People are always quick to point out a lot of social vices when they spot them, ranging from the likes of Kidnapping to Banditry and all, but perhaps only a few consider racial discrimination, or on a simpler term, racism.
To start with, **Racism** according to Wikipedia's definition is the belief that groups of humans possess different behavioral traits corresponding to inherited attributes and can be divided based on the superiority of one race, skin colour or ethnicity over another. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racism
A lot of people might be familiar with this word, but in the true face of it belittle it simply because they either haven't experienced it yet, or they just dunnot take it with an eye of seriousness or alertness.
The fact that the voice of the masses isn't united worldwide to stop racists (people that racially discriminates) is also another big talking point that has made them continue to wax stronger in this criminality.
*Take for instance, a certain Man A, who is of African descent, but grew up in America, probably because the parents had to relocate for a few personal reasons, and also a certain Man B who is a white, was born in America, and has lived there his whole life.*
*They both go seeking a job, and after proper interviews and examination of their CVs, Man A had the better qualifications, and should be picked for the job, but then, the Management were racists, and went ahead to disqualify Man A, and unfairly gave the Job to Man B.*
Behaviours like this described above should be curbed out in the society, people should be given equal rights and treated fairly and justly irrespective of their race or skin colour.
It is so disheartening when you learn of things like this. Racism should have no home among humans, we all are one, and we should be United. Racism should have no home in any walks of life, be it in Sports, Governance, Music, Businesses and so on, we should all stand for one voice and curb it out.
A lot of blacks have suffered online racial abuse in recent times, the likes of Wilfred Zaha, Raheem Sterling, Bukayo Saka, Glen Kamara, Rio Ferdinand, Marcus Rashford, Lewis Hamilton, Ashley Cole, Eddie Nketiah, And the list goes on and on.. This is simply absurd to hear, and serious measures need to be put in place to effectively end it.
Above is a Tweet from Lewis Hamilton about a day ago, calling for action against Racism and Racists. In light of these, here are five ways racism can be combated:
**1• Celebrate Other Cultures**
Stigmatization is cruel and counterproductive. Stand up for cultural diversity anywhere you find yourself.
**2•** Call out bigotry and hate speech
There has been a disturbing increase in hate speech among Americans and Europeans in recent years, often blaming immigrant and minority groups for the difficulties of their own countries. If you overhear someone tell a racist joke, speak up and let them know stereotyping isn't harmless.
**3• Teach Others kindness and how to talk about differences**
Prejudice and hate are not innate. They are learned behaviors — and they can be unlearned. People absorb biases from the others around them, the media, internet and books. The process of countering negatives with positives begins with you and me. Make others understand, we are all humans and we have equal rights.
**4• Stand up for people being harassed - intervene if it's safe to do so**
**5• Support human rights organizations like UNICEF..**
UNICEF has highlighted and advocated for humans rights since 75 years, we all need to support them, only unity can drive this out..
Other ways:
**•** Taking the knee, just as British players do in football matches to express their opinions on racism.
**•** Brutal punishment for offenders
**•** Mass Awareness and Education.
• Set a good example for others.

Lessons From A Personal Experience With Credit Card Fraud...
Credit card fraud is an horrific thing to experience, but despite the world's so called civilization, people still fall victim to these fraudsters, and it's so unfortunate that I was a victim.
Before I begin my narration of what happened, we all must be conversant with the terms related to this topic.
**FRAUD**- is an erroneous fact or the act of hiding information detrimental to the victim. It is trickery to deceive victims to get something from them, usually monetary.
**FRAUDSTERS**- are individuals or groups of people who implement detrimental tactics for their own gain, not considering their victims' effect.
While the number of victims of credit card theft mounts, it's unlikely that the hackers will ever be caught. Unless it's a high-profile case, it's unlikely that law enforcement can or will do anything, It's even more difficult when the hackers are in foreign countries where political and legal systems are in flux.
I know this might sound somehow, but I guess you might be hearing the word credit card for the first time, so I will gladly enlighten you on what it means.
A credit card can be in the form of a hardcopy, and it can also be electronic. It is used in monetary transfers as well as withdrawals.
In our present world today, virtually everyone uses a credit card, and you will ask, how vital is this so-called credit card.? Your money can be transferred from your bank with your credit card details, I mean, all your money in the twinkle of an eye.
So, back to my experience, peeps. I was stuck in my world of doings when this call came in. I didn't know much about this fraud thing. So I answered this call, and a man responded.
He sounded so rushed, and I instantly became alarmed, but all of a sudden, that alarm escaped me for the reason that I didn't know of, but I will point out my suspicions later. I asked him why he sounded so rushed, and he said he had other customers to call.
I agreed with him and he said series of things that made me believe his lies. One thing I have to tell you, peeps, you see, fraudsters, they will always have something to say.
He called my BVN, and I believed him because I thought there was no way someone who is not a bank agent will know my bank details so well.
A few minutes later, I received a debit alert and was so confused. Calls were made, and it took me a while to realize that my money was gone.
The effect it had on me was so bad that I was despondent, crestfallen for some weeks. It's crazy I know, but it's the truth. I have been a victim of frauds many times, than most people out there.
Now, about the suspicions I had, I think these fraudsters use supernatural spells because things do not just happen smoothly. Another doubt I have is that the bank agents work hand in hand with these fraudsters.
****Lessons learnt****
**•If you just fall victim to any kind of fraud, do not let them win by hurting yourself.**
**•You were not foolish. Move on.**
**•You just didn't know that they are cruel people in this world that capitalize on people's ignorance. So, do not stress yourself.**
**• Just focus your energy on something profitable. It worked for me; it might for you too.**

How To Fail Forward....
Hi Everyone!!. I think it's being three days or so since my last article, this is due to the fact that I have been having issues with my Android phone and worst of all, the electricity wouldn't come up for me to charge my laptop and write.
No worries though, I am here today, and I hope I met y'all in peak condition. A lot of people are no strangers of hearing this particular perspective on failure. Maybe you have actually taken your time to give it a go, but you had a tough time and you couldn't continue.
That's Okay, I guess. Probably not, perhaps. Either of the two, I hope this might enlighten you more.
Most people have conditioned themselves to look at the end result of a person's success story. For example, celebrating a Male Olympic Gold medalist, without thinking about the many races such an athlete had lost over and over, the multiple trainings he had to do to correct his technique, or the excruciating injuries he had along the way.
You need to change your mentality of failure, and learn to approach it with an entirely different mindset. Failures can move you one step closer to your success. Failures are meant to make you rather than mar you, but sadly, it isn't. A lot of people see failure as the end of the world.
Sucessful people are those who keep moving, those that make mistakes but never quit.
Here are five guidelines to follow on changing your view on failure and match forward with it:
**1. Appreciate The Value Of Life**
Always make it note - worthy that there's no way to take the success journey without experiencing failure. Each time you fail, know that you've travelled another mile on the road to success. Appreciate the fact that failure is aimed to make you value life, you are never so closer to success, than when you fail in a good cause. Each time you experience failure, remind yourself that you are one step closer to victory, appreciate the value of life.
**2. Keep A Sense Of Humour**
It's completely easy for you to laugh and be in a great mood, but it's *important* to laugh when everything goes wrong. Nothing improves emotional health like laughter. It relives stress, and helps you to quickly put your failures behind you.
**3. Make Failure A Learning Experience**
*Failure isn't failure unless you don't learn from it - Dr. Ronald Niednagel .*
To be successful, you need to develop the ability to learn from your mistakes and failures. That learning process is what might be a springboard to unlocking your potential.
4. Envisage The Bigger Picture.
Yeah, always look at the bigger picture. Pep Guardiola had one of the worst season of his managerial career as a Manchester City coach in his first year, and set a record of untenable losses that year. But you know what?. He is the best coach in England right now. He has won all there is to be won, and certainly if there was an hall of fame for coaches, he would probably be in the top three. Always look at the bigger picture, his failure wasn't final, and neither is yours.
5. Don't Give Up
You might actually have a long list of failures, but I can tell you with certainty that the list will only keep adding up. We all will keep failing. The issue isn't about failure, but your determination on failing backwards or forwards. That's the real question.

Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude..
What a radiantly glowing sunshine friday decided to bless the inhabitants of these planet Earth with. It's quite amazing, seeing a decent number of comments and upvotes on my previous post. Special thanks to everyone, am back now and this time, to stay.
The fact that our attitude is a determinant of our progress is by no means an understatement. Actually, anyone who claims to having a dream, but lacks the right and positive attitude is only day dreaming and will never be able to have such dream become a reality.
Apollo 11 lifted from pad 39 at Kennedy Space Center way back in 1969, and despite all the doubts, began a journey of Two hundred hundred thousand miles to the moon. Four days later, Neil Armstrong and his co - travellers including Buzz Aldrin Jr landed on the moon.
It was simply astonishing, and 500 million people watched on Television as Armstrong took his first step into the gray dust of the moon. This very moment was according to Armstrong *"One small step for man, but a Giant leap for mankind"*.
All this they were able to accomplish due to a positive attitude. It might be a little bit scary to try laying ones hands on something unprecedented, something that has never been accomplished before, but they did it.

