Panic in the family.
Currently, a big panic has taken over my family, this wasn't caused by anyone in my family but by an extended family member.
What really happened?
Let me start the story from the beginning of the beginning.
The story.
I have a cousin (name withheld) who is very beautiful, she is the daughter of my mom's younger sister. Back in those days when we were very young, my mom always talk about her because she's almost age mate with my elder sister if not older. I haven't seen her once but as time went on, when she was about to visit my home she traveled out of the country. She went to study and after she was done she settle down for a while and it was then I got the opportunity to be friends with her on Facebook.
She sent me a request and I was like, "mom isn't this your beautiful niece in another country" she was like yes she's the one. So I accepted it and we started talking, this was like 3 years ago. We got close and we exchanged numbers, we started calling and texting, and in a short time, we became very close. I noticed she hardly posts any guys or guys but her female friends and I was proud of her.
I went back to school for my higher national diploma program, a 2 years course. It was then our communication depreciated. I was too busy with my studies to always be online and she was already using more than 8 years in a foreign land.
Long story short to the main event.
Yesterday I know my mom has always been on long calls, what is she always talking about with her sisters? So I asked and she told me her younger sister called her and said her daughter doesn't want to return home again.
I was like "she might have her reason and besides who would want to come back to a country with a bad economy"
She said that's not the point. A lot of suitors have come to ask for her hand in marriage from different starts and she had refused to come to see them. The last one came from Abuja city to Benin and spent a week waiting for her return but she refuse to come.
Her mom was so worried and started asking her questions like why don't you want to return home? Do you hate me? And many other questions because she was so worried. When she saw her Mom was becoming too worried it was then she decided to open up to her.
Mommy, it's not like I don't want to come home but it's just that I want to ask you a question. If I bring someone home, will you accept?
Her mom was like for sure, I would accept and why not, if it someone you like and has a future with you, no problem. she was like
Ok, I have someone here and I don't want you to get angry or anything. The person is a female like me and I a lesbian now. We plan on getting married soon, I hope you can accept it.
That was where everything scattered. Everyone in the family was shocked, why are we shocked?
Firstly, our tradition is against such kind of relationship and marriage, our constitution is against it and finally, their religion and general national regions are against it.
What will her mom say? What will she tell people? At first, I thought it was a joke but she was serious about it and she said if they aren't gonna accept her, she's not going to come back home again.
I have been worried about her and I don't know if it's right to talk to her about it. I don't want a situation she will get angry with her mom for telling the rest of the family. In her defense, she said she had tried men and it didn't work for her and she has no feelings for men sexually or emotionally.
I still don't understand or get it. Was it wrong to send her away and make her stay that long?
The way everyone in the family is confused is the same way I'm confused cause I don't know what to say or if I should talk to her.

Six (6) habit to avoid!
Habit is one of the traits that make up a human or will I say complete us. There is no man or woman on this planet who doesn't have a trait(habit). We have good and bad habits and of course, everyone wants a person with a good habit. Some people don't know the habit they possess is a bad one. There is a popular saying.
If two or more people complain about you. Then it is not just them but check yourself.
Who said it? I'm yet to figure that out.
Today we would be discussing six(6) habits to avoid and if you have any of them, please make some changes.
1. Spending more than you earn.
Recently, I read an article published by @Princessbusayo titled; what do you spend on most? You can visit her page to read it. In that article, she spoke about an app that she used to monitor her daily expenses and income. With this one would know what they earn and how they spend.
People who have spending people really need to see a therapist to help them cob the problem, yes I call it a problem because it is. Some would go the extra mile to borrow money based on the fact that they are expecting some money. It's not wrong when the money is put to good use, yet people with spending issues won't return it but rather spend it and hope for another one. Spending more than you earn is a bad habit, STOP IT!!
2. Hanging out with people who say No to every idea.
Do you know people's mindsets can be affected by those around them? If you put a wolf and a fox puppy among that of many dog puppies, there is a higher chance for the wild animal to behalf domesticated because of the environment and group they move with. That's just how humans are, if you make it a habit to move with people who say NO all the time to your ideas, then I'm happy and yet sad to tell you that you would never get anything done.
3. Playing the victim.
Do you know some people have never admitted their wrongdoing or believe they are right when they are wrong? Even when they know they are wrong, they would find an excuse to suit their wrongdoing.
If a person never admits to their wrongdoing, then they are not ready to grow as a human being. In one of @Olasquare articles titled; T*...* Tune Thursday (TTT).
Forget what the first T stood for😥😥
The musician which he focused on was Akon. Many of you might know him. The song titled "Sorry; Blames on me" showed how the musician had grown and was ready to admit his wrongdoing. He didn't play the victim here even when he didn't know the girl was underage, he went out to make a public apology. If you have this habit, learn from Akon and say "I'm sorry" next time. It would make people love you more.
4. Making Excuse.
Making excuses is not a bad thing that's for sure but we have some extreme excuse-makers. They are ready to put out 100s of excuses not to get things done or not to go out to a place.
I have a female friend who I always visit every time but has never visited me. We leave very close to each other so I can say, the distance wasn't an excuse. But she always find excuses not to come until one day she told me if she breathed the air outside, it would make her sick, that's why she doesn't like going out.😨😨
Since then, I stopped visiting and if I would go, it would just be to check up on the family.
5. Trying to impress others
Being another person who is loved by everyone to your own mental detriment is totally off the chart. Like why would you want to impress others?
You see, there are ways to impress people but when you're doing it or forcing it for people to notice you or like you are bad. Be yourself and let people see you for who you are. 6. Focusing on the negative.
In life, bad things happen. We all have good days and bad ones, we can't have all the good days. You know why, people we are not perfect, no one is perfect.
When you understand this you would like the past to go, instead of focusing on the negative that would only bring more negativity why don't you focus on the good things that have happened and work towards a better future? If you have the habit of focusing only on the negative, this can lead to depression and high blood pressure.
In conclusion...
The world is evolving and we should evolve with it positively, be an agent of change in your vicinity and let people from afar learn from you. I wish you all a safe and beautiful day or night.

What is the "Ember" month
The Ember month is the month that has the word "ember" in it.
I don't know if that makes sense. Anyways these months consist of September, October, November, and December. Back in the early 2000s till 2015, the ember month was strongly believed to be the bad month when bad things happen.
The truth behind this is that the year is going to an end and when something bad happens, it sticks more to the brain and people began to tag the months as a bad months. Also during those times, the rate of kidnapping and ritual killing was high. Children go missing under the nose of their parents without any trace, some were found dead with a body part missing. During this ember month, parents become more vigilant and people tend to be mindful of where they go to and the time they walk at night.
This trend happened for a long time until 2016 and it reduced. Probably they reduce their activities but the good news is that it's not as rampant as it was before.
Currently, the view of the ember month has changed over time and people see these months as the month of goodness and happiness. Many people wait till the ember month to launch a different project or make an endorsement. A lot of celebrations will begin to take place from September to December. This has made Ember month one of the most expected months in my country.
August.
The month of august is over and 2022 has just 4month to go, I have been online for a while and I have seen a lot of people talk about their achievements and talk about the amount of BCH they have been able to earn in the month of August. Honestly, I have nothing to talk about except for the fact that I'm alive and doing well currently. This isn't because I didn't achieve anything in the month of August, I did achieve a lot. I earn a lot of BCH and many other achievements I can't talk about.
I'm glad to be in this month like Everyone else and I'm happy it was with you all. A happy new month and I wish you all the best in the rest of the Ember month.

