Another price increase for my basic food, cheese. This time by 80 cents to €3.49/400g If this continues, I wouldn't be surprised if the number of shoplifters increases rapidly in the near future. When they pretend to charge fair prices, we pretend to buy.

Everything got so expensive. We pay twice as much as before and meat is close to 3x as before. Now with the winter coming and the gas problem, I'm scared how I will be able to pay my bills for electricity and heating.
We all are, it's getting tight. I don't have the problem with the meat (although I have to smile a bit about that) but everything else is getting overwhelming.
Somehow people should start to boycot certain things or stores. Look at Austria... Petrol prices rising. Austrian OMV oil Company this year has all time high income but still people go there to buy? Why?

I havnt the numbers in my head and dont want to google is, but its millions of eur more than normal years. But yes yes its "the war" who increses prices. Ppffff
Every capitalist is just testing the limits of what is reasonable. And sure, there are many reasons and the war may be one of them, but that it's not just that, the profits of the next few years will show.
Because it's pretty hard to produce diesel in your kitchen. But I know what you mean. Time for a greed-tax.

It's everywhere :( We are still lucky seasonal vegetables and fruits are still at reasonable prices here.
Yeah, that is really lucky. If we did not rent the field, we would have paid way more for our vegetables.

Here I see the news, lil items that now need alarm, like tuna cans or cheese, things that are getting too expensive but are basic needs