**WHO AND WHERE YOU ARE TODAY IS A RESULT FROM YOUR ATTITUDE**
Your attitude not only directs your future but also affects who you are today. A certain Psychologist William James said "The greatest discovery of my generation is that people can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind"... The choices you have made up to now have come as a result of your attitude.
Your attitude determines your actions and your actions determine your accomplishments. You may or may not like to think about it but the person you are and where you are today are the result of your attitude.
Growing older will make you start making decisions and you become accountable for what happens in your life. In adolescence the number of decision you make multiplies, and by about the time you reach the end of your second decade your choices are all your own whether you like it or not.
Right now if you're over 21 you are completely responsible for your choices, and in turn responsible for your attitudes.
Remember your current attitude is your choice. It's not what happens to you but what happens in you that counts. The simple truth is that anyone no matter how good the circumstances are can find a reason to have a negative attitude and everyone no matter how bad the circumstances are, can also find a way to maintain a good attitude.

The Return Of honeyflex360...
Sometimes, for our own good, we just feel like we need a little time off, we just have that sort of feeling like we need to take a break. It is by no means laziness, rather is it incapability, but the simplest terms to give that is taking a break.
As far back as February 23rd, I was all in tears, saying goodbye to Read.Cash. Even though it was particularly beyond my control, one part of me actually felt like staying, and the rest is history.
Have you ever wondered what would become of whatever it is you do today, probably not. I am therefore putting it to you, that it surely would be history. Yes it will. Simply because time and tide waits for no man. Time flies and so does everything we do.
It is therefore pertinent to give our best in whatever it is we do. Anyways, all have said is just part of my motivational thoughts.
I shouldn't allow this overshadow the fact that it's been a whole month since have gone, although I have this belief that I still gat all my friends around, and indeed it's a glorious blessing. I wrote about The Konra Premier league about three weeks or so, to which I got a small kind of engage so baffling to me.
Read Cash is, was and will continue to be a part of me.
**THE RETURN OF HONEYFLEX360**
Therefore, I think I owe everyone of my friends, subscribers and sponsors a due apology for leaving without notifying.
Anyways, I guess the fact that @TheRandomRewarder wasn't visiting my articles then surely played a part in my sudden departure.
But, it was the fact that I learned about Hive.blog the principal reason for my absence.
It was a cold evening and I was seated lonely at the corridor of our house when I suddenly remembered I hadn't heard of a friend in months.
I picked up my phone and called him, and during the course of our conversation, he mentioned something similar to Hive, I asked him again, but this time I got nothing for a reply, but instead of feeling derailed, I decided to try it out since even my top writing site wasn't rewarding my efforts, and Here We Are...
So far, I have enjoyed Hive, although it's a little bit similar to things here, there is a stark difference and honestly this has augured well with me.
Anyways, I guess the good news is that am back, and as such I hope you accept my apologies and get ready to see me in your articles.

Fantasy football Gameweek 27: Captain Weghorst fails to deliver

The Fantasy football gameweek 27 had come and gone, bringing along with it some shocks, unexpected result and easy victories.
Below are my screenshots of the gameweek results :
It was a double gameweek for Burnley and considering the fact that there were a lot of excellent players for the team that rewarded their owners, it didn't come as a surprise seeing managers go for them, Nick Pope who had kept 2 clean sheets and 3 bonus points, Ben Mee who scored against tottenham, and amassed a gameweek high point as well as wout weghorst who scored his first goal in a Burnley shirt and registered another assist.
I opted to play the free hit chip given Mohammed Salah, Alexander Arnold, Kieran Tierney all three of my regulars had blanks and more importantly Wout Weghorst who had been tipped by many FFL pundits to deliver.
Playing a three man defence, Cancelo kept a clean sheet and got the maximum bonus points for Manchester City as they ran out one nil winners over Frank lampard's charges, Everton who had played an enviable game before a lapse in concentration at the heart of defence allowed Phil Foden to tap into an empty net.
Another Free hit transfer was Matt target whose strong defence were pivotal to New Castle securing all three points and keeping the clean sheet.
Ben Mee played the full ninety minutes in a 1-1 draw with palace, and so he settled for two points, similar to Nick Pope's point haul of 2 against the same opposition.
James Ward Prowse kept a clean sheet against Norwich and delivered three points- 2 for minutes played and 1 for the clean sheet.
Phillipe Coutinho had a similar story to tell like Fernandes and they both produced three points.
The Son heung min, Hary kane partnership worked wonders and so Kane got a gameweek high 11 points, after a goal and an assist against Leeds United and Son scored nine points.
It was a worrying story about Broja when Che Adams scored against Norwich and as such managed only two points.
The last round of matches ended yesterday as millions of FPl managers were hoping weghorst repays their faith by scoring against Leicester City. Ben Mee was replaced after 45 minutes and earned a solitary point to make three points. Weghorst received a yellow card and had a double point removed from what would have been 8. Nick Pope saved a total of 4 shots and earned a +1 bonus. 2+2+1 equalled 5.
The FFL Club 1 BCH league of crypto standings after gameweek 27 sees Menacing Madrid ⭐ still the top team although Portugal XI remain hot on their trails after scoring 62 points to Menacing Madrid ⭐'s 39.
I would prefer not to mention my position, perhaps the coming weeks in FFL. would be remembered..!

There are things in life that are definitely bound to occur, we can't change them nor speak or fight vehemently against them, no!!. All we have to do is to accept them, and see them as life normals that we must go through. They are all aimed at bringing the best out of us, but what happens when we fail to realise this, but instead do all we can to unbalance the course of nature. Doing this, will only make the consequences much worse and therefore we might end up not actually understanding what lesson life was trying to pass across to us in the initial instance.
A wise man once said "Success is not final, Failure is not fatal; It is the willingness to continue that counts". For a person to have reasoned and said this, then I am pretty sure he must have been through a lot of failure inclined situations and at the end of the day he emerged victorious.
A lot of people today are always quick to quit, forgetting that after they quit, that opportunity to win has evaded them. A lot of people aren't interested in stepping up after failing. Indeed it is quite pertinent to note that whatever good will never come easily, you have to fight for it, and wriggle your way through. For instance, A guy who knows his talent lies in writing about life and other issues related to it, and somehow manages to come across an earning platform to earn real cash, as a reward. After trying hard to write exquisitely, uniquely ,the new writer was always visited by the random rewarder, but all of a sudden due to unknown circumstances the bot stopped visiting, then this left the man heartbroken, simply because he had expected to always be visited and sucessful on his articles, and because of this he decided to quit, claiming he had experienced enough failure!!. From this, I put it to you by asking if it's possible for the man to be rewarded by sleeping on a sofa at home. No.. right?. Exactly what I thought, it isn't possible to be successful when you have given in to failure.
The only valid explanation to the Concept of life in relation to failure is that if we don't fail and we are always sucessful, then we will never win. There is no two ways to life. There is only one way and that way is a bumpy way, one full of thorns that are capable of causing serious bleeding when they come in contact with the legs. lol. The best way to edge oneself closer to success is by learning from ones past mistakes that led to failure, and making it a thing to remember never to make such again and then it will be only a matter of time.
He who survives the test of time is the only person entitled to taste success. He who perseveres and believes the axion that "when things are about to be good, that's when they become tougher".

Ten things I detest and which I will never do

After watching a Korean movie this night, I decided to put into writing, the things the leading actor did, which I vehemently detest and will never put into practice. The kind of training you were given during ones childhood goes a long way in determining the kinds of behaviour we might perpetrate. The type of training we were given also determines what we can't do even when people or situations force us to.
1. Fighting
A lot of people might say fighting is a good thing to do, they might well be of the notion that they are ready to fight always. When I was in grade five, I fought with a classmate of mine which made the guy bleed blood profusely that day and was rushed to a nearby clinic, I am not sure I can remember what he did to have warranted such, but I vividly remember I was given the beating of my life, first by the School Principal and later in the evening by my Dad. I can't forget this and I still have the marks of the beatings on my body till today, hence from that day I resolved to be gentle and I made it a point to remember never to go arm wrestling with anybody again.
2. Cheating
Whatever way you choose to understand the meaning of cheating, this word still will remain something I detest. Cheating in a sense of scoping people that are younger than you by not giving them their exact share in a portion of something that is rightly theirs. Cheating in the form of examination malpractice and also cheating by betraying one's partner in a relationship. All this things are all what I hate doing.
3. Scamming and Cyber fraud
I love making money, particularly with my discovery of crypto currency, I have been stepping up my chase and making sure I do everything possible to make money, but I am not doing all this with desperation, as in engaging in cyber fraud, nah. I admit I may have friends who are into cyber fraud and scamming people but I have since stopped associating with them, I refused to spend any of the money they gained and totally kept them at arm's length.
4. Pranking
Pranking is fun, but I had bad experiences in the past due to this and this had made me leave pranks and be serious. I hate pranking now and I don't do it.
5. Stealing/Armed robbery
There are few things I hate as much as stealing, I was always told never to lay my hands on things which belongs not to me. I made sure I listened and ever since then if o liked something, I would buy mine instead of stealing and if I can't, then I would forget about it.
6. Smoking
The way I look at people who like smoking in my area will all but tell you how bad I hate it. I wasn't trained to smoke and yes, I can never be deceived into doing what's bad and I have the thoughts that the life of people who smoke is total ruined and because of this I hate smoking and even hate having any conversation with the smokers.
6. Truancy
This is a common behaviour in this part of the world too and it's mostly seen I. young youths who are lazy or rather refused to be educated.
7. Gossipping
I so much hate gossiping about other people, I consider it an idiotic means of telling the whole people around on one particular thing.
8. Drinking Alcohols
I will never drink Alcohols in my life, it's a life spoiler. It has spoilt some people's lives up to a point where some will start staggering on their way home and get hit by a car. Why..?. Cos they lose their total senses and start behaving like someone who's realistic.
9. Saying I Can't
I hate saying the word I can't, because I feel that whatever it is one utters out of his mouth is capable of ruining such person life. Therefore I love being positive and optimistic in any situation I find myself.
10. Keeping bad companies
There is a popular saying that "Show me your friend and I will tell you who you are". There are so many good people out there, Likewise are there bad people too, so I made up my mind never to Join them, but rather be myself and focus on what I aim to achieve.
All other things I hate but wouldn't make the top ten list is Forgery, bribery, Blackmailing, Cultism, Rituals, and alongside a host of other bad things.

