I have fallen asleep while pondering my thoughts about what I should be writing today. It was just 3 pm earlier when I started trying to compose those sentences in my mind before jotting them down in my Notepad. When I woke up, it's already 6 pm. I can't believe that I have slept that much. That's almost 3 hours, I guess. It just means that my body was that tired enough that it can't keep up with my thoughts anymore.
Just after a while, Madam already called on the landline that they were driving down the skyway on the way home. As much as I badly wanted to start writing, I set it aside first, besides my mind was still foggy as I have just woken up from that long nap. I just prepare what will she need when she arrives and wait for her a little bit. I did a little exercise while waiting to shake that fog inside my head which still made me sleepy. I guess my body misses long sleep hours that much now.
My work began again when she arrived as I am her caregiver. Normally, caregivers are for some elderly people who are weak and can't help themselves that much, or for bedridden people. As for my Madam here, she just wanted a Caregiver to keep her company and to assist her needs at home because she wants to get things done faster. She left home every day to the office often before noon, so I just have a little task to do in the afternoon. I just spend it helping my Aunt in the kitchen here. I pity her for still working at the age of 65. She was supposed to be retired but she was still currently supporting her niece and nephew which were still studying as Elementary students. They were left behind by her late younger brother and their irresponsible mother who is now married to someone else, forgetting that she has still 2 kids in her late husband.
Anyway, as you have known, I don't have much work in the daytime but I still feel lethargic. I'm sure that is because I often sleep late. Though, I am sleeping much earlier than before now, which I have set to 10:30 pm and up to 11 pm only. I'm still not used to it. My usual sleeping schedule now broke my previous sleeping habits that which also changed my body clock. Now I often woke up instantly at 4 am. It's becoming regular now to be exact.
The worst effect of this is even though I drink a strong coffee, I will still be drowsy from 8 am to 10 pm. It is like my body is forcing me to sleep again between those times in the morning. However, I can't ever do that because that is also the time that I have duties to do. Isn't it 7-8 hours of sleep is the standard for keeping up good health? Well, my body can only hold 5-6 hours of restful sleep in the evening. I instantly woke up after I attain that amount of sleeping hours. I don't know why but I can't sleep again afterward, but then drowsiness will strike me from 8 am to 10 pm.
I think it is not just my mind who is crazy now. My body, too.
It's indeed hard to keep up with morning activities if you're not a morning person. And yes, I'm more active at night. I'm just like a bat or an owl, aren't I? A nocturnal kind of creature. That's what I have observed from myself since I was a kid. My mind is active at night and that's the reason why I also write and published my articles at night. I often just forced myself to stop whatever I'm doing at night and lay down because if I don't, I would prefer not to sleep. Sometimes my Aunt will shout at me now if I'm still not in bed at 11 pm. I'm not complaining about it anymore. I think there really is someone who should remind me to sleep early every day.
Hello there!!!
How was your day, beautiful readers? I hope that you did great today. Thank you for your hard work.
Anyway, is there anyone who is a night owl like me here? High five, if you're like me. We are one of a kind. A unique species of owls who only spread and flap their wings at night. But I do hope that you don't have a crazy mind like me.
By the way, thanks for reading up to this point of today's blog. I'm also always thankful for all the support that you are giving me. And to all my sponsors who often renew their sponsorship, you guys are amazing!
Until next time, then.

I also want to rid of lethargy in the morning. It affects my work.
