Funny flashbacks.
Happy new month once again to all my fellow read cashers, my lovely subscribers, tippers, commentators, sponsors and my readers. Never forget this; "I love you all so much.''
Happy May!.
While trying to figure out a suitable title for my article today, I remembered some funny experiences from my past and resolved within me; to share.
How I spoilt my elder brother's Visaphone.
Back in the days when I was younger, there was nothing like Android, Samsung, iPhone... amongst others. We were all managing our small Nokia Torchlight, Visaphones, Sendo and so on, I guess the phone that was in Vogue during that period was; blackberry.
I was still in Primary four, when my mother gifted three of us; a Visaphone each, I loved it so much. I remember collecting my teacher's number back then and always calling to check up on them from time to time.
My readers: Too much story, let's get the full gist...
Me: (smiles) I'm sorry, enough with the stories then.
On that fateful day...
There was no power supply, all phone's batteries were completely exhausted, we had used it to play games and so there was no way our parents would be able to get in touch with us; when no one's phone was switched on.
We all plugged our phones and put on the socket, prolly waiting for a miracle to happen; a miracle that would make the power be restored.
Surprisingly...
Out of my brother's phones and mine, only mine miraculously started charging, my brothers were wondering what happened and just how mine started charging even when the power hadn't been restored.
It was then I wanted to prove being a magician.
I told my elder brother to give me his phone, so I'll hit it on the floor 21times, and after I've used his phone to hit the floor 21times, his phone would spiritually start charging like mine.
He gave me his phone and lo and behold! It worked!!!.
I magically spoilt his phone.
When we came out of the room, we noticed the bulb in the parlour and it was then it dawned on us that there was light all along, but its' voltage was actually low, it was that low voltage that charged my phone alone.
Well...
It was too late, I had magically spoilt his phone.
The day I bought my first Android phone with an inbuilt battery.
I had never used a phone with an inbuilt battery until I clocked 17years, I know this might sound lame or weird, but it's the truth, I completely had no idea about how it was operated.
I was clueless...
I got my Infinix Android phone that day and I was filled with so much excitement.
I skipped this part...
My brother and I weren't really on good terms that day, so after I had purchased it, I didn't show it to him.
I had bought the phone; that's fine... But where and how do I put my SIM card?
Now that was the big question.
I started battling with my phone, trying so hard to open the back of the phone. Just like all other phones I've used in time past, but this one was unusually so difficult.
Me: Aah, who send me ooh! Why did I buy this kind of phone?, why is it so hard to open the back?, Did they glue the cover of the phone to it ni? (Dabbing beads of perspiration from my face).
I was nudged to humble myself and go into the room where my brother was, to ask him questions ooh, but the pride in me said: Me!!, never! I won't talk to that boy, I'll open it myself and put in my sim.
Me: Ooh God!! Why it so hard? (Gets a small pin and fixes it into the back of the phone, still trying so hard to open the phone's cover)
I was succeeding in this, the back was detaching away; little by little.
This was timely...
My brother suddenly came out and shouted!.
Him: Dorcas!!! What are you doing?
Me: (sad, sweating and sober) I want to put my SIM card in my phone but it's hard to open the back. (Sobs).
Him: You'll spoil it oh, Madam, village girl, there's a pin there, inside the carton, you would see a tiny hole by the side of your phone, put the pin in and the phones SIM card slot/tray would be out.
Me: (surprised) really!!.
I did what he asked me to and believe me when I tell you I was completely embarrassed, maybe that's how I would have forcefully opened the back of my phone and ended up getting it spoilt.
First day at the eatery.
My elder brother took me out to an eatery, we got our meal and ate, when I was through with eating, I stood up with the plate; planning to go and give it back to the people who served us the food, it was then my elder brother stopped me and said:
My elder brother: Ella, leave the plate on your table, someone would come and clear it.
And I was like...
Oh really! I had no idea.
That's all dearest readers.

Apologies: I finally got back home from school yesterday evening, till next weekend again before I'll be stressed, so do pardon me if I haven't attended to your comments on my last and second to the last article, if I haven't also read and commented on yours. I hope today isn't a bad idea.
The problem of power and battery is redundant especially if you need your phone in urgent way and then having the battery down at this moment