When you realize that living in this world isn't as easy as you thought, when you find out surviving is a difficult thing, when you start understanding the basics of living life, when you get to know life is a warfront, when you realize that a lot of people are after your downfall, when you start seeing the treacherous side of people, when you finally come to your senses, when you've been doing something with ease and all of a sudden it proves tough to accomplish, when you find yourself in an unexpected situation and no one is willing to help, when you agnize that your best friend is an enemy in disguise, when everybody rejects and distances themselves from you, when you realize people are taking you for a fool, when you realize that everything in your possession starts crumbling right before your own eyes, when you realize people are after your money and not yourself, when you realize that love is wicked and shouldnt be given any of your attention, when you realize that you have way more enemies than friends, then you realize that life is a survival of only the fittest.......
It just seems like adulthood makes one to be aquainted with the simple fact that life isn't a bed of roses. Had life been a bed of roses, everything in this world would have been pretty easy to accomplish with a sureness of success always. Sadly, life isn't and we've got to work for everything we crave for, just as the popular adage says *"There isn't food for a lazy man".* By trying to work for them, we tend to realize that it is much more difficult than we had expected. When we see hundreds of people vying for only a single post. Animals killing each other, predating on their fellow ones in a bid to not die of hunger and hence survive. All these, leaves us with no other option but to tighten our belts and square up with our lives. We just have to roll up our sleeves and understand that life is what it is. One man's good is another man's bad.

Therefore, when we talk of survival of the fittest it leaves us with no other choice but to fully focus on our lives and make sure we use our minds and brains at the very same time. Nobody cares about you, no!!. Only you alone, in the midst of every single tackle, challenge, foul, failure, cheat and so on. In football, when a player is unfit, they are asked to sit out the game cos they know they might be sloppy on the ball, may not give their best and struggle to keep up with the pace of the game. One single mistake on the part of such player might lead to his team losing and dropping points. Comparing that to the real world, we tend to have a clearer picture of what it feels like competing and trying to survive without being fit tactically and systematically wise. It isn't being fit as in the body shape of people, nah. It is being knowledgeable and smart. The latter being a core factor in survival. When we exhibit this word called smartness, then it is difficult for people to cheat us or to be caught off guard by people's antics and tricks.
This phrase is a belief that only people with a strong desire to succeed, people who aren't content with being under par or average and that are willing to do all it takes to change their status can and will survive. It may also be made to mean a situation where only the strongest wins.
***What does being the strongest entail ?***
***Being a strong person, you are always determined to get things done not minding how difficult it might be.***

Reds victorious in San Siro as Salzburg holds Bayern- UCL Review
The UEFA Champions League is back, and this time with an inviting fixture list of mouthwatering matchups. It all started yesterday with the much anticipated duel between French powerhouse and Qatari owned football club, ***Paris St German*** and All time Champions League winners and Spanish giants, ***Real Madrid.*** The game was sure to live up to its billing even though the magical ***Neymar*** started the match on the bench. ***Lionel Messi*** was at the heart of things PSG created, he had a good game and was unlucky to have seen his snap shot penalty saved by ***Thibaut Cortouis***, the goal keeper was in a class of his own throughout the game. Although, PSG huffing and puffing was finally rewarded in the closing stages of the match when *****Neymar***** came off the bench to produce a sublime assist for ***Kylian Mbappe*** to finish with an outrageous piece of skill and fire sublimely under the legs of ***Courtouis***. Few will argue the fact that the 21 year old French sensation is the game's next big thing and is on his way to the ***Santiago bernabeu,*** Madrid's capital stadium next season after rejecting offers to renew his ***Paris St German*** contract. The other game was a Five nil demolition of ***Sporting Lisbon*** by ***Pep Guardiola's*** guys, ***Manchester City*** in ***Lisbon, Portugal***. There were four nil to the good in only the first half. It was a lively contest and it was made entertaining by the brilliant ***Bernando Silva's*** brace and an assist.
Elsewhere in the following day of the Round of 16 1st leg matches, which happened to be the final 1st week round, the reds, popularly called ***Liverpool*** made the trip to ***San Siro***, hoping to make it Seven wins from Seven. They started somewhat on the back foot, unlike their previous visit against ***AC Milan*** in the stadium. ***Inter*** ***Milan*** were the better side and should have been ahead when ***Lautaro Martinez*** scuffed a shot at goal, only to end up in the side netting. Even ***Hakan Cahanologlu's*** quick fire shot crashed the bar, unarguably ***inter's*** best chance of the half. ***Liverpool*** have made it a habit of coming back into matches and grinding out results even when they weren't in their best form as evidenced by their victory over relegation threatened ***Burnley in*** the ***England Premiership***. ***Inter*** allowed ***Liverpool*** gain hold of the ball, as they had previously dominated the start of the 1st half following a goalless first half and they were finally going to win the match when ***Diogo Jota*** sustained what later turned out to be an ankle injury and was replaced by ***Roberto Firmino***, who later went on to score what looked like the winning goal following a fantastic flicked header from ***Andy Robertson's*** *corner* before another piece of masterclass from the Egyptian magician ***Mohammed Salah*** made it 2 nil, albeit a tap in shot from a fluffed ***Virgil Van dijk*** effort.
Also, ***German*** heavyweights ***Bayern Munich*** made another trip to ***Austria*** looking to inflict a 1st leg loss on the hosts, ***Salzburg***. Many punters were pretty sure of a result given how dominant ***Bayern*** are in matches and the plethora of attacking qualities up front from ***Lewandowski*** to ***Sane, Coman***, ***Gnabry and Muller*** despite the battering they were given by ***VFL Bocbum*** in their last ***German Bundesliga*** fixture. . Teenage sensation, ***Okafor*** had to be substituted for ***Salzburg*** and on came ***Adamu,*** he was lively and managed to put his team on the front foot following a quick counterattack after ***Bayern*** went high up the pitch. The 1st half was disappointing from ***Bayern*** as they displayed complete mediocrity throughout the 45 minutes. Late in the second half though, they would go on to break the hearts of the home fans by scoring a slick equaliser from the fronting ***Coman*** after receiving a perfectly weighted ball from ***Muller***. It ended one apiece even though ***Bayern*** dominated the game and had nine shots on goal to the hosts five, it was worth noting that the ***Salzburg*** goalkeeper was excellent on the night and was unlucky to have conceded in the last stages after making eight saves in total, earning him my man of the match award..

