The writer commented on my article, “Addressing Pornography and Prostitution Issues” that apparently, I’m a fraud, that’s what he/she said.
The guy points out that I wrote the article the wrong way. “Do you have any idea what a Q-A article should be like? Why won’t you cite your sources? How can you sound like an expert answering some questions like that? How can you appear like a professor of pornography?” - These were the guy’s questions.
Unfortunately, @Pantera removed his comment, and he blocked me, that’s why I can’t show you the exact words he/she posted on the comment section of my article.
(Update: I found out he didn't remove his comment, I just thought he did since he blocked me which made his comment invisible during the time when I wrote this.)
He claimed to have run some of my articles using an anti-plagiarism software and claimed he found some of the words I wrote to be plagiarized. Well, let me tell you this… he’s right… in a way… he is.
Okay, let me admit, I write on other platforms and I reword them, and I post them here. I hope that answers Pantera’s questions and accusations. I write for 3 platforms: Bewiters-an academic-writing site, Yonipp- a content/ebook writing site for Filipinos, and my own website, net-earner.com
I also write for Wattpad, and on an SPG page on Facebook. Of course, those are irrelevant. I’m just telling you about them anyway so you people will know how busy I am as a writer.
I write articles, ebooks, and research papers every day, literally. That should explain why I have a variety of topics that readers might see in my article list. Now, to make it easier for me, I just reword some articles, except for some parts of my own writings which I posted on my own website, and post them here. I wrote them, so I can assure Read.cash that I have the rights to reprint them here, if it's still allowed.
I'm pretty sure Pantera, as well as many writers here, write for other platforms too, and I'm sure a lot of you reword your articles as well if you post them here, or anywhere else, so technically speaking, we're all guilty of the same crime.
Pantera gave me this really hurtful statement, “You won’t make it anywhere as a writer.” That’s pretty heavy, but I have to take it as just constructive criticism. Maybe the guy meant it for good. Maybe he just wants me to get better as a writer, and I have to view that statement in a positive light.
Maybe I won't make it anywhere... except maybe for being an A-level writer in Bewriters, or as a writer with a "Bestseller Badge" in Yonipp, and of course, as a Google Adsense Advertiser in my own site Being granted with an Adsense Badge is freakingly difficult. It is estimated that around 90% of websites these days get rejected when their owners apply for Google Adsense. Try building a site and apply for one, so you’d know how painstaking the process is.
I don’t mean to brag, but those are achievements I got. Why? Because I work hard, and I can say that I work harder than most writers here.
That’s the reason Mr. Pantera, that’s the reason why I’m able to write about a lot of topics. Though if you ask me, I can’t say I’m an expert with all those topics… and I can’t say if the things I wrote were all accurate or expert-level stuff.
I’m a learner, and every day, I still do my best to learn because… I know I still have so much to learn.
To Mr./Ms. Pantera, I hope you can show me some of your credentials and achievements as a great writer. By then perhaps you will be entitled to tell me that "I won't be making it anywhere."
I also hope that I can get to check out your other works outside of Read.cash so I can get to see that you are indeed a great writer. In that case, I will just concede and take heed to your advice instead. Who knows?
Maybe you can end up as my mentor, or maybe we can be the best of friends… if you’d allow it. I'm still open to this possibility even though you think of me as:
a scammer who cheats his way
someone who steals the writings of others
a pathetic joke
someone who's not worthy of your time
someone who won't make it anywhere in life
someone who lies and paints my own picture regarding our argument (What picture is that exactly? You called me a lot of things, which part did I lie ?)
You mentioned these things in the comment section though I'm doing my best not to throw any negative or insulting words at you. You asked me "what's really my plan here." Now let me ask, what's yours?
I just learned recently that you blocked a lot of Filipino writers, why would you do that?
To anyone who thinks that my article about Pornography and Prostitution isn’t worthy to be here and isn’t worthy of the tips it’s getting, then please, feel free to report it. Or how about reporting all of my articles here in Read.cash if they’re offensive, plagiarized, or in any way not helpful?
I’m having a great time as a writer here and until you guys will tell me to stop, or until Read.cash ousts me for being a fraud or a thief, then I’m still continuing.
It’s been a great 8 months for me here, and it’s been a truly fantastic adventure.
Should I quit or go on?
Thanks for reading.
Excelsior!

I just checked your article. What I do see is that they are almost generic answers, as if they were created by artificial intelligence. Most of them start with the same words, which is fine if it's a written exam, but I personally don't like it.
It also depends on who your writings are aimed at. At least, my way of writing in Read is fresh. I try to reach all kinds of readers by giving my opinion on topics that generate controversy, in order to healthily debate different points of view.
I also seek to be an agent of change, so I try to make my texts always have a message.
I don't know what public your writings are aimed at, I would have to read other of your posts to know how your content is in general.
I guess that's what Pantera was referring to. To the form of writing.
In addition, it is a very delicate and extensive topic. That requires tact, as well as seeking to contribute something to humanity to send a message that helps. Because we are currently poorly in many ways.
With regard to this article, notice that you mentioned "self-plagiarism". I don't know if you do or not. I don't worry about seeing who commits plagiarism or self-plagiarism. What I know is that on platforms like Read, Blurt, Hive, and blogs in general, they are frowned upon practices.
According to what I've been researching, authors who plagiarize their own content are considered uncreative. I have no problem with that, it's your content, you should be able to do whatever you want with it. But, it is something that the algorithms of the platforms, and even the users, take into account.
Here I leave you an article that I created some time ago about self-plagiarism:
