Owners of BitMEX, a Leading Bitcoin Exchange, Face Criminal Charges
American authorities brought criminal charges on Thursday against the owners of one of the world’s biggest cryptocurrency trading exchanges, BitMEX, accusing them of allowing the Hong Kong-based company to launder money and engage in other illegal transactions.
BitMEX is far from the first cryptocurrency company to be suspected of facilitating criminal activity. But it is the largest and most established exchange to face criminal charges.
Federal prosecutors in Manhattan indicted the chief executive of BitMEX, Arthur Hayes, and three co-owners: Benjamin Delo, Samuel Reed and Gregory Dwyer. Mr. Reed was arrested in Massachusetts on Thursday, while the other three men remained at large, authorities said.
Prosecutors said BitMEX had taken few steps to limit customers even after being informed that the exchange was being used by hackers to launder stolen money, and by people in countries under sanctions, like Iran.
“BitMEX made itself available as a vehicle for money laundering and sanctions violations,” the indictment released on Thursday said.
After it was founded in 2014, BitMEX grew popular by allowing traders to buy and sell contracts tied to the value of Bitcoin — known as derivatives, or futures — with few of the restrictions and rules that were in place in other exchanges. That allowed investors to take out enormous loans and make risky trades.
The relaxed attitude also made it possible for people all over the world to easily move money in and out of BitMEX without the basic identity checks that can prevent money laundering. Mr. Hayes is from Buffalo, and previously worked as a trader at Deutsche Bank and Citi after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. He incorporated BitMEX in the Seychelles even though its offices were in Hong Kong and New York.
Mr. Hayes chose Seychelles “because it cost less to bribe Seychellois authorities — just ‘a coconut’ — than it would cost to bribe regulators in the United States and elsewhere,” according to the indictment.
A spokesman for HDR Global Trading Limited, one of the corporate entities controlling BitMEX, said: “We strongly disagree with the U.S. government’s heavy-handed decision to bring these charges, and intend to defend the allegations vigorously.”
BitMEX has been **reported to be under investigation** by American authorities since last year. How do I manage to move on after a break up😉
A lot of people now a days are asking how to move on easily, well for me moving on Is not like buying a product on the market or cooking a instant noodles on a boiling water.
Moving is all about the process of forgetting ones feelings, not forgetting the past but accepting the fact that your relationship has ended, not forgetting someone cause we all know that's impossible, its all about letting someone go even if it hurts, make them happy even if it wasn't you.(ouch)
Well,fast forward (😂) let's talk about how did I manage to move on after I broke up with my 3years girlfriend, it's a simple step actually.(but difficult to do)
1. I deleted all our sweet (ehem) conversation
2. I deleted all our photographs together
3.I busied myself by doing things that I really wanted to do like writing poems, writing stories on wattpad, reading stories, playing guitar, and most of all sharing post on Facebook
4. I forbid my self from stalking her on social media
5. And most importantly I started to love myself.
Simple?yeah? But it's really difficult to do, and i manage to do it, so why can't you?
Note: Do not block your ex on social media that's immaturity.
Music: A dream
I was barely 6 years old when my mamang(mother) force me to sing in front of my kindergarten class, me being a stubborn little one I cried but I was persuaded by my teacher and being a good student I obeyed and sang "twinkle twinkle little star" that's our theme song a.k.a favorite song way back kindergarten days.
And then poof! They started to make me join every singing contest in our baranggay, until I reach high school that's a routine for me if there's a program that needs a singing participant I'll always obliged to join, I started to play guitar and piano, I even represented our university way back in college until I didn't notice I can already write and compose my own song and get addicted to music.
I know this is crazy for you guys, but for me its not, I mean I'm really madly deeply inlove with music, to the point that my day is not complete without music, I can't wash dishes without my headphone with me and I can't cook without music otherwise I'll get irritated that easy, I know its funny but that's me.
Music serves to be my stress reliever.
Music makes me move.
And I hope soon I can produce my own written songs and make you hear it.

I agree with this quote which I just read a while ago, that's true people don't walk away but their feelings do, sometimes this is the cause of some break ups, even though you can see them physically or they are present physically but they don't feel the same anymore they tend to leave you cause literally they are not happy anymore.

Well for me its not only a thing it's also a person, my family to be exact, I might loose everything but not my family because they are my strength, my sunshine, my might, my kryptonite, my energizer and my life.

Well, according to Mr. Wikipedia, Self-love defined as "love of self" or "regard for one's own happiness or advantage" has both been conceptualized as a basic human necessity and as a moral flaw, akin to vanity and selfishness, synonymous with amour propre, conceit, conceitedness, egotism, et al.
You see there are pro's and Con's of loving yourself.
Too much self love may cause to selfishness, selfishness may leads for you to hurt some bodies soul, I'm not telling you not to love yourself all I'm saying is that you should now when will you going to apply selfishness, all that is too much is really dangerous.
Selflessness, its the opposite of selfishness, this may apply at a certain situations not on your every day routine this might make you look stupid, I'm telling you again too much is dangerous sometimes..

