I’m not a Professional Artist but my love for art is on a different level.
I’m an Active Volunteer and I help a group of kids suffering from chronic illnesses, and this artwork is inspired by them. It symbolizes the power of “Bayanihan” Helping without expecting in return.
I used art to touch the children’s souls to let them feel that they matter and are accepted by our community. I want them to realize how magical Art is.
This artwork is crafted with heart, enlightening everyone that there are kids seeking help, affection, and love. I made this art to be their voice.
Sunflower Tote Bag
Hi, Everyone Happy weekend!
Here's my new blog about art, and I did this cause my team leader requested it so I made it for her as a farewell gift.
**Art materials that I've used:**
Acrylic paint
water
paint brush
canvas bag/tote bag
retarder
tape
chalk
Just like before, same process.
I put a tape first for my border this served as my guide for the whole painting process.
I sketch the sunflower using a pencil and since I'm using black canvas I doubled it with chalk.
anyways, it's my first time using a black canvas bag I rarely used it and besides, It's hard to find this kind of bag in the art shop.
I started painting with the leaves and lastly, the disc floret and ray floret.
That's it! my TL taught me a lot and she deserves this Sunflower.
*Sunflower recognizes the various treasures in life, optimism is also a manifestation of appreciation. Sunflowers are a great choice for thank-you gifts.*

A tiny Panda
**Yo! Readcash fam. Happy weekend!**
Insomnia attacked me last night and because of this, I finished art using acrylic.
My office mates ask me to paint her a Panda art; in return, she will treat me to lunch. lol!
Materials ;
Acrylic paint
Mini canvas

Pencil
First, I sketched the Panda and I want to make it simple as possible.
After that, I started the painting process.
I start with the bamboo with light and dark green.
This is it! Haha, I didn't make it complicated cause I'm too sleepy and besides, minimalist is cool!
My officemate loves it tho and I received my reward. Charaaaan!

Princess Mononoke (Acrylic on wood)
Hi there! how's everyone?
It's good to be back, I miss this platform, I've been these past few weeks as we are now approaching midyear and there are some errands that I need to do. You know!
For this blog, I'm going to share the art that I've done last Saturday.
Boredom hits me that day plus a heavy rain so I grab my art materials and I saw my coffee pot, which is a tiny carved wood.
At that moment, I was thinking about a Ghibli character and I suddenly remembered **Princess Mononoke** so I started sketching her.
After the sketch, I started the painting process.
for my guide, I made the hair light green and for her hairband, I chose the dark colour blue
When I finish the painting I feel that there was something wrong so I made some changes.
I grab the red colouri and made some fresh blood on her mouth for the final touch.
This is the final result hope you like it! :)

The Pinto Art Museum
**Hi There!?**
How are y'all? hope everyone is doing great. It's been a month since my last visit here and I can say that I miss all of you.
anyways, I just want to share with you guys my museum trip last month and I'm sure you gonna love it! I take a lot of pictures since they allow it, lol!
in celebration of National Museum Day, all visitors are entitled to free entrance.
The regular entrance fee costs 4.97 USD (280 Php).
I've visited a lot of museums but this one is on a different level, the ambiance, the galleries, the arts and it is quite spacious.
Museum visits made me realize something I can't explain but it satisfies my soul.
I also visited museums for *education and learning*. Museums offer a wealth of knowledge about history, art, science, and culture. It's an opportunity to learn about different topics engagingly and interactively aside from that, I want to be more inspired and unleash my creativity
The museum is located in the middle of the forest aside from art you can also able to feel the fresh air from trees and plants.
They had a lot of art collections that you can find here and I love to share some.

the artworks in this gallery are painted by ***Emmanuel Garibay*** He's not that famous, but, I love his artworks I can say that his piece contains a series of works that were critical of the rituals, rites, and norms of established and traditional religious worship specifically the ones that practiced by Filipino Catholics.
**Contemporary Arts** or the "The art of today " Basically it is the art of this modern era and this Museum has a lot of contemporary artists that invite to showcase their masterpieces.
*Visiting Museums can challenge one's perspectives and encourage people to think critically about the world around them, for me, It's a form of escapism, it allows me to travel from different worlds and take a break from stressful everyday life.*

James Peak: First hike this 2023
Hi Everyone.
How are your New year Celebrations?
It's good to be back, I just ended this year with a blast with a simple celebration with family and friends, and I want to start my 2023 with more outdoor experiences.
last Friday night I grabbed my gear and things, we did hike and camp at James Peak. It was located along Rizal, Philippines.
We started the hike at 9 PM and reached our destination around a quarter to 11 PM. The place is absolutely near to our home and it is a newly open campsite and the most exciting part is me and my friends are the only people on that day 5 of us in a huge peaceful place.

The view is astonishing we can see the whole metro city.
We had our simple dinner, glad that the campsite has a table for this one and emergency light. I'm with Rocky, Jasphie, Gilbert, and Levin. Those are my friends and I'm the eldest, I'm literally with the minors. I want them to appreciate also the nature and how awesome outdoor activity is.
The night's getting deep and the wind really freezes us so we decided to make a fire to keep us warm, we talk about our lives, and I ask them about their plans when they grew up. Looks like I'm acting as their Big Bro. lol!
I slept in the hammock while my friends slept in the tent.
we were amazed when the morning arrives, the view is more clear
We didn't see the mini lights, and heart-shaped background at night so we were just more amazed when we explore the site.
This penthouse is not operating yet, maybe this is built for a mini coffee shop or mini store.
We packed up our things at exactly 7 AM and went home.
My friends said that they didn't have camping before so they are so happy when I joined them.
Love this experience and we'll definitely do this again!

Different kinds of Korean Hats

Last time I visit the Museum located in BGC, Manila.

For this blog, I will focus on Traditional Korean Hats and I'm gonna drop some photos that I've captured during my visit.
Korea is called the Land of Hats.
In traditional Korean society, it was customary for men to wear a hat when they went out because the appropriate presentation was significant. You could quickly identify a man by his hat because hats differed by rank, occupation, ceremony, and season. Scholars who studied **Confucianism** used one width of cloth to wear as a **"bokgeon"** that dropped in a natural curve from the crown to the back of the head or the **"yugeon"** with pointy folded sides. A boy celebrating his first birthday wore a **"hogeon"** that was inspired by the face of a tiger to chase off evil spirits. **Galmo** a portable hat made by folding oiled paper blocked the rain. In the chilly winter, men wore **"Hwiwang" which** enhances insulation by adding animal fur to the lining and covering the shoulders. Horsehair, bamboo, straw, cloth, paper, and fur were used to create hats of different shapes that matched the season.
**GAT**
A traditional hat of Korea is a representative of man's headgear made in the fifth century and worn until the 19th century during the Joseon Dynasty normally created in black also called **"Heuklip" (black hat).**
Consisting of a round hat and wide brim called **"Chaeng"** also called "**Yangtze."**

Doing painting at Señorita Rica Coffee Shop
Last night I was able to visit the best relaxing and overlooking coffee shop here in the Philippines it was located in the Province of Rizal, City of Antipolo.

They had a massive space for a parking area so you don't have to worry about your vehicle their most badass guard also secures it.
This is the Guard that I'm talking about lol! I forgot to ask his name but I call him "Bond" he looks adorable but not, so don't ever think to mess with him he can make your life miserable, Just kidding! he's so smart and gentle he can smile once you ask him for a picture.
The entrance is just wholesome! The nutcracker soldiers will welcome you and you can feel the Christmas vibe in an instant.
Ps. I'm not mad, I'm just acting like a nutcracker too Sheesh!
The Aquarium is so relaxing, Groot catches my attention too he's making friends with the school of fish.
After I order, I went up to the roof and that's the best spot for a stunning and relaxing view.
I just order a cup of macchiato and I enjoy it a lot! however, I feel there was something wrong, I know that the coffee is not enough haha so I ordered another drink and snack and spend a lot of time with this amazing view.
To enjoy this place, I took out my art mats and starts painting this is a watercolor by the way.
This is what I painted, an abstract piece, and **No Face** a fictional character from Spirited away.
I didn't focus on the details cause it was too dark in my spot however, my goal is just to paint and release stress, and proud to say that it's a success!