I fell in love with my best friend in grade eight (Part 2)

Before delving into the main content, I would like to tender my sincerest of apologies for taking so long in writing the second part of this article. I know this should have been written a long time ago, therefore I will start this way.......
Maybe the introductory phrase, best sums up my reaction towards the last conversation between I and Wisdom. I went from the lively guy to a lonely, desolate, forlorn.... What other adjective do I use in explaining this correctly.
Then one day after assembly, exactly after four weeks of me behaving erratic as she would later go on to say....!!. I was walking through a corridor to the class when a male junior bumped into me making me drop some books on my hands, he said sorry and as I bent to pick it up, I saw a hand assist me in picking them up too, It was Hannah. Hannah was a good friend of mine, she was very brilliant and as good as I was always claiming then to be in mathematics, she was way more better. Not only better, but also faster. Man, she could solve!!. I envied her a lot and she knew it, but over the previous year her maths flair seemed to have dropped and another guy, Jimmy was the only person beating me to the award. I preferred to be beaten by a guy rather than a girl. She helped me in packing the books up and I wanted to say a thank you but she just read my mind and said *"No worries you're welcome... I have to see you, don't mind talking after the class.."...... "Alright no problem" I replied.*
Once the bell for the end of the day was rang, I waited back at school to listen to what she had to say and rather surprisingly, she was nowhere to be found. Okay lemme say it like this, I saw her but in another person's image. Lol.😂😂. On a more serious note, I was shocked to see Lizzy, arghh common!!. I tried avoiding her. I hardly saw her and yes I didn't speak to her since the day like I mentioned before. Now, she stood right in front of me, staring as if wanting me to explain myself.
*"Hey, why have you been giving me attitude..?" She asked*
*" What do you mean? " I replied by asking a question too.*
*"You* *literally stopped talking to me and the last time I checked we didn't have a misunderstanding and neither did I wrong you". The first real statement of the conversation.*
Crazily, I picked up my bag and stormed out of the classroom*. "Hello.."..."It's nothing, don't bother.".* She followed me. *"You can't seriously be working out on me* ". And from nowhere I said *"Oh really.. Well I can't blame you but Hannah instead, for tricking me into waiting behind, I have other reasonable things doing, please!!". " Hey, you mean am unreasonable .?". "I didn't say that.". "Then, what did you say".*
Now there was a heavy wind all over the place, we had gotten to the middle of the road, and many shop owners were packing their goods inside, it wanted to rain. As if it gave a more serious warning of its impending arrival, it started raining*. "Oh My God, we need to run, I know of a brother who sells ice cream just at the end of the road". I said.* And we started running until we got there. He was almost locking himself into his shop, when he saw us running towards his place. We walked in and he offered us a seat... it was this moment I realized we were holding hands the whole time and almost at the same pulse, simultaneously left each other's hand.
I exchanged pleasantries with the yoghurt shop owner and he was like asking where I had been. I hadn't seen him that year, and he was a good family friend. I asked for his forgiveness, he accepted and treated us to a heaven of ice cream filled experience. Lol. 😂🤣🤣. It felt as if I had never taken one, maybe because of the weather, or having a friend turned *bla bla bla.....* I stopped myself from saying that. We started interacting and it felt like I was on top of the world. She was laughing and blushing. Her beauty was........(another crazy thought I stopped from thinking).
After the rain which lasted about a hour and a half,we finally stopped and I bade Uncle Sam, the ice cream seller a good bye. We walked home holding hands and after a while, she reached the turning to her street and I was telling her I was sorry albeit with a small inconspicuous tone.
After she left, on my way home I was behaving like I was on top of the world, I would start walking normally and all of a sudden I would just stop as if to do something only to break into a run. When I finally got home, I was in sensational mood and everyone was shocked but no one told me.

Time Concept 4: You and your Time
When a random person walks up to you and whispers into your ear the phrase "You've got all the time in the world"... how would you feel or what would be your reaction...You would probably try figuring out what such person meant and message the person was trying to get across. Exactly, I presume if you spend a lifetime thinking about that, the inevitable conclusion you would arrive at will be the fact that there is nothing in this world that you don't have all the time you can ever hope for to complete. How fast and how efficient you do it will definitely be a deciding factor in determining the kind of harvest you reap. If you are slow or you fail to keep up with time, then there is a lesser chance of you reaping bountiful harvest.
Harvest is attached to time, just as planting is attached to it. When it is the best time to plant a crop and you fail to plant it, there wouldn't be any harvest awaiting your harvesting when the season for harvest comes, also when you make hay while the sun shines and plant at the best time, then you also reap at the best rate. It's a two way thing. There is time for everything, a time to plant and a time to harvest.
One of the basic logic of life is the planting and reaping concept. There is a time of our life that we are planting. There is a time when a person is born, a time you are working, a time will come when you are old that only ones children will reward you.
*There are some phrases, exceptions and limitations attached to harvest. We take a look........*
A Time of harvest is a time of Joy. When there is harvest, it brings lots of jots for every hardworking farmer. The only person that will not have joy duriñg harvest is a farmer who has been lazy and has planted nothing or planted but had refused to give the perfect maintenance.
A Time of harvest is meant to be a time of happiness cos one is about to earn rewards for a job well done.
During harvest, a hard-working farmer is being rewarded by God and nature. It is the principle of God that works in nature that when you plant you will harvest, you don't pray for harvest without planting.
A Time of harvest is a time of gathering. A farmer gathers varieties of crops on his farm during harvest.
A time of harvest is a time of surplus. The farmers has more than enough to consume.
It is a time of sharing. A farmer cannot consume all the harvest all alone, it will extended to neighbours.
It is a time of test. God tests whether you will share with people what he's given you. It is a time many people fail.
It's a time of temptation
It's a time of hardwork.
It is also a time of storage.
Time is the only valid seed nature gives you. It gives to everyone the same quantity, that is we all have 24 hours per day. How you plant your time would go a long way in determining your harvest.
***Tips to using ones time wisely***
You own your time and therefore you can decide what to do with it. The quality of what you do with it will determine your harvest.. To Learn to use your time wisely, follow these tips:
Quit working with people that ain't influencing your life positively.
Remember to study the word of God
Remember to be dilligient and astute in your dealings.
Always improve yourself.
Add value to others, not subtract from them.

I forgot to get her a rose and she's pretty angry!!!
Yesterday was fun filled. Oh yes it was, but for me it was more or less a couple of rollercoaster event filled scenes and dramas. We keep edging closer to the Valentine, and class yesterday was a pretty lively atmosphere with signs and smells of beautiful roses to behold. Yeah, yesterday was rose day, you weren't aware... ? Aw common. I wasn't either and sincerely I forgot.
I woke up in pretty jubilant mood cos our department finally got our demands accepted after about five weeks of agitating for some changes through protests and violence. lol. The school authorities were proving a tough nut to crack initially, but had no option but to give in to our demands after seeing the force with which we protested. Due to this, I was very much a happy guy and the thoughts of this coupled with the fact my team weren't able to defeat struggling and relegation threatened Burnley after conceeding a bizarre and defensive disasterclass goal in the second half made me had a lot of things on my mind that I forgot to get a female friend of mine a rose. It would have been a simple situation of me branching at the mall to get one and then taking a cab of ten minutes back to class but damn, I forgot.
On getting to class, after taking my bath and selecting a cloth at random to wear cos I was a little bit late for lectures, I met the lecturer in class and from afar she spotted me and I could see her eyeing me. That was a normal thing I guessed but that was honestly the first time she looked me in the eye and did such. I could and should have sensed something was fishy and made amends but I was just too lost in my own world of adventurous and thoughts filled environment. lol.
I wanted to ask a friend sitting by me what she meant with the giggling but the rather hostile look on the face of the lecturer suggested he was ready to punish whosoever he spotted talking. I sensed this and kept calm. I had taken my time to understand all the lecturers and noted what they liked and didn't like, what they frowned or smiled at, and also their reactions to various situations.
Thirty minutes later, immediately after the lecture I left the class in a bid to sort out some technical stuffs and complete a certain validation I was three days due of. It was a hectic process and it required a lot of strenous procedures before I could finish it. The coordinator had asked me if I was in a hurry to do something as she had claimed the look on my face suggested. I couldn't respond but muttered something I knew not its meaning. Lol.🤣😂.
After the whole process I walked back to class and to my utter surprise, I saw lots of roses and joyful looking faces. In the wake of this, I managed to ask a guy what the occasion was and responding I heard the word "Rose day ". Really...?. So you don't know, are you even in this world...?He replied. I quickly moved away from him wondering what kind of reply he gave in asking if I was a living person. He was crazy, I thought. And perhaps there wasn't any debating that.....
Raising up my eyes to catch the portrait of the class' landscape, I noticed a lady sitting isolated on her seat. Who was it...?. Yeah it was her, she didn't see me and somehow I managed to evade her eyes in order to go meet my friends in a bid to ask them what I could do. When I got to my seat, I could see everyone one of them gisting and laughing out loud. I managed to join the conversation and told them I forgot to buy her a rose. They were all in sympathy and although it wasn't my habit, I could vividly remember failing to wish my sister a happy birthday about 4 years back all in the name of forgetting. I got a weird response from her after the apology and for a few weeks, she stopped talking to me or playing a part in anything I did. I hoped I wouldn't get such a reaction from her cos that of my sis made me heartbroken. I am an enotion driven guy and I know it....The deed was done and there was no rectifying it.
I summoned up courage and went to her seat. I would prefer not describing her beauty cos it was way more what you could imagine. To cut the long story short, the loud chatter, sonorous and resonant voices were disturbing our conversation and she gave me that glad you're here eyes but I sensed she wanted something. I brought the idea of taking outside and she agreed. Outside, she finally asked the question "You didn't get me a rose...? ". "I forgot"........ !!. "Wow, you forgot".. She paused for a minute and finally said " I was waiting anxiously for you, I didn't know you are like this.... Thanks for ruining my day". She tried walking away, I held back her hand but she waved it away and left PRETTY ANGRY.. Since then this guy has been sad..😔😌😩😩.

