Honesty in life A supervisor worked his whole life for a construction company . He was a honest man . He had done his all work with perfection and dedication. But now he is old so he asked his manager that he is going to retire now. But the manager didn't accept his retirement application and asked him to work for another year more. The manager requested him that he wants to build one last nice fine house that he want him to build it. Because the manager will not be there for one year. He also told him to use the best material- money is no consideration. Make it the greatest house they have ever built. Giving these instructions the manager left. The supervisor thought this is his opportunity to make a fortune. So he used the cheapest material inside and made the house look beautiful outside . After a year, the manager returned. He inspected the house and asked the supervisor what he thinks of the house . The supervisor replied that it was the best house he had ever built. The manager handed over the deed to him and told that it was his parting gift to the supervisor. So, what do you think. The supervisor lead all of his life in the path of honesty but at the last moment he deflected from the path of honesty and in return he lost the reward of his honesty. House🏠 to home❤️ All of us live in a house but not all do have a lovely home. Because everything has a shape but not every shape has a delicate value care and effort. A home is made by a family that has a long relationship and care and love among each other... It is generous love to like eachother , to accept eachother ,to share with eachother and to praise eachother in a family. Such a feeling wipe away the sharp edge of life and fill our mind with endless joy and happiness. A true family is not formed with only flesh and blood. It is far beyond that. It is deep feeling for eachother. It is a place where you can laugh without shyness and you can forget your sorrow and tear in a natural manner. A home is a nursery for the men. A house is built with exterior ornaments to please the eye but inside is a home to live and to delight and happiness. House are hand made but home is made of hearts. A home is a place where you can open your heart, share your sorrow , exchange your smile and release your burden. In home there is a music in every thing , harmony in the beat of every heart. Help post.... Hollo guys. Please help me . For last 3 days I have observed that my points are increasing in a decreasing order. But today it stopped increasing. Today I gained 0 points. Courage take you to the path of success. Courage Courage is the ability to do something that frightens one . This is also called bravery. Courage is very important to do something . We can do nothing without courage. Courage makes the path to success easy. Suppose you have a business idea that may make you millionaire but there is also risk you can lost your money. So there you need courage to put money on the business. Again even for being a good man we need courage. We all have good intentions, but not all of our work follows good intentions. Why is that?? This is because of lack of courage . Due to lack of courage we can not go good deeds even though we have good intentions. Eventually our intention is useless. Here is a story that shows how courage helps to do good deeds and also take us to the path of success. Once there was a clerk . He was requested to sign on a form certifying that the stock tallied with the amount without checking it by his supervisor. But he did not agree to it , because doing so without inspection means accepting responsibility. This angered his dishonest supervisor who was in hurry to get certification so that he could accept the changes of another location. This store clerk was almost ready to sign. But something with him urged him not to sign without inspection because the supervisor had a reputation for being corrupt. Even though he was terrified of what his boss might do, he verified the stock and found that over 50℅ of it was missing. If then he had the feeling of cowardice, he would have signed the paper and got into trouble later. The clerk behaviour was courageous, ethical and also wise. His courage to do the right thing kept him honest and also save him from trouble. Eventually his matter came up before the top management and they rewarded him with a promotion . Women empowerment in Bangladesh. In a country like Bangladesh the traditional role of a woman is to become a mother . At home they do all household works like cooking, washing cleaning , harvesting etc. But in the western and modern countries of Asia women are playing important role in all spheres of life. They are no longer confined to the four walls of house. Women in those countries are no less than men. They are doing jobs in every sector. Pilot , engineering, teacher, administrator , entrepreneur. Women are also seen in leading role of different organizations , companies and even government. However in Bangladesh though women empowerment is not in that level compared to the modern world, but it is incredibly increasing day by day. Increased political empowerment for women, better job prospects, increased opportunities of education shows us the improvement . The adoption of new laws to protect their rights through Bangladesh's policies in the last four decades is also impressive. Still, women in Bangladesh continue to struggle to achieve equal status to men due to societal norms that enforce restrictive gender roles as well as poor implementation of laws that were set to protect women. In the gender equality index Bangladesh has received 129 th rank. In 2015 , the latest census it is seen that the maternal mortality rate was about 176 person per 1,00,000. And women in parliament is about 20.3℅. The prime minister of Bangladesh is also a woman. Female received secondary education is about 45.3 ℅. Undoubtedly Bangladesh has done much in women empowerment in the recent deacades . But still there is a long way to go . We all have to come forward to achieve this goal. 12 Angry Men, an inspiring movie you should watch.. Hello guys... How are you???😊😊😊 Today I am going to talk about another movie. 