Risk it for the biscuit.
"Risk it for the Biscuit" is a great phrase, isn't it?
While searching YouTube for some odd films, I came across a video titled "Top 10 Prison Escape Fails."
It was amusing, and at the same time, it served as a lesson to the prisoners who had escaped because they were eventually apprehended.
I believe the main video was of the inmate who escaped through the garage window while the officers were distracted by other inmates. He escaped and ran into the woods, but he was apprehended a few days later thanks to an anonymous tip to the police.
The inmate was being sentenced to a different ten years in jail, and it appears that he will regret it for the rest of his life.
The most recent video was about two inmates who escaped through a ventilation hole in their jail cell. The funny thing was that they recorded their escape on camera, and when they got out of the prison, a bus was waiting for them outside with new clothes, so I guess their escape plan worked out.
They were apprehended after 48 hours in an abandoned apartment within the jail's housing; yet, if they were wise, they would not have stayed so close to the prison.
So, at the end of the film, the announcer stated something that caught my eye: "I assume it had been A Game Of Risk It For The Biscuit".
To be honest, the phrase "risk it for the Biscuit" appeals to me, so that's where I got this idea, and I'd want to discuss my own version of it.
TAKE A CHANCE ON THE BISCUIT
Life is all about taking chances; don't be afraid to take them because if you don't, you won't be able to earn the prize...
Most of the time, the greatest risk is you not taking any risk. I understand that most risks appear to be more dangerous than they appear, but who knows if that will be a stepping stone for you???
We only live once, and no one ever comes back, and we never know who will be the next to go... it could be anyone, so this is often the only chance to take a risk, so don't take any silly risk.
Consider selling your house to see if chance is on your side, and don't misunderstand frivolous activities as risk.
That's not a risk; it's a foolish decision... the majority of human history's achievements have come from people who were willing to take risks in order to achieve their objectives; these people see past their limitations and remain optimistic about it.
You don't have to worry about the outcome if it doesn't work out because you're still alive and breathing, so you have the opportunity to try again, and if you keep taking such risks, you'll be in a much better position.
Who knows what kind of risk Elon Musk took to get to where he is now; no one would have heard of him if he hadn't been ready to take the danger life threw at him.
Don't let obstacles limit you; instead, view them as a challenge. If you stay positive, you'll lose a lot of times before you win, and when you do, you'll realize that all your losses were sacrifice.
In conclusion.
Remember that each time you fail, you are one step closer to success because you would have learned from your prior errors.
Put your risk on a scale and make sure it's not higher than the other side; be willing to take chances; who knows, you might come out on top.
The wealthy people we see today took risks to get to where they are now, and they made sacrifices along the way, one of which paid off and helped them become who they are today.
We must take chances in order to achieve our goals, but try not to accept 100 percent of the risk; you may make the risk 70/30 and not feel it; risk what you can afford to lose.