A main job and a side one.
Having a job in this perilous time is very important, especially for a man who has his own family...
The current situation in my country doesn't give the chance for a person to seat at home and do nothing. I read the paper this morning that says my country is having a $12trn deficit. That is a whole huge amount of money considering the value of our currency to dollar and also the amount of the deficit is much.
I'm sure things aren't just hard in my country alone, the pandemic and war between Ukraine and Russia also added to the world's pain after it was just healing from the pandemic.
Currently, in my country, a man with a family who doesn't have a job won't only suffer but his family will also suffer. The price of goods, commodities, and services has gone so high that the inflation rate is alarming. Sometimes the price for a good last week might be double when you want to purchase it again.
A male child who is above 18 years in his parent house also have to get a job to support the family
Why am I saying all this?
My main source of income has been mostly online. I write on Readcash, and Hive, buy and sell crypto, and do some little trading but currently, it hasn't been going well and the consumption of data that I use to perform all these tasks doesn't seem to worth it anymore. So I had to get another job.
Main job and side job
The main job is your main source of income, I mean where you focus your time, energy, money, and other sources to earn money while your side job or side hustle is what you do that brings additional income to your main income.
A new Job
I got a new job since the crypto market hasn't been favorable to me, I checked the current BCH price at 5 Pm and it was $113 and I already set a sell trade at $180 and now it looks like a fantasy dream.
My new job isn't stressful at all. Well, I have to do is follow the truck driver. My friend's dad owns the trucks, 5 of them and I'm like a supervisor there while I work too. I go with the driver on a trip after the agent in the company contact us that our truck is needed to help offload goods. In a trip, I earn $4+ and on a good day, we go for 2trips. Though this job isn't too bad cause I still have time to come online anytime I like when we are seated but not when we are on the road also the packing space for the truck to the company and to the place we offload the goods would take 4hours. So when we are set, I'm on 100% concentration.
This is the truck I work with. I will use this as the main job for now while writing would be my side job. Recently I haven't written in 3 days but I will do better.

Story starts
It was a bright day, the sky was blue and the sun was out in its beautiful glory. It was a weekend and all the students of Readcash Academy were in their homes either playing games, doing their assignments, or participating in one-weekend activity or the other.
In just-write street, house 5 lives a student whose mind has been perplexed due to the numerous thought going in and out of it. @Bilqees bilqees!! Her mom called out so loud that the birds on the tree flew away. Maaaaaa, she answered reluctantly. She jumped out of the bed because she knows if her mom come into that room to get her out, she would come out with a mark of a slap. What has kept you on your bed that you refuse to have your breakfast? Nothing, I'm just tired due to the stressful week at school. She went to the dining and it took her 30 minutes to finish 5slide of bread and her tea. After she was done, she washed her dish and decided to visit the class Rep of Class 1B.
Meanwhile
@ARTicLEE @Pantera and @Tomi-Ajax were at a cafe having a discussion.
Bruv, you can't understand. I feel something is up between them. She is always finding an excuse anytime I bring up the topic of @Kacy01 making me feel like I'm the bad guy. There is nothing @Ellawrites asks for I wouldn't give or do for her. I asked her to wait for me during our science practice test, just a few minutes for us to finish I saw her with Kacy heading towards the gate with another girl like that. I was thinking she would come back but she didn't, she could have told me she couldn't wait again and I would understand. I'm a human too😔. I got her lunch on Wednesday but before I brought it to her, she was with Kacy eating with him so I had to give the food out and when I try to explain myself to her, she would say I'm overreacting.
I understand what you have said, ladies can be hard to understand, this minute they are all loving and the next you would think you're talking to a stranger, right? Pantera asked ARTiclee, no comment, just keep me out of all this love. I gave up on love a long time ago and if I start talking I would only discourage you and ask you to break up with her. Whaoo!! Pantera screamed, you already gave your advice indirectly and that's not cool bro. Look, Tomi, I believe communication is the key. Before we resume on Monday, call her and tell her you would like to have a conversation with her. Don't argue, don't raise your voice, pour out your feelings and ask her what's happening between her and Kacy so you can stop assuming things yourself. Ok?

After they both finish their assignment Ella called Balikis and asked her a question. Can you love two guys at the same time?
Not possible! Balikis said. The lady might just be confused since she's not getting what she wants from the person she loves. I can't love two guys with the same percentage. It is either I love one more than the other, something like 70% and 30% and it also depends on how things go, each percentage can grow as they get closer. I hope this is not about Tomi and Kacy? Noooooooo🙄🙄 I'm just asking based on the movie I watched.
Anyways, Balikis said, I would advise you to think about it very well. I know you love Tomi and there are times relationship goes through ups on and down, you can ask @FarmGirl about how a relationship works because she's more experience even if we are in the same class. Kacy is a nice guy but I believe you should try and work things out first with Tomi before you make your final decision.

@cescajove was in the kitchen preparing dinner when she heard a knock on her door. Her parent wasn't at home but they had already given her instruction on what to do and how to take care of her siblings. She is the first child and there are a lot of responsibilities she has to take care of.
Daniel, go and check on who is knocking before I off that television, Daniel went to the door and saw that tall girl looking down at him. He asked, who are you? Oh, my name is Bilqees and I'm asking of Cesca, is she home? Aunty Jove!! Someone is asking of you!
Asking for me? She left the kitchen to see the august visitor. Bilqees😊😊 how are you doing? They both exchanged pleasantries as they hug and walked into the house. Cesca took her to the kitchen and they began to discuss as bilqees help her with the cooking.
Academy fact: Bilqees and Cescajove have been friends since they are little. They both went to the same school since they were kids and they are best of friends.
Cesca, don't you think it's time for me to tell Kacy how I feel? I feel if I don't, someone else may take him from me😔.
No!! Cesca object. You have to make him come for you, you're the lady. If you tell him, he would think you're a cheap girl and might want to take advantage of you.
But what if he doesn't talk to me, he is always talking about Ella when we are together and Ella has a boyfriend. I feel bad about it😭😭. If he wants to eat he calls me, if he wants to do anything he is always wanting me around so why isn't he seeing me? Bilqees said as tears drop from her eyes

