The Hidden

I scream to let them hear what’s hidden but they can’t.

Words were delivered but can’t make a complete sentence.

Feelings were expressed but it was rejected

and a fought shown but forgotten.

Now I am standing covered by my shadow but still I’m lost.

If only things can be “if” then I’d rather be.

A cracked shell, undiscovered dusty past and messy present.

Coughing those pains and driven by revenge.

Stand still so feet will rise.

Pride widen so there’s a sword to be proven.

A brick handed for worthless hand

A white that will always be and black that can never be.

Voices of conscience sticking to justice and reality dragged to lies.

Folded mind and ironed with hopeless thoughts.

I was chained with talks which knock me.

Cycle ideas run through within.

Wind blows, I felt it then I let them but they couldn’t.
