For a given occasion (the ban of the One-love armband) I like to repeat here the picture from a few days ago. This association is starting to get on my nerves. I think it will not be the last time you see that photo in the next weeks.

@Cryptozeug

Many smokers at Dygycon 12 ;) A really interesting event if you have the time. I've been attending it for 3 days now and took part in many small programme points. Got to know interesting people and won some NFTs. I learned a lot about NFT projects I didn't know and how a digital fair works. Yes, it is exhausting and not easy to keep track of everything. But you deal with real people who are all very helpful. A very interesting weekend.

@Cryptozeug

Dygycon 12, here I am. The first time I'm participating and it feels strange. Let's see what the event has to offer. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to my meeting with real people tonight.

Apart from the fact that I don't have any time to play at all right now, "Evil Dead: The Game" is available for free from Epic as of today. This is going to be fun... Someday.

@Cryptozeug

Since I told my twitter to show me new tweets first, I can handle it. Is that good noise or bad noise?

@Cryptozeug

Just in case you miss me... I'm visiting Paris right now - in 1789. It's revolution and well, you know, sometimes I'm a bit revolutionary. Assassins Creed Unity. I love this series, addicted for decades.

@Cryptozeug

Nice new update, the error message about the push messages not being activated now looks better and explains what it's about. Well done! "To enable push notifications in Brave, you need to enable Google Push services".

@Cryptozeug

When I noise a photo, you can assume that it has gone through Affinity Photo beforehand. With this programme and its colleagues Designer and Publisher, I have been doing all my photo, graphic and layout work for over 3 years. Today I received a mail from the developer Serif: Version 2 is here! And not surprisingly, you are asked to pay again. The introductory price is ~120€, later 200€. However, we got rid of the monthly payment model of a certain other provider, which I find extremely pleasant. Switching from Photoshop or similar is not difficult. Some processes run a little differently, but you quickly find your way around. I won't post a link, I don't want to advertise too much. But I think you can all use Presearch and look for the name of the programme along with free 30-day trial if you want to get rid of adobe's subscription model. The photo here is a bit older but one of my favourites. Hardly edited, just a lucky shot. I love hoverflies.

@Cryptozeug

This is my first and only noise on FIFA and its World Cup. May this contempt for humanity be quickly over and forgotten.

Exchange BCH for WAX without registration? Easily possible with a little patience. I tried it today and it works. However, you should have a little patience. First the BCH input has to be confirmed and then it takes a while until the WAX are in the wallet. It took about 70 minutes for me. Also note the option to switch between fixed and floating exchange rates. To swap: https://cryptosorted.info/swap/

I finally got the two seasonal Halloween cards at Rising Star. And it took me much less than 20 tries. Now I can get on with the day-to-day business, finally. 🤟

@Cryptozeug

I am weak. Due to the extreme gas prices, I had planned not to heat for as long as possible. But thanks to my vaccination yesterday and its, admittedly mild, side effects, I am so cold today that it has to be. So I treat myself to 4 hours of warmth in one room and hope that tomorrow it won't be necessary. And yet I would be interested to know how much the 4 hours cost. The alternative would be a nice campfire, but I'm sure the landlord would disapprove. So I'll wait with it until the next winter solstice.

@Cryptozeug

I love the sound on Alcor when another 100 TLM got sold. I've got into the habit of selling whenever I reach 100 TLM. That way I don't care about price fluctuations, especially since the price only goes down anyway. But still a welcome addition to the WAX wallet.

@Cryptozeug

Autumn is flu season. And since I once had the pleasant experience of catching a real flu, not a cold, a few years ago, I would like to avoid that in future if possible. So today it was time again for the annual flu vaccination. This time, I didn't even have to leave my workplace and got the shot right there. Now I hope that the side effects will be limited. My arm is getting heavy, but I expected that.

@Cryptozeug

There is a nice custom here of putting things you no longer need in giveaway boxes outside the door. Anyone who needs something simply takes it with them. Today I found a Samsung Galaxy S2 in one of these boxes. I don't need it directly but I see it as a challenge to make it functional again. At the moment it refuses to start but I think that with a new battery the problem will be solved quickly. Because with phones from this era, you can still change the battery. Self. Without any problems. In 10 seconds.

