Lots of leafy stuff for iron. But more malunggay too because they're ideal for breastfeeding mommies and the baby. I think food with lots of collagen would be good for your healing and body too though. To make the stitches heal faster
hi maam yung mga masusustansyang may sabaw na ulam po ang kailangan nyo...kala mo babae eh no hehe,,,yan po kasi yung pinapakain namin sa misis ko nung bagong panganak sya

been reading the comments,wala na ako mairecommend na iba..i will just encourage you to purely breastfeed si baby,along the way marami ka pong maeencounter na mga milestone sa pagpapasuso pero go pa rin tayo momshie..anjan yung masakit magpadede ksi punung punu d kaya ni baby lahat iempty both breast,meron din yong kokonti ang gatas feeling mo d nabubusog si baby pero wala pong ganun.ksi maliit tummy ni baby,alam ng katawan natin yung amount na ipoproduce kaya more on sabaw po tayo ha na may luya ksi nkakapAg parami po yun ng gatAs..bsta unli latch lang po.

Hmmm. Still a student but I suggest you to eat malunggay 😊 and ofcourse eat plenty anf healthy foods. Those foods are not just for you but for the baby also.

Wag muna coffee, milo. What's good are soups. Moringga, native chicken with papaya, seashells. I drank milk or tea once a day.
