we are okay now, we never treated each other as enemies. It is just she was a bratty and I got my attitude from my Father. Hot tempered.
***Have you ever been dumped?***
OUCH! Can I ask the next question please? This question made me remember those days,,lol! Yeah I experienced being dumped not once but twice! Sheeeeet! The first one was my boyfriend in college. The second one was my long term boyfriend of four years. I don't know what's on them. I am perfectly sure I did loved them with all my heart. Ahmmm, maybe sometimes LOVE is not enough??
***Have you ever dumped someone?***
Oh first let me say SORRY! It was not my intention, I was just too young that time! How young? Only 14 years old and I was in second year high school. He was my first boyfriend but I am not in love with him nor puppy love. It is just that all my friends have a boyfriend at that time . In order to be "IN" I say YES to this suitor of mine. He was so happy then.
If my memory was right he would even accompany me to my next classroom/subject especially when it's raining. Yet I seldom talk to him as I don't like too.
Then one time I was walking through the corridor when I saw him together with his friend. I smiled at him and I was surprised he didn't smile back! He just looked at me, he was so serious. Me being me got mad, so I returned to my classroom, got my bag and took his picture! During our time it was in trend to give a picture with matching dedication at the back. I didn't ask for it in the first place.
I went back to where he was and handed him his picture while saying " ***oh, you know what I mean".***
Since then though he tried I never talked to him again. I just found out that one day he stopped studying!
During those times after I got dumped twice it crossed my mind about the golden rule. See I was the one who dumped someone without valid reason. I was just not serious about him. Same thing happened to me with my boyfriend in college. Karma is real, I got the taste of my own medicine.
As for Mr. J ( my 1st boyfriend) we actually met when I was in college and had a chance to talk about the past. He told me that he was really serious about me and it pained him seeing me as the reason why he stopped studying. He actually continued his studies after I graduated from high school. ( *Should I believe him?*).
He then asked me if he could court me again. Ehhhhm I did not entertain him though he kept on texting me. *Ganda ko? LOL!*
Hehe the last time I heard he is happily married now and has kids.

I saw this couple the last time I went into hiking. Can't help but to admire the guy for being a supportive partner. Hehe I know not all men are fond of taking pictures most especially like him.
The routine was, he will take a photo, the girl will check and it she doesn't like the picture, she would intruct his bf of this and that. Pose again until she got the perfect shot she wanted.

After we finished trekking at Wishing mountain, we decided to proceed to the seashore. I wanted to try the banana boat as I haven't experienced that before. I was thinking this is the perfect time. Just hearing the happy screams of tourists while they take the tour riding plus during the time they fell on the boat make me feel so excited. Yeah I was so excited even though I don't know how to swim.
The Banana boat could cater 10 passengers but since the last seat was reserved to the guide we are only nine. I was aiming to sit at the front to have the full view but I remember I don't have the goorgles so I settled on the fourth line. Can you spot me?
The rubber boat was pulled by a jetski and the tour lasted for 15 minutes and it cost $6.67 . It was quite pricey but I can say it was worth it! We were taken into the other side of the beach with crystal clear water and I saw there was a cave. The strong current of water plus the splashes of sea water on my face! Demn, I find it hard to open my eyes to have the full view. Haha, yet I didn't want to miss the chance so I was actually sightseeing using one eye.
We all can't help but to scream at the top of our lungs as the waves play with the boat. Have you tried riding in a Vikings at an amusement park? Same feeling but the difference was you are in the water.
I was still cherishing the moments when suddenly I felt the boat tilt and the next thing I knew I fell into the sea! I know that this will eventually happen as it was part of the ride but goodness I wasn't prepared. I was scared and I felt I submerged into the water. I almost panic as I had mentioned I don't know how to swim! Then I remember I was wearing a life jacket, stup!d of me, of course I was gonna float! LOL!
I was surprised as when I tried to get out of the water it was not that deep. Seems we are thrown near the seashore!
***What an experience!***
*At night I was planning to join the party, there were shows and several stages were prepared along the seashore. Sadly I fell asleep after eating dinner. It was supposed to be a nap but when I opened my eyes, it was already morning!*
So we just decided to continue our trekking into the other side of the mountain. As expected we still pay $1 as an entrance fee. It was only four of us as others didn't want to join. I am still glad someone joined me as if no one ever did, then I will be going alone.
Compared to the mountain we trekk the previous day this is much harder as there are no man made stairs. Just a Stoney trail. We are just thankful as even though it rained last night it wasn't slippery. However one of my companions was having a hard time as indeed she grew up in the city.
I was laughing at her and was even taking a video while teasing her. I just wanted to document her " hardships". Opss, so bad of me.
As we reached the middle this was the view.
That was " Wishing Mountain" that we trekk the other day. I can see a couple of tourists already enjoying and having a dip in the water.
Few more walks and when we reached the summit and I can't help but to say WOW! If yesterday was breathtaking now, I could not find a word to describe. I could perfectly see the 360 view of the resort. The green and hill mountains plus the deep blue SEA!