How to Pomodoro
Good evening my dear writers and readers :)
How are you? been busy these past few weeks as I spend it with my family and for myself as well.
Have you found yourself procrastinating about the work that needs to finish? or hurrying and don't know what task to do first?
I found myself procrastinating to meet the deadlines ahead of time. Then I discover this powerful app that was really helpful for me it saves me a lot of time and I maximize the effort using a Pomodoro method.
What is Pomodoro anyways?
To summarize, **Pomodoro** is a method to handle your time management sufficiently and effectively, you just have to do your specific task by using time intervals of work and rest.
Pomodoro only has 6 steps:
Decide on the task to be done.
Set the Pomodoro timer (typically for 25 minutes)
Work on the task.
End work when the timer rings and take a short break (typically 5–10 minutes).
If you have finished fewer than three pomodoros, go back to Step 2 and repeat until you go through all three pomodoros.
After three pomodoros are done, take the fourth Pomodoro and then take a long break (typically 20 to 30 minutes). Once the long break is finished, return to step 2.

and to apply this to your work here is an example of how I use this Pomodoro App.
Upon starting the app you can see the calendar, and you are able to pick the date or time when using the timer the date with green numbers below is the day when you use it, and for how long you use it is shown and converted into minutes.
This is what it looks like when you start the timer once you start the play button in the middle of the tomato the 25 minutes timer will stop counting.
In the first Pomodoro, I start working on my Excel report I prioritized this because this is the one that will need to finish ahead of time. Will focus on this until the 25 minutes run out!
When the 25 minutes end up you can notice an alarm saying that the 1st Pomodoro is ended and this will be my rest, you can do everything you want at that given time. I spent those 5 minutes going to the comfort room, drinking water, making coffee, or doing stretches another alarm will show off on your monitor meaning that your 5 minutes are done.
This is the second Pomodoro, this time I will be doing my report in Microsoft word and just focusing on it for another 25 minutes
as you can see the process is just repeated this is just to remind you that you can jump off to the other task if needed after 2nd Pomodoro ends alarm will notify you again and that's your second rest.
On Third Pomodoro, I will be doing my draft here at Read.Cash, I know I'm not able to finish it in 25 minutes however, the goal of Pomodoro is to focus on the specific task in the given time so for the next 25 minutes, I'm gonna spend it writing until I finished it by the next set of Pomodoro.
The process is easy.
Work, rest, and repeat!
Ohhh! don't forget the long break 😉
I'm able to finish 3 tasks using this helpful Application.
I maximize my time without procrastination, this will be a game changer and a perfect app for those who love to multitask.

Mag kape at Mug Cafe'
Hi, There Fellas!
I had a good Saturday night as I filled myself with caffeine and sweets here at Mug Kape (Antipolo) This coffee shop is located in Rizal, Philippines.
Just a simple coffee shop with an aesthetic vibe what I love about this coffee shop is the atmosphere and it is nearby to my place also a Pizza shop if you want some you can partner it with your drinks tho.
A small coffee shop, enough to accommodate 8-15 people but I love it, unlike other crowded coffee shops.
I spend my time alone here mostly on weekends or after my office work I don't need to worry about the traffic anymore, I can walk If I want to.
They offer varieties of beverages including;
Frappes
Hot/Iced coffees
Milktea
Fruit tea
They also had snacks to pair with your favourite drinks.
Nachos
Mac and Cheese
Carbonara
Cakes and Pastries
*(Muffins, Cookies, crinkles, and cheesecakes)*
The coffee and snacks are good, tasty, and delicious plus the staffs are friendly and accommodating.
When visiting the shop, I always have a book with me, or my laptop to read or write some articles. I just love doing it I can appreciate my coffee more when doing some other kinds of stuff, and also to avoid distraction it's effective! cause no one will approach you when you are doing it.
Just want to avoid people as long as I can, you can try this life hack too.
It's helpful and somehow peaceful lol!
The coffee beans placed along the corner are just perfect! the smell of it attracts me I don't know but it is energized and makes me more alive

This minimal design makes the shop attractive, to me as a person who loves art. I appreciate abstract painting sometimes I find myself staring at that artwork, maybe they can flex my paintings too? hmm, not a chance! My artwork sucks! lol
I'm scared about the photo shoot, but because Christmas is coming!
I let them take a shot. I just need to give them a wonderful and bright smile that can change the whole world HAHA!