Celebrating my first one monthiversary in grand fashion
Who else wouldn't be happy celebrating a one monthiversary on such a fantastic platform as this ? .......... No one right, you are pretty correct!!.. How time flies!!!!!!. It was the tail end of 2021 and the correct explanation for my current state of mind without mincing words that very day could have been misunderstood for something much worse. I was a shadow of myself and everybody around were all worried seeing that version of me after such a long period of time. I knew deep down something was wrong somewhere, but what it was, I couldn't categorically decipher. Was it money, was it school life and stuffs, was it the troubles with some friends, was it leaving behind my diary at the hostel while I came back home, was it a misunderstanding with a female friend...? So many problems, I wondered, but which in particular, maybe all..? nah I thought......
Fast forward to the second week in February, I truly have forgotten those worries and moved on with my life. The reason..? Yes of course, your guess is definitely as correct as mine. Read Cash!!! Perhaps it feels as though there is a magic wand that relives people of their worries on this site, most especially the wonderful bot that keeps visiting my articles!!. How a month makes a huge difference in people's lives. How a month can change and completely turn around ones life. Indeed that's beyond description.

Time Concept 3: There is no time to check time
Still on the concept of time. Another sub - topic I would love to teach and write about is the phrase that there is no time to go checking the time.
In this part of the world, this statement is a very common one cos people use it from time to time when they want to talk about why they can't afford to be slow in doing something.
In all sincerity, I learnt this statement or perhaps I should just say, I first heard this from my high school teacher, he was a man in his mid forties then and he seemed to have every answers to any questions you asked him. He also taught everyone various fun stuffs, life hacks, interesting songs and so many more..
So when I had to leave his class and promote to the next, I knew I was gonna miss him. I was in tears that day cos I was wondering if I would ever have such a chance to meet an awesome teacher like that ever again. As dear God would have it, less than 2 months after I left, he got a promotion and had to leave our school. I barely know of this news cos all I probably knew then was that he just suddenly stopped coming. Many of my classmates too claimed that the door of his house where locked and they were of the thoughts that probably he had relocated..
Then One day, I went out to buy fuel in the filling station, and as I was entering I saw someone resembling him and when I moved a little closer I realized it was him, at this moment, my joy knew no bounds. I was happy, we talked and talked, and he planned a meeting with me the next day in one of the popular restaurants in town.

***There is no time to check time***
We have to always realize that we don't have all the time in the world. This is to say that whatever it is we want to do, we should make sure we do it in time cos if we fail to, then before we know what is happening, the ample time to do it will pass and this way we have allowed time pass us by.
If it is people we have to help, then we should help them at the best time they need help rather than prolonging our help.
If it is our work we are going about doing then let's not be slow in it cos a popular saying goes that ***" Time and tide wait for nobody" .***
***Running out of time***
If we keep saying tommorow, then they will be a time, that we will run of time. Had we learned to do what we ought to do in time, then we wouldn't have ran out of time.
I remember kindergarten students usually sing the song ***" What you have to do, do quick " ×2.***
When we do what we are supposed to do in a jiffy, then we save ourselves from the whole scenario of regret and failure of not doing it in time.
You have all the time in the world now, what do you use your time for. Some are using the free gift of time to condemn things other people created, whereas they haven't even created a single thing in their whole life. Some are fond of destroying others life with what they say about them in a particular time without knowing they could have made good use of that time and said something great about them. There are so many examples of celebrities today, that made great use of their time, whereas we spend our own time watching those people that made good use of their time.
Let's turn a new leaf today and understand that the best time is now and if we can't make good use of that time, we shouldn't spend it aiming to destroy others life with it, cos remember that THERE IS NO TIME TO CHECK TIME

Fear Of The Unknown: I promised to help a friend....

Fear is an emotional reaction to a particular situation that is thought to bear any form of imminent harm. A strong, uncontrollable, unpleasant emotion or feeling caused by actual or perceived danger or threat.
Fear of the unknown can thus be progressively demystified as the act of being scared and afraid of a future situation one has little knowledge about.
One fateful afternoon, exactly three days back, I was walking along the corridor that led to the department of biochemistry and looking up I saw a friend who sat down underneath one of the trees in the surroundings, all alone. It was quite unusual and that was how I knew something was definitely wrong. I walked up to him and muttered three times a popular nickname of his that the whole campus knew of, but got no response. I thought it was deliberate, but on walking a bit more closer, I got to know that it wasn't. He was lost in his own web of thoughts.....
I then tapped him on the back and the sudden reaction of his reflexes suggested I was right. He was thinking. Asking him what the cause was he simply laughed it off. He wasn't great at pretending and his sarcasm put him off. Despite him laughing, I could see the melancholy in his eyes. After much pressure, he finally confessed he was worried about the future cos he doesn't know what it holds for him and what his fate was. He continued his seemingly unending reiteration of his worries and all I could do was fix my gaze on no particular thing on the ground.
Minutes after we departed, I tried taking a skeptical look at his situation, he was probably 19 years of age, he was in the university based on the simple fact that he wanted to. His parents had long been divorced since he was 6 and he was taken to his grandmother to live with. But shortly after he gained admission to college, she died. Since then, no one cared about how he fared or lived, he sponsored himself to school. He sometimes missed classes to go engage in menial jobs because that was the only and surest way he could get his school fees paid, get his rents paid, have something to feed on, avoid wearing untattered clothes by buying a couple of new ones, pay for the class handouts among a host of other things he did himself.
He was right to be worried, on one hand and another hand, he wasn't.
***Why was he Right?***
He was right to be worried because on the basis of my knowledge he was sad and felt if he could continue catering for himself all alone and besides one thing I forgot to add there was that he hadn't paid even half his school fees and it was three weeks to the exam. Now tell me. Wasn't he?. According to him, he didn't know where he would get a whopping sun like that in three weeks. Even if he did, wasn't he going to need money on other expenses. Summing everything up, I can't help but reach the conclusion that he was indeed right to worry. I can't imagine a person being three weeks away from achieving a new feat in his life, and he had an hinderance called money .
***Why wasn't he right to worry?***
On another different level I termed his behavior Xenophobia, the fear of strange things or things we have no idea what it holds or might happen. Everything in life is on God's hand and all we can do as humans is to always hope for the best. We can question him, issue him a query or sack letter. It's totally impossible. We were created by him and therefore we need to make sure we don't worry too much about things cos they are in his hands and he does everything he does as he deems fit.

What goes around comes around: The constant law of Karma

Whatever goes around surely has to follow the law of Karma and come back around. This things are constant and they happen to almost everybody in life. We can't affect them, the only thing we can do is to make sure we are adapting to them. That's the constant law for you. You have to make sure you are not a victim of the law of Karma.
There are so many laws governing our stay on earth, and for the next few weeks or days I would be making it a point of duty to enlighten people about it. This particular law was designed to make life balanced, just like a meter rule resting on either two knive edges or a meter rule having a single knife edge that is placed in its middle. Both two cases will make the meter rule balanced. Therefore this balance will make it not able to fall to any side unless acted upon by an external force. Therefore when an external force acts upon it, it destroys any bond the object has with balance. It destroys the constant value of life and aligns it with the trait of variability. Thus this means the action of an external body causes the constant law of life to change into a variable law. In the absence of that external force, all this has to happen to make life balanced.
I might have been using, various registers that should even be glued to the content of my texts. Do not worry cos all are aimed to giving us an insightful knowledge of the law of Karma.
**What goes around comes around!!!**
Life operates in a moving circle like manner, that passes by everyone present and blesses them with whatever it has to offer. This phrase thus means :
*Reaping what you sow*
It can be made to mean, reaping whatever one sows. No matter how long it might be, everyone in earth wlll surely reap whatever they have sown. We won't reap what we haven't sown, nah cos I don't think there is a way a person that cultivated rice is harvesting beans. This are two different thing, one is a carbonhydrate and the other a protein. Totally impossible. A person that has used most of his time on earth doing good will never be short of helpers cos Karma is a very astute creation. It is observant and monitors people's deeds. It might be slow, such that it feels like it isn't coming anymore. But one of its attributes is striking at the least expected time.
**What really is Karma and what is its connection with the coming around of what goes around ?**
Karma is a widely accepted and universally proven law of nature which causes one to reap what one sows. It is centered on receiving as a reward or harvest in the same measure as one's exertions, in a good or bad sense. It is also meant to imply an act of receiving justice. It has proven time and again to be a correct axion and comes back calling even when the person involved had long forgotten about his or her deeds. A 20 year old person may reap the rewards of his or her good deeds even at the age of 80. Sixty good years after the deed was done. You are probably surprised, yeah that's how Karma works.
**Connection**
The connection of coming around of what goes around with karma is that the phrase can be understood as a metaphor for karma. It is a direct comparison of Karma. It illustrates karma in an indirect manner. This means that karma means the going around of what comes around and vice versa.There is no exact formula that is provided for how and when karmic reactions will appear in our lives, but one can be sure they will appear in some form or other. One may be able to get away with a crime they committed, or avoid paying taxes, but according to karma, no one gets away with anything for long. Such is the dynamism with which karma works. A karmic reaction, good or bad, may or may not become manifest in the same life. It may manifest in a future life, this implies that whatever it is that is happening to us now might be the consequences of karma, from a bad deed we perpetrated in our previous life. We may not remember due to numerous reasons, but it is a product of our previous activities.