***Author Message: I promised to publish an article based on "********Welcome to Readcash Academy"***** ***every Friday and since Read.cash isn't my main source of income, trying to balance my normal daily life and that of read.cash has been a lot more demanding lately since the economy of the country isn't improving but I can't quit what I love doing and I'm sorry another episode is just being released today. Story Starts.
It has been two weeks since the incident of the theft and the investigation of **princessbusayo** seed phrase at the academy. Due to this incident, two turns of events happened that no one ever thought would happen.
The First
@Kacy01 became very popular with all the ladies in school. They all want a piece of him since he also became friends with the Director's daughter) @Princessbusayo ) but he only had eyes for one lady since his first year at the academy, he love her so much and he had done all he could to have her by his side but everything prove abortive. This lady only like him as a friend at first but as time went on, she began to develop feelings for him too. She couldn't be with **Kacy** because she has a boyfriend, she loves her boyfriend and she knows he loves her too but there is some attribute he has been showing lately to her which she considered a red flag.
She would ask herself, Are these red flags or just normal challenges a relationship is meant to face?
For a week now they haven't spoken but **Kacy** calls her every day even before she and her boyfriend had this issue. The issue started when she supported **Kacy** against the allegation of him being the one who took the seed phrase. For sure @Tomi-Ajax dislike **Kacy** but that isn't meant to disturb her relationship with him, also she couldn't just stand and watch when her friend was being accused of theft. Anyone would have stood for their friend and what hurt her the most was the following day, **Tomi** accused her of having a secret relationship with **Kacy**. How could he?😭😭
Amidst all this thought her phone rang and it was **Kacy** that was calling. Should I pick it or not? Well he had no bad intentions and he is a friend and classmate, so she picked. Hello, she said.
**Kacy**: Aha, what's wrong? Your voice isn't as bright as it use to, @Ellawrites talk to me about what's wrong.
**Ella**: It's nothing **Kacy**, how are you doing? Have you done the assignment **Mr. Lucifer** gave to us?
**Kacy**: Yes I'm done. I was gonna ask if you're free this weekend, I have got two movie tickets for Thor: Love and thunder. Will you wanna go to the cinema with me?
**Ella**: Maybe another time Kacy. I'm not in a good state of mind.
**Kacy**: Oh, alright then. I won't ask too many questions. When you feel like talking about it, Let me know I would listen ok?
**Ella**: Ok, thanks for the call and for keeping me in mind.
**Kacy**: you're welcome
Call ended.
Second
Before the conversation between **Kacy** and **Ella**. **Ella** and **Tomi** had been having long discussions anytime they are together or on the phone talking. Their discussion always ends in arguments or quarrels. A week after **Kacy** was proven innocent of the crime which was alleged against him, **Ella** had gone home without waiting for Tomi at their usual spot, meanwhile, Tomi saw her and **Kacy** walking home together without calling her. The first day, the second day, and so on, he counted it and it been 5times both of them had gone home together without waiting for **Tomi**. He became very jealous and confronted **Ella** with all these accusations but **Ella** always have solid evidence to prove that she was innocent of those accusations.
**Tomi**: On the first day and second day, you didn't wait for me, I saw you and **Kacy** walking together from my class window laughing and poking at each other.🙄👀
**Ella**: That day you were having a science practical which you told me would take you hours to finish, I waited for 2 hours and you were not done, luckily **Kacy** and @Bilqees were going the same way I did so I followed them. How come you didn't see the other girl with us?
**Tomi**: ok, what about the sports day? Why did you pick Kacy? Weren't there other guys you could have picked?
**Ella**: Not this again. The instruction was you can only pick from your class and you're in class 1A, I could have picked you.
**Tomi**: But I saw Bilqees with him👀
**Ella**: I thought the same thing. I was thinking they would be partners but he didn't choose her but me. What should I have done? Tell him No?
**Tomi**: See!! Enough of the arguments. I have other things to do, have a nice day.

A journey through my Hobby; Prompt
Yesterday was a sad day for me, I had to end a friendship that wasn't leading anywhere. I once wrote about how the friendship was and I'm sure you would also have asked me why I haven't ended it a long time about but I'm not here to talk about my sad life story. I'm here to give out a prompt I saw on Hive yesterday night before the sad incident happened. Though I only wrote a short write-up but I would do the real explanation on readcash.

**Firstly**
I have the hobby of talking to mostly ladies. Can I really call it a hobby, I think so since it's something I like to do? If I'm at a gathering and there is no lady to start a conversation with before it spread to the guys, a friend better come save me. If I'm on my own and a guy starts a conversation with me, it would just look like a mosquito making a sound in my ears. Besides, I have very good communication skills, and the level of my communication skill increases when I talk to a lady. I can talk my way out of a murder case if the judge is a lady. Did I just over exaggerate that? Maybe. Anyways I love talking to ladies as a hobby
**Another one is**
Eating can be classified as a hobby too right? Anyways I love to eat and it's a hobby for me. When I'm sad and feeling down if you want to help me get over my feelings just give me food. I don't want ice cream. I want something hot that can burn down those feelings inside me. My mom is always angry anytime she doesn't meet food inside the pot and her first suspect is always me. Why is she always suspecting me? Most time I'm only guilty 8times out of 10.
**The next hobby that follows the previous One is**
Sleeping😥😥. I was told that food gives strength but anytime I eat I'm always weak and sleepy. Is this a syndrome? Am I the only one facing this kind of situation? Anyways sometimes without food, I prefer to just be in my room pressing my phone and the next thing is that I want to sleep. Thank God for the crazy and helpful friends I have who will never let me sleep in peace.
**One Hobby I know of that gets under my skin**
I'm a guy that plays the drums. Also, I play the keyboard or piano. With my love for these two instruments, a hobby was created within me which do get under my skin. Anytime I'm at a concert or I'm listening to music, I listen to the drum play or the piano sound and when I do my hands begin to move like I'm the one playing those instruments. It is always embarrassing sometimes, most time I would just forget about whatever was happening around me and focus on the drums and begin to play it in my world as my hand moves in the real world. Some people would think I'm crazy while others would know it was my passion for the drums that's making me act that way.
**Lastly, the hobby my mom loves and most ladies would like.**
The love of food pushed me to know how to cook different kinds of food. My mom would buy the ingredients and ask me to go check something in the kitchen. When I see all the beautiful ingredients, the cooking fire within me will be ignited. There was a year my mom and sister turned me into a chef slave😭😭 it hon my cooking skill but it was too much for me. I'm the man of the house, they shouldn't make me do the cooking. I'm the king, the Lion, the first male son and grandson of the Fashanu family *Groan* Anyways I was able to escape from my mom and sister after I gained admission to study **public administration** at **Kwara state polytechnic.**

Another trouble with the kids.
Recently I wrote about 380km back home to meet trouble and fun. I thought the trouble was for just that day but was just getting started; currently, the total number of people living in our house now including me and my siblings is 15. A lot has happened these past 3days that I have been around and I don’t just know what to do about it.
The first day I got home was fun; I met all my family and siblings at home. They were all happy to see me and I was also happy to see them too. The first night was not as crazy as the other night, properly since I was tired that day so I wasn’t disturbed. The names of the kids around from the oldest are Praise, Emmanuella, Michael, Esther, Isaac, Testimony, Annabelle, and Agatha. The oldest among them is just 11 years old and the rest are much younger.
The first night, I was supposed to watch a premier league match but the kids all said they want to watch cartoons which I allowed them. I was trying to be a good uncle to them and the next thing was that I was on my phone playing a game, in two seconds Annabelle was trying to look at what I was doing. No baby girl, I like to play my game alone, shoo shoo away, I chase her away pretending I wasn’t doing anything.

I went to my room to lay down a bit so I can do some chatting, it was then Michael know he was about to sleep. He joined me on the bed and in my mind, I was like, No little cousin, I don’t share my bed go sleep on the floor. Was waiting for the perfect time for him to sleep so I can move him to the floor, it was then two more boys were brought to my room by my mom saying they would be sleeping in my room since the remaining from were occupied by my aunties. I moved back to the most sacred room in our home, My Parent Room. No kids were allowed there since I was little but now I’m an adult so I can move in and out anytime I like. I was on the bed laying down and chatting when Esther came inside too. I was like whao, how come? Who gave you the password or how? I chased her out and my first night was a success.
The second day was great because I got to see them close up and know how they act. Testimony and Agatha won’t even let me carry them unless I have candy in my hand. The first time I tried to carry Agatha, she screamed like she was being kidnaped. I was like “Agatha” don’t you know your uncle again? She was just crying, I wonder what I must have done to receive such cold treatment from her. We cook 16 cups of rice that morning and we got 5 fish sliced to eatable size.
The sofa and other chairs are empty but the little ones prefer to sit on the center table probably because they feel they are closer to the television or because they don’t have much weight. What surprised me the most was that my mom didn’t say anything about it and she was the big mommy in the house. I remember when I was very young, if I seat on a chair and put my legs on the table, I would collect a hot slap on my neck but now everything looks so different. What has happened to the iron lady mom I know?
It was nighttime and I already forfeited the television for them, I was sitting in the dining pressing my phone, I was surprised no one was disturbing me but I felt a presence very close by, I looked over to my shoulder and my heart almost jumps out of my mouth. I saw two bright white eyes looking over my shoulder at what I was doing. Damn, praise why are you reading my chat, I was chatting with my girlfriend. I hope he didn’t see those naughty stickers I sent or is he a spy from one of my uncles or my mom trying to know what I’m always pressing on my phone.
And it went on and on with different scenarios that I can’t just type. Due to their disturbance and the fact that I had to go to the hospital for a checkup I was unable to come online yesterday and write an article.
I hope tomorrow will be a good day.
380km back home to meet fun and trouble.
It was over a month since I finished my examination in the higher institutions of Kwara state polytechnic, Ilorin. Though I was done with my pursuit of the higher diploma certificate but I haven't decided when to travel back home.
My parent kept on calling me and I decided to travel in August. My mom told me a few of our family are around and my favorite cousins were among them, upon hearing this I was eager to go back home.

