Infatuation Infatuation Infatuation is the act of being completely carried away by an unrealistically strong attraction to someone or something. Infatuation is the act of being completely carried away by an unrealistically strong attraction to someone or something. It’s the type of love that makes you do crazy things. It’s the type of love that makes you feel like you can do anything, be anything and everything for this one person. It’s the type of love that makes you not see a single flaw in their character, and you don’t want to see it because you don’t want to lose them. It’s like a drug. The more of it you have, the more you want it. It’s a very powerful emotion, and when it hits you can’t help but smile uncontrollably. Defining "in-fat-u-ation" as an obsession with someone or something. It’s a very strong feeling of affection, especially one that is short-lived. "Infatuation (feeling)" Infatuation is a psychological state that involves captivation, excitement and obsessive thoughts about an object of desire. Some psychologists call it a "parasitic" state in that it begins as a survival mechanism to ensure the propagation of the species and the continuation of the human race. Infatuation involves intense preoccupation by fantasy, idealization and emotion. It’s used to bond with someone new to feel more excitement and sexual tension because oxytocin works in the body to reduce stress and it is a central nervous system stimulant. Infatuation is the act of being completely carried away by an unreasoned passion or love. It is a strong but short-lived passion or attraction towards someone or something. The word "infatuation" is generally used to refer to a person (or thing) who is the object of such an irrational passion or attraction, with it being felt that the object of their infatuation is unlikely to reciprocate. Infatuation is the act of being enamored or captivated by a non-physical aspect of an individual. It is the state of being completely carried away by unreasoning passion, and is not to be confused with strong liking or simple friendship, though it may lead to these. I was once infatuated with a girl. The infatuation was mutual and we soon got into a relationship. To me, it was the kind of relationship you read about in movies, where the boy and girl are so deeply in love and enjoying each other’s company that they even forget to have sex. To my friends and family, it was a relationship between two people who were too good for each other – she being gorgeous and me being average looking. I still remember the first time she complimented me by saying ‘You have very nice teeth’. I had never received an authentic compliment like that before, so naturally I felt very flattered and over the moon about it. Over time, my infatuation with her turned into something more obsessive. I began to resent the fact that we had started spending less time together, because she spent more time with her friends than with me. Slowly and steadily my infatuation with this girl ebbed away and then finally dissipated. And, with the last remnants of euphoria gone, I realised how little I actually knew about her. And that's when it started to bother me: something's off-kilter, something's wrong. The more I tried to pinpoint what was aggravating me the more I realized that there were so many things that she wouldn't tell me. Thanks for reading 🙏❤️

Be your brother's keeper I have enjoyed my time here on readcash. I am honored and humbled that you spend your moments here with me. This has always been a place free of judgement, rife with acceptance. I know sometimes I am too honest and mean, but it is only because I want the best for you. I know the cost of ignorance, the cost of judgement and the cost of hate. It is only because I want what's best for you that I try to steer you in the right direction. I am proud to say that many of you have grown into strong men, with strong values and strong beliefs, who care about your brother. I am proud to say that many of you have grown into strong men who are living the dream. Men who are living their passions and doing what they love for a living, raising families and making an impact on their community. Life is beautiful. It is also an amazing gift from god. We have all been given the opportunity to be here and enjoy this gift. Let us be aware, as we go about our days, of our brothers and sisters and be gentle with each other. Life is short. Enjoy it, live it and love all that God has given us. If you see someone in need, help them out. If you see a stranger crying, stop and ask them what's wrong. If you see someone that needs attention, give it to them. You never know when you may be coming home, so make sure you send along love to your friends and family. There are many things in life that make us happy, many things in life that will bring us joy and laughter, but how often do we make the choice to bring those same things to others? Take the time today to make someone else smile. Give someone a hug or a kiss when they need one. **Note the following** **1. Be your brothers keeper and treat him how you want to be treated.** **2. No one cares about you more than you.** **3. Your word is your bond and you should always keep your word.** **4. Momma raised you better than that and if no one else will hold you accountable, do it yourself.** **5. Never let anyone put you in a box, because the world is full of things that will try to make sure that you stay there forever.** **6. You have the power to change your circumstances, but first you have to believe that you do.** **7. Start with one foot in front of the other and never stop moving forward.** **8. You are loved, you are appreciated, and no matter what happens remember that somebodys gotta love you, so just be thankful that somebody does!** **9. I love you my brother!, I love you sister !** **Thanks for reading ❤️🙏**

Attention- Omah Lay Justin Bieber **Attention** Attention is the ability to focus on a given task at hand, with awareness and the capacity to respond. Yes, you heard me right; attention is a skill that can be developed. **A skill.** The reason why it sounds so unbelievable is because we learn very early on to live in our autopilot; our attention is hijacked by stimulus around us, in an environment that is not very conducive to learning. We are bombarded by distractions, advertisements, and other media around us which actually gets in the way of working on our full potential. Attention is the process of selecting one out of many stimuli present in our environment. Attention has also been referred to as the allocation of processing resources. The focus of attention is on a subset of the available perceptual information, while the ignored information remains undetected, though not necessarily suppressed. **Attention** is the focus of your mind on a particular thing. It is the act of concentration, bringing something or someone to your consciousness. **Attention** - Attention is the power by which we turn toward the various stimuli that we encounter. It is a step in the process of perception. Attention has many different focuses including; alerting, orienting, and executive control. Attention is the average amount of time a person can maintain an alert state. Attention is a cognitive process with a limited capacity that affects the perception of our environment. The word 'attention' is often used synonymously with the phrase 'awareness'. (Wikipedia) We all have less than 24 hours, why not spend it wisely? Let's optimize our day to make the most out of it, by increasing our productivity boosts our happiness. The mind creates the world we live in. Complicated? Nah, not really. This is what I’ve been learning recently from some great mentors, both in my personal life and in my business. I’ve often felt that things have happened that were not good for me, which have kept me from achieving my true potential. All around the web and through friends, I’ve heard about people getting cheated on and taken advantage of. In the traditional sense, these things happen because we don’t focus and put ourselves in vulnerable situations. But what happens when we become aware of these situations and still let them happen because we don’t want to actually do anything? You can read all the articles you want to read, listen to all the motivational talks you want to listen to, but nothing will change until you decide to change it. The mind creates the world we live in. So I beseech you to pay attention to what matters today.

Importance of friends in our lives The human brain is a social organ. We're wired to need each other. If you're reading this article, it's likely because you've recently met someone who has elicited feelings of motivation and empowerment. Having close friends around means having a support network to lean on when you need it. A significant other can provide continuous love and affection, but we all still need our best friends to keep us grounded. We often tell that who we choose to surround ourselves with is what defines us, but why do we forget about this principle when it comes to choosing our enemies? Is there a greater weakness than indulging in hate towards an entire race, gender, or country? Those who get stuck in anger tend to lose the most out of their potential. Like how anger further distances you from the person you love most, say your mother or father. As a child of those two people, I know how hurtful it is when the two people who brought you into the world decide to fight over petty differences. Just like how they hurt each other, they also hurt you. **Friends are important in our lives** as they can be a support base, or they could be a cause of grief and trouble. A friend can be a saviour.I have some really good friends. One of my friends is like that. His name is Laycon is the most amazing friend I've ever had, and I appreciate him very much because he has helped me in ways that no one else has. He treats me in the most special way, always wishing me well and never doubting anything about me. He supports me with his heart and always motivates me to be a better person every time we talk. I couldn't ask for anyone better as a friend, and I'm very grateful for having him in my life. Lots of people go through rough patches at some point in their life and then meet someone who brings them to a new level... **Friends** are not just the people you hang with, they're the people who remind you who you are. They are the people with whom we share our happiest moments and our darkest anxieties. **Friends** hold up a mirror to our lives and in that reflection we find the value of friendship. It is that reflection that brings us back to our vital center. Today let's celebrate the friends in our lives and let them know how much they mean to us. Lets also celebrate true friendship and all that it holds for us. True friends do not judge or criticize but accept us warts and all! True friends are always there for us in good times and bad. I would be nowhere today had it not been for my true friends. **Friends are a valuable asset in our lives. So that you get motivated with friends:** • Friends support each other to achieve their goals. • Friends give best motivation. • Some people were successful because they were motivated by their friends. So that your goals become successful, it is essential to be with good friends.