See no evil, Hear no evil, Speak no evil
This is an aphorism that is hundred of years old. It is literally an instruction to avoid bad behaviours. It is now often used though to mean ignoring bad behaviours by pretending to not see or hear it.
Most of us likes making use of the Emojis on our phones, while this is very common, we hardly know the in depth meaning of them. 🙈🙉🙊- These three Emojis are meant to denote seeing no evil, hearing no evil and speaking no evil, but what does these proverb really mean and what is its origin...? We take a look.
It is an ancient Japanese proverb that was derived from a work of art. It was a 17th century carving above the door in a particular Tosho-gu shrine in Nikko, Japan. This carving had three monkeys, one with his hands covering his eyes, another with his hands covering his ears, and the last one with his hands covering his mouth. Also, in the west, the axion means turning a blind eye to things morally wrong.
The shrine at Nikko is a Shinto shrine, and the monkey is an extremely important being in the Shinto religion. In Japanese, the 1st monkey 🙈 is called Kikazaru, the 2nd one🙉 bears the name Iwazaru, and the third 🙊 is called Mizaru. Therefore it is very pertinent to know that the proverb is a Japanese proverb originating from the Shinto religion.

These monkeys are said to cause certain Sanshi and Ten-tei not to see, hear or say the bad deeds of a person. The Sanshi are widely reported to be the three corpses that live in the body of every humans.
This might make you feel weird, but it is believed that in these Shinto religion ( similar to the Tendei Buddhism ), this Sanshi is solely responsible for monitoring and keeping tracks of records of both the good and bad deeds of a person. Then once it is automatically the night of every 60days, when such person sleeps, these Sanshi leaves the body of such person and rises to meet the Almighty in order to report about the bad deeds of such person. The Almighty will then take the case up and make it a point of duty to have them punished. Sometimes by making them sick, shortening their life span, making them commit suicide by putting an abrupt end to their lives or making series of misfortune befall them. Therefore, due to these fact, the Japanese will always stay awake on these nights. These, they believe is the only way to prevent the Sanshi from leaving their body to report.
***What then do these proverb literally mean...?***
The world is fast nearing its end, and most times people are always involved in one evil or another. And many people have fallen victims of evil people and their tactics. So the proverb is literally telling us to shun evil in every respect. It is telling us to avoid falling into the traps evil people set in order to make us turn evil as well. This proverb was famously modified into having a fourth phrase that says do no evil.

Christians....The Salt and Light of the World.

I have met a lot of christians across the globe. Some be it in my church, on social media, on the streets,as co-workers,in my department, in ceremonies and also in public transports. After these encounters, I am always thrilled with how beautiful in Christ they are, and I keep wondering why they are what they are. Do not get me wrong, I am also a christian, a devoted one at that. But the message I am trying to get across is that have you ever thought of this.... Have you ever wondered why christians are what they are?. In all sincerity and genuity, I have met others too that are not great instruments or fair enough, mirrors of faith, but the comparison has a staggering difference.
A Christian is meant to be a person who embodies the believes of the christian faith, a person whose heart and behaviours reflect Jesus Christ and upholds the tenets of the holy faith. The word christians was given to the early followers of christ. Christ is coined from the Hebrew word 'christos' which means the anointed one. Therefore christians means followers of the anointed one. Then, there is no way you might claim to be a follower of one leader and fail to behave, obey such a leader.
Looking at this from another different perspective, when Jesus was in the world, unbelievers looked at him as a role model to emulate. But now we are the ones they seem to emulate, we are those set of people the Pharisees of nowadays look up to as a role model. They look at our behaviour and they behave the same way, some might decide to give their lives to Christ, simply because of these impeccable traits they saw in us. Others might not give their lives to Christ now but as things progress they are forced. Why....? Simply because we are the salt and light of the world.
**CHRISTIANS.. THE SALT AND LIGHT OF THE WORLD**

"***Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.***
This Bible verse was a quote from Christ when he went up into a mountain to teach multitudes. All he was passing across here was that Christians are meant to be the salt of the world. That is the flavor that enhances the taste of the world, the ingredients that makes its presence known by sweetening the world. When, there isn't salt in our food, it lacks taste i.e it is tasteless and there isn't anyone willing to eat something tasteless. He also laid emphasis on the fact that if we lose our salt and flavoring traits, we shall be cast away.

***"Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.***
This particular verse had Jesus trying to illustrate that Christians are the light of the world, and anywhere they isn't a light, darkness governs. Therefore, the only way to not make Satan and the spirit of darkness rule, is by making our light shine. As christians our top priority must be making our light shine wherever we go, making people see the difference between light and darkness. Making the difference, always. Definitely, the part that says *"and it giveth light to all those that are in the house"* meant that wherever light is it shines above darkness and thus giveth light to people around.

I fell in love with my best friend in eight grade (Part 1)
Thank God it's the weekend!! Yay...... Permit me dear readers to narrate to you my very first memorable love affair.
Love, they say is a bitter- sweet relationship capable of making you extremely ecstatic and at another instance leaving your heart shredded into pieces for the rest of your life. Although I was about 13 years of age in eight grade, I still couldn't properly differentiate my left hand from my right. There was one particular day one of the seniors led a march past parade, asking us to follow his instructions. Then he loudly called out "left", on hearing that command, I simply slammed my right leg on the floor. It was kind of embarrassing later when the seniors came to know and called us out to rebuke us and potentially make us know our left from right. I must attest to the fact that this very moment completely changed my perception of life. A lot of juniors laughed, even the leading senior did and all I could wish for at this point was for me to get a knife and teach many of them a lesson they would live to regret. Lol!!. Seriously I couldn't do that, I just watched on and on.... in utter disdain at everyone present.
Then the bell rang and it was the end of the sports period, everybody went in, then I just sat down in my seat all in tears. Then she came to me, I mean my best friend Lizzy and was in all whispers asking me to clean my eyes. I couldn't respond, my mood was more than worse. Then the next thing, I knew was that she curtly took out her handkerchief and wiped out my tears, although it was brief that nobody could see or know. She then whispered another thing to my ear, honestly till today I can't clearly say this was what she said, but it seemed like *"You look handsome when you cry".* I wanted to call her back and ask what she said but I just refrained myself to avoid creating a romantic scene, actually that's what I thought just now cos I don't know the very reason I didn't call her back. Throughout the day I just couldn't focus in class, all my thoughts centered on what she did. And she was just herself, jovial, playful and active. Then I told myself I was gonna ask her what she said when we closed.
Oops!!!when the bell rang its last for the day, another friend of mine, Wisdom, whom we go home together just walked up to me and kept me busy, I was nervous, but he simply wouldn't leave my side and allow me go see her. He was asking a lot of questions and gisting about a football match he watched. I finally had enough, and simply packed my bags, stood up and left for the gate. We met a couple of friends along the road but she was still in school. Many of my friends were talking about the latest trends in town, and it was quite unusual of me to stay mute.
Then, John asked me.........
*"Hey, why aren't you talking ? Hope all is fine with ya ? And are you coming for football practice, coach's angry, you know you played woefully last time and you even missed the last training".*
I replied and said...
*"* *Sorry bro I kind of have a lot of things on my head, and football practice is just the last thing on the menu".*

*" No problem man" he replied.*
Liz, was my best friend since fourth grade, everybody knew it. Her mum was a friend of my mom's. We played, and joked around. Sometimes we read together, nothing more. But it was all getting another twist. Wasn't it ?. Suddenly I felt someone tap me, it was Wisdom. He impeded into my thoughts.
*" I know what you are thinking of". He said.*

*"I saw the look on your face, when she cleaned your eyes and whispered into your ears".*

I argued with him, we fought that very day and we didn't talk for good five weeks. Meanwhile I completely stopped seeing Liz altogether also, I just preferred keeping to myself, I didn't go for football practice too, I was lagging behind in class and at times I was hardly concentrating. I performed woefully in class tests, and I knew I wasn't myself at all. My parents were worried, everybody was. I was wandering like an eagle that lost its path.
I wouldn't want to make it a long one to bore you guys,watch out for the next part in order for you to know how I finally fell in love with her, after distancing myself.