Yesterday (Monday) I woke up at 5 am, prepared my box, and did the necessary thing a person was meant to do before traveling. I notice the electricity was out but I was glad I charged all my gadgets over the night. To my surprise everything charged except my phone, my phone was at 11% 😫😭.
I went ahead with the journey, I took my box and everything I will be needing. I head towards the park, I got there at 6:56 am. Luckily and unlucky for me it was remaining one person for the bus to be completed so I rushed and took the last seat. The seat was just wood with a little foam. I felt pity for my ass throughout the journey. The bus was tight and the road was bad, I kept hitting my head at the metal window frame which resulted in a headache.
I got home at 2.45 pm and I was glad to meet everyone. All my siblings were around except for my dad who is at work and only comes home during the weekend. I spoke with him on the phone and he was glad I was home.
**That wasn't the surprise I met at Home.**
When I got home, our house was filled with family and friends that came for the holiday. My mom's sister with her three kids was around, My mom's brother's wife and her two kids were also around, and our family friend brought their three kids to spend the holiday at our place also. This also includes my mom, my two sisters, and my brother. The house was filled with noisy kids, and the space wasn't enough but we manage. It was fun to see my cousins and the little ones who are now growing so fast but the trouble was so much. I couldn't be alone, if I'm pressing my phone, one kid is in a corner spying on what I was doing on my phone.
I quit my phone and tried to watch the premier league but the little ones want to watch cartoons, the kind of kid's cartoon. It was fun but so much trouble. I love them and everything they are doing but I won't be staying at home today until late in the night when I want to sleep.

An interview involves asking questions and giving the right answer which I'm about to do. I found all these questions very interesting and I have decided to be a partaker in the questions.
**Do you have a favorite Holiday and Why?**
The truth is that we all love the holiday but for me, two holidays stand out among them all. The independent holiday and New year Holiday, some people might be wondering why I choose these two holiday.
Firstly the independent holiday is the celebration of our heroes who fought for the independence of my country. I wonder where I would be now if they haven't sacrificed all those work and time they did. I once wrote an article titled: **Lost meaning of our independence.** It was an outpour of my heart to tell how important independence is.
Secondly is the New Year holiday, this is because I'm always happy to be entering a new year which will mark the beginning of different new things for me and my family. And it's one of the most celebrated holidays where the whole world feels happy.
**Have you ever encountered food that was hard to swallow but you didn't want to offend someone?**
This happened one particular time and I can never forget it, I think I once shared the story but I will give you the short version.
A church member from another country, his wife put to bed (gave birth to a baby girl) and we went to his house to celebrate with him. He prepared his native food which he called "Cornchaf" the ladies who served it were beautiful and promised I would like it. I took a spoon and chew for 3sec, swallowed and smiled, and took another spoonful. After a few more spoons I gave up but they were glad I was able to it their local food.
**Is it better to forget the past?**
I don't think it is wise to forget the past (Personal opinion) I believe in "Forgive and don't forget" except if it is a person I love then I can forgive and forget. I have done this several times but there are some things people do I can never forget. Also, the past is a part of us, either good memories or bad ones. No child would want to forget his loving and caring dead parent. So forgetting the past is wrong.
**How does "Knowing too much" benefit or harm you?**
Knowing too much! Hmm.
This happened recently but I won't go fully into the details, a girl I truly love was having an affair with a friend. She promised me nothing was going on between them but since the guy was my friend, he told me all that had happened between them and when we were to see, she was with him. She told me she didn't plan it but he told me she said she was going to come to his place to see his mom and spend at least 3hours at his place. So their words are contradicting each other and I don't know who to believe or trust. This is a girl I love truly and this is a guy I trust. So knowing too much brought me harm in a lot of ways, pain that even the most expensive drug can't cure but the benefit is that I know where to keep my heart.
**What are the three best things about you? Advertise yourself in the best three ways.**
I'm a good listener. Sometimes I might not be calm but I will listen to everything one has to say. I have always had the patience to listen to every word of a person and give the best advice.
I have the TDH all ladies want. The Tall, Dark, and Handsome thing. I'm tall, the tallest in my family. I have used my height in good ways.
I'm a lover boy. Can I really call it lover boy? Well, what I meant is when I love, I do love at 100%. I don't use the word love carelessly and I don't tell it to random people.

After class 1A had made their way into class 1B, @Princessbusayo called @Kacy01 out to return her seed phrase that was stolen. And it was then the teacher walked in.
@Lucifer01: what's going on here? Why aren't you all in your class?
**Princessbusayo**: One of your students came to my class and stole my seed phrase and he has refused to return it.
**Lucifer01**: 😨 my student? Which of them and before you can say that you must have proof.
**Princessbusayo**: Yes I have proof. @Wrinkle saw him take it from my bag.
**Wrinkle**: 👀👀
**Lucifer01**: Did you see him take it?
**Wrinkle**: W-well, I saw him sitting at princess seat and the bag was open and he l-left in a h-h-hurry.
**Lucifer01**: That wasn't the question I asked. Did you see him take it?
**Wrinkle**: N-no sir.
Meanwhile in Class 1A
The main teacher wasn't around ( @renren ) so the substitute teacher was in charge. She walked in and notice some chairs were empty.
@Lhes: I wonder why students always refuse to stay in their class during the lecture hour. @bmjc98 where are the rest of the class?
**Bmjc98**: (in her thought: being the class rep is very stressful) They went to class 1B. **Princessbusayo's** seed phrase was stolen.
**Lhes**: 😱😦 how come?

And they walked out and walk into class 1B

The attention of the class was turned to the people walking into class 1B and the atmosphere changed again, the class 1A student that had lost their voice before gained it again.
Wrinkle: Yesss, ask him. **Kacy** is the one who took it.
**Kacy01** was like
**Kacy01**: Sir this is what happened. After the Assembly, I and @Jumper-01 went to class 1A to say Hi to my friend @Cogamedia and I sat at the empty table I saw without checking who own it. If I knew it was for **princessbusayo** I wouldn't have sat on it.
@Tomi-Ajax: Hmmm, so why do you rush back to your class?
@Ellawrites: **Tommyyyy**, how can you say that? I know Kacy, he would never take what doesn't belong to him.
**Princessbusayo**: What do you expect, she will surely support him. Birds of the same feathers...

It always saddens me with the way people complain about how they haven't been visited by @TheRandomRewarder aka Rusty. Some even said the bot is not Rusty because it doesn't tip them the way it use to. Some wish things would go back to the way things were back in the good days before the blood bath in the crypto world.
If you are among those people that haven't received a tip in a long time or have Rusty hardly visit your post and because of this you haven't tipped people or you're probably thinking you would gain this knowledge and wouldn't tip this post you're reading, I have good news for you.
There are ways and manners to get the bot's attention and I would be sharing it with people that already subscribed to my post because they are the first people that would get the notification of this article. So to the point.

