A Tropical Storm In The North
How are you, guys? I hope you had a good weekend.
Mine is always good on weekends because it is my free time! Though I did not publish an article last Sunday because we did a virtual sharing with my friends on Discord.

I am happy that I got to influence @Eunoia to hop into the NFT verse! He already minted some of his pixeled art on Opensea.
Thank you, sponsors!
A Tropical Storm
In this article, I just want to share some thoughts about the weather up here in the north. As of writing this article, we are experiencing storm signal number 2. It is cold and gloomy. I like the cold but the strong winds are very scary.
Yesterday, there was a power shutdown for about two hours. In my mind, I should have fully charged my power bank and gadgets. Thank God the power came back. That was the time that I charged all my gadgets.
According to PAGASA (The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration), in the northern part of the Philippines, Luzon is experiencing a tropical cyclone and now moving northwestward heading to Isabela and Cagayan area.
The storm's name is "Florita". The eye of the storm is estimated to be at the east-northeast of Casiguran, Aurora. The strength has a maximum wind of 95 kph up to 115 kph.

A Public Reminder
This morning I got a public reminder from NDRRMC (National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council). It was five in the morning when I got the text message.
In English, high waves along the coast of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Batanes, Cagayan and Isabela. Small boats must not sail.
Orange rainfall warning in Isabela. A threat of strong rain, flood, and landslide.
These are the affected area.
Also, face-to-face classes just got reopened and were suspended due to the heavy rain. It was such a bummer for the opening.
Be prepared!
For now, we prepared everything in case the storm will get stronger. It is better to be prepared and be informed all the time.
I am just thinking, that this year is a lot for the people in Luzon, especially in the Ilocos region. Almost a month ago, we got stuck by a 7.3 magnitude earthquake. It was kind of depressing at that time and a little bit up until today. It also affected me mentally and physically. It is hard to sleep and eat after the earthquake because mentally I am thinking of the aftershocks.
Please, stay safe everyone!
That is it for this article. I will see you at the next one!
