When we choose to focus our energy on negativity, spread gossip, or engage in self-hatred, we are likely creating more of that in our lives.
When we choose compliments, inspiring stories, and gratefulness, then we will likely see more of that reflected back to us.
The tool for change is simple: use your words and your energy to construct the world you want to see.
Thoughts, feelings, actions and spoken words all go out, and they all come back. When we're kind, generous and compassionate, then those same feelings will be reflected back at us. That which is out of alignment with who we really are and how we want to feel ends up coming back forcefully with more force and greater frequency.