I have gone through several people's articles that complain the rewarder doesn't reward them but rewards others and there might be nepotism in a way. When I go through their article, I see a lot of mistakes and there is no improvement in their writeup. The site is for the young writer to improve themselves, that's why you get tips little by little when you join and as you improve, your tips also improve. Your grammatical phrase, use of punctuation marks, sentences and every other thing matters a lot. Rusty read your article and reward you based on that in one aspect.
Interaction
Interaction is very important too. Don't just write, drop your article and leave. For starters, I would suggest you interact with 20 articles or more per day. Lots of work right, but Rusty sees what you're doing and it is at the door of your article to visit you.
Visit from a top user.
Who do I call the top user? These are people that have made a name for themselves on readcash or one of the whales on Readcash e.g @sanctuary.the-one-law @Pantera @Olasquare @Fexonice1 and many more like that. This set of people might not be your top users, but they are to me. This also gets Rusty attention, it would be like "oh, Marc tipped him, let me see what he actually write for him to get a tip from a top user" so it also works like that. Finally.
Be consistent.
Don't come online, write an article and go off for 4days. It won't help build your account. Rusty will always see you as a stranger. So bottle up some time, 3hours or 2hours a day dedicated to readcash isn't too much to do all the above things I have stated and make your experience here on Readcash awesome.

I Never knew I could...

I've always been called a loser since I was in high school so I always acted like one. I never participated in any social or school activities, I was scared I would do wrong and get yelled at. The loser mentality is now a part of me that I tried to fight off but I couldn't. I remember I was in my second year at the university and I wanted love too. It seems all the guys already got a girlfriend, I have always thought about who my girlfriend would be, my first girlfriend.
I haven't gotten a girl but I had tons of things I wanted to do with her, places I would like to visit with her.
I wanted to feel love but I was scared of rejection, I hide behind my joke as a form of protection, all I ever wanted was to make a connection, but it seems I've been running in the wrong direction.
Finally, my school propose an excursion to a faraway village for our geography class study which I had no choice but to partake of. The day for the excursion arrived and we set out to the village, it was pretty far as it took us 7 hours to get there.
When we got there, a house was made available for our rest and we are to start our research the next day.
The following morning, everyone already picked themselves in two while others in three, and I was left out again. It didn't bother me since I was used to it, we all went our separate way to proceed with our research. I walk far away from our jurisdiction and I saw a river, I walk closer and it was then I saw her.
I tried to ignore her but her beauty pull me closer, her eyes were so bright and the smile on her face already melt my heart. I spoke with her and she responded well.
I was surprised a lady with talk to me this way and could put a smile on her face. I guess this was because she didn't know me to be a loser. We spent the whole day talking and I forgot about my research. It was late in the night and she was cold so I took off my jacket and I gave it to her, she followed me to the place I would sleep and everyone was surprised I brought home a very beautiful lady.
I asked her to go with the Jacket. The next day, I went to the same river and I found her in my jacket waiting for me. 4 days spent in the village were with her and on the eve I was to return, she spent the night at my place and I told her.
Darling, D-darling you know I can't stay, to give my heart and world to a girl so far away
I felt so sad and weak as she kissed my lips and she said **I never knew I could** get my heart broken in so many ways.

Back to the beginning.
Since I started schooling at Kwara state polytechnic in 2016, there was this girl I know then. Though I hardly talk to people in the community because the place I stay is a 4 bedroom flat, I have got my room and to crown it all, my place was fenced all around. So most time I'm always indoor, I only go out to get the necessary things for survival.
Back then in 2016, I would just go to this girl's Mommy's shop to get noodles and she would be the one to sell them. She was beautiful, tall, and elegant but she lack a manner of approach and talks carelessly. She has never tried her bad manner act with me because I don't talk to her or have any business except to get things from their store. She was still a secondary school girl and the words that comes out of her mouth were always too hard for me to imagine.
2022
I started my HND program in 2020 and I was to round it up in 2022. I notice this girl who is now in the form of a lady has also finished her secondary school and was planning to get admission into my school. I wanted to offer her a helping hand with no strings attached but an incident happened.
Due to the poor weather and lack of electricity, getting water in yakuba Kwara state is very hard. Most of the wells are dry and people who own tap water will refuse to open it to the populace because they had to use fuel to pump the water. On this faithful day, I was sleeping in my room and the electricity came, I didn't notice because all my sockets were off. It took probably one hour for me to know. So I rushed with my bucket to the tap to fetch water and I met this young lady there. She and her siblings has been fetching water, so I begged her to let me fetch my 2 buckets and I would be on my way but she refused.
I waited for her to fetch her 6 big buckets and she allowed her friends. Her siblings came back with the bucket they took home and started fetching again. I didn't say anything cause I wouldn't want to have an exchange of words with a little lady. I waited till she was done. And since then I haven't seen her. Probably she gain admission and was busy like I am. 2 weeks ago as I came out from my gate to get things needed for survival, I saw her with a big stomach. Could she have just eaten? No, was it too much water? No. This could only be pregnancy, I couldn't ask her because we aren't even close. When I got to the shop I was getting my provisions, she passed and I asked her friend "who is the husband?" And she replied "I don't know, even the lady doesn't know who the husband is"
I was whao, I felt bad for her but to think she doesn't know the father of the child is, what could have happened?
That is the question I'm still asking myself.

Life is of two sided coin. It is either YES or NO. So, what does stingy and laziness mean.
**Stinginess**
**1.** giving or sharing as little as possible
2. not generous or liberal **:** sparing or scant in using, giving, or spending
**Laziness**
disinclined to activity or exertion **:** not energetic or vigorous
to spend time doing nothing
Since I have established the meaning of stinginess and laziness.
We have seen it clearly that the two behavioral actions are very common in most relationship and many people find it hard to cope with such partner. Sometimes it hard to tell if a man or woman is being stingy because you really can't tell if they have or not because they are not always open. Also laziness is very easy to tell when a person is lazy.
Well, to know if a woman is being stingy.
1. She presents inferior gifts to her man.
Inferior in the sense that, no value inclusion. Guys be sensitive don't enter one chance. Giving gift is also important in a relationship but the gift must have value. Learn to know what your partner needs. To whom more is given, more is expected, your partner knows you well and know your capacity, some times you just have to go out of your comfort zone to get him something.
2. She's desperate to know your monthly income.
A lady that does everything just to know the amount her spouse earn in a month can be a tag a red flag. This is because many are curious to know so that they will know how to bring up cooked up stories to scam the man. You propose to a God fearing lady does not guaranty 100% 💯 faithfulness. Too much desperation can lead to respiratory disease.
3. She always claim to be broke.
A lady who always claims to be broke at all time when her account is actually fat indicates that the probability is high for her to become a home wrecker. She will be always ready to take and not give
4. No absolute commitment into the relationship.
I mean when a lady says no good word of encouragement nor involvement for growth and development of the relationship. It takes two to make it work, if only the man does the pushing, it shows the lady is lazy.
**5. She find it difficult to support her man while in financial difficulties.**
We are in a age when everything is fast developing. It was in the old days when the man goes out alone to sort for the things the family will eat and provide for them. Now a woman who is capable of helping out and isn't ready to help is also stingy. Any help a man can get even when it is very little will go a long way in the journey of the relationship life.