Say no to war- let's love one another The only way the world can come to an end is if we end it. The only way there is going to be peace in the world is if we fight for peace in the world. It’s time to let go of all the hatred and switch to love. Switch to love, switch to peace. Switch to compassion and empathy with others, with nature and other creatures on this planet. Love will heal. Love will make us strong, but what does love actually do? It makes you whole, it fills the gaps in your heart that greed and fear have created. It puts a stop to war by ending the cause of war, which is hate and greed. I believe that no matter what your skin color is, or your economic status or your religious beliefs or where you are from, we are all brothers and sisters. We share the same planet - the same air, water, and land. So let’s live in peace and harmony. Let’s fight for peace in the world. The power of love is greater than the power of hate. We want to be successful, but let’s not put others down to get there. Let’s reject racism, sexism, bigotry and discrimination of all kinds. Let’s respect each other’s values and beliefs. Let’s give each other a chance. There should be no room for racism on social media like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. We have to treat each other with respect and dignity - even if we don’t agree with one another. All we need is love. Let’s live in peace and harmony. The only way there is going to be peace in the world is if we fight for peace in the world. When we are fighting among each other, we are not fighting against injustice in the world. When we are distracted with hatred, we forget that the real enemy is hatred itself. We must be mindful of the choices we make and where our focus is. I believe that as a whole, people need to uplift each other — all different colors, all different religions, all different cultures. When you focus on the differences, you start to discriminate and that just leads to stereotypes and violence. We need to start with love and focus on who we really are — loving human beings — and embrace how amazing it feels when you live that way. Be a light for others by spreading positivity and uplifting others through kind words and encouragement. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all. Send an encouraging text or wish someone a happy birthday or congratulations on an achievement instead of posting an unkind comment online. Lets make this world a better place.

Finessing Ahhhh finesse, if I broke na my business... (🤣🤣 Don't mind me. This is a trending song in Nigeria currently) **Pheelz ft BNXN - Finesse** There's a lot of talk about "finessing" these days. But what does it really mean? In its simplest form, finessing is getting what you want by using your intelligence, charm, and creativity. It's a way of outsmarting the system and getting ahead. In essence, finessing is all about doing whatever it takes to get the job done. It's about being resourceful and using whatever tools and techniques you have at your disposal to get the desired outcome. It can be a tricky concept to master, but with a bit of practice, you'll be able to finess your way to success. But finessing is more than just a strategy for getting ahead. It's a mindset that allows you to see the world in a new way, and to approach every challenge with a sense of creativity and possibility. If you want to start living a life that's full of possibilities, then you need to learn how to finesse. And that's where I come in. Ama champion and I'm here to help you finesse your way to success. Its all about learning how to use your intelligence, charm, and creativity to get what you want in life. Life is all about balance. Finding a healthy balance between work and play, rest and activity, and time spent with loved ones and time spent on your own. Finessing is all about finding that balance. It’s about being able to accomplish what you need to, when you need to, but without burning yourself out in the process. It’s about taking the time to do things the right way, so that you can enjoy lasting success. To my sponsors, I love you all. Thanks for always being there. In life, we all face difficult challenges. But, what separates those who achieve success from those who don't is the ability to finesse. To finesse means to overcome obstacles in a clever and resourceful way. It means using your creativity and intelligence to get what you want. Finessing is not about being dishonest or unfair. It's about being adaptable and resilient. It's about knowing when to change your approach and when to stay the course. It's about being flexible and resilient in the face of adversity. If you want to achieve success in life, you need to learn how to finesse. You need to develop the skills and mindset necessary to overcome any obstacle. You need to be adaptable and resourceful. You need to know when to change your approach and when to stay the course. If you can finesse, you can achieve anything. **Thanks for reading 🙏❤️**

Happiness is free Happiness is the calm of soul Happiness is the practice of gratitude Happiness is living in the present Happiness is a warm blanket on a cold night Happiness is having great friends and family Happiness is reading for hours Happiness is spending time with my dog Happiness is ignoring other people's bad behavior Happiness is being nice to strangers. Hope is a dream within reach Hope is a warm blanket on a cold night Hope is getting stronger every day Hope is knowing that it will all work out in the end Hope is what keeps me going I hope that all of you are having a great day. Happiness is a feeling that is difficult to describe. It’s something that everyone experiences in their own way, and it’s comprised of a variety of factors. For example, one may receive happiness by eating their favorite meal. Happiness is different for everyone, but there is one thing that is certain: true happiness comes from within. With this in mind, it’s important that we remind ourselves to be happy with what we have, instead of focusing on what we don’t. Be happy - Happiness is free, be happy. Be Happy. A smile is a choice that you make. So smile. Happiness is freedom from fear, sadness and anger. When happiness becomes your habit, you start feeling that the whole world is good to you. Good habits produce good thoughts; good thoughts produce good deeds; and good deeds bring about happiness. Happiness is not a coincidence, it is a product of one's effort. Happiness is quite natural like breathing. Happiness is a result of the harmony of your personal attitude towards things, events and other people in your life. These simple thoughts can put you on the path to your own happiness. Always remember that just by being yourself, you are valuable and special. You are never alone, there is always someone who loves you and cares for you." Happiness is the climate of the mind, happiness is a way of travel, happiness is a state that you can be, happiness is a choice that you make and happiness is a state of mind. All of us are blessed with the mental ability to be happy and in its pursuit we sometimes show ignorance of what we really need to be happy. Happiness is something that everyone wants but no one knows how to get it. The paradox is that happiness comes from within and this is what we often overlook. We look outside but happiness is not there. Happiness is a choice that you can mirror in your life any time through small changes in your daily routine. Happiness is free – so spread happiness with others. Happiness makes others happy and so it becomes a cycle of happiness. Do both of them. Make someone else's day and yourself happier. When you share the happiness, it is gone and you are left with smiles.

Why does it take women so long to dress up? We all know women take hours to dress up and get ready, they spend a long time in the bathroom, do their make ups, fix their nails, wear their dress and so on.. 😁😁 Unlike men that finish dressing in less than 30 minutes. The answer is simple: there is no reason. There is no good excuse for why it should take women so long to get ready in the morning. I cannot think of any good reasons why it shouldn't take men as long, if not longer, to get ready. This is completely unfair and misguided. Not to mention it's an outrage that some men don't even get ready in the morning. If a man wakes up at 8am and gets ready for work at 9am, that would translate to him taking 1 hour ready for the day. If a woman wakes up at 8am, trust me she wouldnt get to work by 9am. At most she'll get there by past 9. I was with some ladies. They are my friends, and we were all planning to go to visit the new shopping complex. When I woke up, I called them to start getting ready because I know they will spend more time dressing. I finished dressing up, I even ate. Do you believe that on getting to their place. One of them just went into the bathroom. Others were still applying one cream on their face. I shouted with surprise "what?" You mean you guys aren't ready yet. Then. One other them said: "Ugh it takes me forever to get ready..." Another said: "Girl I know right? What's up with that?" Then everyone of them has their own list of reasons why they take forever. Here are some common excuses they make; Because it takes me forever to decide what to wear: You think you're really being productive, but last time I checked, it's not that hard to throw on a dress or jeans and a nice top Because I always have to do my hair: Oh please just learn and master a simple, few-step routine. Or even better, get a weave and take care of it once in a while. Because I have to take a million selfies doing the same pose and angles: Do that before you step out the door. I sat down on the couch and watch them discuss. After 2 hours of me getting to their house, the finally finished dressing. Women take long to dress up, this is common in every part of the world and it cannot be changed. Which is why we compiled this list of facts that might explain the mystery behind this issue. 1. Women spend an average of 2 hours and 10 minutes on getting ready every day. 2. The origin of the word 'Fashion' is derived from the French word 'Faire', which means 'to do'. So its literally saying you can do fashion. 3. An average woman owns 30 pairs of shoes and doesn't know what shoes to wear on the daily. 4. Talk about bed head! Did you know that women don't wash their hair every day? 5. Did you know that an average women spends approximately 40 hours a year on make up and skincare? 6. Did you know that the first make up created for someone was for Queen Elizabeth I in the 16th century by Italian Priest Alessandro de Medici? 7. Did you know that Everyday Cosmetics was created in 1760? Finally, I also believe not all girls take time to dress. Some are time conscious. My beautiful ladies on this platform, what is your thought on this? @DocLayla @jane @FarmGirl @fantagira @Jelena @Princessbusayo @BSzandra Why does it take women so long to dress up and get ready? N:B : I'm not discriminating the female gender here. I'm just telling the experience I had with female dressing up. Thanks for reading ❤️🙏