The First artwork that saved me from Death
Hey Fellas ~
Good evening! How's your weekend? hope you enjoy it!
Sorry for being inactive as I work on some personal things and I hope for its success! :)
I want to share with you the very first artwork that I created back in 2021.
It was in the middle of the Pandemic when people are extremely suffering and dying out of nowhere.
The time when depression and mental health was a big issue, can trigger anyone due to the virus that ruins and destroyed many lives.
Also, the best time for me cause on this event I didn't realize that I will become an artist, I don't have any emotion of love for art the truth is, I was irritated by the smell of the toxic paints and colors we have a stocked art mat that given by my cousin it was a complete set but nobody will use it from my family.
The pandemic taught me how to manage my time effectively. I'd been suicidal cause I've been a close contact always and ended up getting locked down even tho I have a strong immunity I also have regular exercise, but being APO leads me to do my task without thinking about the virus, weeks passed by I'm still thinking about what happened to me until one night I decided to end my life there are so many problems running on my head that triggers me to think that way.
I'm about to get a rope but instead of a Rope what I get is the brushes and I was slipped by mini bottles of acrylic that make me more irritable. I pick one bottle and throw it to the ground and it broke! the acrylic spilled to the floor and when I'm about to pick it up, the color mixed with other colors accidentally, and I was astonished by its result! I picked up the paintbrushes and a canvas then the outcome was an abstract I keep doing the stroke until I satisfy my soul.
With every stroke on the canvas, there's inside of me that feels happy and free.
I suddenly forgot about the rope I should be dead by now, but then art saved me :)
have you noticed the band on my arm? Yeah! I keep hiding the scars on my wrist I do self-injury every time I get frustrated.
This symbolizes a free and newborn man, implying that no matter how dark the time is there's always a way to escape you just have to find the way out!

I put this painting in my area at the office, it serves as my reminder to be grateful and gives importance to my life.

Visiting my Father at Providence Memorial Park
Hi Fellas! I hope that everyone is doing well.
Some of us are now celebrating the solemn holy day of **"All Saint's Day"** It was originally celebrated by Catholic Church every November 1 annually.
In the past years, my family and I celebrated it and we actually put a maximum effort just to celebrate it, spending a lot of money on the food, accommodations, and tents. We gather each family member and all of us are present.
Every last day of October, tents, and cottages are already set up and we spent 1 night and 1 day on my Father's grave.
That was before, but this year is quite different we didn't even plan it we also forgot our yearly traditional rituals as my Bro and Sisters including my Mother change their perspective about religions specifically Catholicism.
It was a long story but to summarize, my family, change sides on religious beliefs which is I think a good thing.
Anyways, This 31st October I spend myself reflecting on nature as I have my first Solo Camping *(will make a separate blog for it)*
This All Saint's Day I just visit my Father's tomb and since my family is not available I have no choice but to do it myself, I just bring the tent with me and I'm good to go I stayed at the Providence for almost 3 hours and when the heavy rain drops I packed my things and went home.
Before going home, I saw my cousin and his husband, her father which is basically my uncle is also buried in the same memorial park good thing cause we have some time for a little bonding anyways, I'm the one wearing a Beret Cap.
So happy to see them again, heavy rain ruined the moment lol!

Friday walk with my Best Pal
Cold Saturday Everyone! :)
It's still raining here in our area with a quite strong wind so keep safe, especially my fellow kababayans.
This blog is all about last Friday. I'm with Rodney my best bud, he's my childhood friend I have solid memories and bond with him tho we are both busy with our own life we still manage to have some time for our bonding it's been years since our last hang out and we don't have any plan we just met in the mall lol!
He has the same style, hair, looks, and even height lol!
He's going to buy some personal stuff and since Friday I told him to go wherever he wants I'm all in.
We went to SM Megamall and we were heading the same way, I also convinced him that the thing he was looking for can be found inside the mall.
This giant Christmas tree and meta robots will welcome you upon entering the mall those lights and decors are awesome it is somehow relaxing.
After taking some pictures we went to OXGN this is what he was looking for, he bought a shirt and it was an anime shirt I didn't recall the specific design, Oh It was Tanjiro! from Demon Slayer
When he already bought his stuff I told him that it was my turn so he accompany me also to the BAR he says he doesn't want to drink alcohol I just laughed at him are you even my best bud? I'm not talking about the bar that you think I replied.
This is my kind of Bar and he just laughed at me HAHA
I don't have any plans to buy any materials but I saw an art mat that I think would be very helpful for me. I bought 1 pc. Acrylic (Flesh) and transparent palette board.
I convinced myself that this is a good buy and not a Budol lol!
When we already have our stuff, we decided to eat our dinner at Mang Inasal
I told him that I'm on diet however, I missed this kind of food so basically, I cheated once again and have myself a 4cups of rice and Halo-halo I promised that I'm gonna burn this the other day but for now let's enjoy the foods haha
After that, we decided to go home since the heavy rain is about to fall.
We reached home at exactly 9 PM and rest.
`This will be a good day Friday! will do it again for sure hopefully, we can set another day for not just an unplanned hang out.`