While I was standing in that place, the sea looked so near though. It was so inviting, like telling me , common Lhes, have a dip, jump! Haha. Of course I didn't agree! Lol. Instead I turned around and took a photo on the other side.
And yours truly, can you see the lake? The one I am talking about yesterday.
*If I was gonna rate, the $1 that we paid was really worth it. I can still say this is still good for beginners to hike. Though you just need to be careful going down as one wrong move for sure you will be rolling down! It is easier to climb up rather than going down.*
***Overall, our stay at the resort was fantastic. Indeed our rest day was well spent. If you were to ask me if this place is recommendable to visit I would say YES. As long as the weather is good as if not it was dangerous.***

So after we were done with our delicious lunch we took a short nap. We are all sleepy as most of us don't have a decent sleep. When we woke up some of us decided to roam around the resort as the sun was still hot to trek.
The good thing here was the camping site was shield against the scorching heat of the sun. Thanks to beautiful trees for giving shade.
It's only us as some of my companions are still sleeping. We don't want to bother them as maybe they are still tired. We are too, actually it is just we are too restless to stay in one place. I was wondering what was the name of these trees. It is my first time to see and it is all over the resort.
We then passed by this lake with some swans swimming. Hehe, kidding it is not swan, just ducks. This reminds me of Kuya @TengoLoTodo as he shared a couple of times with the swan in a nearby lake when he was out for a walk. Sorry I forgot their names, kindly remind me please. On the other hand, I was actually imagining what if there are some crocodiles that will suddenly show up and chase us? Don't they usually stay in this kind of water? Correct me if I am wrong. In that case for sure I'm gonna run for my life. Haha, just my morbid thoughts sometimes.
After we saturate the other side of the resort and as our eyes were definitely full/refreshed and enjoyed by nature. Filling our lungs with fresh air as it was indeed refreshing we decided to go trekking.
There are two mountains for trekking yet we decided to take the nearest to our tent which is the " ***WISHING MOUNTAIN*** ". I don't actually know why it was named like that. I haven't seen a wishing well or wishing area. OR maybe I am just unable to see it due to my excitement.
Before we can start, I was just surprised a bit as there was an entrance fee amounting to $1. I could hear some local tourists murmuring in disagreement. I just told them we should pay for us to start the journey as when we go back the city what we can still earned that.
There was no signage to determine the **MASL** (meters above sea level) but one thing I am sure of is that it is good for beginners and even kids. Yes it was a little bit high but there was a man made stairs with a stainless handle. Surely it wouldn't be hard to reach the summit. My knees just got tired easily as the stairs/steps were too big compared to mine. What the h3ll, for sure the one who made this got long legs and was unable to anticipate that there are short legged people like me, LOL.
See? just an easy pie to climb up, no sweat. Charr!, Of course I was badly sweating when I reached the summit with matching catching of breath. My legs were even shaking. AHA this reminds me this is the result of being lazy since the pandemic, no physical activities.
Yet I am confident to say that all your sweats are worth it upon reaching the summit and seeing this GREAT VIEW!
That's me and Ms. Mav. I glad she is with us as we have the same adventurous? Haha! We can't just stand in a corner knowing there is still an area left we haven't checked and took some photos. So even though our companions are trying to stop us we didn't listen. Still we went near that cliff. Oh we got a nice pictures though.

After we satisfied ourselves we decided to leave the place as it was near 5PM and I still wanted to try the banana boat. But WAIT! I saw one local tourist took some photo's standing in one of the letters in " ***I LOVE DESTINARE***" resorts name. I got envious and told my Boss I wanted to try it too!
I thought it was just easy to climb up as I saw the guy didn't have a hard time. Ohmmm, maybe he had long legs? I was so confident with myself as I used to climb like a monkey when I was a kid. What happened now? I find it hard to lift my body! OMG!
After several tries, I was glad I finally made it. Though my legs were shaking while standing, trying to balance myself.
Haha, no doubt I really love mountains. There is a different feeling of satisfaction for me moment I reach the summit. Looking down and seeing how high I manage to climb up while silently telling myself; I made it!

Vodoo Dolls
I was surprised when my friend called me last night, only to find out she is in Siquijor. She knows I am curious about "witchcraft". Given a chance I wanna learn actually, lol.
Back to my friend she let me choose the color I wanted, YES, it was a keychain. Not an ordinary but a vodoo's dolls.

After our island hopping at Capones, we headed to Anawangin cove which was our destination.
This is the place we are going too. While on the boat I already felt excited as who wouldn't? It's been a while I means since the last time I visited the beach. I was silently asking myself which mountain is for trekking, lol. I already imagined in my head what the view was when I reached the summit.
After paying the entrance fee which cost $2 the resort employee directed us some rules in order to avoid some penalties which means our deposit will be forfeited. The boat man accompanied us to find a location where to set up our tent. There were already a lot of local tourists and the area near the comfort rooms was already crowded so we chose the near end of the resort.
I was actually expecting there would be someone to help us in setting up our tent. Fake news, we were only escorted until the area we wanted and was left in there. Like okay guys you are all big enough.
We could no longer contact the one we paid for a tour package as there is NO signal and even electricity. We were eleven and they provided us with 6 tents which is fair enough. Honestly I don't have an idea how but thankful as it was only a simple tent. Not complicated to assemble.
As you can see, our tent was just a few walks away from the seashore! The sea was actually inviting us but we still needed to cook and prepare our lunch. Correction I mean, they still need to cook, haha.
There is no gas or kitchen. It is like " let's go back to basics" so we just cook using charcoal and some wood which is supposed for a bonfire.
I tried frying the fish " tilapia" , OMG, it was hard dude! I can't hold the pan if I need to check if the fish is already cooked as it was hot. We forgot to bring a pot holder and the pan was not non - stick so this is what happened to my fried fish.
I am not proud of it! I really sucks in the cooking department. I already accepted that I am just fond of eating but not in preparing what to eat. So I told them if they wanted to have a presentable and edible food they better do the cooking.
So while they are busy cooking rice, frying and grilling fish , yours truly was just there. Standing in the corner, while hand on her waist. haha. Good thing they are patient with me or else they might say " ***hey you didn't cook so you are not allowed to eat***".
They manage to cook the fish and even the chicken adobo. Our only problem is the pork liempo ( pork chop) that is supposed to be grilled. We already ran out of charcoal and it was stressful to cook! My Boss and I were talking about how to solve the issue. So we walk around hoping to find means. We ended up knowing that there is someone whom you can pay to cook. 3kgs of pork cost $10 (grilled). It was expensive but we wanted to lessen the hassle. Oh, it was not me who paid, my Boss did. I just accompany her.
This is the area where we set up our tents. It was under the shade of these beautiful trees. There are cottages actually with CR and kitchen but we opted not to rent. We all agreed to have an experience " going back to basics".