I am a winner- Odunlade Adekola A video trended recently on social media. It is a scene in a comedy series of a popular Nigerian Artiste, Odunlade Adekola. In the video, he was prophesying to himself. Saying **"I am a winner over poverty, I am a winner over sorrow, I am a winner o over death, no weapon fashioned against me shall prosper"** I just love the song as it is a song of self prophecy. **That Is why I am also saying to myself that;** I am a winner. I am a winner over everything that comes my way. I am a winner over failure, over stress, over adversity. I am a winner because I refuse to give up. I refuse to let anything stand in my way. I am a winner because I am resilient, because I am persistent, because I never give up. I am a winner because I am powerful, because I am confident, because I am determined. I am a winner because I believe in myself. And that is why I will always succeed. I am a winner. I choose to be a winner. I refuse to let anyone or anything stop me from being a winner. I am a winner because I have the power to choose. I have the power to choose what I think, what I feel, and what I do. I have the power to choose how I react to every situation. I am a winner because I am not afraid of hard work. I am not afraid of obstacles. I am not afraid of failure. I am a winner because I believe in myself. I believe in my abilities. I believe in my potential. I am a winner because I refuse to give up. I refuse to give in. I refuse to surrender. I am a winner because I know that with hard work and determination, anything is possible. I am a winner – I am a winner over anything that tries to hold me back. I am motivated to succeed, and I know the facts that will help me get there. I am a champion, and I represent the best of what anyone can be. I am a winner – I am a winner over poverty. I was born into poverty, but I never let it define me. I am motivated to succeed, and I know that with hard work, I can overcome any obstacle. Poverty is not an excuse – it is a challenge that I am determined to overcome. I am a winner, and I will not let poverty keep me down. I am a winner. I am not a victim of my circumstances. I will not let poverty define me. I choose to be a winner. I know that I can be successful. I have the power to change my life. I will not give up. I am a winner. You can be a winner if you speak it to yourself today. But as for me, I am a winner **Thanks for reading 🙏❤️**

Technology I can't live without I’m a big fan of technology. I owe a lot to it. It’s helped me get where I am today. But there are some technology that I can’t live without. These are some technology I can't live without. **Smartphone** **My smartphone** is one of them. I use it to keep in touch with my family and friends, listen to music, and stay up-to-date on the news. I rely on it to stay connected with the world. I use it to stay organized. And I use it to stay productive. If I didn’t have my phone, I would be lost. My phone is everything to me I rely on it to stay connected with the world. I use it to stay organized. And I use it to stay productive. If I didn’t have my phone, I would be lost. Have you ever lost your phone? Or probably it got damaged? How do you feel when that happens?. As for me, I feel incomplete and void, because it has become a part of me. Though some people said it is bad, that I'm too addicted to my smartphone but the thing can't be changed. I'm sure I'm not the only one addicted to phone, lot of us are. **Laptop** Another technology that I can’t live without is my **laptop**. I also can't live without my laptop. I use it to do my work and keep up with my online courses. I use it to stay connected with my team. I use it to stay on top of my work. And I use it to stay productive. If I didn’t have my laptop, I would be behind on my work. **Internet** I also can’t live without my **internet** connection. I use it to stay connected with my team. I use it to stay on top of my work. Without the internet connection, my smartphone is useless. I use the internet to stream movies, skits online and also chat with family and friends as well. **Wireless Bluetooth speaker** Another Technology I can't live without is my Bluetooth speaker. As a music lover, I like listening to my favorite genre of music using loud speakers. The bass and the instrumentals of the song needs to get into my ears. That is why I prefer listening to it with my Bluetooth speaker. Because the smartphone speaker isn't Loud enough. I can't live without them because I need to be able to stay connected with the rest of the world, whether it's for work or my personal life. I also can't live without my coffee maker. I need my caffeine fix to stay energized throughout the day. I use there technologies to keep in touch with my family and friends, stay organized, and access the internet. I also couldn't live without my computer. I use it to work from home, stay connected to the internet, and watch movies and TV shows.

Patriotism Patriotism is a feeling or attitude of support for one's country. It can be exhibited in different ways, such as by promoting one's country's culture, history, or government policies. Patriotism is also often linked with national identity. 3Patriotism is love of country. It is the willingness to sacrifice for the common good. It is the virtue that holds democracy together. In times like these, it is more important than ever to remember what patriotism means. It is not just waving a flag or singing the national anthem. It is not just supporting the troops. Patriotism is love of country. It is the willingness to sacrifice for the common good. It is the virtue that holds democracy together. We should all be patriots, no matter our political beliefs. We should all be willing to put our country first. We should all be willing to stand up for what we believe in, even if we are the only ones doing it. We should all be patriots. Patriotism is a strong belief in the virtues of one's country. It can be described as love for or devotion to one's country. Patriotism is often coupled with nationalism. Nationalism is a devotion to the interests of a particular nation, especially with regards to its culture and politics. Both patriotism and nationalism can be positive or negative. A positive patriotism might involve working to make one's country a better place. A positive nationalism might involve working to improve the well-being of a particular nation. A negative patriotism might involve blindly supporting one's country no matter what it does, while a negative nationalism might involve hating or being hostile toward other nations. Patriotism is a strong feeling of love and support for one's country. It is often displayed through actions such as flying the flag, singing the national anthem, or participating in military parades. Patriotism can also be exhibited in quieter ways, such as studying the history and culture of one's country, or volunteering one's time to help others. There are many reasons why people feel patriotic. Some may have ancestors who fought in wars for their country, or may have grown up learning about the great things their country has done. Others may feel a sense of pride in their country's achievements, or simply appreciate the freedoms and opportunities it provides. No matter what your reason, patriotism is a powerful emotion that can unite people of all ages, races, and religions. It is a force that can help build strong communities and countries. Patriotism is a tricky word. It can be twisted to mean different things to different people. To some, it might mean taking pride in one's country. To others, it might mean supporting the troops. Patriotism is about feeling a sense of connectedness to a larger group- whether that group is a country, a religion, or a team. At its core, patriotism is about being proud of who you are and where you come from. It's about celebrating the things that make your country or community unique. And it's about standing up for what you believe in, even if that means going against the grain. Being patriotic doesn't mean agreeing with everything your country does. It doesn't mean that you have to support every policy or politician. It just means that you care about your community and you're willing to fight for it. Thanks for reading 🙏❤️

