Do you believe in the existence of the perfect woman? Each of us has a different definition of perfect. A handful thinks this word is derived perfectly, which means "complete." Perfect is defined as something that is without deficiency or defect and therefore exactly suited to its purpose. Yes, a perfect woman does exist. She's the woman who doesn't have to worry about her weight or her hair or whether she's wearing the right clothes at the right time. She doesn't care if she doesn't have the latest fashions and she doesn't care if she doesn't know how to do the things that everyone else knows how to do. She's not afraid of being herself, which means she's not afraid of being different from everyone else—and that's something we can all learn from! The first thing to know is that there are no perfect women. No one can be perfect, because no one is capable of being perfect. If you think you have found a woman who is perfect, you haven't. But... if a woman looks like she's got it all together, that means she's probably not doing enough for herself in terms of her body and her mind. But maybe she just hasn't had the opportunity to open up yet and share what she knows with the world. I don't mean to sound like some kind of feminist, but I have to say, I think it's important for women to be held accountable for their actions. The way I see it, when a woman does something wrong and gets punished for it, she deserves it. And if she doesn't deserve it? Well, that's her problem. But what about men? Do they deserve the same treatment? I don't think so! Men should be held accountable for their actions just as much as women are. We live in a world where men are given all kinds of advantages over women—and they get away with everything! If you're an average man and your wife asks you to buy her flowers on Valentine's Day because she wants to feel appreciated and loved, do you feel like you should say no because buying flowers is too much work? Or do you go ahead and get her flowers anyway because that's what husbands do? And then there are the times when men get away with murder and nobody talks about them doing anything wrong at all! You see these things happen all the time: A husband beats his wife up or kills her—nobody says anything about that happening! A guy rapes someone-Yes, but she's probably not you. You are a very good person. You have so much love and kindness in your heart, and there's nothing you wouldn't do for the people you care about. You're a good listener always willing to help others out—even when it's not convenient for you. You're not afraid of being vulnerable or showing how much you care about someone else by sharing your struggles with them. However… You may be thinking: "I think I'm perfect! I'm not like any of those other people." But that isn't true! You are amazing just as you are. You don't need to change anything about yourself so that your friends or family will love you more (or even like you at all). We need other people around us because they make us better versions of ourselves, they make us stronger, wiser, and kinder versions of ourselves. And if someone needs help with something, then helping them is what makes them better than they were before-it doesn't matter how well-meaning or helpful that help was; it only matters if someone else benefited from it at all! **There is a theory that to look perfect, any woman must have it all together. But no one can be perfect, so how is it possible? If you think you have found a woman who is perfect, you haven’t.** Realize that the perfect woman doesn't exist and that it's your own "perfect woman" who is of the highest importance. Endeavor to be that perfect woman for yourself, with all your quirks, imperfections, and faults. Yes, you. Stop worrying about being like everyone else; you are your person. Be happy with yourself and understand how much you mean to someone else—that's what matters in the end. ****Lead Image by*** ***dimagio*** ***from*** ***Pixabay***  https://pixabay.com/users/dimagio-2871594/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=1508899 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=1508899 ***Guys, thanks for reading!***

"Steal Like AN Artist" Book Review **When I got the book "Steal Like an Artist", I was super excited. I was so excited to read and even more excited to discover how it would impact the way I do my work.** It was one of those books that were described as being perfect for me, and it fit the bill. It's a book about how to find your path in life, but it's also a book about how to steal from other people to get there. It's funny, and it's serious, and it's inspiring. The first thing that struck me about this book is that its author makes no bones about what he's doing—he doesn't pretend to be any different than she is. He just wants to help people, and he wants to tell them how they can do the same thing he does—which is stolen like an artist. But stealing is more than just taking something without asking permission; it also means finding inspiration in other people's work and using their ideas to make something new. We all know that there are tons of amazing artists out there who have created masterpieces by stealing from each other or nature (or both), but we don't always think about how much we could learn from copying someone else's creative process instead of trying something new ourselves. **“If you steal from an author, it's plagiarism; If you steal from many, it is research.” —Wilson Mizner** The author does a great job of explaining exactly why "Steal Like an Artist" is the perfect book for the artist or anyone who wants to be more creative. The author, explains how he listens to his inner voice and doesn't let the rules and societal expectations stop him from doing what makes him feel powerful. He doesn't care if other people think his style is weird or different—he just sees it as a way to show that he has freedom of expression and can create whatever he wants, regardless of what other people think. **Austin Kleon gives a very creative way to create some new ideas in this book-** **1. Garbage In, Garbage Out.