Today was so exhausting and overwhelming at the same time. Being a teacher, a daughter, and a sister makes me tired somehow, but I am still grateful for this life that God given me. Goodnight everyone! Tomorrow is another day. Let's give everything to the Lord, and pray that everything will get better. God bless everyone. 🤗

Today, I heard a quote that says "comfort is the enemy of success" I strongly agree with this. Sometimes, we are afraid to go out in our box because we are comfortable inside. The more we feel comfortable the more it stops us from growing. But when we are ready to take risk and do things that is hard, the more we learn and the more we get through success. So even we are afraid, and even in doubt, do it anyway! 🤗
Hello everyone , good evening! 🤗 Today is tiring yet satisfying because it's a very productive day for me. I've done so many tasks today so I am so grateful that God showered me strength and keeps me ahead of my goal. So, how about you? 🤗
Day 8 of 365! Today, overthinking consumes me a lot 🥺 One thing that I really want to remove in my life is overthinking. Mentally processing too much at once can drain your energy. Overthinking can make me feel a mix of emotions, often leaning toward stress and discomfort. It constantly replaying scenarios or worrying about the future that can create in me a sense of unease. Then I realized that to cope with overthinking, I need to focus on what I can control. I need to practice mindfulness by staying present and grounding myself in the moment. Break tasks into small steps, and avoid perfectionism. Journaling or talking to someone you trust can help me release pent-up thoughts. Now, I always remind myself not every problem needs an immediate solution—take things one step at a time.
Day 6 of 365! "Never force something to happen" Today, I've read a post says "never force something to happen" - then, I realized that things that is meant for us will naturally come for us no matter what. We should stop chasing something that is not meant for us, because this may lead us to lose our self-esteem and dignity at the same time. If we force things to happen, definitely we will not be happy in the end.
Day 5 of 365! "Do not be a people pleaser anymore" For the past few years of my life, I admit that I'm a total people pleaser. I always think and do things that will benefits others and set aside my feelings just to make them feel comfortable and at ease. But then, I realized that it was suffocating and draining at the same time. Everything about me became lesser and weaker. Then I felt that it's okay that I don't have to be a cup if tea all the time, and prioritize myself more. So this year, I am working myself even harder to think and love myself first before anyone else, and I noticed that I'm loving that version of mine. So for everyone who have been a people pleaser for their lives, love yourself now, and prioritize things that makes you feel better! 🤗
Day 4/365 "Just go with the flow" This year, I decided not to make and list down any New Year's Resolution, not because I don't want to but I just felt disappointed when I can't meet any of my expectations or resolutions that I listed. So this year, I just go with the flow and just promise myself one thing, that is to be more prayerful, and let God do the rest. This year, I just want to have more peace . How about you? 🥰
I hope this is not to late, but I just want to greet everyone a Happy New Year. 🤗 Let's all welcome the year, 2025! Cheers to a fresh start and endless possibilities! Wishing you a bright and prosperous New Year filled with joy, success, and memorable moments. Here's to making this year truly unforgettable! May we all achieve our goals and dreams this year. Happy New Year again 💚🤗
Today is December 8, and the Christmas Party of my Aeta students are nearly approaching. I am so excited for them, as I prepared gifts and candies for them. And advance thanks ofcourse to my friends and family who are willing to give and share blessings to them too. 🤗
Good evening everyone. There's a lot on my plate lately, so I get so busy for a while and not be able to be here with you again. Being so busy lately, makes me realized that there is good and bad thing about it. But I want to focus the good thing on it. Being busy, makes me forget the pain for a while and gives me so much to think that I have no time to feel sad whenever I miss my mama. 🥹 The pain is still here, and I guess it will be for eternity. 🥹 Anyways, have a good night everyone! Keep safe. 🤗
I felt sorry for myself for the past few days because I get lost on my track again. 🥺 I know that there's no one to blame but myself, and now as days go passing by, I suffered in guilt and regrets even more. I have so much in my mind, and I cannot handle emotions so well. But still, I'm trying... trying my best again to get back on my track and finish everything.