Spooky verse Office
Hi there Readers! :)
Sorry for being inactive that is only because we only have a short processing time on our reports and daily tasks also November is approaching and as always, some of my officemates are preparing for their vacation on holidays and long weekends in order to celebrate all saints and all soul's day also known as **Undas**
Filipinos gather to commemorate and respect their family members and loved ones who already passed away, some individuals travel early to avoid the hustle and being stuck at transport terminals.
well anyways, I wrote this blog just to share this spooky experience that we did a while ago, my colleagues and I decided to prepare and do a simple design for our department just to express the Halloween vibe.
using colorful paper and cardboard we made a spooky pumpkin and creepy spiders and we put it on the front desk, we also put some mini ghosts and mini pumpkins on the fluorescent light to create a dark vibe.
Meet our friendly and adorable Receptionist **"Lady Basha"**
we just made it using scratched printed papers and cardboard isn't she lovely?
She can answer any concerns but every question that you've asked half of your life is already taken lol! so I suggest that just follow her finger and don't ask her anymore if you value your life. Lol
We are also planning to make a horror booth unfortunately, we're out of materials and time so we will continue it by the next day :)
It was so relaxing to unleash my creativity at a time like this hope they increase my salary because of this effort, Nah! I'm just kidding Haha!

A night in Capitol Commons
Yo! Read.Cash Fam :D
It's been a long and tiring Thursday! I've got to go home late due to deadlines that I need to finish and I said to myself that after this, I'm going for a night walk and looking for a good place to rest.
I finished my work at 6 PM. I packed my things and go for a walk I've been working around the metro but I've never been to the place that they called **"Capitol Commons"** actually I heard it once from my office mate but that time I'm not interested cause I avoided some of my co-workers and I know that place is their favorite spot.
I decided to visit that place but before I'll do that I let my officemates go first and I spend more time in the office enough to make sure that they already got home lol!
I started walking at 6:30 PM the place is near to the office, just a 10 minutes walk.
I already saw a small park full of lights, grass, and trees, there were a lot of Benches and fitness enthusiasts that doing cardio, now I have an idea where to spend my midnight cardio lol!
To enjoy the place I look for a coffee shop first and buy a cup of coffee
I ordered Macadamia ( my best pick of course)
I went back to the park and get a better spot where I can spend some time reading and reflecting.
I put my earphone on so one will attempt to distract me or talk to me.
I open up my book also and continue reading the book "***CATS"*** yeah it's literally about Cats lol!
Time passed by and I didn't notice that It was already 8:00 in the evening, I'm not able to finish the book, and I'm out of coffee so I fixed myself and things and travel back home.
It was a happy Thursday night! I discover another peaceful spot and soon my workout place lol!
I'm starting to love that park and I'm looking forward to visiting it again, the peace and silence make it special :)

The moment when I saw a lady of the same height as mine in the middle of the peaceful forest, she was running away from me and as a curious man I tried to follow her but every time she run the place got darker and darker and even the lady turns into the black until she completely becomes a shadow.
I can still hear her voice, she's calling my name so I run fast as I can, I caught her once but I can't touch her so I ask her instead
"How did you know my name?" she didn't respond and again, she ran away from me. She's faceless, it's strange because I heard her saying my name just imagine a woman's body shape covered with black a completely shadowed, but I noticed the tears on her face you can say that she's in deep pain.
She slows down so I slowed down as well, I didn't realize that the place becomes smaller and turns into a small oval shape, a yellowish orange color fills around the corner that serves as a light and I stand back to avoid getting locked up with her, she's shrinking and turned into a small heart.
I woke up with tears and there was a heavy thing inside of me, I can't explain it!
I meditate and pray to make myself feel good and I was relieved.
Every time I have a bad dream like this. I am trying my best to avoid everyone or to get attached to someone cause I know there's something's bad that about to happen. I knew it! cause it happens to me not just once.