Cultural day Today is cultural day in most secondary schools in Nigeria. This is a day where students are encouraged to celebrate their cultural heritage. There are many different cultures represented in Nigeria, and each one is unique and worth celebrating. There are traditional dances, music, and food, as well as educational displays about the history and customs of Nigeria. This is a great opportunity for students to learn more about their heritage and to celebrate their culture. On cultural day, students can learn more about their culture and share traditions with their classmates. This is also a great opportunity to learn about new cultures, and to celebrate the diversity of our world. It is important for students to learn about their culture and heritage. This helps them to understand where they come from and makes them proud of their roots. Celebrating cultural day is a great way to do this. Culture is the total way of life. It encompasses everything we do, including the clothes we wear, the food we eat, the music we listen to, and the way we behave. It's an important part of who we are, and it's something that we all share. There's no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as culture can be interpreted in many ways. However, in general, culture is the total way of life of a group of people, including their beliefs, values, traditions, and languages. It can also encompass the arts, music, and cuisine of a particular group. Culture is an important aspect of human existence, and it can play a significant role in shaping both individuals and entire societies. It can be a source of strength and identity for a group of people, and it can also help to define who they are in the world. In a world that is constantly changing and becoming more interconnected, it's more important than ever to understand the importance of culture and all that it encompasses. Culture is constantly evolving, and it's different in every place around the world. It's also shaped by the people who live there, which is why it's so important to embrace and celebrate diversity. People often talk about how culture is what makes us who we are. It can be the food we eat, the way we dress, the music we listen to, or the language we speak. But culture is more than that. Culture is the total way of life. It's the way we think, the way we act, and the way we interact with others. Some people might say that culture is everything. And they would be right. Culture is important because it helps us to understand who we are and where we come from. It also helps us to understand other cultures and how they differ from our own. Culture is a big part of our lives. It's what makes us unique and it's something that we all share. Culture and tradition are important because they teach us our history, they connect us to our ancestors, and they provide us with a sense of identity. They also play a significant role in our social and spiritual lives. We believe that it is important to celebrate our culture and traditions and we are committed to preserving them for future generations. There's been a lot of talk lately about the importance of culture. But what does that mean, exactly? For many people, culture is about heritage and tradition. It's about the things we've inherited from our parents and grandparents. It's the food we eat, the music we listen to, and the way we dress. But culture is also about the way we think and the way we behave. It's about the values we hold dear and the things we believe in. It's about the way we interact with each other and the world around us. Culture is important because it helps us define who we are. It gives us a sense of identity and community. It helps us understand where we come from and where we're going. We need to embrace our culture and celebrate our heritage. But we also need to embrace our culture of innovation and creativity. We need to embrace our culture of openness and inclusion. I believe that it is important to celebrate and honor our cultural and traditional heritage. They are the glue that holds us together as a people, and help us to maintain our identity. I also believe that culture and traditions should be passed down from generation to generation. Thanks for reading 🙏❤️ I remain your humble champion

Goodness There's a lot of talk about goodness in the world today. People seem to be searching for it, craving it. Maybe that's because we all know deep down that we're supposed to be good, and that when we're good, we feel good. God has always been about goodness. In the Bible, He is often described as merciful, compassionate, and gracious. He is the ultimate example of what it means to be good. And He promises to bring goodness into our lives, too. When we focus on being good – living our lives in a way that pleases God – we find that His goodness starts to overflow into our lives. We experience His love, His peace, and His joy. And that's what we're all really searching for. I can feel the goodness calling out to me. It's speaking to my heart, and I just can't resist. Every time I think about it, I get a little more excited. I'm ready to do some good in the world. When I think about all the things that are wrong in the world, it can be overwhelming. But when I think about how I can make a difference, it becomes a little more manageable. And when I think about how good it feels to do something good, it just feels right. I'm ready to do some good in the world. I can't help but feel drawn to Goodness. It's as if it's calling out to me, inviting me to partake in its wonders. I can only imagine the amazing things Goodness has in store for me. Goodness is all around us, and it's waiting to be discovered. It's up to us to seize the opportunities that Goodness provides us and to use them to make the world a better place. I'm excited to see what Goodness has in store for me and for the world. I can feel it calling me, tugging at my soul. It's the goodness inside of me, begging to be let out. I know that I need to share it with the world, to help make it a better place. And so I start to write, to share my thoughts and my dreams. I want to inspire others, to show them that they can make a difference too. I want to spread goodness everywhere I go, and make the world a better place one person at a time. God will bring goodness into our lives when we follow His laws and commandments. When we act with love and kindness, we put ourselves in a position to receive His blessings. And as we all know, when we're good, we feel good. God will always bring goodness into our lives. We just need to be open to receiving it. When we focus on being good people, we make the world a better place for everyone. Goodness will always be with us. This is a statement that rings true for many people, regardless of their religious beliefs or lack thereof. People are inherently good, and with the right tools and motivation, they can do great things.Goodness will always be with us. We just need to make sure that we are looking out for it, and promoting it whenever we can. Thank you for reading ❤️🙏

Love and Limerence Love and limerence are two different things, but they are often mistaken for each other. Love is a feeling of strong attachment or admiration, while limerence is a state of mind that is characterized by feelings of excitement and obsessive love. Love is a more stable feeling that develops over time, while limerence is a more intense feeling that can come and go quickly. Love is based on mutual respect and trust, while limerence is based on intense passion and sexual attraction. Love involves giving and taking, while limerence is all about getting what you want. Love is about having a shared sense of purpose, while **limerence** is about being with someone who meets your every need. Love is a healthy emotion that brings happiness and fulfillment, while limerence can be dangerous because it can lead to obsessive behavior and stalking. Love is a feeling of strong affection and requires effort, while limerence is a state of mind that is all-consuming and obsessive. Love is built on trust and mutual respect, while limerence is based on fantasy and often involves a lot of projection. Love is comforting and supportive, while limerence can be suffocating and destructive. If you are experiencing **limerence**, it is important to understand that it is not love. You need to take care of yourself and break free from the obsessive thoughts and feelings. Talk to someone you trust about what you are going through, and seek professional help if needed. Love is a beautiful thing, and it is worth fighting for. Limerence is not love, and it will only lead to heartache in the end. There's a big difference between love and limerence, and it's important to be able to distinguish between the two. Love is a deep, meaningful emotion that lasts over time. Limerence, on the other hand, is a short-lived, obsessive infatuation. Love is based on mutual respect and a genuine affection for one another. **Limerence**, on the other hand, is based on intense sexual desire and is often one-sided. Love brings happiness and contentment. Limerence often brings anxiety and confusion. If you're not sure which emotion you're experiencing, it's important to get clarity. Love is a deep and meaningful emotion that is felt when you are attracted to someone and feel a strong connection with them. It is often described as being “swept off your feet” and is a powerful feeling that can make you feel happy and complete. **Limerence**, on the other hand, is a more intense but shorter-lived feeling that is often sparked by physical attraction. It can be addictive and make you feel euphoric, but it is not as deep or meaningful as love. Both love and limerence are intense emotions, but they are different in terms of their duration and depth. Love is a more long-term emotion that develops over time, while limerence is a short-term feeling that fades quickly once the initial attraction wears off. Love is also more meaningful and heartfelt, while limerence is more superficial and based on physical attraction alone. Love is a deep, meaningful emotion that is felt between two people who are compatible and share a strong emotional connection. Limerence, on the other hand, is a more superficial and short-lived feeling of attraction and excitement that is often based on physical appearances or sexual chemistry. Love is a feeling that develops over time and is based on mutual respect, trust, and caring. Limerence, on the other hand, is often based on initial physical attraction and can fade quickly if the two people do not have much in common. Love is a much more stable and long-lasting emotion, while limerence is often fleeting and can easily fizzle out. If you are in a relationship and are experiencing more limerence than love, it may be time to reconsider things. **Closing thought;** Love and limerence may feel the same, but there are key differences between the two. Love is an emotion that is based on a strong, lasting connection with someone, while limerence is a state of mind that is often described as being obsessive and irrational. People in love typically feel satisfied and happy in their relationship, while people who are limerent often feel a sense of urgency and desperation. Love is based on mutual respect and admiration, while limerence is often driven by physical attraction alone. Finally, love is usually a slow and steady process, while limerence can happen quickly and be very intense. If you’re not sure if you’re in love or experiencing limerence, it’s important to pay attention to your feelings and how you interact with the other person. Thanks for reading 🙏❤️