12 Angry Men. This is a American court room drama flim. This was released on 10 April, 1957. This is a great movie to watch . Despite of some many movies in modern times with much better video and sound quality , movie lovers still recommend this movie . This movie is really inspiring and the drama is really amazing. It is something to watch. This court drama is a story of 12 men as jury in a case of a 18 years old boy accused of killing his father. The 12 men as jury decide on whatever the boy was guilty or not. There was 11 men at first who voted for guilty and only one man voted not guilty. And so the 11 men and the other one tries to convince eachother . And there was a debate . The clash of their personalities is seen in this flim . As they are all from different profession they have their own difference . But they all try to explain the murder in their own way and tries to meet on one decision. At last the one man who was voting for not guilty succeed to convince others to vote not guilty. This story is really interesting and also inspiring. How only one man fight against 11 men and establishes his belief with logic is really amazing. Important of values in our life😊 Values are very important in a man's life. One can not live without character in the society. Values are instinct to our living. They add strength to our character. But some of the modern relative concepts says " Everything is okay . What's right for me may not right for you." But if values are subjective. If they changes from person to person and from situation to situation they are not a values at all. Once there was a young man work as an accountant. He got an offer to do a work in exchange of large amount of money. But the job made him felt uneasy. It was not an illegal job. It strike him as a unethical. He was in a little bit confused. So he took one day time to think before deciding. He came home and discussed it with his mother . He told his mother about the job and it's terms and conditions which took about a few hours. And also included the huge amount of money he will get if he do the job. His mother was not very much literate. After learning everything his mother told him that , "look son, I don't understand any thing of what you just said. All I can say is one thing- that every morning when I came into your room, I find you fast a sleep. I have a very hard time waking you up. I would hate to walk into your room one day and find you awake. The final decision is yours to made." With these word the mother left the room. The young man said to himself I got my answer. Logan Today I am going to talk about a flim named **LOGAN.** Logan is a part of X-men series. So it is considered as a superhero movie. But it is not like traditional superhero movie. It is a action drama genre movie. The action scenes in this flim is so freaking good. And you will also love the drama . The most disappointing fact about this movie is that this is the last movie of Hugh Jackman staring as Logan or wolvarine . It is a story of future where most of the mutants are dead . And mutants are at tge edge of extinction. Wolvarine's regeneration ability has gone and he is dying day by day. The other mutant alive is professor Xavier known as professor x . His mental condition is unstable. Logan is leading a ordinary life as a taxi driver. But suddenly he meet with a little girl name Laura. Laura is pursued by the scientists . So Logan tries to save her from them and take her to a safe place. The advanture of this movie is great . But what I enjoyed most . What took my attention is the action scenes. Its too cool. Love and life...❤️❤️ Did you ever think of what is life. What is the reason of you being living? Why should you keep living. Ultimately we have to die. Why not die now?? Delayed gratification, the key way to success... Hello everyone.😊😊 Today I will talk about a way to success, Delayed gratification. You maybe thinking of what is delayed gratification. Well delayed gratification is describes as the process that the subject undergoes when the subject resists the temptation of an immediate reward in preference for a later reward. That means you have got something lets say money and if you use the whole money in a party you can not make more money with it but if you resist your temptation for party for few days and use the money in a useful so that you get the rewards and then party. That way you can have the party and also keep some money in hand. There is a famous experiment based on the claim. It is known as the marshmallow experiment. I am sharing the experiment with you. The researcher provided each children with a marshmallow and told the child that he was going to leave the room and that if the child did not eat the marshmallow while he was away, then they would be rewarded with a second marshmallow. However, if the child decided to eat the first one before the researcher came back, then they would not get a second marshmallow. So the choice was simple: one treat right now or two treats later. The researcher left the room for 15 minutes. As you can imagine, the footage of the children waiting alone in the room was rather entertaining. Some kids jumped up and ate the first marshmallow as soon as the researcher closed the door. Others wiggled and bounced and scooted in their chairs as they tried to restrain themselves, but eventually gave in to temptation a few minutes later. And finally, a few of the children did manage to wait the entire time. But the experiment is not over yet. The researchers conducted follow up studies and tracked each child's progress in a number of areas for about 40 years. What they found was surprising. The children who were willing to delay gratification and waited to receive the second marshmallow ended up having higher SAT scores, lower levels of substance abuse, lower likelihood of obesity, better responses to stress, better social skills as reported by their parents, and generally better scores in a range of other life measures. The researchers followed each child for more than 40 years and over and over again, the group who waited patiently for the second marshmallow succeed in whatever capacity they were measuring. In other words, this series of experiments proved that the ability to delay gratification was critical for success in life. Before we go further, let's clear one thing up: these studies are just one piece of data, a small insight into the story of success. Human behaviour is a lot more complex than that, so let's not pretend that one choice a four-year-old makes will determine the rest of his or her life. But… The studies above do make one thing clear: if you want to succeed at something, at some point you will need to find the ability to be disciplined and take action instead of becoming distracted and doing what's easy. 5 mental errors that keeps you away from right decision Hello everyone . Today I will talk about the reasons that keep you away from right decision. By reading this you can change your way of thinking . So without any delay lats go to the topic. As a human being we all like to think our self as a rational being. But actually we are irrational , we all make mental errors. Though sometimes we make logical decisions, but there are many times when we make emotional, irrational, and confusing choices. **Survivourship Bias** Survivorship bias refers to our tendency to focus on the winners in a particular area and try to learn from them while completely forgetting about the losers who are employing the same strategy. For example:*“Richard Branson, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg all dropped out of school and became billionaires! You don’t need school to succeed. Entrepreneurs just need to stop wasting time in class and get started.”