I spent my spare time chillin' like a villain in an Amusement park and of course, I'm with myself Haha do I need to expect anyone to accompany me? Lol, I'm used to it don't mind me. Oks lang ako! Huehue XD
I finished my work early so I had enough time to waste.
I need a train ride to reach my destination, it is just a 15 - minutes ride from the office no hustle, Sheeesh!
When I arrived, the first thing that I looked for is the KTV tho I'm not a good singer lol!

I also try "Piano tiles" one of my fave arcades since I love playing the Piano too.

Of course, to make this day complete I stopped and eat at a small food cart
"Quesa Avenue". I have Quesadillas, cold taho (not your ex) fries, and Calamansi juice.
I had a great day today. I can say that I enjoy it a lot, especially when I'm in my own company.

These Iconic characters never get old! Please don't mind the black spilt on top I already fixed it using glue and powder, I just mixed it also with water and apply it.

Unfinished Painting and a night with stars and moon
Happy Weekend! :)
It's been a week of stress and depression so I decided to rest my mind for a bit and escape away from this busy world
So once again, I went to my favorite spot along the mountain and packed up my art materials as well as the unfinished anime portrait. "Eren"
It's still not finished because of my hectic schedule but I'm excited to work on it again.
I have my paint brushes, pallete, and my acrylic paintings.
I arrived at my spot around 4 PM and I'm sure that I can't finish the artwork again it was almost dawn the moon is waving already.
I didn't finish it as I expected haha I'm struggling till now but I want this artwork memorable that's why I don't want to finish it in a hurry.
Instead of pushing myself I just open my laptop glad that I also brought this one tho It was planned cause my backup plan is to publish a blog in case I didn't finish the artwork.
The night gets deep and I love the breezy wind glad that the moon is visible I spotted a full moon lucky me.
It was around 9 PM when I finished writing so I sit calmly and bought a cup of coffee.
I just Stare at the moon and stars for a couple of hours, it is so peaceful!
I love this feeling, the experience and escape that I really need.
It's good to be alive and I'm thankful for it

Poster paint and No Face
Wazzup everyone!
I'm on WFH setup today cause after I experienced the MRT Train incident, I told myself I needed a one-day rest lol! this happened yesterday at about 5 PM when the entire train station MRT-3 said that there was a technical glitch on the track circuits along Taft Avenue station.
Regular train operations from North Avenue station to Taft Avenue station and vice versa resumed after the technical glitch was resolved at around 6:53 PM.
Luckily, I'm at the shaw station on that day I'm able to catch the last journey and went arrived home at 8 PM.

**No-Face or Kaonashi** is a dark spirit who resembles a black humanoid being with a white mask. He devours other spirits and can absorb their emotions into his own soul, causing him to take on their attitudes, especially negative ones, which lead to his transformation into a villain. He serves as an antagonist until his redemption.
One of my fave characters in the movie **Spirited Away** he's also kind and gentle. He eats other spirits and absorbs their negativity it results in his being sensitive and generous that he gave all his golds to Chihiro until he's gone too far he becomes aggressive, greedy, and hurts some spirits, when Chihiro confronts him he realized his sensitivity he becomes more gentle and docile that's why Chihiro let him join and accompany her along the way.

he doesn't speak aside from moaning lol!
I love this character so I decided to paint him using poster paint.

These photos are just in the part of Luzon including Quezon, Bulacan, Aurora, Gapan, Nueva Ecija, and more, not to mention other affected areas. Imagine how destructive this typhoon is.
**Typhoon Karding** also known as Noru (International name) has maximum sustained winds of 195 km/h. It underwent a period of “explosive intensification” before making landfall, as its maximum sustained winds increased by 90 km/h in 24 hours.
Signal No. 5 was the highest wind signal raised and the rain reached torrential levels.

This super typhoon kills several people and even animals, It destroys shelters and leaves a lot of people hopeless.
In this moment of devastation, Sierra Madre (The Backbone of Luzon) took a stand and do her thing she protects more lives. Being the longest mountain range in the Philippines, she acts as a natural shield against these natural disasters and floods we all know that trees prevent soil erosion, and trees also play a vital role in slowing wind and water flow. I can say that the Sierra Madre really saves millions of lives.

for today's blog, I'm gonna share with you how beautiful the National museum of fine arts is.
I took a 1 day's leave last Wednesday cause there's something that I can't explain like I'm lost or whatever and I need to breathe and calm my mind.
I decided to go to SM north for my passport renewal but while travelling I forgot that the transaction and appointments must be online. So I went to Manila instead, using the LRT I revisit the Museum for the fourth time if I had been given a chance I want to live there, to be honest.