I don't know with PLDT ( internet provider) but seems like connection was slower if the duedate is near. Every 5th of the month. I am usually requesting the payment on time but I just got busy.

Since I was a little bit adventurous , I won't stop not until I got what I wanted.
Yes, I could take a picture just standing in a corner or maybe sitting in that table right? However, another tourist take his photo standing in one of the " letters". I told myself, hey I wanna try too😂😜.
Mind you, I find it hard to climb up plus to balance myself but glad to say I made it😂.
My legs are just shaking a but, lol!
I was trying my best to have a decent photo as the place was so instragamable yet the waves won't let me. Still I tried several times but ended up only having scratches.
Just like in our life, sometimes we are trying our best to be want we wanted. However challenges comes in our way.

"Island Hopping- Capones Zambales"
Hey readcash fam! As I have mentioned in my previous post, my officemates and I have been planning to hit the beach, lol! As agreed we were settled to visit Anawangin Cove at Zambales. Google maps says it was just 3hours and 32 minutes away from our meeting place, yet the actual travel was not. We started travelling at 1 AM yet we arrived in Pundaquit Zambales almost 5AM. From the parking area we still need to travel an hour via small motorized boat. We actually rented a van for a less hassle ride as it was hard to catch the bus's trip.
Since we are still waiting for some of our companions, I decided to collect the money for our food. I suggested we include food in our package as you know me, I am not fond of cooking. Yet they all disagreed and suggested we will cook instead. My task was to accumulate a budget. Hehe easy pie. Three of my companions, Ms. A, Ms. I and Mr. M were tasked to do the food shopping at the wet market. Oh forgot to tell you, Ms. A was my Boss ( *Executive Officer for Finance department*) and I have the decency to ask her? Hahaha, she is just a cool Boss. Besides she knows what will happen if I will be the one to do the job instead.
It was already 8AM when we were fetched by the boat man along with some things needed for our trip such as, tent, kitchen utensils, water, etc.
The sea may look calm behind me but believe me it's NOT. As I wrote in my article yesterday, I experienced **the longest boat ride in my life** as we experienced some trouble when we were literally in the middle of the sea. We were supposed to settle first in the resort, eat our breakfast and set up our tent but the Manong ( boat man) informed us that we will proceed to island hopping at Capones. He added that the waves' current was too strong. Island hopping was supposed to be the next day based on our itinerary. That leaves us no choice as we can't take the risk against nature.
Since there was a sudden change of our itinerary, I am not prepared. My outfit I mean, lol! I was still wearing a maong shorts! The clear water was so inviting! I badly wanted to take a dip. So I took my bag, got my rashguard and would you believe me if I told you I changed behind that big rock? haha. Who needs a room when nature can help?
I was trying to have a decent picture as indeed the place was so instragramable yet as you can see the waves won't let me. I tried several times but it was hard to win! Hahaha, I was always dragged, resulting in some scratches on my knee and legs.
Instead I just decided to have a jump shot. Haha I was supposed to attach our group photo but I didn't want to invade others' privacy so it was only my picture. Hahaha.
Capones island is a beautiful place, it is worth a visit. Yet if you are planning to take a dip here for ladies better wear a rashguard or secured swimwear. Or else you might experience a wardrobe malfunction due to strong current of water. See my attached video above. Glad I didn't wear my tube top swimwear as for sure I would regret it!
We only stayed here for less than an hour just enough to take some photos and have a dip. After that we proceed to Anawangin cove. Which I think I will be writing about in the next few days. I just took a few photos here as I take videos which I wish I can attach here.
So I will end my article here as I am still tired. I didn't take a leave after that so I haven't rested well. I can't as my Boss was the first one to file. It slips in my mind so I don't have a choice but to report at work. Besides, I still have a lot of pending tasks which I am hoping I can accomplish by Friday. HOPE SO!

