Hello everyone, how are you all doing today? I will like to start by first apologizing for not being very active lately, as I have explained in my previous articles, I am currently doing my field practical training and it entails working on a very big farm and I have to sign in as early as 6am and close at about 5pm, it can be very stressful sometimes.
While taking a break from work today, I engaged on some articles and that was when I read Ate Jane's article, talking about how money has driven a wedge between the relationship of two brothers (you can read all about it here)
After reading the article, I remembered the crazy news article I read earlier today; Mother, Elder Son Kill Younger Sibling In Lagos For Yahoo Plus Ritual. I just couldn't believe it, the same as everyone who read the post.
According to the story, the mother was the one that took the elder son to a herbalist who told him that if he wants to be successful in yahoo business (cyber fraud), then he will have to sacrifice his sibling. They went home and thought about the whole thing, then the mother suggested using the younger brother who is just 21 years old.
The mother was also the one that brought the poison that was fed to the boy, then he died after some minutes. The elder brother proceeded to cut out the body parts needed for the ritual, and then they wrapped the body and proceeded to deposit it in a mortuary. It was on their way to the mortuary that they got caught by the police.
Yes, a mother did that to her son! I am still in shock till now and find the whole thing unbelievable. She killed him all because of what? Just some foolish money ritual that has not been proven to work, just because they want to get rich quickly.
The crase for quick money has been on an increase these days and I have heard numerous cases about people getting killed because someone wants to use their body parts for money ritual, but it's mostly promiscuous girls that go after boys with ill-gotten money.
It's because of this latest trend that girls are now advised to be careful with who they go out with, coz some have met their end after following the wrong person. But now it has gotten to the stage that even your own family members can't be trusted, you have seen how a mother killed her son just because of making fast money.
People sometimes mistake the quote; "the love of money is the root of all evil" to mean that money is evil, but what that quote actually means is that most people are ready to do anything to get money, and most of the time it's through evil means.
Haven't you realized that most of the problems we have in this world are directly or indirectly because of money? I am talking about bribery, corruption, robbery, kidnapping, and some others form; they are all caused because of people's love for money and the desire to acquire it by every means possible.
All kinds of evil are been done all in the name of fast money, but is there really a quick way of making money? Maybe, but it's likely to have severe repercussions in the long run, but some persons are prepared to damn the consequences, as long as they end up crazy rich.
I have heard of cases in the past where two people fought because of money and one ended up dead, and the worst thing is that the money they are even fighting for is sometimes less than $1, is that worth killing someone for? Money has a very strong spirit that goes with it, it shuts every sense of reasoning in people that lets it control them.
This recent trend has shown that nobody can really be trusted when it comes to making money. I saw something on someone's Whatsapp status last week and it goes; "broke boyfriend can sacrifice you for money ritual, rich boyfriend can use you to renew his money ritual, please stay with your parents", but now the situation has changed, family members have started killing each other for money.
This trend is getting so bad these days and it's getting me scared, how do I know one of my friends won't get pressured one day and decide to use me for money rituals? Someone can't even eat safely these days coz who knows? It just might be poisoned.
Society is part of the problem, they hold these fraudsters in high esteem and have always encouraged them, but now it's coming back to bite us in the a*s. Some of those fraudsters started by regularly scamming people but in their quest to make more money, they start venturing into the realms of money rituals.
Money is neither good nor bad, it all depends on the individual. Some of us work legally to get money, that's the good side of money but some others decide to make money through illegal means even when there are legal options.
Everyone just needs to be careful these days, a lot of people are ready to do anything for money and we don't want to end up as their victims, but we just have to keep depending on God to keep us safe coz we don't know who will harm us one day all because of money or when they will even do it.
Side note: I started writing this article yesterday but I slept off halfway, it's kinda hard to write articles when someone is tired as hell 😪. I am barely able to write these days, sometimes I take two days just to write one article, but I just have to keep going. That's the only kind of sacrifice I can do to make money, I don't have to kill someone for it 😁
Thanks for reading 💖💖💖

Money is not always the issue.. there is a proverb that I remember, "Use money wisely, so that it will be useful to you.. don't let it use you"... it is humans, that the original problem is.. humans are the one who takes decisions to make money unethically.. disgusting viruses of the earth..
