After so many comments on the article that I wrote about " I am scared and sad ( world)" on who to be blamed on the issue that the article portrays, I also went to deliberate on it for days before I concluded on my mind who is truly responsible to be blamed. Who's to blame? Is it the parent or the government?

Parent!!!!

We all know the usual word that charity begins at home and truly it all begins from the home. The majority of our leader's presently emanated from a family which is a home. If the parent has played their role with the upbringing of their ward, there won't be cases of someone's child being an armed robber or a kidnapper, we won't hear or see young promising children going into smoking or taking hard drugs at their tender age. Some parents will leave the home as early as 5 am, without their children knowing their whereabouts, they only leave money on the table for their food. Every other thing concerning the children doesn't concern them again till they see in the night, they don't know what their children eat for the day, nor the kind of friends their children keep while they are not around. Some even come home very late in the night, the only things that bond them together are their food money and their school fees.

Some people children don't even go to school, they told their parents they don't want to and their parents agreed without any plan of putting them into trading or learning handwork. They're not going to school since their parent listened to them and this gives space for bad friends to come in and from there they start smoking and drinking. Many children have lost that parent to children relationship because the parent claims to be very busy. The cordial parents to children relationship that's absent in the children lives make them feel lonely when they see their mate with their parent. This makes them open to listening to friends advice to be precise bad advice. Some families have never sat down together as a family to talk together, no family outing and rubbing of minds, all these make the family bond stronger and allow them to know each other the more. The absence of this makes the children find love outside the family from bad friends that will lead to bad attitudes.

Government!!!

There is a saying that says once a child is given birth to whether trained or not trained there is always room for rebirth, meaning one should decide on his own to choose the right part even though he/ she wasn't shown the part by his parent. He should choose rightly because he/she knows the benefit of being good and bad. Humans generally are given the ability to choose but the problem is the ability to choose rightly.

Our government are the children of some people but they choose the wrong part. If our government have done their part by providing the social amenities needed by the people, it would have been a peaceful country and a peaceful family. Social amenities like free education, job opportunities, provision of water and so on, all will make life easy for many and comfortable for many people. They won't be an avenue to leave the house as early as 5 am because of work, they will have time for their children since there's a job for them already. When the government are doing their duties, there will be less crime in the country if not at all because some family will still fail despite all this. Job opportunities are one of those things that are making people go into the bad act because they need money to provide food on the table.

With this point, I think I have been able to convince you that the root causes of this problem are the "parent".

I pray the lord help to organise all the families in the country to be as to train their children in the way of the Lord and the way that will bring peace and comfort into the society and country at large.