Good evening everyone. I just want to acknowledge and greet all the teachers out there! ❤️ Teaching may be tough sometimes, but I am always be proud of being one. 😊 They always say that "being a teacher will not make you rich" but for me, and for some, teaching is not all about money, it's all about how you touches the heart, and make a difference in my student's life. I guess, it's the real satisfaction of being committed in a chosen profession. So again, Happy World's Teacher to all teachers out there! God bless us all. ❤️
Today is Sunday. I am not okay today, because I am not feeling well. And I am sad for my papa because today is supposed to be his rice harvest but it was postponed due to typhoon Julian. I felt sorry for him because he invested a lot of money, and effort for more than 3 months, so I really felt how devastated he is. But still, I am hoping and praying hard that tomorrow will be a good and a sunny day. So everyone, can you pray for that too? 🥺
Today is Saturday. Another weekend has arrived. Actually, every weekend, I always want it to be a "productive weekend" but because "procastination" exist in my body, I can't help but to rotten myself in my bed, thinking that I deserve a "rest" after a lot of works in a weekdays. But when time goes by, nad realizing that I haven't done something great this weekend makes me feel guilty. 🤣 So now, I think of ways that will motivate me to do some stuff and I will update you later if I have done something great today. Anyways, Happy Saturday everyone! Keep safe and take care always. ❤️
Today, I took a day off. Not just because of important matters or an especial occasion, but because for the past few days I felt exhausted and drained. I am demotivated and I can't focus at work, and even at my personal life. 🥺 I just think that I need to pause, rest for a while and breath. I guess everyone need this too. Everytime that we felt burnt-out, we have to take a break and let everything be at peace. Our minds, and our hearts, needs to pause too and take some rest. This is a way for me to regain my strength and refresh my mind for everything. This is also a great way for me to get back on my track and feel motivated to finish all my backlogs and unfinished tasks. I hope you do it too, everytime you feel exhausted and burnt-out. Anyways, good evening everyone! Keep safe. ♥️
Good evening everyone. Tomorrow is Monday again. ❤️ I do believe that every Mondays are blessings to everyone, because we had the chance to refresh and begin new things every week. Mondays symbolizes that we had the chance to make things better and pursue our goals that we fail to achieve last week. So let's think positive about Mondays and be grateful that we had the chance to start our week during Mondays! God bless everyone, and good luck for this week! ❤️
Good afternoon everyone! Today is Saturday, and I'm so happy because we are going to have a bonding with my cousins in a resort. ❤️ This is also a good bye celebration or despedida because one of us is going to Dubai next week. Today, we are in mixed emotions, both sad and happy but still, we will rejoice to all the blessings and opportunities that God given us. So this is also a reminder for us that distance will never apart the hearts that truly care and love. It's just a matter of time and distance, but in the end, it's all worth it.
Goodmorning everyone! Today the class was suspended because of the strong rain. But what makes me worry now? Aside from the farmers, are my aeta students in the mountain. I hope they can feel warm in their nipa huts, and I pray that they can have enough food to eat during this rainy season. Being a teacher is like being a mother too. And more than the knowledge that I impart to them, I hope, I cna make their life change for the better. By the way, keep safe and take care always! ❤️
Hello everyone! It's raining hard today, and this rain really makes me long for my mom who passed away last year. As the rain falls down, and so my tears are. I don't know why, but I really miss my mom so much right now. I miss her presence, I miss everything about her. 🥹 By the way, I know that everything takes time. It hurst now, and forever will be. But I will always look up and I will never get tired making her proud everyday, even if I live the pain in my heart forever. Keep safe everyone!