Tell you what? I have experienced several failed relationships, meaning my heart has been broken for several times, but still I manage to get up after I stumble, I have manage to move on after the pain, I manage to let go of the memories that we have shared..
The question is How did I overcome it?

Well, what is ACCEPTANCE??

You see, acceptance is to find rest, make your heart rest make your mind rest to every pain and memories you have with him/her, accepting the fact that everything was over between you two will lift a burden to your heart and soul..
Accepting the fact that he/she left you will mend your broken heart and soul, Yes of course accepting is not that easy especially when you don't want to let go of every good memories you have, but a friendly advice ACCEPTANCE will free you from being broken, pick your shattered heart and start reconstructing it..for good things are coming that will make your heart smile again😉

Alam ko na ngayon yung nararamdaman ng isang pusong tanga. Masarap naman talaga magmahal eh, ako pa! eh basta pag sinabing mong love, eh all out ako dyan. Bakit ka magbibigay ng konti, kung kaya mo naman ibigay ang lahat, at dun ka sasaya. Hindi ko man lang naisip na, hindi lang pala puro saya pag nagmahal ka kaakibat na pala ng saya yung pait at sakit, na walang perpektong tao na kahit ibigay mo na lahat ng pagmamahal na nasa iyo, masasaktan ka pa din sa bandang huli. Mga Rason Kung Bakit Tayo Iniiwan:👇👇
1. Iniwan ka ng walang dahilan
– Masakit ang maiwan dahil pinagpalit ka or sawa na sya sayo, pero mas masakit ang maiwan nang hindi mo alam ang dahilan. Yung tipong wala kang idea kung bakit ganun ang nangyare, blankong blanko ang utak mo. At ang masakit pa kapag tinanong ka ng kaibigan mo kung anong nangyare sa relasyon, wala kang maisagot saklap bes!!
2. **Against sa inyo ang mundo**
– Walang kampi sa relasyon niyong dalawa, yun lang yun. Kaya pinipili niyo ang maghiwalaya nalang, dahil wala kayong nakikitang tao na su-support sa relationship niyo
3.**Wala ng freedom**
– Katulad din yan ng naunang dahilan. Bago pa maging kayo ng jowa mo, malaya sya na makapaglaro ng basketball o malaya sya na makasali sa mga cheering squad. Kaya kahit kayo na wala ka pa ring karapatan na alisin ang kasiyahan niya. Sa halip, suportahan mo nalang at sabayan sa mga bagay na libangan niya. Bf/gf ka lang, kaya kahit nakatali kayo sa isa’t isa, bigyan mo sya ng freedom. Baka masakal yan sayo, mahirap na!
4. **Masyado kang ma-pride**
– kung hindi mo sya kayang patawarin sa mabigat niyang kasalanan hiwalayan mo nalang, mahirap ang magpatuloy sa relasyon kung deep inside masakit na sayo ang manatili sa piling niya. Pero kung may mga bagay na nagawa ang jowa mo, isang napakaliit na bagay, patawarin mo. Ang makagawa ng isang bagay na hindi naman sinasadya, ay hindi isang BIG DEAL, tao lang tayo natural ang ang magkamali. Kung nakikita mong deserve niya ang patawad, wag mo ng pahabain. Walang mangyayari kung hindi mo binababa ang pride mo. Kaya paminsan naiisip nalang nila na makipaghiwalay nalang kaysa masaktan ka nila ulit sa mga nagagawa nilang kasalanan.
5. **Ginamit ka lang**
– Isa ito sa masaklap na dahilan kung bakit iniiwan tayo ng mahal natin, ginamit lang pala tayo. Dahil sa top 1 ka sa klase, niligawan ka niya para lang may source sya ng mga isasagot sa exam, ultimong project, activities, and assignments niya ikaw ang gagawa. Manggagamit! At dahil kung minsan pakiramdam niya na wala ka ng pakinabang its either may bago na syang nakilala na mas matalino sayo at mas mayaman sayo or nagsawa lang sya.
6. **Wala ng spark**
– Mahalaga na pinapanatili niyo ang spark at kilig sa isa’t-isa kahit abutin man ng taon an relasyon niyo. Dahil dumadating sa punto na wala na yung kuryenteng dumadaloy sayo sa tuwing yayakapin ka niya at sa tuwing hahawakan niya ang kamay mo. 7. **May nakitang syang mas better sayo**
– Sinasabi ng karamihan na “Kung mahal ka niyan, hindi ka ipagpapalit kailanman”, kaya madalas tayong mga boyfriend/girlfriend kampante. Hindi naman masama ang mag make-up o magbago ng haircut kahit minsan, magpaganda/magpagwapo pa rin kahit alam mo na hindi ka ipagpapalit. Gusto ko lang sabihin sayo tropapits, baka mali ang nasa isip mo. Hindi natin sila masisisi na makakita ng mas better sayo, kaya importante na marunong ka ring mag-ayos kahit minsan, specially kapag nagde-date kayo para sure na sayo lang sya nakatingin. Kung minsan hindi naman dahil sa physical appearance kaya ka pinagpalit. ATTITUDE din bes, may mga tao talagang lumaki ng may GMRC (Good manners and Right Conduct) kaya hindi sila sanay na may naririnig na mura sa environment niya. Mahirap rin na ang mga ayaw niyang marinig sa environment niya ay sayo pa maririnig, mahirap yan bes. Maganda ka nga, masama naman ang attitude mo, wala din! Kaya try to be a better one ALWAYS.
8. HINDI KA SAPAT!!!!
— ito yung nahanap niya sa Iba yung mga Bagay kung saan ka nagkulang, yung tipong hindi na siya masaya kasi hindi mo maibigay yung gusto o trip niya.