"My longest Boat Ride"
Have you experienced riding in a small motorized boat? Island hopping? I had posted the other day about my recent trip to Zambales. The beach was actually an island so we needed to ride a boat.
I was used to it since it was one of our modes of transportation in the province.

"My longest Boat Ride"
I was feeling so full after eating lunch. It's been a while since I had grilled pork chop. Not to mention a tasty one! After that we had some watermelon so no wonder I felt like my stomach would explode anytime! I was just sitting in corner feeling too tired to move like a snake after who just got a prey! Haha.
I also felt all my muscles screaming in pain. My back hurts since I just slept on a tent we set up near the seashore. My legs from trekking and I even got some scratches from playing with the waves. The sand was too sharp and other scratches I don't know why I had.
I talked to our resort crew earlier to contact our boat man to fetch us at 1PM since there was no signal and even electricity. I almost fall asleep when one of my companions, Ms. Mav informed us that our boat man had arrived. I immediately pick up my backpack as I walk along at the seashore.
The waves were too strong plus high tide and I could see that Manong ( boat man) was having a hard time to dock the boat. ( I just used this term as it was just a small motorized boat). Even us hard for us to settle in the boat as it keeps on moving while we climb up.
We place our things at the back portion of the boat to keep it safe from the stroke of waves and to keep it dry of course! Before we sailed, Manong instructed us to compress at the back. Maybe to balance. I was sitting in the front.
In the first minutes, I was laughing as I was indeed enjoying as our boat kept on dancing against the waves. From time to time I get flushes of sea water but I didn't mind as I still have extra clothes in my bag. I was even waving my hands to some local tourist like me on the other boat that passes by.
***It takes an hour to reach the port and I guess we are already traveling half an hour as we are literally in the middle of the sea when. BLAGGGGGGGGG! I heard a louds sound like something was hit! The next thing is our boat stopped and the engine died!***
I looked back to see what was happening and Manong told us calmly not to panic and to not move. I can see the fear in my friends eyes. Even me too! who wouldn't?
Then Manong gave us our things and he told us to hold it for a while as he needed to check the engine. I know some of them are already praying and even I. OMG, I am not ready to die. Seems the waves know our situation as they keep on bullying us.
Manong was doing wonders on the engine while his companion was trying to scoop up the water from the boat. This scenario made me think, are we going to sink? I look around to check how far the seashore or nearest island is but sadly I haven't seen any. Just a wide blue sea with the arrogant waves. I then checked if my life vest was tied carefully. Thankful it is and I know this will save me in case. Oh, I forgot to tell you guys, I maybe grew up on an island but I don't know how to swim!
The only thing I am sure of, in case the boat will sink I am 95% sure we won't die. Why? We are all wearing a life vest. Besides there are a lot of boats passing by so I am sure they will rescue us on time. The last and the most important is I could not see that Manong or his companion were in panic. Simply means everything is under control.
So I told my friends not to worry as for sure we can arrive at our destination still BREATHING!LOL!
The only thing I am worried about is my backpack is not waterproof. In case we need to abandon the boat my things inside will be wet too. What am I gonna wear then? My phone? For sure it will be damaged. Good thing if I can recover my bag, why if not? I don't have a penny in my pocket. All my cards and Valid ID's were in there too. Such a hassle!
I was back into my senses when I heard the roaring engine. Thanks GOD! We were back to sailing! It is just the speed was too slow and I can still feel there was something wrong. I am still anticipating that anytime the boat will lose its battle from the waves and we're gonna SINK!
It was supposed to be an hour of ride but due to inevitable circumstances it takes us almost three hours before we reach the port. Still breathing just a little bit wet.
TSSK, that almost gave me a heart attack and feels like the longest boat ride I ever had!
This happened yesterday during our weekend trip, the reason I was inactive. The beach I went to does not have a cellular signal and even no electricity. BACK TO BASIC.
Overall I enjoyed the trip and maybe I will be writing about it tomorrow.