Today, I saw a post, and it says: "To lose patience is to lose the battle" I am waiting for so long, for the thing that I prayed for 3 years now. There so many delayed chances and denied opportunities that I encountered, but I am still patiently waiting. There are times that I already give-up and accept the idea that maybe it's not for me. But today, as I read this post, I just realized that maybe God wants me to have more patience, and make me think that everything happens for a reason. He also wants me to believe the power of time and His will. So now, I am just holding it tight, surrendering it to God, and believing that one day, I will received the thing tha I am waiting. Goodmorning everyone, have a great Tuesday! ❤️
Happy Sunday Everyone! I hope everyone had the best weekend today as we get ready for another week of striving and working hard for our life goals. I know that for some, life has been so tough lately. But I just want to remind you that everything happens for a reason, and everything will be okay in time. 🥰 We got this! Just believe in yourself and always pray! 🥰
Good evening everyone! It's been a while since I posted here. There are a lot of things that happened from the past few months of my life, but I am glad that I can be able to go back here, the first community that really helps me a lot in the past and saved me from all the shortcomings I've encountered. How's life, everyone? I hope you're all doing fine. God bless us all ♥️
Tomorrow is our uncle's first death anniversary, and next week will be my mom's too. The month of July last year, was indeed a painful month to all of us, because two of most important people in our lives passed away. It's already one year, but for us, it's just happened yesterday, because the pain never fades, and in fact, the pain goes deeper and deeper everyday. 😌 Good night everyone!
Hello, it's me again, TeacherLynlyn! It has been several months since I wrote on this site. Numerous things occurred during my absence that unpredictably altered my life. We all experience challenges, and it's normal to feel bad when faced with obstacles. In many other areas of life and during difficult times, the ability to keep going forward is essential. Progress facilitates the avoidance of stagnation in life. It lets you keep moving forward without succumbing to many temptations. Similarly, being willing to move on allows you to take advantage of new opportunities where others would only see obstacles. Moving forward encourages you to stop whining about difficulties and take proactive measures to address them. It seems alluring to withdraw and give up, especially in trying times. It's always easier to give up and to imagine yourself saved by someone else. However, you will need help to overcome your difficulties. Giving up will only exacerbate the situation. Life can be an arduous journey. It can knock you down sometimes for no apparent reason. You will experience deep hits and unfortunate events that sap your enthusiasm for life. It might even become so tricky that there is no hope left. It's crucial to keep going when faced with such overwhelming challenges and never to give up. Life can throw you for a loop, but nothing can stop you as long as you consistently get back up and keep going after your objectives. It doesn't matter how unfairly life treats you as long as you don't. What counts is your willingness to persevere in the face of significant obstacles. So here I am today, trying to return to the first community I loved, read. Cash. Once more, hello. How are you?
Post of Appreciation for Those Who Cheers Me Up! Numerous things from the past have occurred. And the last few days have been tough for me. I am still determining where I am and how to survive every day. I miss my mother more and more as the day goes by. **I still carried the wounds from my darkest and most painful event.** Nevertheless, despite the anguish I am currently experiencing, I appreciate the people who attempt to console me and cheer me up. Some people communicate via platforms like Noise, Messenger, and Hive. I cannot express how appreciative I am for all the messages of this nature, which enable me to cope and gradually advance. I never thought there were individuals like them who would devote their time and energy to convey messages encouraging me to see the lovely things around me despite all that brought me low and tore me apart. **I want to express my gratitude to every one of these folks for making me feel better.** *I have someone who sees my struggle and provides encouraging words when I feel like giving up. I appreciate you always making me smile.* *There are times when I'm unsure about how to live my life. Everything is so hazy. The entire planet cries out in suffering. But just as I started to fall off, I started getting letters from people who encouraged me and gave me newfound hope.* *The greatest gift my Lord has given me is having you here. Words alone are inadequate to convey my gratitude for your well-timed support. I appreciate you showing me how to be tenacious. I appreciate you asking me to keep working hard despite everything.* *I appreciate you telling me to hold on. I appreciate you noticing the authentic me that I was blind to. Thank you for encouraging me to continue doing what I do. Those words stuck in my mind and kept me from going off course. I adopted those phrases as my motto and even painted them on my wall.