**HOW TO PREVENT YOUR ASS FROM GETTING CHEATED ON**
There are simple steps you can take to prevent getting cheated on. Note while they are “simple” they are not necessarily easy to do.

Look, dating a self-gratifier can be *awesome*, as long as you continue to gratify them. But you need to learn to look past the feel-goods and look at how this person actually lives their life. Are they capable of making sacrifices for those around them? Are they impulsive? Does their life appear to be filled with unnecessary drama? Do they take responsibility for their actions?
The problem with people who base their lives around their own gratification is that they often appear confident to people who are anxious or insecure. I remember when I met my first girlfriend, one of the things I loved about her was that if she wanted something she just went and did it. I was so insecure and inhibited at the time that I thought this was an amazing display of confidence.
What I later found out was that it was actually an amazing display of self-gratification. As soon as she wanted another pair of genitals in her face, well, there they were.
As I described in this article, true sexy confidence only exists when someone is comfortable with *what they don’t have*. True confidence comes from being able to defer and give up one’s own gratification and desires and take the appropriate actions when necessary.
The other issue with people who date self-gratifiers is that they think to themselves, “Well, he’s so loving and happy when he’s with me, why would he ever want to be with somebody else?”
Yeah, it’s because he was dating you for the self-gratification, not the intimacy. So of course he loved being with you, as long as it was on his terms. As soon as you quit providing gratification for him, he went and found somebody else who did.
**STEP 2: ENFORCE HEALTHY BOUNDARIES**
That means standing up for yourself. That means declaring what is and is not acceptable in the relationship both for yourself and your partner. That means sticking by those declarations and following through on them. That means doing pretty much everything explained in this article.
That means you recognize that you are not responsible for your partner’s happiness nor are they responsible for yours. That you do not have a right to demand certain actions from them nor do they have a right to demand certain actions from you.
That means that they are responsible for their own struggles just as you are responsible for yours.
That means that you realize often the most loving and compassionate thing you can do for a loved one is allow them to deal with their struggles themselves.
The point of a relationship is *not* for you to have all of your life’s problems fixed by your partner, nor is it for you to fix all of your partner’s life problems.
The point of a relationship is to have two individuals unconditionally support each other as they deal with *their own* problems together.
**STEP 3: ALWAYS BE WILLING TO LEAVE**
This comes up in a lot of my replies to those emails I get, and it often catches people off guard.
But a relationship is only as strong as each person’s willingness to leave. Note that I didn’t say *desire* to leave, but the *willingness* to leave. Every healthy relationship requires the occasional loving but stern “no.” Otherwise nothing will ever change because there’s no reason for it to change.
A wise friend of mine told me years ago that after two divorces the most important lesson he learned was that “the quickest way to kill a relationship is to take each other for granted.”
A relationship is not an obligation. It is a choice. Made every day. It is a choice that says, “The intimacy we share is better for me than my own self-gratification.” It is a choice that recognizes the short-term costs are worth the long-term benefits. It is a choice to appreciate what brought you two together in the first place. And then to let that keep you there.
And sometimes some people are pretending to be blind because of love, even if they can see that their partner is cheating they keep on insisting their love, they keep on staying even if its not working anymore its sad to say that these people are the new crowned martyrs of all time..

Yeah we can't avoid of being cheated but please do love yourself if this happens to you..let go and move on stop being a martyr..

Fighting for the love that doesn't meant to be
People keep on judging you and me
But we keep going and just don't care
Cause we are fighting Fair and square
Even if our love was wrong I just don't wanted to be right

The world may turn up side down
But I promise you, I will cherish this love we found
Let's keep on going