Time is one of the most talked about topics in history. But Did You Know ?
Time has never been anyone's friend or enemy, it works alone.
If you fail to do something with time, time will do something with you.
You will be remembered for things you did or didn't do within a time frame.
Some sourbodinates will never forget what their bosses had done for them within a stipulated time.
Time speaks. Everytime you're passing through a difficulty, it's telling you to be prepared for the best or worst.
Time is enough preacher for everybody.
Time is a Raw material. You can use your time for the production of finished goods, e.g success and failure. According to John.F.Kenedy "We must use time as a tool, not as a crush".
Time is uncooperative with any man.
Time is a child to none of God's creation.
Time is natural and wasn't invented.
Time is what we want most, but we use the worst. According to Benjamin Franklin's statement, he said:. "Lost time can never be regained".
Time is irreversible, irreplaceable and Irredeemable.
Those who fail to make use of their time, are usually the first to complain of his brevity.
3year= 36 months= 1095 days. This was the same time frame Jesus completed his mission on Earth. Started age 30, and ended age 33.
Time is a parent to virtually all of God's creation.
Time Wasters
There are pretty many things that are time wasters. They make use of our precious time by squandering and we get nothing in return except time wastage. The following are a few examples of time wasters:

1. Inefficiency
Inefficiency is a time waster or simply put, a time robber. It robs us of our time. Inefficiency is not giving 💯 in what we do. It's a time robber and we must result to not allowing our precious possession be robbed again.
2. Indecision
Another stealthy robber of time is indecision. It's the ability of not being able to make a conclusion on what we are going to do in a particular situation. The time we spend in not making decisions, is actually the same way indecision robs us of our time. Had we made decisions earlier, we could have saved our property from being a victim of unarmed robbery.
3. Bad Company
Keeping a bad company is a time robber and waster. But often times due to shallow thinking, we fail to understand that bad friend corrupts good manners. Then if our good manners are corrupted, we will not do anything tangible with it. Therefore bad company has stolen our time.
4. Procrastination
I mentioned this in my last article, and it is no surprise seeing it on this list because it is a time robber. It cleverly steals our time and doesn't allow us to do what we are supposed to do with our time.
5. Joblessness
When you do not have a job, then you are bound to get involved in things that will not influence your life positively. Thus, joblessness is a time waster.

Caught unaware....
The general axion that says "failing to plan is planning to fail" is by no means an understatement and thus is in all respect a valid fact. Its validity therefore leaves many wondering why people still fail to plan.
When a person is caught unawared, a plan such person ought to have made and be rest assured wasn't made due to a couple of factors; some reasonable and others unconvincing.
Statistics show that failure is largely due to lack of plans rather than failure of a plan. Also the same statistics shows that over 80% of reasons given for a lack of preparation is unreasonable while the remaining 20% turned out convincing.
The fact that you plan makes your endeavours to succeed. A wise man has got to plan to avoid being a prey to a predator. A wise man is never caught unawared under any circumstance simply because such wise man would have had laid down plans for any outcome.
He makes different plans for different possible outcomes. He makes plan A for the surest of outcomes, plan B for a slight tweak in expectations or rather plan B for a complete change in plan A. Plan C for the most unexpected of outcomes. Making different plans makes you less susceptible to losing, being jeopardized and failing. A wise man detests hearing the word "failure". Failure owes its root to one person.... the devil. The devil was jettisoned or in the simplest of terms, dismissed from heaven due to rebellion, treachery, greediness, and also arrogance. All this later contributed and led him to that word called ****failure****
Therefore, Satan's failure makes it a total overstatement to call him a wise man. A wise man never fails, and when he ever does under the most extreme condition, he learns from it and makes no such mistake leading to failure again. This is therefore one of the enviable trait in a wise person. Satan failed to learn, and though he might claim to be wise, his eventful, inevitable, and imminent failure would eventually come back to haunt him, and will thus strengthen claims of foolishness.
The following are therefore reasons, a person is or might be caught unawared:
1. Laziness
Without any doubt, laziness ranks high among the key factors contributing to lack of a solid preparation. Laziness has never helped anyone, but instead hastens up the aftermath of success.
2. Procrastination
This word is a no stranger to people, particular those if this age. It is sadly ripping humans apart. It is an evil and should be shunned cos it can't do you any good.
3. Unseriousness
Another reason why people are always caught unawared is the issue of being unserious. Not concentrating on the right thing at the right time.
4. Carefree Attitude
This is a common social malady of showing little or no concern for something. When you are carefree, you will never be able to plan ahead. Instead you will end up not planning but failing.
5. Indiscipline
Being disciplined is pivotal to staging a sucessful plan. Indiscipline killeth plans and also when you fail to make a plan, you failed because you weren't a disciplined person.

With Faith, Noah prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by which he condemned this world, and became heir of the righteousness.
With Faith, Abraham left his hometown to a town God promised to show him without doubting.
With Faith, He sorjourned in the land of promise; a strange country.
With Faith, Abraham and Sarah gave birth to Isaac at a very old age.
With Faith, Abraham hearkened to God's voice which told him to sacrifice Isaac( The child God gave him at an old age).

With Faith, Paul and Silas were set free from prison only by singing.
With Faith, Jesus completed his assignment on earth, without for once querying the reason for being sent.
With Faith, the disciples of Jesus prayed in the temple in order to receive the Holy Spirit Jesus promised to send.
**What then is Faith ?**
Faith according to the book of Hebrews chapter 11 vs 1, which says:
"Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen".
Faith is capable of changing a person's life from bad to best just as the story of Jabez illustrates.
**Abraham: The Father of Faith**
Our forefathers portrayed and exemplified that faith is quintessential to working with God. The headline maker and which in all sincerity and considering the modern day factors, nobody might ever match him in terms of showing Faith is our father Abraham.
He was a faithful man to God, he always cooperated with him, never argued or question God. He is a real example to us if we are to earn rewards of Faith.

In The Beginning Was The Word

John chapter 1 verse 1 :
"*In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God".*
I once heard a couple of sleepless nights, over the above phrase because I couldn't phantom what it meant categorically. I thought of various things including :
***Its complication from Genesis 1:1***
***What was John, the writer of that verse trying to get across.***
***Why compare God to a mere word.***
***If God was with the word, then why is that same word God.***
Well the next morning, I couldn't stop myself visiting my pastor, to decipher the truth and potentially differentiate facts from friction. If I can remember vividly, giving word for word, I got the following reply:
*"Welcome, have your sit." (He paused for a second and looked intently at me). Then he said: " With everything you have asked, I can see your inquisitiveness. You have to understand that reading the Bible, time and again gives you different meanings. That is, when you read once you have a different meaning, and on reading again, the meaning you get will be completely different from the first, and the trend continues on and on".*
Not satisfied, I asked:
*"Why does the same word of God give you different meanings, and yet adding two to two always equal four".*
And Replying:
*"When you have the Holy Spirit, it interpretes the word of God and gives you different meanings. It not only does that with only the word of God, it gives you also, interpretations of different things of this world".*
Sensing I was still confused with the look on my face, he continued:
*" Look, I have finished reading the Bible 58 times and I am 58 years old, that is a corresponding statistics of once in one year of my life". And that also means, I have 58 meanings of that verse you came here to ask for by the special grace of God".*
Flabbergasted, I simply couldn't talk.
*"* *Digressing a little, you have to know that God is the creator of the universe, he owns the supreme control over every other creature including the word. But the word isn't his creature, because as John pointed out, in the beginning was the word, the word being God. And it would be illogically impossible for God to be created by God. The existence of God is a mystery and you shouldn't query the Almighty that created you and even that art of query".*
Still shocked, I couldn't talk but I was beginning to understand his point and what he was driving at.
*"* *He created all things with the word and by simply uttering out that word, whatever he wanted was so.*

"*It* *isn't a complication of Genesis, it is the same thing. He created heaven and Earth with the word, because he is the word and he is God".*
I couldn't remember everything he said.lol!!. But the little I remember I believe it is enough to show that God owns the word, has the supreme control over it, then there is simply nothing he says that won't be coming to fruition.

The Neighbour next door
It's being a tough start to the semester for me and the whole difficulty doesn't look like one ready to stop anytime soon. First, the lecturers with their boring classes and crazy assignments. Next, the hike in transport fares even after the festivity is over and especially the fact that inflation of transport fares doesn't guarantee you reaching classes early. A lecturer once asked the doors of his class be locked the very minute he entered the class; thankfully I had been in class earlier that day than usual. Again, the nuisance constituted by some hooligans in my neighborhood and finally, the Neighbour next door.

Living in Lagos, Nigeria is possibly one of the most interesting things to do, something that has the potential to make your life better and also make it your worst ever nightmare.
This neighbour of mine has embraced the latter as something of a pride.