* ***Your opinions are like sweet-tasting liquids that revitalize the soul.*** *I appreciate you constantly being the role model I look up to. You give me the willpower to take my reins and soar higher when weak. You praise me when I perform well and always remind me of what it's like to struggle and succeed.* *I appreciate you telling me to remain as humble as ever. I'm incredibly appreciative. I'm at a loss for words to thank you for being so kind. Shouting out your kindness to the entire world will suffice. I will never be able to repay you, despite my stories. I'm incredibly appreciative.* ***Your words from that day stick in my mind. I'm grateful to you for fostering that spirit within me. I'm grateful.***

A Pain for a Lifetime *I am in so much pain that every day that goes by only makes it worse; I have no idea where to begin.* *In prior articles, I've talked about how much I adored and loved my mother. She is everything to me and the foundation of everything—my supporter when I am down and my strength when I'm weak.* *Since my mother is no longer physically present, everything has been much more challenging for me to do. I always feel sad since I constantly think of her everywhere in the house.* *I miss everything about her, including her voice, hugs, and kisses. My sudden loss of the one person who had put her faith in me and helped shape who I am now feels like a nightmare.* *Although it is tough for me to move forward, I have to because I promised my mother that I would do my best to fulfill our dreams even if she wasn't there. I know that she wants me to be better.* **How can I deal with my sudden sadness and loss?** ***A strong emotion like grief can make us feel lost and alone.*** It might be challenging to cope with a loved one's unexpected death. Even though we know that death is a part of life, it will still be distressing when a loved one dies unexpectedly. It's important to understand that everyone suffers loss differently. You may undoubtedly experience a range of emotions when grieving. Grief may affect your mental and physical health. Everyone will grieve for a loved one uniquely and at their speed. When you begin to recover and continue on your grief journey, feeling overwhelmed is expected. Even though no one can understand the agony you may be going through, you can take particular actions to speed up the grieving process. **I Understand That This Will Be An Emotional Time** When a loved one passes away suddenly, you'll probably feel a rush of emotions. It is typical to experience astonishment, rage, disbelief, despair, and even guilt. Everyone affected by this loss will feel some or all of these emotions. It's important to understand that the grieving process does not follow a specific timeline or list of steps. Everyone will grieve at their own pace, and some may only experience a few of the above-mentioned emotions. It's important to understand that just because someone isn't showing their feelings doesn't mean they are upset about their loss. I recognize that, despite our feelings, you will gradually start to heal as you say farewell and mourn with others. I shouldn't feel pressured to get through the grieving process quickly; instead, I take my time. **Resuming Your Regular Routines** It's time to return to life once the service has ended and the phones have stopped ringing nonstop. Returning to my regular habits might help me deal with my grief, however, how harsh that may sound. When someone dies, life goes on for the rest of the world. You must realize that returning to your routine will help you feel more comfortable and "normal." Prepare for work or school as usual by continuing your morning rituals. Maintain family dinners in the same manner as before. While I shouldn't feel compelled to resume my normal activities, doing so can help the grieving process. I gather my family and express my sorrow if the loss of our loved one has already affected our daily activities. We can come up with a fresh approach and comprehend the adjustments together. Always keep in mind that you are still a family. Even though certain things are somewhat different, you will always carry your loved one's memory. Although I know this will cause me suffering forever, I will persist in doing what I can to benefit myself. Good evening everyone! A pale face for tonight! :

Sudden Good Bye to My Greatest Love! The hardest thing to do is say goodbye when they have to, not when they want to. The most challenging thing you can do is say goodbye to someone who means the world to you. I never thought I would survive an experience like this. I never imagined that such unbearable sorrow would cause my heart to break into pieces. I lost you, and I lost everything that I am. ***My mother, greatest friend, and biggest supporter all passed away.*** I have frequently expressed in this community my gratitude for having a mother who is as wonderful as mine. We are not wealthy, yet she gives everything to make me who I am today. I recall all her restless nights and silent pleas for me to have the dream I desire. **She is everything to me and the force behind my resilience. Whenever I am weak, seeing her makes me stronger.