Sleep and exercise Sleep and exercise are both incredibly important for all humans – they keep us mentally healthy and physically strong. Yet, a lot of people don’t get enough sleep, and even fewer people get enough exercise. Lead image source https://unsplash.com/photos/wBuPCQiweuA I know from personal experience that when I don’t get enough sleep, I’m not as motivated to work out and I definitely don’t feel as good. And when I don’t get enough exercise, I definitely don’t sleep as well. It’s a vicious cycle! That’s why I think it’s so important for all of us to make sure we get enough sleep and exercise. It’s not always easy, but it’s definitely worth it. There's a lot of talk these days about the importance of getting enough sleep and exercise, and for good reason! Both are essential for maintaining our health and well-being. Sleep is crucial for our mental health, allowing us to process information and make decisions. It's also necessary for regulating our hormones and keeping our immune system strong. On the physical side, exercise can help us maintain a healthy weight, reduce our risk of developing chronic diseases, and improve our mood. So if you're not getting enough sleep or exercise, now is the time to start making changes! Both are essential for a healthy mind and body. Most adults need about eight hours of sleep a night, but many people don’t get enough sleep. Sleep deprivation can lead to health problems such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. It can also cause problems with focus, concentration, and decision-making. Exercise is also important for adults. Exercise helps maintain a healthy weight, reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, and diabetes, and helps improve mood and mental health. **Closing thought;** Good sleep and exercise habits are essential for everyone, both mentally and physically. Sleep is crucial for our cognitive function and overall well-being, and exercise is important for maintaining our physical health and fitness. Unfortunately, many of us don't get enough sleep or exercise, either because we don't have enough time or because we don't know how to fit them into our busy schedules. Sleep and exercise are two of the most important things for humans. We need sleep to function mentally and physically, and we need exercise to stay healthy. Too many people these days don’t get enough sleep or exercise, and it’s showing in our health. Most people know that getting a good night's sleep and exercising regularly are important for their physical health, but may not realize how critical they are for their mental health as well. Sleeping and exercising regularly are two of the best things you can do for your overall well-being. Sleep is crucial for cognitive function and memory consolidation, and lack of sleep has been linked with anxiety, depression, and increased stress levels. Exercise releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects, and it also helps to regulate mood and reduce stress. So if you're feeling run down or overwhelmed, make sure to get plenty of sleep and exercise. It will help you feel better mentally and physically. Thanks for reading ❤️🙏

Cleanliness is next to Godliness **Cleanliness is next to Godliness.** We all know the saying: Cleanliness is next to Godliness. But what does that mean, really? Lead image source https://unsplash.com/photos/Ks4RTBgQ_64 For some, it might mean keeping a spick and span home. For others, it might mean taking care of their body by staying healthy and eating right. But at the end of the day, the meaning of cleanliness is up to you. In a world where it seems like everything is falling apart,In a world where it seems like we can't escape from dirt and pollution, it's more important than ever to focus on cleanliness. Not only does it make us feel better, but it's also important for our health and brings us peace. For many people, that means keeping their homes clean and tidy. And for others, it means spending time in nature and getting back to basics. No matter what brings you peace, we believe that cleanliness is next to godliness. This statement is true, and it's important to remember it because it can have a big impact on our lives. When we're clean, we feel good, and when we feel good, we can do great things. That's why it's important to make sure our homes and workplaces are clean and tidy. A clean and healthy environment is essential to a good life and a clean home is a sanctuary from the world. There's something about cleanliness that just puts our minds at ease. Maybe it's the fact that everything is in its place and we can relax knowing that everything is taken care of. Or maybe it's the spiritual feeling we get when we're in a clean place. There's nothing more gratifying than a clean home, and nothing more frustrating than a cluttered one. Image source https://unsplash.com/photos/jG4EJ6vh_Ts We all know that a clean environment is key to having a healthy lifestyle. Not only does it make us feel better, but it's also important for preventing the spread of germs and illnesses. That's why i believe that everyone should do their part in keeping their environment clean. There is no doubt that cleanliness is important. It is one of the first things that God commands us to do in the Bible. In fact, keeping our surroundings clean is so important that it is often said that cleanliness is next to godliness. While this saying is often used to refer to the importance of keeping our physical spaces clean, it can also be applied to our mental and emotional spaces. When we are clean and organized, we feel more at peace and closer to God. This is why it is so important to make sure that we take the time to cleanse and purify ourselves both physically and mentally. When we make a habit of staying clean, both physically and mentally, we find that we are able to live more productive and fulfilling lives. We encourage you to make cleanliness a priority in your life and to see how it can bring you closer to God and to your own personal happiness. In conclusion; Cleanliness is next to godliness is a phrase that has been around for many, many years. It means that if you are clean, you will have a close relationship with God. That is a very good thing. But, what does it mean for us today? It means that if we want to make this world a better place, we need to start by cleaning it up. We need to make sure that everyone has access to clean water and clean air. We need to make sure that there is no trash on the ground. We need to make sure that people are following the rules when it comes to waste disposal. If we can all work together to keep our world clean, then we will have less problems. We will be able to focus on the important things, instead of worrying about the messes that we have created. **Thanks for reading ❤️🙏**

The rich also cry The rich also cry. Lead image source https://unsplash.com/photos/T5lmpSYxnSU This may be a hard truth to swallow, but it's one that we must confront. It's easy to feel empathy for those who are struggling, but what about those who have everything? What about the people who seem to have it all? The rich also cry, one might think only the poor suffers. However, this could not be further from the truth. The rich have problems too, and they deserve to be heard. The rich often suffer in silence, because they are ashamed to let anyone know they are not perfect. They have all the money in the world, but they do not have what really matters. They may have everything, but they are not happy. In a society where the poor are downtrodden and the rich are glorified, it is easy to think that only the poor suffer. However, this could not be further from the truth. The rich have problems too, and they deserve to be heard. The rich are not immune to pain and suffering. They feel loneliness and loss just like anyone else. They experience heartache and pain. They sometimes cry – just like the rest of us. It's easy to think that only the poor suffer, but that's not true. The rich also cry. They experience pain, loss, and heartache. They feel loneliness and isolation. They sometimes feel like they're not good enough. The difference is that the poor have fewer resources to help them cope. They may not have the money to buy their way out of their problems, or the support of friends and family. The rich, on the other hand, have access to all of those things. But that doesn't mean that they're immune to suffering. It is a popular belief that the rich never cry. They have everything they could possibly want and they're insulated from the everyday problems that the rest of us face, so it would stand to reason that they don't shed tears like the rest of us. But this isn't always the case. In a world where we are constantly told that if we just work hard enough, buy the right things, and keep up with the Joneses, we will be happy, it's no surprise that so many people feel like failures. We are constantly bombarded with images of people who have it all, and we are led to believe that if we don't have what they have, we are missing out. But what if I told you that those people are just as unhappy as you are? That behind closed doors, they are just as plagued by doubt, fear, and insecurity? That they cry themselves to sleep at night, just like you do? The truth is, no one has it all. We all suffer. We all feel pain. And we all cry. The difference is, the rich have the resources to hide it better. So don't be fooled by their perfect lives. The rich also cry. There have been a number of high-profile millionaires and billionaires who have gone through public break-ups, lost their fortunes, or faced other personal difficulties. In some cases, the public nature of their problems has led to them breaking down in tears. For example, Steve Jobs' resignation from Apple was an extremely public event, and his tears during the speech were seen by millions of people. There have also been cases of wealthy celebrities breaking down in tears during interviews or press conferences. So while it's true that the rich may not experience many of the same problems as the rest of us, they are by no means immune to them. When you're up, it's easy to feel like you're invincible. But when you fall, you feel like the world is ending. And it's easy to see why people give up. It's hard to keep going when it feels like everything is against you. But that's when you have to remind yourself that the rich also cry. They may have more money, but they have just as many problems as anyone else. The key is to never give up. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. You may not be able to solve all your problems, but you can always try to make things a little better. **Thanks for reading 🙏❤️** **Please like and subscribe** .