Like I said yesterday, all the points being given should be taught to everyone growing child, either in schools, at home, or in any religious setting. It is very paramount that the young ones understand all these important details. The second part on tips you should know for building a healthy relationship is.
Parental concert
I'm sure many young individuals don't want their parents to know who they are dating or in a relationship with because they fear their parents would not approve, probably because they are still too young to be in a relationship or the fear of not being ready to take the next level step. Why? Because when parents are involved, things get serious and everyone starts to plan for the future. If you want a lady or a guy to take you seriously when you know in your heart that you want a serious relationship. Let the parent know about it.
Hiding your relationship life from your parent is like going into the forest without any guide when you actually have a guide that you ignore.
Both parties must be productive.
Get a productive partner. I'm not saying look for a rich man or lady, some men might be rich and not productive. Productivity isn't only in the term of finance. In the aspect of their partner's life, they have to be productive. If you get a lady that isn't helping your dreams or has any contributions to it and also has nothing doing herself. Such a lady isn't being productive and the same goes for the men too.
This is for the ladies.
What you need to look out for in your partner is bravery. A man that can take a decision and stand on it, not a man that would wait to hear what others will say before he makes a decision that would affect you and your relationship.
A short story.
A woman was at the hospital about to give birth but with the test run, it was shown that she won't be able to do the delivery herself. Her husband was informed and he was asked to sign so they can start the operation but he refused because the wife's family was not around yet. He was saying he doesn't want any problem just in case the wife doesn't make it and she was in pain screaming and crying. She has later put to bed herself but the child was affected in a way and he had to be transported to a special hospital for care.
So as a lady, you need to find bravery in your man. A man that knows he is in charge and not authoritative man.

Tips needed to build a healthy relationship. Part 1.
This article is directed mostly to people in a relationship or planning to go into one. These tips I'm about to share with you are tips you should know, understand and digest properly to build a healthy relationship that would mostly lead to marriage.
There are other things I would be sharing during the week but we shall be starting from this topic. So let's go
Abstain from sex or any sexual activities

It saddens me that many young couples today have based one of their relationship goals to be sex. I wouldn't lie, sex is pleasurable and enjoyed but it is more honorable when done in marriage.
Most people especially ladies refuse to quit a dying relationship because of the sexual intercourse they have had with their partner or some other factors, like the fact that they have aborted for the guy. Even when they know full well that the man has no interest in them again, they wouldn't want to let go because of the body count they got from the man.
A lady once got married to a man because she had stayed with him all through her schooling days, she said she had been trying to get pregnant for him so another lady won't take him away. She forced him into marriage and now she's regretting it. If a relationship has abstinence from the beginning, a lot of things can be avoided.
Limit yourself to tempting situations and create boundary

Limiting oneself to a tempting situation will help build a healthy relationship. I'm sure you would want to be with your partner always but don't stay with them in an enclosed place when you know you have no self-control. Avoid things like staying on the bed together half naked or fully naked. It can lead to something else. Kissing and smooching should be limited.
Set some boundaries that both of you can understand and agree to, with this there would be mutual understanding and respect. It would even help build trust between the two partners.

It is said that a man that can control his sexual urge has solved 80% of his problem. Self-control in a relationship is very important, no matter how beautiful and perfect your partner seems to be, you would always find someone better than them, either in the financial aspect, in beauty, body shape, skin color, and many other things. You would always find someone better but the ability to stay with that one person you have chosen will go a long way in that relationship. As a lady, you need to have contentment and as a guy, you don't have to chase every skirt you see.
With self-control, a lot of temptation can be avoided even when the couples are in a tempting situation. They would respect each other boundaries and would be able to control whatever situation they find themselves in.
No double dating.

How can you be in a relationship with a person and be in another relationship with another person, be it a close one or a distant one. It is very wrong. Double dating would destroy a lot of things in a relationship especially when a person has a faithful partner.
A relationship isn't just about calling each other babe and boo. It is more than that, it is something that has to do with the soul. Some people aren't in a relationship, they only see it as a game and that's why they take it with a levity hand, that's why they can do the most unthinkable thing to their partner because they believe there are other ladies or guys out there. A relationship that has a future in it, anyone involved in that kind of relationship would never double date in it. Know this and know peace.

Welcome to Readcash Academy: The Origin.
Do you believe in God? I'm surprised when some people say they don't believe God exists. @Bdellium once wrote an article concerning this matter and I also did write an article a long time ago talking about the existence of God. @Kristofferquincy and @Gaftekloriginal wrote about it a long time ago.
This article today wouldn't be like the usual drama you normally read. What you're about to read is the **Origin** of **Welcome to Readcash Academy.**
Origin of the Drama.
I was in my room that morning thinking of what to write, but nothing was coming through. All I did that day was read and tip people randomly like the random rewarder. As I was reading through, I saw a weird connection between everyone, sometimes after reading user A article and I want to comment, I would see a lot of users whom I know already via their article making a comment on that article and I would be like, oh they know themselves. Some users even chat via comment and I would join sometimes. It doesn't matter the location or race, we all seem to understand each other like we are in a world of our own.
Still, I couldn't get any idea on what to write on but I love what I was see. I just let the day pass while I quit surfing the internet then switched to watching movies. I slept off, I was very deep in sleep but I felt a hand touch me and it woke me up. Was it the hand of God? Was it my imagination? Or could it be what I call it? The hand of the immortals. If you're a frequent reader of my articles, you must have come across the phrase where I do refer to the immortals. Some of the ideas I write about, I do refer them to come from the immortals, weird right? Or not!!
When I got up, it was 3 am. So I took my phone and went through **readcash** again thinking I could write then, it was then the unexpected happened. It was like a bulb of light enlightened over my head. I got the idea, why don't I write a story that would bring everyone on **readcash** together? A story that would look like we are all in the same place, virtually we are in the same place (**Readcash**) but physically we are not. It was a great idea but I had no title for it, it took me 7 days to come up with the title: Welcome to Readcash Academy.

With all these titles, I couldn't pick the perfect body for the title, it felt like once I wrote on any of the titles that would be the end of the write-up. I wanted something that would go on and on. On the 7th day, I came up with the perfect idea and I started the selection of the users and the role they were going to play. I made it a drama so everyone could feel among, I was really scared at first because I felt it won't be accepted by the community, and the fact that I had to tag a lot of people also got me scared. I also don't want to get spammed.
I just use my faith and said to myself, anything that happens happens. But to my surprise, the response from the first published article of **Welcome to Readcash Academy** was very encouraging. People loved it and many also requested to be part of it.
And that marks the beginning of **Welcome to Readcash Academy**. The end

An Author Rant
Good morning lovely people of readcash. Today I won't be writing a story or any educational text but I would like to talk freely and I would love a person to listen to me.
Yesterday was a great day for me, I never planned how the event of the day would go because I had nothing important to do, so I just plan to be at home watching movies and doing my blog. I had the intention to prepare my story which I write every Saturday (WELCOME TO READCASH ACADEMY) but things took a turn of events at the hour of 10 am.
I wasn't expecting any visitors because I hardly invite anyone to my place of rest. Both genders should just keep away from my home, if we want to meet, I would just pick a public place, and voila we are out talking. But yesterday a lady which I really liked said she was coming to visit and I was like ok. She arrived shortly past 10 am and we were discussing and having a beautiful conversation. It was then the unexpected happened.
There was this lady I played the role of a counselor in her relationship. What really happened? She is 23 years of age dating a 34-year-old man. This man was the man that dis-flowered and she hasn't know any other man. She was deeply in love with him and the man promised her marriage. I stop seeing her in church and all, the relationship was just 6month old when the man broke her heart. He told her he doesn't want to see her talk to any other guy in reality or on social media. She had a childhood friend who is now overseas studying and after some conversation, he asked for her pictures and she sent them to him. The man requested to know who she was chatting with and she showed him without no bad intention at heart and that was what caused the breakup. He accused her of not being faithful and asked her to try other guys out, he said he wasn't interested after she had sent her parent to beg him and the man's mother never liked her. Anyways it ended.
So the unexpected happened. I was in my house talking with my female friend and my phone rang and it was her on the other side of the phone telling me she wants to come to my house and she was in my town already. I had no choice but to give her my address and voila, she was at my doorstep. While my other friend sat in the sitting room, she sat at the dining table, and everywhere was so silent and weird. She requested we go outside the house and discuss, when we did she opened more to me and we discussed for some hours.
When back into the house and my friend was just there pressing her phone. It was noon already and I had to get something for them to eat, meanwhile, I was cashless. I had no choice but to take some money out of my wallet and do the needful. When it was 3 pm, she left my place and I see her off. Then another discussion started between me and my friend, we discuss till it was 6 pm. It was then I decided to go get a haircut, she went along with me and it was kinda nice.
Go home at 8 pm and was already so tired. There was no way I could come online again, so I decided to write about it this morning. The next episode for Welcome to readcash academy might be delayed but it will be published today. Have a great day ahead.