** This difficult time in my life was very unpleasant. I came into a problem that I didn't think I could solve. Although I can appear to be losing hope, my inner light maintains it and keeps me moving. I am still determining what may occur next, but I will use this as an inspiration, even if it is difficult. If there is no longer any need to hold on, the appropriate phrase is goodbye. Even if it hurts, we must continue. If there is no longer any purpose to hold on, the word goodbye is equivalent. Even if it breaks, we must continue. Loving memories result from a lost person we will never see again, not from a lost connection. Realizing that certain people are only a part of your history and not your future is letting go. ***At times, we must say goodbye despite how painful it is because it is the correct thing to do.*** I know that our greatest strength emerges through these trying times in life. We no longer dread life's obstacles after discovering our inner strength since we are confident we can overcome them. The hardest fall we experience in life is the best opportunity for self-reflection. A problematic situation might leave us feeling so helpless that we lose hope of recovering. Something uplifting inside us compels us to muster all of our power and stand up again, even in these seemingly hopeless situations. When we take a stance and recognize our inner strength, we can look back at our past adversity and know we can overcome it. **My mum doesn't want me to give up when faced with my most challenging situation. I am confident that she will enable me to overcome it and feel so inspired by my accomplishments that I will do so for the rest of my life.** To my Mama; I don't know how to get through this, but I swear never to disappoint you. I'll keep working toward my dreams and ambitions in life. So don't worry; I will always have your love in my heart and be able to live with it. You are now my guardian angel; I ask that you direct me in whatever I do. I shall always treasure you in my heart because I adore you. Again, I want to say how much I love and miss you. So, everyone should cherish important relationships and never take anyone for granted.

First Day of June *The last six months of my life have seen a lot of events, and the first half of 2023 has already passed. This proves how quickly time passes.* **June may not be a month of accomplishments, but it is likely a month of promises and advancements.** *Those who still need to achieve their goals for the year should persevere because there is still time.* The start of a new month is an excellent opportunity to hit "reset" and get truly inspired to make things happen. It would be best if you didn't disregard this momentous occasion. The first day of the month is the ideal opportunity to click "reset," purposefully realign, and reconnect. You need to step up how you approach each month if you want to begin leading a seriously fulfilling life. I'll share three things with you that you MUST start doing on the first of each month to assist you in achieving this. **Back up and think.** Step one is to take stock of the past. Consider the month that has just passed. This is quite significant. It's crucial to reflect on where you've come from, accept what has happened, and take something positive away from it, whether it was something you could have directly influenced or something you may not have. Consider your situation and your feelings as you reflect. The month's conclusion is also a perfect moment to take stock of your accomplishments and give thanks for them. You guys know how much I believe in being grateful, and the end of the month is a perfect time to reflect on all the AMAZING things that have happened and be thankful for them. **Aim high and dream big.** Looking back on the previous month comes after dreaming about the future. What goals do you have for the upcoming month? It would be best if you compared this month to last month. Consider what occurred, and then consider what you want to alter as we move into the upcoming month. What areas would you like to strengthen? What do you wish to discard? What do you want to produce? What on your list would you like to cross off finally? Please give it some thought and permit yourself to daydream. The first step to designing a passionate, purposeful, meaningful life of your own is pausing and giving it some serious thought. How do I want the upcoming month to go? What kind of LIFE do I want to lead? Because if there's one thing I want you to remember after reading this piece, you have a choice. You may choose how you want your upcoming month to play out, and the best way to accomplish that is to reflect on it and think about precisely what you want to occur in this upcoming month. ***Dreams inspire you to set objectives, and from those plans, you take action.*** Hello everyone! May you have an excellent start for July. Let's be optimistic and pray hard that all of our goals and dreams be fulfilled very soon :)