S.u.c.c.e.s.s Success is something that everyone wants it and they want to succeed in their life. You are successful when you are living your best life. For example, if you are unemployed and you are looking for a job but you didn't find it, do not worry because in the future you will have a job. Just keep on being positive, having faith and working hard because someday you will find a good job. Success is a state of mind. And no one knows this better than the people who have made it to the top. Everyone in life wants to succeed, success comes when you put in the hard work and dedication it takes to get there. Many feel that failure is always around the corner, but it's not. Failure is just a test to see how bad you want it. The times when we fall are opportunities to learn about ourselves. You just have to trust the process, and believe you will succeed. Just like I read in @Amazing-grace I can, I will https://read.cash/@Amazing-grace/i-can-and-i-will-a6dab7c3 Success comes in a lot of different ways. Maybe you've found success as a parent, an entrepreneur or in another role. Maybe you've been lucky enough to find personal contentment along the way. Or maybe you are just starting out on your journey of success. Whatever success means to you, we'd like to hear how you got there, and how you define it. And don't forget: You can always start small--the most successful entrepreneurs often begin with one simple goal in mind that they are willing to work hard for. *Thank you my lovely sponsors. I love you all* The truth is that there is no secret to success. Success is not a formula you can follow. Success is result of hard work, perseverance and the ability to listen to criticism and improve. We live in an era where everything must be quick and fast, where everyone wants the instant fix. The reality is that success is the result of a series of failures, in which each mistake teaches us something. I don’t know if people are aware, but every time you do something wrong or repeat a mistake, you learn how to not do it again. Success is the result of right choices. Success is the product of: 1. Vision 2. Perseverance 3. Courage 4. Hard work 5. Excellence 6. Enthusiasm And, most of all, Success is the by-product of sisterly love, loving support and constructive cooperation. Let me end this article with this acronym for success. S.U.C.C.E.S.S is a combination of the words **S**elf-Deluding. **U**nderstanding, **C**ourage, **C**onfidence, **E**ducation, **S**trength, and **S**upport. Thank you for reading

Role model According to Wikipedia, a role model is a person whose behaviour, example, or success is or can be emulated by others, especially by younger people. A role model is an inspirational figure that helps others discover their true potential. I have always wondered who are my role models, and I know the answer changes over the time. What is the first thing that comes to mind because I am definitely not near to being a role model but there are few personalities that stick out for me. A particular year, while I was still teaching, I asked my students to define a role model. For children, the answer is usually an inspirational figure like a celebrity or sports star. Meanwhile, adults usually have leaders or people they admire. In both cases, the answers are usually focused on people. One of my students wrote this down: ***To be a role model is to be someone who sets a good example for others to follow and do their best***. That definition is simple, yet universal. My student was not being political. He simply followed his heart and his mind to find inspiration. The result was effortless and beautiful. Answering the question "What is a role model?" may seem like a trivial thing to do, but the act of questioning allows us to see things from different perspectives, both literal and metaphorical ones. Questioning allows us to understand how something works or how something came to be the way it is. The real question should be who isn't a role model? One of my students asked; "Why do we have to have one person that we label as the role model and then dismiss all others" Choosing one as role model doesn't mean you are dismissing others "I replied". The role model for a students around around their age is most likely a sports star, footballers, musicians and so on. If we are to judge by that then, everyone has thousands of role model. Individuals are not role models for only one thing. One of my favorite quotes that pulls me away from this thought is "You cannot inspire others if you can't inspire yourself." I feel we are all on a journey through life and there are various paths that we take. We have to remember that along these paths there will be twists, turns and forks which will shape our character in many ways. We should celebrate everyone and what they have done or are doing, instead of comparing ourselves to each other. At this moment, when I look around and meet new people I instantly want to know about their role models and why they are their role models. My first question is always – who do you look up to? I like to understand why people love that person so much. We all have a role model. We all have a role model. Whether it’s someone in your immediate family, a teacher or a public figure: It’s likely that person has influenced you in some way. Whether it’s the way you dress, speak or act. Your role model can be from anywhere. I have seen a lot of people on this platform that has chosen these set of people as role model. And I believe they are truly a Role model, because I've learnt a lot from them. @Olasquare , @Oikawa , @HappyBoy @Jane , @meitanteikudo @Fexonice1 and so on. These people listed above must have a thirst for knowledge. Einstein was a role model because he had a thirst for knowledge. He said, "It's not that I'm so smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer." Steve Jobs was a role model because he understood that technology is a tool to solve problems. Another set of role models I've seen on this platform is @Jelena @Giddyboy @fantagira. The people we look up to are not necessarily the ones who are physically present in our lives. They may be living far away in an unknown country, or may even be spirits that exist in another dimension. What makes them role model? **A person is called a role model because he inspires others to do better like him. He can be influential for better or for worse. A role model can be the best teacher in your life or a life-long inspiration.** Some of the popular personalities can be considered as role models based on their achievements, but there are few people who cannot become a role model even if they have done something great because they have also done something wrong or have committed some serious mistakes. The people who become a role model mostly because of their dedication to their work and strength of character can transform themselves for the betterment of society. Thank you for reading

Good morning world Good morning world, Good morning world. Here is a three words clause that we have all heard and said numerous times, each and everyday: Morning. Three letters, three little words and one truly powerful sentence that starts our day and ends our night. It is a time when we have awoken from the slumber and gently stretch out of the comforts of our beds, a time where we take in a very deep breath, our minds are clear and focus is on the task at hand. Whether this task includes getting dressed for work or going to school. It is simple, yet profound. It is a time for us to make a choice. A choice that will determine how the rest of our day will go. A choice we make when we decide whether to look at the day as an obstacle or as a set of opportunities. Our doors are open for you to visit anytime you want; we are waiting for you to start your day with us and see what good things can come from it all. Good Morning World. We are up and we are ready to tackle this day. Good Morning World. A day that would have been just another day, if not for our decisions and our determination to make it count. Good Morning World. We are here. We are alive and the world is ours. Good Morning World. Today is a day of no judgements, no mistakes and no regrets. We will make today count because we were born to be great and we were born to win not only for ourselves but for one another and for our future generations to come, we will strive and we will fight. We will do all these by taking every single opportunity to make a change that would be felt in our lifetime and beyond. Today is a great day to be alive. It is one of those days where you wake up and you realize that you have made it. It is a day you feel grateful for the wonderful people in your life and the lessons that have been learned. I hope that you have those moments today too. The entrepreneurial spirit rests in all of us. It is a variety of dreams and ideas we sometimes even wish would just go away, but in reality they don't. It is our constant companion that we must master. The risk takers, they are the ones who make change happen, who find solutions to problems, who work tirelessly to bring their dreams to life. I am thankful for them because they are an inspiration to me and so many like me. Why not? Why not drop a note? Why not be enlightening? Why not be kind to yourself? Why not say hello to your day? Why not give a shout out to your morning? Your day matters. It needs recognition. It deserves love. Give it that. Do it right now. This instant. Today. Before it's time to sleep again. You can do it anywhere and anytime you want, but the best time to do it is in the morning, when the day is beginning to unfold, when you're waking up and you've yet to touch your phone screen or laptop. It can be funny, it can be deep, it can be profound, it can be silly (and sometimes all of these things together). The path to success is never easy, but those who dream of something bigger than themselves are the ones who see progress. Good morning world #bch #champion Lead image is mine

