This article is semi review and my own interpretation of the story
The story mentioned was incomplete and the excitement of the real story begins in watching the movie, Five Star for me.
The movie was started with the scenic view of the forest where a young boy and his Dad just come from the woods to pick something, then there is a sound of the grass that is abnormal to the dad so he managed to quicky walked fast with his young. In the dark, he woke his son and tells him to pack and leave, but he feels it's too late and to make his child safe, he just convince him to stay in the cabin drawer, and he faced the enemy.
Why Snake Eye?. The name derived from the dice where the enemy asks his father to roll his fortune, the snake Eye with single dot each of the dice that looks like snakes eye signifies the unlucky, after the incident, he can't forget what happened in the cabin so to remind his self he used the codename “Snake-Eye”. The unfortunate of his Dad made his fortune for he always wins the illegal fight underground. He is a fighter.
Why he was in Japan?. As the movie goes on, he never knew that his friend is a Ninja warrior and he will be the future leader of Japan powerful clan. He served as a spy in the U.S to looked for the Illegal traders of guns and armour in Japan. He saved the life of his best friend and the never know that he was the heir of the powerful clan.
Before accepting to be one of the warrior ninjas he needs to face the tree stage before gaining the trust and hidden knowledge of the family clan.
Abandoning The Ego. it’s a puzzle for he doesn't know the meaning, A man wich seems like a professional and trained Ninja, put water in the two bowls. “You get mine and I get yours” that’s the challenge, he never knew was what is that just flight the man all his power and strength and ended up losing. But in the end, he gets what the game is about. Abandoning his Ego, he went to refill the water and just give to the opposite, then the leader warriors get up and clap. This is the most important lesson of the movie, we often think that fighting is always the best choice that realizing there is still others if we just let down our Ego.
Every warrior has a weakness that waiting to exploit and the second challenge will display it, he needs to face the fear back in the time he was was afraid and tell his self his fine. “To avoid harm you should learn how to harm your self” he gets back from yesterday, the fire that eats the cabin, the sound of guns, the face of the enemy the dice with indicates the snake eyes. He looked at his past dad, he wanted to says sorry for he was too young to know.
The last challenge is to face the real enemy, in the ground, there is an underground tunnel that he needed to be inside and looked for things, “The tiles will decide your fortune” as he went down he accidentally pressed the circle bricks in the centre and its opened the gate that frees the giant Anaconda, this time the lady with is the leader of the security warrior saved him, for this I could say there is loved the chemistry between them too, find out in the movie how this two at first mortal enemy becomes the best of all.
Ne never passed the challenge, as the coincidences he needs to get out of the clan. That’s the start of the real story, the real thing is that he was a spy. Somebody hired him to be with this guy but he never knew he was the future leader of Ninja Clan, he accepted the deal that offers him the promise that they will exchange the man who killed his father. And the next thing that will happen will catches your views when you loved action sci-fi movies then you should watch the movie for your sake.
Culture and Tradition of Japan. In the movie, it has also shown the best culture and unexpired tradition and clothing of the Japanese, the new technology of the computers and security cameras also seen in the movie, the superbike that actually used that could travel miles in just a second of time.
Conclusion of the story. The story is focused on revenge when he wanted to kill the man who gives his father the fortune of Snake-Eye (Unlucky). Brotherhood, for the man he doesn’t know that he will be the future leader of the clan, the Love Story that is been seen without any affection. The smooth transition of the story is very fine and well.
The real Conflict:
Brotherhood, for he was trusted yet he was the reason for all the chaos in the clan
Power, for they are competing who will be the real one to rule the powerful Ninja of japan
G.I. Joe for his father was a former asset of the organization and now he's time that’s why the title is “G.I Joe begins)
