I finally got the two seasonal Halloween cards at Rising Star. And it took me much less than 20 tries. Now I can get on with the day-to-day business, finally. 🤟

  Hard to explain in a few words but the short answer is probably "almost nothing" You can win them in the seasonal event and maybe someday they will be rare....