A portrait of our National Hero **"Dr Jose Rizal"**
In this area, is a mural painting about the history of the Philippines from the arrival of Magellan, world war and until we became free I suggest you visit it personally so you can appreciate it more :)
There are also varieties of mediums inside and you gonna love it for sure!

I took an opportunity to get a mirror shot lol!
Upon entering, the first painting that you will see is this one.
One of the best and most iconic paintings by Juan Luna **"The Spolarium"** well, as expected cause this artwork is controversial and won a first-class medal in the Madrid Exposition of Fine Arts. He did it! Proud Filipino here 👌
It illustrates two dead gladiators being dragged by Romans to the centre. On the left, scavengers eye the dead men’s possessions while a Roman beside them raises a fist in protest. A woman mourns a loved one on the right side while an old man searches for a body amid the smoky haze. The depiction of Roman cruelty in the painting has been interpreted as an allegory for the state of the Philippines under Spanish rule.

Curiosity makes me do a little research about this, I also watched a documentary explaining Luna and this painting. There are speculations and theories that Luna killed his own wife and just like his Brother Antonio Luna, Juan is known as aggressive and quite impetuous if you are interested to know more about him you can watch this documentary by Howie Severino.

This is how it looks like outside I keep it simple and surrounded by water, haha so no one can steal my artwork because they can't swim lol! I have a shark also underwater so they can steal but they can't live a long life lol, just kidding!
This space is simple and plain that's why I picked it.
This is me on the metaverse, the outfit and looks are very me ( Very Filipino) Aesthetic Sh*t! HAHAHA.
This is the entrance, and the white circle was a portal or a starting point when you visit my gallery.
Yeah! Those are my paintings using a traditional method. Acrylics, posters, and canvas I just mint so I can display them in my gallery.
There are approximately 30 artworks inside mixed with my own painting and digital NFT that I bought.
I had Kakarot and Deadpool collections and I get them for free. Yeah!
I saw a note on my last visit to the gallery, It was from Kaneki one of the artists and he's been my friend for a long time he looks interested in this piece and he offers 10 USD for it and I accept his offer with no hesitation ❣

That piece is very special to me and I'm gonna tell you the story behind that piece.
I saw that girl in my dream a couple of times the face is not that clear I'm able to get the details of her back, she's always running away with the white dress there are times that I can't sleep because of it that's why I painted it to stop my curiosity until now, she's showing on my dreams, however, I still didn't saw her face ( lagi lang siyang nakatalikod) I need Joseph to explain this, I guess.

Cardio and meditation in the middle of the rain
Yo, my fellow readers and writers :)
Just want to share this experience from yesterday's exercise.
It was a rainy afternoon, and I drank too much coffee resulting in being hyped it's on a different level and I need to let it out.
I grab my ass off do a little warm up and start running in the middle of the heavy rain.
I only wear running shoes, shorts, and a Jacket I also brought my jumping rope so I can use it on my workout spot.
**What I noticed about running while raining is this:**
1. My Body temperature is stable
2. Endurance increases than normal weather
3. It's easy to do a proper breathing
4. Longetivy in every set
I was able to finish my HIIT workout by applying 0nly my body weight the technique is a short time for rest and more on moving like 2 minutes for a specific exercise and 30 secs. rest. Repetitions make it more intense building up muscle and burning fats at the same time.
It's literally raining as you can see after a half-hour body weight exercise
I start working on my legs using a jumping rope.
I'm just glad that my place is located in not so crowded area, happy that I grew up in a mountainous environment.
As always, I finished my routine with meditation.
It is also my first time doing meditation while raining, the experience differs from before more calming and peaceful I only hear is the rainfalls, the wind, bugs, and birds. I was able to unlock my Avatar state lol 🧘♂️

That piece that I released is about 5 years ago. It's all about my childhood playmate.
I have a crush on her I said that I'm gonna marry her once we're at the right age, unfortunately, her mother take her to the province and after that, I never heard anything from her I tried to find her on Facebook but no result as well, I'm on a deep pain when I lost her, can't fight the agony that really ate me in a whole.
I missed her and always prayed that she was doing good.
I also made a song about my first heartbreak and I guess you will see it on my channel but I hope It was not muted. Cause I got a copyright strike. lol!