Oh, that was a hard one haha! How I will describe myself? (deep sign). Am I introvert or extrovert?
Well I can be both, it actually depend on my mood or the person or place. As I mentioned in my previous posts I am not fond of talking into people that I don't like. Why? I was known as someone who always says something straight to the point, no sugar coating. In short frank, lol! I don't pretend that I like you even though I don't. I am always genuine with my feelings and actions. So if I don't like someone I prefer to be an introvert rather that opening my mouth and say something not nice. Don't worry, I am can be civil if needed.
Extrovert? I can be too. I can go with anyone and its not a big deal for me who I am with. Gone are the days I am always on my comfort zone. Years of working had somehow help me to be sociable,lol!
Though most of the time people first impresion with me varies, yet seldom says I am kind. Most of the time they find me unapproachble. Haha maybe because I seldom smile, always wearing my serious face. What can I say? They just don't know me. I mean you need to gain my trust before you see the real me. I maybe have a strong personality physically but I have a soft heart. I always extend help to those who are in need as much as I can. I always felt guilty if I know I can yet I chose to not too. Haha that made me remember , how many people borrowed money from me with a promise to pay but got an amnesia after?😂. Well me and my husband were the same. That's one of the reason why our house was not yet done because we lend someone a money and didn't pay as back😬. Its okay, as what my sweetheart says, it is much better we are the one helping rather than we are in need. Right?
What more I can say? Oh I am someone who value your words. I mean the word of honor, promises. Why? Because I am always true to my words. I hate it when someone promise me but failed to do so. That hurts, lol! Still don't worry I am always trying me best to understand everyone as long as I can. However if it already reached my limit , it will be hard for me to forget. Yes, I can forgive but I never forget. What do you expect I got a zodiac sign of Scorpio, born in the year of snake.
If ever we are not in good terms you don't need to worry as I am not the one who would trigger an argument. Why would I do that, I hate argument as well as I don't nag. It's just a waste of time. Isn't they says, one word is enough for a wise man? Why waste my energy my effort and my saliva? I better keep my mouth shut and reserve my energy.
How I express LOVE?
I am not showy nor vocal. I never say I Love you to my parents or my siblings. That's because that is how we are raised. I can't remember I hugged them too aside from clinging in their arms😀. But of course I love them and I am always there everytime they need help, everytime they need me. Not only me but all of us. Our parents maybe didn't trained us to be showy but I am proud to say they they teached us to value each other. We grew up having a good relationship and always supporting each other in all aspects.
If there is one attitude that I am trying to overcome is my possesiveness. Haha I am possesive not only to my family, friends but also to my husband. Oh forgot to tell you. I have a lot of acquintances but I only have one bestfriend. I had three before. Let's call them, Mr. G, Mr. T and Ms. D. Sadly I lost the two Mr. Ahmm, Mr. G and I became couple but broke up after four years and now we are already strangers with each other. Mr. T? Maybe he was too good to stay here on earth and heaven needs more angles. He left me way back 2015😔. He is now in God's loving arms. I always miss him though and I am always dreaming about him.
So yeah, I no longer had a male bestfriend, anyone wanted to apply?😂.
As what I have mentioned I am always possesive of them and if only I can't share them to anyone. But that's not possisble right? Haha, they have their own lives too and I can't be with them 24/7.
One thing I am sure I won't share is my lover. Haha mine is mine no one should dare to interfere or else I gonna learn how withcraft works,lol!
Omg, did I make sense? I was supposed to write last night but I was so tired after work. I just decided to went to bed early. Just writing this in between my break at work so pardon the typo or gramatical errors😂.
Of all I have mentioned about my personality , let me give you a summary. My attitude will always vary on how you treat me. If you are good then were good. I may not like to have argument but don't expect me to sit and do nothing. It is just I know when and how to excert an effort to fight. Thus one thing I can assure you, I am GREAT FRIEND!