Over the years, I’ve learned so much from my own failures - and the failures of others - that I’ve turned those learnings into treasure. Now, I want to share that treasure with you. A great story offers a treasure of lessons to anyone who reads it. It provides motivation, offers a point of inspiration and helps a person better understand who they want to be. Abstinence Abstinence is avoiding indulgence in particular behaviors, objects, or substances. It is used as a term in behavioral psychology to describe human behavior which is suppressed or prevented from occurring by the conscious and unconscious mind. Lead image source https://unsplash.com/photos/pM5ACGnKRjg Abstinence can have prescriptive and descriptive value. Abstinence is the act of voluntarily refraining from indulging a desire, participating in an activity or performing an action which may give rise to feelings of pleasure. In our quest to be great, we put brakes on certain things that can hold us back from our goals. And we all should. Let us then abstain from every form of temptation, so that when the world is ready for action again, we are ready for it. Abstain from things that can hold you back and things that only have temporary gratification. Learn to say no and stand your ground; don't just be a yes-man who agrees with everything people say. Learn to say no in a way that shows you mean business and are not afraid to speak your mind. It is commonly practiced in religious or spiritual traditions, often within a monastic setting, as a sign of devotion and/or as a symbol of asceticism. For instance, it is commonly practiced by adherents to religions with a strong emphasis on morality. Abstinence is also practiced by people who have a high degree of personal autonomy to make choices about their own lives, such as teenagers and unmarried adults. Abstinence from sex Abstinence is the only 100% effective birth control method (yes, including your mom's favorite condoms). This means that as long as you're abstinent, you will never get pregnant. If a woman and a man do not have sex, she cannot get pregnant. It's that simple. Abstinence is a big word. Maybe you've seen people use it but don't really know what it means? It is the act of refraining from having sex, even when you feel like it or want to. When you're abstinent you can still have fun and do all of the same things that you normally do (although maybe...less of it). Being abstinent isn't just about avoiding sex, it's about focusing on your life and making smart choices. Abstinence is not a method of birth control. Abstinence is practiced before marriage, during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or any other time that having sex could result in pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases. Fact or Myth? It's a Fact! Teens who are sexually active are more likely than those who are abstinent to have unsafe sex, be exposed to sexually transmitted diseases and experience pregnancy. Teens who abstain from sexual activity have improved emotional health and well-being. They are more likely to have higher self esteem and feel better about themselves. In addition, abstinence helps teens to develop healthy attitudes about sexuality and increases their likelihood of avoiding risky sexual behavior when they become sexually active. Truth is you have less chance of getting pregnant if you don't have sex than if you do have sex. My lovely sponsors ❤️ **Abstinence from Drugs, Smoking, fraud and other vices & sins.** The debate surrounding abstinence is an interesting one. It's not just about sex. It is also about an entire mindset towards living a healthy life. It's easy to look at the concept of abstinence through the lens of sex and sexuality and think that it is only applicable to a certain set of people, who are being shunned for their choices. Yes, it also means no sex. But it also means that you do not take part in drugs or other intoxicants, gambling and other vices as well. When we talk of abstinence, it is not only about sex. One can abstain from all kinds of vices and sins too. **From smoking to drinking, from drugs to junk food and from fraud to greed**, it is possible to abstain from all those things. But if one decides to do that, then we have to first identify what it is that we are going to abstain from. The diseases which plague our society have many roots but one common ground, and that is a lack of self-control. The reason for this lack of control is addiction. And therefore, the biggest problem plaguing us is not that of sex or drugs, but it is the problem of addiction. Addiction or lack of self-control can be overcome by learning self-control. **Lesson**: We all know Abstinence is not as easy as it seems, but please abstain from all vices and sins, either premarital sex, drugs, gambling, and other ungodly things. **Thank you for reading**

Fear Fear is a tool of destruction. Fear of missing out-FOMO Lead image source https://unsplash.com/photos/NJ7_RKmfsXw Fear keeps you small, keeps you safe and in reality, it makes you weaker. Fear of the unknown, fear of the different, fear of not having enough. Fear is something that has become engrained in our society. And, as a result, many of us now have a subconscious level of fear programmed into our system. We may not know we have it, but it's there. Every time we're about to take a step forward – whether it's professionally or personally – we stop ourselves and find reasons why what we're about to do is not the right thing for us. As a result, many people feel like they never reach their full potential because they're always playing it safe. There are so many times in life when we fail to overcome our fears. We fail to seize opportunities that we know can bring us happiness and success. You might ask yourself why you don't have more faith in yourself, in your abilities and the way you can shape your future by doing the right thing? Why are you so afraid to trust others or rely on others? Why are you afraid to seek help or take advice from others? Why does fear paralyze you from achieving the life that you want, where you live the way you want, and sharing your life with those whom you love? Fear is the enemy that hinders you from building a better life. If fear is what's holding you back then it's time to fight back and let go of fear. To beat fear you must take action and fight back against it. When you get off your seat and start to act, fear will slowly fade away. Fear is a tool of destruction. It is used to keep us stuck and not moving forward in life. Fear has kept many people from believing in themselves, their dreams and their ability to realy make an impact on this world. It has been used as a tool by leaders, celebrities and businesses to keep people in line and support the they have created. For example, the fear of death is what inspires many people to work ungodly hours instead of enjoying the time they have with loved ones. Controlling your mind and thoughts is the main use of fear. Fear keeps you from being motivated, from believing in yourself and from making choices that will make you happy. Fear is a tool that can be used for good or for bad. It all depends on how you choose to see it. Use it to motivate yourself and others to create the world that you want to see… not just the world that others want you to see. Fear is a tool of distruction. It can destroy lives, it can make people doubt themselves, it can cripple the human spirit. Fear is designed to control us. Fear is designed to cause us to react in ways that are not positive. Fear is designed to suppress our drive and our ability to make important decisions such as what we eat and how we live our life. Fear doesn’t have to be part of our lives. As long as we are aware of fear and know how to deal with it – we can overcome it! The most effective way to confront fear is by moving past it. **Fear of new ideas, new perspectives, new experiences, is the most destructive force in the world.** The more we are able to be comfortable with things that are different from us, the more free we will be to explore and create. Fear gets in the way of everything good. It has a way of making you defensive, of making you fearful of change, and it makes sure things stay exactly the way they are. Fear will rob you of potential. You see it all around us. How much slower the world could progress without fear. If Steve Jobs had allowed himself to be fearful of computers, we wouldn't have an iPhone. If Martin Luther King Jr. had been fearful of segregation, we wouldn't have Civil Rights. Change happens because innovators take risks and challenge the status quo. Fear has no place in progress and progress is too important to let fear block our success. Thank you for reading #fear #champion #bch