Sometimes last year.....
I woke up early, with an ecstatic mood, possibly due to the fact that I came first in a class test. The test was adjudged hard by many other students, cos the questions the lecturer asked were by no means stuffs that was in the syllabus. He was a kind of weird lecturer actually, he barely came to classes and when he did, all he wanted to do was crack jokes, a kind of tactical plan of his to make students think he was an easy going person and when he wasn't cracking jokes, on an albeit serious level he wanted to sell his course hand- outs. But there was this particular day we had just finished a course and it was a kind of draining one cos we were asked to complete a pretty lot of tasks in a designated and relatively short period of time and we had this lecturer next, then some guys were like telling everybody not to bother going to his class and go rest since he was an easily predictable man wanting to crack jokes. Surprisingly(maybe to me), there was a low turnout that day, about 30 students in a department of over 250 students came to his class. On seeing this, the man then taught a topic out of context and then he seized the chance and set the question on that fateful test day. I paid rapt attention to the class and knew the questions he asked. Then after coming first and was in a triumphant mood, I noticed someone shouting outside the house. Getting there, I saw so many people around and got to know it was the neighbour my room was next to that was shouting. Then listening to why he was shouting and not being able to make anything out of it, I decided to get back inside, only to hear him call my name. Wow,I was surprised, went to him, inquired what the matter was, and next thing I had a slap on my face, WTF. Then he started accusing me of frequently using his bathing water and this time around that I carefully masterminded another plan and made away with his pot of jollof rice. I tried justifying my innocence, but nobody wanted to listen, they were all looking at me with a wicked eyes as if to strangle me. When the unrest died down, one tenant came and vouched for me that I couldn't do that and took me away. A couple of days later, the neighbour came back and was apologising that he was sorry and he had known the culprit, I angrily left his sight and wondered if he could make the crowd of that day come back begging and at the same time erase the memory from my brain.

Then this year, two days back.....
He came to my room asked me to lend him my spoon and cos I have a big heart, I gave him and he returned it after about 30 minutes.

Yesterday........
I was washing clothes and suddenly I saw him climbing up the stairs and on his phone he was telling someone he just made a lot of profit from Smart BCH. Due to my inquisitiveness, I couldn't stop myself knocking on his door, then he ushered me in and after about 2hrs non stop Q/A, I finally decided to leave, but calculating his profit, he got a whopping 1.5 BCH as profit, I couldn't believe his luck. He then asked me to forward my Bitcoin wallet address and he gave me $35 in BCH. I didn't expect it from a neighbor that embarrassed me, just about 10 weeks ago. I was so happy and he was just like telling me it was a compensation for the embarrassment. "Favour found me" , I thought.
**Lessons**
**As humans, let's master the art of confirming things we hear or think about people.**
**Let's also not repay evil with evil**
**Let's pay pretty much attention to every detail our lecturers utter as students.**
Lay the legacy and pass on the baton....

Legacy is something inherited from a predecessor or the past. In other words, it is also the amount of money left to someone as an inheritance in a will, after the death of the owner of the property. Money isn't the only inheritance that can be passed on by ones predecessors, the baton can be passed. A baton is a sport material exchanged between athletes in a relay race. On another level, the baton is the symbol of leadership, as in the baton held by the drum.
Comparing and contrasting, the kind of legacy you lay goes a long way in determining the type of baton you will pass on. Likewise, the way a runner runs from the start to the point where a baton will be exchanged is pivotal to the success of the team. It's very pertinent to know that laying the best legacy, fighting the challenges and overcoming the hurdles will make it easier for the success of ones future generation and vice- versa.
Life is a race, only the best wins, only the determined, the strong, the wise, the skillful, the dilligient get to make the cut. It is a race, filled with billions of tracks, faces, personalities, and once the whistle is blown, everyone starts running, to the destination unknown. Some are brave enough to reach the finish line undeterred, while some fail at the first hurdle, some overcome the hurdles in brilliant fashion but come short simply because they couldn't muster the energy to deliver at the moment that matters.
Some are just onlookers, immediately the race begins, their full focus will be on getting to know the winner forgetting they could have also armoured themselves to compete against the so called elites, forgetting they could have propelled themselves to be called that elite and forgetting they are jeopardizing the future of their generation cos they could have given their might and ran the race, and in the end be given a heroes welcome cos they managed to pass on the baton.
Passing on the baton simply means to bestow one's responsibility or job upon someone else. An allusion to a relay race in which one runner literally hands a baton to the next runner.
Few days back, I wrote an article titled " Journey to the West Mid-lands" where I was talking about why parents need to pay the price for their offsprings cos their ancestors paid the price for them. It is very important to know that someone paid the price for our existence and for this reason we should also pass on the baton to our offsprings and complete the chain.
Our refusal to do this is a violation of one of the universal law. There are so many universal laws applicable to day to say life living and based on this fact, refusal to lay the foundation or continue in the building of the project might lead to invoking the nature's wrath.
The struggle for survivals takes a lifetime and turns out to be the survival of the fittest, which means only the fit survived and the weak faces doom. Definitely facing your doom and not struggling it out and failing to secure the future of your yet unborn generation means you failed virtually in life and as such you might well be likened to a snake that passed on a mountain without leaving any trades.
Viewing this from another perspective, one might well be of the notion that whether you are able to succeed or not, you will pass the baton and then the burden of success becomes the challenge facing the baton receiver. Definitely the teams success would be marred by the first runner. Of course the way each and every participating running squares up with the race will go a long way but once the foundation is faulty, what can the righteous do .....

***Biblical References of people who*** **passed on the baton and those who failed**
Joshua failed to pass on the baton, after receiving it from Moses as evidenced by the fact that the children of Israel didn't know God after his demise. How woeful!!
Elijah passed on the baton to Elisha after telling him that if he could see him when he was being taken to Heaven then by chariots then double portion of his anointing and power would be his.
Then after receiving the baton, Elisha failed to pass it on to Gehazi because of Gehazi's greediness as regards secretly going back to collect Naman's appreciative gifts.
Jesus passed on the baton to his disciples, there assembled themselves in the upper room and where filled with the Holy Spirit, continuing in the ministry of Christ.
Abraham passed on the baton to Isaac, teaching him the path of God and thus made Isaac a believer and true " Christian"
**Conclusion**
Endeavour to establish a good reputation and go down in the record as one of the great people who laid a legacy and passed on a burden free baton. You have the time now and the ball is in your court.

The Fallacy of hasty generalization-1
What's up beautiful family, it's once again the start of another promising week. Flow with the tide, and don't be caught up not being on the ride.lol!!
I am a kind of observant writer, willing to always be conversant with virtually everything happening around, whether it does or doesn't affect my life. And one thing I have had the chance to come across is that people are usually quick to hastily generalize, not willing to consider all phenomenon before making a conclusion which in turn influences their decision. Lol, I lately discovered my ability to rhythm statements. It's been pretty fun and that was the very reason my last article went the way it went cos I wanted to know how I would fare, well I guess I didn't do quite well and that's the more reason I would try to be better next time out. But for now all focus and attention must be shifted to hasty generalization.
I was once in a bus, and I heard someone say to another fellow beside him that he saw another person that was so tall today and on asking the person what is favourite food was , he simply replied curtly and said " Fried Chicken and Chips, I eat them often and not even a single day have I missed eating them. They are part and parcel of me",and then the person was like telling the other person he thinks if he can make that his favorite food, then he can get very tall too cos apparently it made the guy taller. Then the person just nodded in agreement. I was simply dumbfounded, and one error I happened to catch in their conversation was the Fallacy of Hasty generalization
According to Wikipedia, "Fallacy may be defined as the use of invalid or otherwise faulty reasoning, or "wrong moves", in the construction of an argument, which may appear stronger than it really is if the fallacy is not spotted". Some fallacies are committed intentionally to manipulate or persuade by deception, while some are used unintentionally, due to ignorance, nativity, and/or illiteracy. The latter being higher up the rankings than the former.
Then Fallacy of hasty generalization is the type of Fallacy that involves reaching a conclusion based on insufficient amount of evidence i.e making a conclusion without taken into consideration all of the important variables, gathering enough amount of evidences that would simply make our claim valid.

This is an everyday error, although humans are pretty much determined to prove they are better than all other creatures, hence they are quick to do stuffs, whether in talking, replying, eating and even conversing. And often than not, this causes a rift between parties involved, one that may result to claiming lives, destroying properties, even in some cases, properties that were gathered with a lifetime saving.
It must be noted that when staking a claim on a particular argument, it is reasonable not to jump to conclusions, nor say things we aren't too sure of, instead we could just keep our mouth shut and face our business.
It is quite similar to stereotyping, only that stereotypes are widely held but false beliefs. Therefore we can save lives by frequently warning those around us to not be quick to generalize.
I should be explaining more, but I am feeling sleepy and need to catch a bout of sleep before the morning crawls in, as I have so many important assignment waiting for completion in my department. Lol!!

The "damned" Doubters
I started writing, It started rhyming.
I started posting, People started liking.
Then some started doubting, Why things had started clicking.
I am proving myself daily, And also improving daily. Some added maybe I am a poet ....baby.
Well I couldn't care less, Cos I do everything I do without any damned stress.
The gentility of my tiger shouldn't be mistaken for stupidity, As small as the needle is, nobody can claim to have the ability, The ability to swallow the damned thing.
That's why they thought I was lost in my illusion.
They used all manner of tricks, but they just couldn't bring me down cos I actually kept on rising. Why...? cos I didn't just give a damn, a damn about the useless thing.

Dear Friend, all that glitters isn't gold, Likewise, the leopard had no glimmer of hope.
Everything pointed to its death, Not least because of its wealth, Or even the damned breath,
Cos it had none. And the judgement was all but done, But it later did survive despite all odds being stacked against him and claiming he was gone.