I always consider myself lucky for having my husband . Marrying him was the most right decision I made in my entire life, lol! Hehe, I was serious. He was not only my better half but also my bestfriend. Someone I can confidently talk and share anything with as I know he would never judge me. Why? Because sometimes he is not listening. Haha. Kidding! He was a man with few words and between the two of us I was always the one talking.
Looking back, I never thought we would end up together, especially when he decided to work abroad. I know a lot of friends in the LDR that did not work. Most of the time " CHEATING" happened. Not only that many discourage me, mostly my officemates. They kept on telling me that my man would eventually cheat on me.
I don't know maybe because of that I had some trust issues with him before. We would always argue, no let me rephrase, I would always get mad every time he could not respond to my chats or answer my call. Paranoid, was the exact term. There are times I would open his Facebook and check all the messages and even his activity log.
Yet as the days went by, I had learned to trust his LOVE. I understand as he could not respond to me 24/7 especially that sometimes he was so tired from work. Added to that he got homesick. I felt bad upon realizing my bad actions though.

The moment I read his chat message years ago, I couldn't help but smile widely! At last he is coming home.
***The Proposal.***
Though he already expressed the desire to marry me, he actually wanted to marry me before he left abroad. Yet I didn't expect he would still propose. Though I could not tell you how it was something private. All I can say it happened only the two of us like I wanted. Some might like public proposals yet I don't. I am not comfortable with the thought that there are people watching. Gladly he knows me better.
Haha I remember, I never told anyone how my husband proposed. When someone would ask me, I would tell them the fabricated story that I made. The truth was it was far from reality.
***The Wedding.***
We are supposed to get married after a year or two as planned. We don't have enough money as almost all his salary was spent to the land he bought where we were gonna live. We are in the airport, waiting for our flight going home to my hometown. I'm going to introduce him to my family.
It just happened all of a sudden and we decided to get married. Yet the problem is, can we manage? We only have 7 days and that was clearly not enough.
A day after we got home, we went to the Regional Trial Court to meet up with the Judge, who happened to be my brother's friend. We told him our plan and he just told us to pay around $134 for the fixer. Yes, everything was settled. Indeed money can do wonders.
***The next day, exactly today, May 18 we got married. It was a Civil wedding held at the Regional Trial Court of Iloilo.***
Since it was all of a sudden I was not prepared. I was just wearing a jumpsuit and him a white polo shirt. No make up, no fancy clothes. It was only two people madly in love.

I can still remember the shock in the faces of our friends, relatives and even my officemates. They didn't even know that I was engaged. Plus the fact I only took one week leave at work! My Boss even asked me , how the h3ll I do that?
Someone even told me that if ever her boyfriend proposed he would let anyone know. Like posting on social media. I told her, well not me.
And yes Ladies and Gents! That's how I got married. It might not be the way other women wanted, but for me it was the best! Just the idea that there is a man who couldn't wait to marry me is already enough! LOL!

I know those who know me already have an idea how crazy I am when it comes to these items. I can't remember when it started but I just found myself one day collecting. Most of my things have these designs from my beddings to my clothes and bags and even my earrings. As a matter of fact this was already my branding at work. So if ever I left my tumbler in our pantry my officemates would sometimes return or notify me. They no longer ask as they already know who the owner is.
If someone would give a gift with this design I would surely appreciate it. As long as you won't give me a REAL MOUSE! Haha that's another story!

Just like other ladies I also love lipstick and I have a lot of it in different colors and brands. Oh, I am not into make ups, honestly at my age I don't know how to properly apply a blush on. Hahah I am good with this.
Yes, powder, eyebrows and matte lipstick. Yes matte because I don't want my lipstick to mess with my mask. Haha some men might not be familiar but this type of lipstick stays long and smudge proof.