The story you're about to read is a true-life story that happened to me when I was very little. Very little?? Nah, I was in senior secondary school then so I can really call myself little, thinking back to that day all I could do is laugh. I hope you can laugh too and learn from it.

I have a very loving parent and siblings, I wouldn't wish for another family because they gave me everything I ever wanted from a family.
This started when the introduction of the mobile phone happened in my country by the then head of state. My dad got himself a Nokia 3310 and did the same for my mom so they can both communicate even when they aren't together. I remember my mom always handing the phone to each of her kids one after the other so we can talk to my dad through the phone, it was always an exciting moment for me to hear my dad's voice through the phone.
As the years went by and by, new gadgets and phones started coming into existence, Nokia was the world leading mobile phone producer or manufacturer. My dad started changing his phone and I began to wonder when he will get one for me. He got a new phone for my mom and another one for my elder sister. I became jealous and asked him to get me mine but he said I was too young to use a phone. He always let me operate his phone anytime he was around but my sister would never let me press her phone. I wonder who was testing her and why she had to include a passcode on her phone.
It never bothered me that much, all my mind was for my dad to get me a phone as he did for my elder sister.
Since my Dad loves using the latest phone, Nokia just released a new phone called Nokia Asher, I wonder if people still remember it. Back then my dad was using a Nokia C3 or C3, which had many buttons too, I love to play Diamond rush came on it. So immediately after my dad got his new Nokia Asher, I was ready to have my heritage. The old phone will be mine, buahahahah😁😁😁.
But to my surprise, I was denied my heritage. My dad said I still was too young to use a phone, he went ahead to keep the phone in his room and that was it. So I won't use a phone, my mom was in support and my big sis was also in support. It was then I started making plans on how to take the phone from my dad's room.😒😒
Intermission.
The very day for the mission had arrived, I made sure I know where the phone was during the daytime. But the phone location was a very risky one, it was close to the part of the bed my mom do sleep in. I had already made arrangements and plans, so I was very much determined and courageous. Since daddy only comes home during the weekend.
My mission impossible plans were.
Eat early so I won't sleep early
Watch Tv until everyone sleeps
When mom is in her room, off the TV so she would think I'm asleep.
Wait till 10 pm then sink into the room to recover my heritage😂😂
The next day, act as if nothing happened and keep the secret from Everyone
I had completed the first three steps and everything was going according to plan, it was 10 pm already and I was feeling so sleepy, an innocent young boy like me, I sleep normally at 9 pm or 8:30 pm. We don't get enough TV time at night and when I say eat early, we eat at 6 pm or 7 pm.
So it was 10 pm and I went ahead to my parent's room, I opened the door and it made a hell of a sound but no words came from my mom so I felt she was sleeping. I knelt down and walk with my hands and kneel to reduce all the sound as possible. I crawl to the bedside and started searching for the phone in the darkness, I was sure of the location, so how come it wasn't there, as I was searching, my mom put on her touch and I was just there looking at her face as she looked at mine. I couldn't move, she then asked. What are you doing in my room and what are you looking for? I couldn't talk, she asked me to go out and close her room door.
The next morning, my siblings, Dad, uncles, and aunts already heard the story of the son that tried to rob his parent. The way she cooked the story, could have landed me in jail and how come she wasn't sleeping at that time? It was when I became an adult I know that adults don't sleep when it's 10 pm, they are just in the transition stage.

***Good morning everyone, its 3:45am here in Nigeria, Africa. I hope you're doing well at your current location. When people hear the world aliens or talk about it, their though are about beings that comes from outta space into earth but that's not how I see it. I have been living in this world for 530 years with the curse of immortality and I know what aliens really look like.

Before I go very deep into the topic and enlighten your mind, I would like to tell you this.
Humans are wary of what they don't know, and what they don't know they fear, and what they fear, they seek to destroy. That's just the nature of human.
I have lived in this world for over 500years and I know the human nature and how they act to things they don't understand. Instead of investigating and understanding how those things can be beneficiary to them. They always want those unknown things out of their way for them to have their way.
How did I encounter my first alien?
It was 500 years ago, I was the crown prince of Havilla Kingdom. I had a pregnant wife and a 2 year old son, we lived a peaceful life on our island which provided us with everything we needed. My father who is the king had always taught his people to be nice and always welcome stranger, we shouldn't be hostile with the things we have and we should always be ready to give to another person in need.
It was a beautiful afternoon with the sun so bright and hot, I took my family to the edge of the village to have a view of the vast ocean but on getting there. I, my pregnant wife and 2 year old son saw a very big ship very close to the land and some canoe that had already made it to the land.
It was then we saw some people making their way to us, they look like me but we had different skin color, they talk like we talk but I can't seems to understand their language, they wear cloth like we did too but different style. Who are this aliens that came from the sea?
My wife held my hands so tight and I assured her nothing was wrong. I made my way to them and they pointed a long stick towards me not knowing it was a gun. I prostrated as a form of greeting as it is in our culture and one of them lipped on top me in a very brutal manner, when my wife saw this, she screamed and ran towards me but in that instant, I had a very loud bang and I saw my wife fell to the ground.
I yelled so loud that the birds of the forest got scared and flew away. My son tried running back to the village and he was followed. I thought if they might we my father, he would bring them to understanding that we weren't bad people. I try telling them to help my wife get up as she was pregnant, the position she was sleeping wasn't best for the baby in her stomach. Little did I know.
I continue to hear a loud bang from the village and I was worried. What was really going on, are these aliens for good or for evil. It was night time and I saw most of the villagers in chains. How did it come to this, what of my father, my brother, and my sisters? I saw them all in chains and there was blood all over their body, as soon as my brother set his eyes on me, he shouted in our native language and told me everything that had happened.
My son has run to my father the king while the human aliens followed him. They were so much that they used a long stick to kill all the elders including my son and father (It was then I knew my wife was dead with the baby in her) while the young men and women were beaten up and then captured.
It was still like a dream. I yelled and tears of blood came out of my eyes, it was then the curse of immortality was activated in me. For some years as I grow and saw my remaining family grow older and die except for me. I know I had the power of immortality, I went from one human alien land killing their family one by one, repeating history. But one day, I was about to kill a man and his pregnant wife was there crying while her son ran outside, then I released I was an alien to them too because they don't know me or understood me.
In conclusion
Whatever we don't know or understand is alien to us. The best we can do is understand them to take the fear away from our hearts.

Recently I have been having this bad vibe around me like something is standing against me, but probably because I had my guard up too much.

