With a pleasing personality! Winning a job wasn't that easy like a child's dream. It goes to different processes and paths of either self and others mandatory process. For people with a connection is an advantage, while those seekers merely first timer its a challenge. But what is personality without pleasing itself?

**Thursdays, July 29, 2021**. One word will trigger you to formulate a topic and write a story. That's was always my motto in writing certain features here, reading other works with a simple mission. That's is to bring back a strip of bacon from the mind feeder of their articles. Yesterday July 28, 2021, in the Philippines standard time, the gorgeous @ExpertWritter wrote a topic that catches my eye of interest, it's about the pleasing personality. As the protocols for Anti-Plagiarism and respect to her copyright with her work, I ask permission and she granted me and agreed to tag her in today's blog. No, not to review or talked about her topic, but she gives me the idea of bringing you to another reality, the stepping stone for adulthood, the beginning gate of the future. The competition and even your very close friends would be ended up choosing either your friendship or your career. It's all about the work, and people need to work to live and live long to work again, like a chemurgy movement in the cycle of life.

For the person who is born from a family who owns a business or had the positioned rank in a certain building, it's easy for them to had the work that is under the comfortable and easy side, while if the person is under the fresh gate of school graduation, or under no connection, its becomes a challenge to pursuits in the rank or in the official admission. Imagine you walk in the street see a sign of a job vacancy, or surfing on Facebook pop an image that they need someone with this certain job description. Then the light bulb in your head had glowed and got the idea that you will try to apply. Down scrolling, you saw the criteria and qualifications of what they needed. Had the relevant schools coarse or graduate of either Secondary or Tertiary education, the age, preferably male or female and many more. But one criterion catches your attention, and that is the word "**With pleasing personality**". Are they need a handsome or beautiful face? Then you looked at the mirror and judge your description. Am I qualified?

Pleasing personality doesn't define your height or color of the skin, how flawless or weight you had. The government branches merely DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) protecting this kind of racism and bullying. A pleasing personality meant you are kind to customers, your approachable and willing smile, and control yourself under hectic conditions. On the other hand, it also implies the persona or the appearance of people. The way you dress, your haircut, nails, odor etcetera. Had you not been curious why some colleges required girls to wear high hill, makeup, and some personal concealers? and for boys, some university is strict at the hair cuts? Because they preparing you to look pleasing, and with the education and values that bringing us to become and acted professionally comes to the idea of readily had the pleasing personality.

In my personal experience, at the age of 20, I already passed a Resume and reads others Biodata. Resumes are the written study background, training, and seminars, and some of your qualifications you wanted to convey and attract your employer of the Human resource of the company, while Biodata is a simplified version where you had to state your personal information under standard way. As I read others Biodata, it makes me understand more of them. The reason, age, and experience they had. Even I wanted to approve all of them, we had the protocols and standards. I was worked as a supervisor on the mushroom farm, so I must choose workers whos really suits the jobs, for it's risky to just consider a single individual. Well, Pleasing personality is the number one criteria I had to look at, followed the appearance and habit, smoking, and more. It's hard to choose but I had to be careful within that time period.

Now again imagining yourself, you looked at the criteria and suit you, then comes the interview, followed by shaking hands as the formal approval of your request to join their company, hence you got hired and promoted. This is life, finding a job wasn't that easy even were graduated in Tertiary, Competitors have arrived yearly for there is a lot of fresh graduates every year, and people don't want just to retired because of some matters. A pleasing personality doesn't define your look or how tall you got, it's all about the action of professionality and the right conduct and approach toward your customers. Might be this is the sign that we just started to think as rational beings for we prepared our self in the employment of our dreams.