Now you got it boys? hehehe. As I am fond of lipstick I remember during the lockdown I was even wearing lipstick at home. It is just I was thinking what if it would last long? I don't want to waste it so better use it. Right?
I just limit myself from buying now since I am wearing a mask most of the time. Yet before the pandemic I was always wearing lipstick because many say I look pale without it. Maybe because of my skin complexion. So if you would give a gift, just one matte lipstick of any color would be highly appreciated!
**Sneakers**
Unlike others I prefer wearing sneakers rather that high heel shoes. I am just using one at work since its required. Hehe, I only had one pair of high heels sandals and one doll shoe.

Oh, let me rephrase, do we really need to apply make up? There is no doubt how it could change your looks in an instant. As long as it was properly applied with perfect combination or else you gonna look like a clown.
As for me? Only if needed or during special occasions. If not I am okay with these! Yes, just powder, eyebrows and matte lipstick.
Matte, as I don't want to re-apply again and again,lol!

I decided to write about this topic when I read @Kushyzee article earlier entitled " **Why do women always do this?**" It somehow mentioned courtship which made me ask myself. How long should a man court before a woman would say YES?

As we all know, courtship has eventually evolved from generation to generation. Way back before during the time of our Grandparents courtship takes a long period and it usually happened at home. A man would visit the woman he likes into their home, talk to her parents and even ask permission from them. A parent's decision, opinion or decision was indeed important . I can still remember what I usually see in movies before men even rendered services into a woman's family. Maybe to have their approval too.

There are even times that it was the parents whom the guy is courting with and upon getting their approval the woman doesn't have a choice but to say yes. It happened to my half-sister. It was her Mother and Grandma who decided for her.
Fast forward when I was a teenager, courtship was through love letters. With those colorful and scented stationery. Keypad cell phones were already in trend back those days but they were pricey. I was studying in a public school so most of us couldn't afford it.
It evolved into texting when I was in college. No more courtship at home. I bet some parents are even clueless that their daughters/sons are already in a relationship.
See? The courtship became easier as the years passed by. What more today when the presence of social media? With chat and video calls it was easier to set a date.
***Yet the question is how long should a Courting Stage be?***
I was curious so I asked my bestfriend GOOGLE, lol! It says it should take a minimum of six months. Yet it also says that it varies on the ages of partners. If they are 22 to 24 it should not be longer because they are already married. It also added that they might get distracted .

OMG google! Seems you are telling me that I am already too old when I got married because I was older than 24 when I said " I DO".
Aside from both couples' ages I believe that " Nationality" has something also a factor in courtship. I know there are some countries that are already liberated and they have another way of " DATING" or Courtship. Far different from us here in the Philippines.
What else? Maybe the beliefs and tradition where both couples were raised? I mean if I am from the countryside and you are a city boy for sure I would have some doubts and trust issues. Also we have different points of views so we believe in long courtship.
Most of the time our oldies are telling us not to trust a city boy as they are usually cheaters. I don't actually know where the idea came from. ( I know this is not true as there are also a lot of cheaters in the countryside, lol).
Aside from that many people believe that a long courtship period is a must for both partners to know each other well first before being in a relationship. Then you should have at least years as a BF and GF before getting married.

I don't believe in a long period of courtship. Why? Simple because it is COURTSHIP! Have you seen anyone who shows his/her bad side during that period? Maybe some but I am telling you most of them don't.
Some only ended up still being cheated by their partner whom they don't know better. Maybe not cheated but discovered some attitude that causes the break ups. Most of the time we will only know our partner after living together on one roof.
***So I would end this up unanswered, haha I just realized I myself didn't know how long a courtship period should be.***

Mini Fan
It was indeed so hot today and I was always sweating before I arrived in the office. I even felt that my face mask was always almost dripping wet and I'm telling you it always felt so uncomfortable.