* It’s entirely possible that Richard Branson succeeded *in spite* of his path and not *because* of it. For every Branson, Gates, and Zuckerberg, there are thousands of other entrepreneurs with failed projects, debt-heavy bank accounts, and half-finished degrees. Survivorship bias isn’t merely saying that a strategy may not work well for you, it’s also saying that we don’t really know if the strategy works well at all. When the winners are remembered and the losers are forgotten it becomes very difficult to say if a particular strategy leads to success. 2.Loss Aversion Loss aversion refers to our tendency to strongly prefer avoiding losses over acquiring gains. Like if someone gives you $10 you will experience a small boost in satisfaction, but if you lose $10 you will experience a dramatically higher loss in satisfaction. Yes, the responses are opposite, but they are not equal in magnitude.  Our tendency to avoid losses causes us to make silly decisions and change our behavior simply to keep the things that we already own. We are wired to feel protective of the things we own and that can lead us to overvalue these items in comparison with the options. 3.The Availability Heuristic. The Availability Heuristic refers to a common mistake that our brains make by assuming that the examples which come to mind easily are also the most important or prevalent things. For example: you will often hear that we are facing the most war and there is more crime then ever before. Most number of rapes are reported in recent times. But it is absolutely wrong. We are living in the most peaceful time . And the reason of thinking like this is because we are living in the best reported time in history. Information on any disaster or crime is more widely available than ever before. A quick search on the Internet will pull up more information about the most recent terrorist attack than any newspaper could have ever delivered 100 years ago. This is availability heuristic. The overall percentage of dangerous events is decreasing, but the likelihood that you hear about one of them (or many of them) is increasing. And because these events are readily available in our mind, our brains assume that they happen with greater frequency than they actually do. 4. Anchoring This is mostly used in comercial adds. For example: most of us have gone to restaurants. Now in a restaurant you go for a burger and see the menu. In the menu they says 6 types of cheese available for each type and your mind was anchored at a much higher number than usual. Most people won't order six types of cheese, but that anchor is enough to move the average up from one slice to two or three pieces of cheese and add a couple extra bucks to each burger. You walk in planning to get a normal meal. You walk out wondering how you paid $14 for a burger. This is called anchoring. 5. Confirmation Bias Confirmation bias refers to our tendency to search for and favor information that confirms our beliefs while simultaneously ignoring or devaluing information that contradicts our beliefs. For example, Person A believes climate change is a serious issue and they only search out and read stories about environmental conservation, climate change, and renewable energy. Sohe continue to believe climate change is true. Meanwhile, Person B does not believe climate change is a serious issue, and they only search out and read stories that discuss how climate change is a myth, why scientists are incorrect, and how we are all being fooled. As a result, Person B continues to confirm and support his current beliefs. Changing your mind is harder than it looks. The more you believe you know something, the more you filter and ignore all information to the contrary. To get rid of it is by formulating a hypothesis and then test various ways to prove it false. But most of the timewe will form one hypothesis, assume it is true, and only seek out and believe information that supports it. Most people don’t want new information, they want validating information. https://jamesclear.com/shoshin Now you may think of how can I get rid of this problems . Climate change and sea animals... Hello everyone. My last article about environmental pollution got much response . So I decided to write another article about climate change. Climate change is wreaking all kinds of havoc on our planet, including altering habitats, threatening the creatures that live in them. And while every organism on Earth will be affected in one way or another, a 2019 study published in the journal Nature found that species that live in the ocean are disappearing twice as fast as those who spend their time on land. That's because they can't adapt to or escape the rising water temperatures effectively. That is an alarming fact for us all. Though there is a little time for the animals habitat on land as they can escape the temperature rising area and go to a less temperature area. Which we call migration. Again some animals can adopt the rising temperatures to a certain level. So they can also survive the global warming. But the problem is with those habitat of ocean . Those animals living underwater can neither escape nor got the time to adopt the temperature . So eventually they are extincting one by one.  This is high time we should put pressure on the governments and world leaders to take effective steps for reducing global warming. `Thanks all for reading. Benjamin Franklin was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. As a scientist, he was a major figure in the American Enlightenment and the history of physics for his discoveries and theories regarding electricity But his childhood was not that easy. That is we can not live without other's help. You can try to but it is too hard for us. So depending on others is our daily life. We can not live on our own. So since we need other's help we have to have a good relation with other . It is very important . Some of us do not understand the importance of having good relationship with others. Having good relation will help you when you are in need . You can have your job done by having good relation with others. Example of good relation is friendship. But not all good relation needs friendship. You can keep good relation by greeting them whenever you see them. You can also help them in their need. Danger does not come everyday, but it may come one day when you are not ready for that. Then your good relation with others may help you to overcome danger. Sometimes you may not like someone.