Who is to be blamed? Moral decadence in children **Who is to be blamed for the moral decadence in children?** Lead image source https://unsplash.com/photos/Z5Lsb65XoCE In recent years, there has been an increasing tendency in the children's world to be immoral, to commit various crimes, to commit suicide. One way or another, we all know that this is happening. What kind of society we live in, where young people commit suicide? And what is the cause of these terrible events? Is this the right path? As a parent, I want to know who is to blame for these tragedies. And I think it should be the guardians of children, who does not give their child all the attention that he needs. So I decided to conduct an investigation and reveal the truth. ***Who is to blame for the moral decadence in children and teenagers?*** Here is his answer: The reason for moral decadence in children, who is to blame? The first person who should be blamed is the parents. Parents who do not pay attention and do not monitor their children can very quickly results in their own death. The media is also to be blamed. The media, as a rule, promotes values contrary to the moral education of children. Children are growing up in an environment filled with violence, hatred and indifference to others. The media is becoming more and more controlled by money, and the desire to gain more money at any cost makes people sick and corrupt. In childhood, the human personality is formed by socialization. The person becomes a moral being by learning the rules and norms of the surrounding reality. This applies not only to children but also to adults. The media - television, radio, film, music - create the reality of adults' lives and shape their perception. The range of movies, games and TV programs reflects the values of his time. The media has an influence on the formation of a person's personality. The influence of the media on children's moral education is complex. For example, if parents show their child pro-social behavior, that child will perceive this as appropriate. The fact is that the children are the future and that their lives are in our hands. If a future is good or bad, it depends on how good or bad their upbringing will be. Let everyone reflect for a minute on what is happening to the younger generation today, with respect to morality. We see children today who do not know the difference between right and wrong, not just because of the lack of moral education, but also because they are still too young to have been invaded by negative energy. What can be said then, is that bad parenting is the problem? Unfortunately, this is not true! Even if parents try to instill positive values in their child, some of these children do not listen and others do not feel like they are being listened to. The main reason is that these children have the sense that the world around them is no longer a safe place. They feel that whatever they do, there will always be someone who will harm them or make them unhappy. Children are being sexualized at younger and younger ages, even in preschool. How did this happen, and who is to be blamed? There is no simple answer. The trend toward sexizing children has been decades in the making, and is driven by multiple factors. But there’s one group that deserves particular blame: Feminists. "What is better? To be born good or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?" -- Socrates My view is that it is better to be born good (with the right moral qualities) than it is to overcome your evil nature through great effort. The reason why I hold this view is that a person with an evil nature will not be able to successfully overcome his or her evil nature without extraordinary willpower, and most people do not have such willpower. To be sure, some children are evil from childhood and are not fit for human society. These people are best dealt with via imprisonment or expulsion from society. The children are our future, they are the reason we settled here on Earth, they are our hope of preserving humanity. Yet, there is a growing problem with our children. Today, it is common to see a child using a mobile phone at school, this is not surprising as mobile phones have become part of our everyday life, but instead of using them for learning, communication and simplification of tasks, the children are using them for different reasons. The difference is that the adults understand the consequences of using mobile phones during class, they understand that the technology can be used to further the learning process and be used as a mean of communication during the class. ***So where do we go wrong? Where did we make mistakes by not making sure that their understanding was right? The responsibility lies with each member of society. It’s up to each member to ensure that their children don't end up where they are heading to.*** Thank you for reading #Train_up_your_child #bch

A good name is better than silver and gold Lead Image source https://unsplash.com/photos/-3xhXkOcKvE You think gold is precious? What is better than gold? A good name! A good name is a great portion, and a good grace: for the like is more than meat and the like is more than raiment. A good name is as a precious ointment, that shall not be forgotten: for as the sun is hot, and as the moon is clear, so shall the remembrance of thee be. A good name is better than silver and gold is a proverb which refers to the value of a good reputation. Sometimes, it is also applied to the value of a good name in general, including one's own name. It is written in the Holy Bible in the book of Proverbs:22 vs 1, which says "A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches" The day of death, than the day of one's birth. If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. A good name is better than good silver, and the day of one's death, than the finest gold. Proverbs. Precious things are not only precious in and of themselves, but also because of their associations. **A good name is better than silver and** **gold. – Proverbs 22 vs 1** The saying goes that a good reputation is more valuable than money. This couldn’t be truer, as it is something which no amount of money can buy. So why is a good reputation so important? After all, it’s something that only you can possess. True, no one else can have your reputation, but it will affect more than just you. It will affect your family, your friends and your loved ones too. So how can you make sure you have a good reputation? Well, at Abhay & Co., we know that a good name is better than silver and gold. And with this in mind, we’ve put together some tips on how to get the best possible reputation for you and those around you. Having a good name can be the difference between success and failure. A great name can mean bringing in serious business. A terrible name can end a career before it's begun. The name you carry not just defines you to others, but defines you to yourself… The success of an organization depends on the quality of people working within it. So what do you do when, despite being the most qualified person for the job, you are passed over for a less competent candidate? How do you convince a potential employer that you are the best fit for a position, when all they see is your name? Why does this happen? Why is it that so many qualified people, who would make great additions to any team are deterred by their names? It’s because of unconscious bias – a psychological phenomenon in which people make judgments about others based on their race, gender , ethnicity, religion, social class and other social categories. What’s interesting is that these judgments occur even when there is no rational reason for doing so. Our brain perceives information in ways that lead us to make unfortunate and inaccurate assumptions. A good name is better than silver and gold. An honorable one is to be more desired than great riches; to be endowed with ability is better than silver, and to have the praise of integrity is more valuable than gold. **In conclusion** Good names go a long way. They open doors and smooth the way for people. A good name earns respect and admiration. But what makes a good name? Is it money and fame? No, it’s something more valuable than that. Family names have a lot of power. They can be used to guide the way films are made, cars are named, and people live their lives. But oftentimes, names are forgotten among the masses of the world. There are days when you feel forgotten and you don't know why. You wonder if you're even worth remembering or if your name has lost its worth. You may feel ashamed to tell someone your family name because you think so little of it. This is why I am here to tell you that you are worth remembering. Your name is your legacy and it's up to you to make the most out of it. #A_good_name #Champion #BCH

I asked her out, guess her reply... There was this girl I knew from my childhood days. We grew up in the same neighborhood, went to the same high school, even attended the same church. I had been crushing on her for years. I finally worked up the nerve to invite her out to have lunch with me. Lead image source https://unsplash.com/photos/TlpSvt_lYZM A night before that day, My heart is racing, I can’t eat, sleep or breathe. My mind has a million thoughts but I now know what it feels like to be in love. But I grew the courage the following day. So we went to a food canteen, We talked and laughed, and a few hours later, I decided to pour out my mind to her. I still couldn't let the cat out of the bag. Stammering "I... i...I... (`instead of saying I love you, and I want you to be my girlfriend, I said)` I want us to be together" I said those words with fear of getting rejected. She smiled and said, we are together already. "Deep down in me, I know she understood what I meant, but she was just pulling my legs" At the end of lunch, I asked her if she wanted to hang out some other time. She said yes! I walked out of the canteen feeling like a champ. A few minutes later, I saw her walking toward me. She looked confused. I ran over and said, “Wait! I'm not just being friendly. I'm asking you out.” She laughed and said, “I knew that.” I asked her out twice in the food canteen, but neither time did I make it explicitly clear my intentions or give her an opportunity to disagree. So this time around, I told her directly without fear "I love you, and I want you to be my girl". She smiled and said "how is this so hard to say? I knew this was where you were driving to. I've heard you, I'll get back to you. Image source https://unsplash.com/photos/LPckxbrqE5w I hugged her as we both left for our various houses. That night she texted me on WhatsApp, in her message was the reply to my proposal. Guess what she said, "Yes! I am ready to be your girlfriend" I could say that night was the happiest day of my life. I am not sure if things would have gone differently if I didn’t ask her out, but I know that now that I tried it was the right thing to do and the fact that she accepted makes me happy. However, until you try you will never know if you can succeed or not and failure is a reason to start over again I've learned it's important to be direct. When you ask someone out, you should follow these three simple steps: 1. Be clear in the invitation what you’re asking for — you may want to say something like, “I’d love to hang out with you this weekend if you’re free.” 2. Make sure the person has an easy way to respond — there’s no point in asking someone out if they can’t say yes or no! No matter how great your intentions are or how much responsibility you have for initiating the date, your date will ultimately be responsible for saying yes or no. 4. Be polite — at the end of the day, no one wants to feel like they’re being taken advantage of. 3. Only ask someone out if they seem open to it — watch body language, facial expression, and listen to the tone of their response. If anything makes you hesitate, let the other person know you’d still like to hang out, but not right now… I was nervous when I asked her out. Talking to girls is hard. It's even harder when they say no. But asking them out isn't something that always has to be hard. You can do it, too! Your crush will be impressed if you ask them out, and you'll see that there's no reason to behave shy around them To be successful means to follow your dream no matter what anyone says. Until you try you will never know if you can succeed or not and failure is a reason to start over again. Fear and pain won’t stop me from trying again, there will be another time. So, if you have a crush, go and ask him/her out today. Closing question How did you ask your girl out? Is it right/wrong for a girl to ask a boy out? Thank you for reading #BCH