It's been a while, Read.Cash; Realizations About Life I can't even recall when I last wrote an article for this platform, and I'm sure some of you have forgotten about me, and others no longer know who I am. But first, let me reintroduce myself. My name is Teacherlynly, and I teach in a remote public school. Most of my students are Aetas, an indigenous group from San Marcelino, Zambales. I'm 27 years old and have been working for five years. Since I've been using this site for about a year, it has played a significant role in my path and is why I always come back despite my hectic days on Earth. And to everyone who still knows me, how are you? I missed engaging with you guys here; I genuinely missed you all! I hope you still know me and want to engage with me. Aside from the obligations of being a teacher, my life has been difficult lately, one of the many reasons I have been absent for a while. I've been off my track for so long that I could not leave my room by myself due to recent anxiety attacks. I feel so helpless and demotivated. But after a few days of reflection and realizing why I feel this way, I'm starting to feel like myself again. I'm working on loving myself again and doing what I want. It will take time to put things right, but I am almost there. By allowing myself to be alone and avoiding all the negativity that people embraced in me, I began to love myself again. I take some time for myself and do activities on my own to escape the pressures demands other people put on me. I allowed myself to experience all my feelings and cry to help me grasp what was occurring in my life. I've learned the value of going it alone rather than looking to others for validation through all the unnecessary moments. ***Here are my realizations about life:*** **Life is short.** Time is a valuable resource that we can never get back. Every moment should be maximized, relationships should be valued, and passions should be pursued with direction and significance. **Life is unpredictable.** No matter how much we plan or prepare, life still presents us with unforeseen obstacles. To handle life's ups and downs, we must develop our ability to adjust and be adaptable. **Life is about growth.** As people, we are constantly changing, and the things we experience help to shape who we are. We can develop and become better versions of ourselves by accepting change and learning from our errors. **Life is all about perspective.** Our perspective on life has a significant impact on what we go through. We can keep a healthy and optimistic attitude by concentrating on the positive elements of life, practicing gratitude, and viewing obstacles as opportunities for progress. Good morning everyone! I hope everyone is doing great. Let's live our life to the fullest!

The Heat Index *The heat index in the Philippines can reach 44 degrees Celsius. Numerous people are impacted, particularly in terms of their health.* According to Pagasa, an "effects-based classification" would indicate that the public should exercise "extreme caution" when the heat index is between 33 and 41 degrees Celsius. Under this category, heat cramps and heat exhaustion are "possible," and continuing outdoor activity could result in heat stroke. According to the state meteorological office, prolonged sun exposure might also result in a heat stroke. **The heat index,** as defined on the website of the National Weather Service, is "what the human body experiences as the temperature when relative humidity and air temperature are combined." Due to the excessive heat and power outages observed in some parts of the country, schools may cancel face-to-face sessions and switch to modular distance learning, the Department of Education (DepEd) advised school administrators on Sunday. Imagine attempting to learn while shivering in a classroom that is too chilly or overheating in one that is too warm. Either temperature can make people uncomfortable and make it harder to concentrate on academics for both students and teachers. Nobody wants their pupils to feel uncomfortable in class, which affects their teaching ability. The temperature of a classroom can significantly impact pupils' academic performance. **As a teacher, I am concerned about my children's well-being in mountainous locations. Even here in the highlands, the sun's intense heat still ill some teachers and even some students.** Additionally, I worry about my students' health as they endure the sun's heat along their way to school. However, despite the circumstances, I'm glad they can and decide to attend school. However, I always remind them that they no longer need to attend school if they cannot tolerate the heat, and if they are not feeling well, I allow them to have printed modules that they may use and study at home. The intense heat from the sun only becomes worse during the day. What makes it even worse? Our area experiences frequent power outages; thus, our pupils must do class outside the classroom. ***But it started raining unexpectedly this afternoon. Some people can no longer withstand the heat, so we are overjoyed that the rain arrives just in time. And this incident makes me think of the following:*** **Everything is just temporary, and God is always keeping an eye on us. He knows the cause of our pain and requires patience and complete trust in Him. He is keeping an eye on us, and He won't let us go through much suffering. Keep your faith, and God will surprise you in your life. In His perfect time, He will unexpectedly shower you with His blessings.** Good evening everyone! How are you today? Keep safe, and God bless!