@Cryptozeug

I have had the chance to play a role in front of new people many times in my life. A role that fits into the general image and that people like me with. I have never done it. I cannot pretend to be something that I am not. Many people don't get along with that, think I'm a pessimist or someone who only sees problems. Those who stay with me realise that this is not the case, at least not always. And one of them is visiting me today. One of those I call friend. And I am looking forward to that. Good conversations, music, beer and smoke. Time? Doesn't matter! We sleep when we drop. This is punk rock, even if techno is playing in the background.

@Cryptozeug

My new old carpet. In times of expensive heating energy, it can't hurt to save some of it. And a carpet helps a lot. It's effectively warmer on the feet and the whole room feels warmer. The laptop is already enough for heating. According to the label on the back, it was made in 1984, so it's almost as old as I am. Apparently it once cost 785 GDR marks, a small fortune. I'm glad that we don't throw anything away and that I can now use this little luxury again.

@Cryptozeug

A new layout feature? I just saw that for the first time. I put 5 photos in a reply and this is how they get displayed. I am impressed. Now I'm curious to see if it gets the same for posts. Second picture for test reasons...

@Cryptozeug

In the absence of any noteworthy events, every now and then I take a look at my (by now very large) folder of pictures for noise and show you one or the other picture again. Here is one from my series on growing two habanero plants by the window (called Hotlips and Spiceita). If I remember correctly, I even won a prize with it in @FriendlyMoose's photo competition on the subject of shadows. The sun was low in the evening and the two plants displayed their full glory on the wall.

@Cryptozeug

On Sunday we had 26°C, this morning I had to scrape the ice off the car windows for the first time this year. I'm beginning to think that we're going to have an autumn after all.

@Cryptozeug

Another price increase for my basic food, cheese. This time by 80 cents to €3.49/400g If this continues, I wouldn't be surprised if the number of shoplifters increases rapidly in the near future. When they pretend to charge fair prices, we pretend to buy.

As I learned from @Rektflip today, 14 years ago today the Bitcoin whitepaper was published - on REFORMATION DAY. This day is a holiday in some German states, for religious reasons. And it fits perfectly. I will see the term Reformation with crypto eyes from today on. It's time for the holiday to be renamed Bitcoin Day. Here's the whitepaper in many languages: https://bitcoin.org/en/bitcoin-paper and maybe, just maybe, I'll read it today too.

@Cryptozeug

Thank you for your answers to my question earlier about the error message regarding push messages. It turns out that the "error" is with the Brave Browser. The delivery of push messages is deactivated there by default. To be able to receive messages in Brave, go to the "Privacy and Security" tab in the settings and activate the option "Use Google services for push messaging". Tadaa, problem solved. Thanks to @simon and @dudod for putting me on the right track!

@Cryptozeug

Registration failed - push service error I still get this error message when I reload noise on the laptop. I haven't seen it in the app yet. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? Is it me or the site?

@Cryptozeug

My congratulations to Brazil! Finally you have managed to remove the fascist from power. This gives me a little hope that the rainforest can be saved after all. At least its destruction is hopefully no longer being demanded by the state. And maybe people who don't fit "their norm" will get a little better treatment now. This is not to say that I think everything will get better now. I am well aware of the past. But anything is better than a fascist government. As a German, I should know... As always with political topics, I am only expressing my opinion here and do not want to initiate discussions on the topic. If you don't like what I have to say, you are free to unsubscribe.

@Cryptozeug

Since the changeover to winter time, traffic jams here last an hour longer. Anyway, I spent 5 hours on the motorway again today, 2 of them without driving. Accordingly, there is nothing to report and no good mood to spread. Maybe again tomorrow, for today the day is over for me. Finally.

@Cryptozeug

The city celebrates the crisis - the pyrogames are in town! Almost live from the fireworks competition that takes place here every year. Fireworks with music in several rounds. Quite nice to see but still a questionable custom in times of excessive global problems.

@Cryptozeug

Sometimes I like to do completely pointless things. It's 20°C outside, so I made myself a mulled wine. Hope you have a relaxing day outside the norm too.