I'm able to make art. It is my first painting, an abstract.
During the Pandemic, when I start to fall in love with painting, to be honest, I don't like the smell of acrylics or even the scratch of pencils, and here I am now, unexpectedly I now love the things that I once hated. well, I just love the process maybe that explains all lol!
This piece is all about myself. I was drowning in stress and depression which makes me think it ruined my life I hate to say it but, I tried to end my life once and I saw paintbrushes and a piece of paper that is owned by my cousin and since there's no one wants to use it I grab it and that's how it all started.

SOHS Ph at Panguil Eco Park
Hello, my fellow readers and writers :)
hope you are doing good and healthy as always.
For today's blog. I'm going to share with all of you my experience in Panguil Eco park located at Siniloan Laguna.
I recommend this place If you want some peace or to calm your mind.
Anyways, this is our side trip our last tree-planting event, together with my co-volunteers we headed our way to panguil river to experience the cold water and also to have some bonding.
At the main entrance, you gonna see this view so I take the opportunity to get some shots. Anyways, the regular entrance fee is 75 pesos however, the management gave us a discount of 50php per head since we are volunteers and taking care of nature which makes us happy, yeah! not bad cause we saved 25 pesos.
There is a long bridge along the way, which is perfect for a dramatic shot, and under the bridge are rivers and cottages.
Just look how relaxing it is! everything you see is trees, water, and rocks. The Serenity and calmness touch my soul. I feel infinite!
that's the reason why I love to take care of our nature cause they take care of you too.
You can sit and relax in that floating cottage we spent some minutes here and talk about our plans.
In this area, there is a huge rock that looks like a boat unfortunately, I'm not able to take a picture of it. Just Imagine a boat made of stone.
This area is called Dam.
the water that flows in this dam is so cold but it is not that deep maybe 2-3 ft.
after a quick tour, we order food to eat then we enjoy the rest of the afternoon playing volleyball at Dam. Kinda epic cause it's hard to move while on the water lol!
I'm about to throw a spike but my foot doesn't cooperate so I'm gonna give my teammates a toss instead. HAHA
We had a good time, I didn't expect to be happy that time cause it was raining when doing a tree-planting but when we arrived it suddenly stops.

we already set plans for future events and looking forward to making it happen but I am already optimistic that it will happen cause I had the best circle of friends.

Poster paint is one of the well-known paints recommended for artists who desire to reveal their creativity. This distemper paint uses glue size or gum-water as its binder.
What I also love about poster paint is it is non-toxic, water-soluble, safe to use, and affordable.
I used different colours and make it colourful as possible.
Yeah! This style is cubism "Pablo Picasso's art style" I admire this artist for making cubism more influential and meaningful.

Tree Planting X Trekking
Yo! My dear readers and writers :)
For today's blog, I'm gonna share my awesome experience yesterday in our 4th Tree Planting event which we held in Laguna, Siniloan.
In total, we have 30 participants including PNP and MENRO from DENR.
The view and planting area are relaxing and stunning however, you need to hike and trek in able to reach the area and that makes it more challenging.
It was a rainy day, and it was quite muddy with a strong wind the struggle pushed us to re-scheduled but it doesn't stop us from our mission, we need to do it Rain or Shine! Glad that during the hike the rain suddenly stops.
At the planting area, MENRO already dug and put a mark for our seedlings less hustle cause some of us forgot our shovels all we have to do is plant the tree properly.
Anyways, the trees that we planted are Narra Trees we have 300 seedlings and I planted 9 of them. Yey! I hope all of them grow.
I wrote my name on this tag which means, I own this tree. I planted this one proudly.
Look how happy am I! HAHA, I believe that if you are happy while planting there is a high possibility that your plant will grow healthy.
Of course, we finished the event with a group photo :)
maybe this is our last tree planting event for this year, and we are focusing now on monitoring the plant, also looking forward to other volunteer events like clean-up drives, and feeding programs.
we are looking forward to a better environment. Greener and clean nature
not only for us but for future generations.
