It will depend on what kind of natural disaster are you talking about..but if Covid-19 like disaster happened i have no choice but to pick Mask, Hygienic Products and Namaste Posture rather than Handshake.
Yes , that is a great way if dealing with disaster but basically there alre always things you would pick in more course of natural disaster and I thought you would mention those.

In any natural disasters, black outs are prone so having a phone, with a flashlight would be very beneficial. And of course, for contacting.

Well, first, i would grab the important papers/document we have, then some clothes n food, survival kit n my phone too so i can call my family/relatives

For me I will take my phone, phone charger and some quick food. I guess as long as I have my phone I can contact people for help and find my way.

I will take my phone , as I love my phone and off course charger and dry foods that can be kept fresh for some days oww I forgot about fresh water ...
How much quantity can you take ?
As much as possible maybe 1 or 2 litre of water and foods as much as I can carry
But a disaster won't tell you it is on its way, somehow will you get all these in case you don't have some at home
I'll grab a phone, cause it can help me reach others and can also be used as Torchlight, I'll also grab a bag and load it up wit first aid kits and some food, I'll also grab a clothes and shoes
That is good though but for kits and food I think you will be too late because you might be dead by the Time you finish remember the occurrence is unknown.

For me its not a thing, it's who would I grab, of course my mom dad and my siblings, because I'd rather loose everything just not my family, things could be found but not family😊