Now here is my story.
Due to the drop in the price of BCH, I decided to hodl my hard earn money since the price keeps dropping. The dip continued to get deeper, and BCH's price dropped from $389 to $100. This even affected our favorite rewarder (Therandomrewarder aka Rusty) which led to a lot of people quitting. Some opt-out to other blogging platforms and others. I'm not here to criticize anyone since I did the same too but I didn't stop writing. This is because of read.cash gave me my first earnings when it comes to writing.
I had held on to my 0.8BCH which I earn especially when the price of bitcoincash hit $200 and $180. Imagine if the price of bitcoincash goes back up to $300 or $400, I will be very Rich. So I thought, not until a few weeks ago, I had a very bad financial crisis. It was so bad I had to sell all of my bitcoincash with the hope of earning them back before the price goes up again. I sold 0.8BCH at the price of $104 per bitcoincash.
Yeah, I sold at a lost price. A few days after I sold it, the price of bitcoincash started going up, it went up and got to $129. How come, who went ahead to increase, the thought of I should have waited a little while keeps pounding in my mind, but it is what it is.
Second scenario
I joined the Hive world with good hopes, and it has been great, especially since I got to learn new things. I got my first pay, at that time HBD was at $1 and the total amount of HBD I had was at $6. Woke up one morning and there was a high surge in price, HBD was at $2.50 and my $6 was at $15.75
Because I don't know how to convert it to a stablecoin since I was still new to the system, I love a huge amount of money. @Ruffa will understand more. Anyways I just feel the crypto world is against me in a kind of way or I just have bad luck😥😥 but I hope not.

It was another bright day in school, the morning assembly had just finished so the students were still finding their way to class while some students hang around the hall to have some discussion. Meanwhile, the teachers are in the director's office having a meeting concerning some of the new improvements to the school rewarding system.
At the entrance of the hall, @Cogamedia @Olasquare @Tomi-Ajax were making their way to the class while discussing the recent incident that happened between @Mofif and @Amazing-grace
**Cogamedia**: I still can't believe Grace was expelled from the academy because of the fight he had with Mofif.
**Olasquare**: What do you expect. The school is generous enough to accept students from all over the world but it has simple rules everyone must follow irrespective of the place you come from.
**Cogamedia:** Well, that's true, but shouldn't they have punished Mofif too, I mean, he also fought in the class.
**Tomi-Ajax:** But Grace provoked him, are you sure the lawyer career you chose is the right one, cause I see no sense of reason in what you just said.
**Olasquare:** Yo Yo Yo, Tomi what's wrong, I have noticed you have been a bit angry since we left the hall, why are you taking your frustration on Cogamedia
**Tomi-Ajax:** I'm sorry
**Cogamedia:** It's ok, but I think I know what's making you so angry

**Olasquare:** pleaseeee, just let the lady be, just because her dad is the school director doesn't mean she should not have friends, we all can choose whoever we want to have friends with, no matter the status, stop judging her, such innocent girl, I'm sure you guys are among those that are giving her a hard time in this school gosh.

@Fexonice1: I don't know what to say again, the test result was done by the computer, and I was seating very far away from you. How can you say I copy your work just because we had the same score?
@Pantera: Your words don't prove anything, someone told me you copied my work.

One of the big guns in class1A walked past after listening to what they were saying.
@PVMihalache: Well, I don't have to join this fight today since I had more scores.😂😂😂
***Shortly after he passed, the teachers were on their way to each of their classes and they met the students gathering at a point.***
@renren: What's going on here. (The student ignore her because she has a soft voice and it sounded like that of a student)
@Lucifer01: Let me help you😊(cleared his throat and gave a lot roar) what's going on here and who are those trying to fight, do you want to get expelled.
Immediately all the students started running off to their classes, saying Mr. Lucifer is here, they started disappearing one after the other like a cube of sugar in a hot coffee, including the popular boys.

**Lucifer01:** It's nothing and you're welcome ( he walked away with a big smile on his face)

@Ellawrites: Kacy, you're so funny. I wonder where you get all these jokes from, I'm sure if you pick comedy as a career you will make it. (Said all this while laughing)
@Kacy01: Really, let's just say you're picking a career for me. If I invite you to my show, will you come?
**Ella:** Sure I will, I hope the ticket fee wouldn't be too much.

**Ella:** (Cut his statement) why am I even worried, my boyfriend Tomi will pay for the ticket

**Ella:** (Burst into another laugh) Kacy, you're really cracking me up, you're still the only guy that has made me laugh like this.
**Kacy01:** (with bright eyes and a smile on his face) Really... Don't worry I will make you laugh every day.

@TheGuy ***and*** @Theblackdoll ***were having a very serious discussion and didn't mind what was going on in the class.***
**Theblackdoll:** So you mean her Aunty was given out to marry that man, that man that follows all the young ladies on the street.
**TheGuy:** I was also surprised he was ready to settle down, I just hope his bad habit doesn't follow him to his new home.
**Theblackdoll:** But she has someone she likes, why would they do that to her (she was feeling sad) why do families have to poke their nose in a young couple's life, what with them always choosing a marital partner for their kids.
**TheGuy:** I guess it's because the guy is working, has a house, and earns a good amount of salary. Well every parent wants a good life for their kids
**Theblackdoll:** Are you telling me that that man is a good life for that Aunty.
**TheGuy:** That's not what I'm saying, I'm saying every parent wants a good life for their children.
**Theblackdoll:** So what are you saying and what am I saying. It's like you're in support of their marriage
**TheGuy:** come on, why are you talking like this, that's not what I meant, don't misinterpret what I'm trying to say.
**Theblackdoll:** Just say I lack understanding or sense of reasoning, cause that's how I see it now (as she was talking, the teacher walked in with a new student) don't worry, we would finish our discussion later, also don't wait for me on your way home, I will go home with someone else. (and walked away)
**TheGuy:**😦😦

Another step taken in the journey of life. Defense of project
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a step.
Drops of water can make a mighty ocean.
These two quotes have been one of my major motivations when it comes to the journey of life. We actually don't know what the future holds for us, that's why we struggle like this to make sure we are well prepared for what is coming for us in the future.
Project
Project writing is one of the most important parts of any student's life, both in the university, polytechnic, or college of education. The project topic is to be picked by the student either individually or in a group, then you take it to the project supervisor for approval. After approval, then the student can commence with the project. They would draft out their table of content and chapter one, after that, they would go back for approval. If well written, the supervisor will ask them to proceed to the next chapter.
Stressful right.
But it's more preferable than the new system in place, the new system in place looks like it has no stress and will help fasten the project written but it's the other way round.
First off, we were asked to register on a platform created by the school with some amount of money, we had to pay before we can have a profile and with the fact that all final year students need to get their projects done, we had no choice but to pay. Another way to extort the students. After we have the profile, we would need to upload our project topic on it and tag our project supervisor who in turn will log in with their own profile to approve it and everything will be done online. Though it has its advantage the disadvantage overshadows the advantage.
Advantage
It allows for quick uploading
The office of the supervisor is not congested
Contact with other student are reduced (Covid-19)
No more long queue
Disadvantage
Makes projects take longer
Supervisors lack enough gadgets to work
Time-consuming cause the supervisor has to check each student online one by one
Correct has to go four-way rounds
Lack of internet to check
Supervisor too busy to attend to project login to them
Lack of electricity
Downloading each student's PDF file and crosschecking for mistakes.
I can go one, but this would be enough.
Congratulations to me
Even with all the stress, changes, and all sort, I was able to complete my project and I defended it today, 22th of July 2022. Project Topic: ***Training is an effective tool for the efficient growth of workers in an organization, and my case study was included.***
It wasn't an easy journey, I had made friends and foes, love and hate, betrayal and loyalty. There is some set of people that I can never forget throughout this journey even though we would be departing from each other soon to find a new place for ourselves. Like the people below
I also took people with some people I met at the department when I went to defend my project with some of my friends, lecturers, and supervisor, you know probably because I'm the class Rep that's why many people wanted to take pictures with me.
I guess being tall has its own advantage too, I had to stay at the back so others can have a place to stand to take pictures too. Now that this step has been taken, my final days in higher institutions are drawing nearer and I pray for better days ahead.