** **2. Copy Your Idol.** **3. School Yourself - Two more things are added here-** **a. Google Everything.** **b. Always be reading.** **4. Notebook.** Kleon shows us that being an artist doesn't have to mean sitting around all day painting and drawing; you can be an artist by doing things that make you feel free, like writing poetry or making music! The book also gives us tips on how to get started with creativity, such as "never stop sketching," "only write when you're inspired," and "find a place where no one will judge you." **The book, Steal Like an Artist: 10 Things Nobody Told You About Being Creative, by Austin Kleon, is a perfect read for the creative person in your life.** The author's writing style is very engaging, and he makes each of his points clear and easy to understand. He uses examples from his own life and works to illustrate his points. *****The book is broken down into 10 chapters: -***** *****Rules to "Steal like an Artist"-***** **"Be Your First Customer," "Put Your Ideas on Paper," "Learn from Others," "Don't Quit When It Gets Harder," "Sell What You Know," "Use Free Time for Inspiration," "Make Things Up as You Go," "Build a Community Around Your Work," and "Do Something Ridiculous."** Each chapter has its theme, but many sub-themes within each chapter tie together perfectly with the overarching theme of creativity. This book will inspire you to be more creative in your own life—or at least make you think twice about how you approach things when they become difficult or uncomfortable. **"Steal like an artist" by Austin Kleon** is a fantastic book about creativity. It's full of ideas and inspiration, but it's also a reminder that all of us are creative, and we should be doing what makes us happy. I love this book because it's so relatable and easy to read—**I think everyone should read it!** *****Thanks for reading!***** *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like it if you enjoyed this article!*****

Don't worry just be caring....! Worrying is a waste of time. It's not going to change your life, and it's not going to make you any happier. It might feel good for a few minutes, but then you'll be left feeling empty and unfulfilled. ***Image by*** *****巻(Maki)***** ***from*** *****Pixabay***** ***.*** https://pixabay.com/users/ijmaki-1797813/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=1206509 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=1206509 What if instead of worrying about what might happen? We can focus on being more caring. What if we spent our time being kinder to ourselves, our friends and family, and even to strangers? What if we made an effort to help others whenever possible? How would that change your day-to-day experiences? Would it be more pleasant or less pleasant? Would it make you feel better about yourself or worse about yourself? The truth is, worrying doesn't solve anything. It just leaves us feeling frustrated and helpless in the face of life's problems. The best way to handle things is not by overthinking them—it's by doing something to actively improve the situation in question. That way you're not just sitting around waiting for something bad to happen; instead, you're actively making things better in some way every day! We're often told that "worrying is for wimps." We're supposed to be tough, and if we can't handle the pressure of life, then we should just get over it. But what if I told you that worrying was keeping you from being a better person? when you worry about something, it means that your mind has taken on the situation as its own. As a result, your brain is now focused on solving the problem—which means that it's not doing anything else. So instead of spending time thinking up new ways to improve your life or making decisions based on what's best for yourself and others, you're constantly thinking about one thing: how things could go wrong. And here's the kicker: when we focus too much on what could go wrong (and especially if it does), we become less compassionate people. In other words, when we worry about problems in our lives and try to find solutions for them all at once instead of tackling each problem one at a time—we lose sight of joy and happiness altogether! We have all been through a time in our lives when we were worried, scared, and even desperate. We were worried about getting a job, how to pay the rent, or even how to feed ourselves. This is normal—but it is also something that we can change. There are things that we can do to help us relax and live a happier life. If you are having trouble with this, then I want to help! First of all, I want to tell you that there is nothing wrong with being worried. It's just part of being human. We all have worries and they don't always disappear after a few weeks or months. But sometimes they do—and when they do, it's because we've done something about them! **So what can we do if we want to stop worrying?** Well, first of all, try not to worry about things that are out of your control! You might think: "Oh no! My boss is going to fire me!" Or: "I'm going to lose my job!" But if you take these things away from the equation then maybe there won't be as much stress on yourself because then it will seem like less important things will happen in your life instead of those two things happening at once! **Another: Are you worried about the future?** Again I just want to tell you that worrying is a waste of time. It's a distraction that prevents us from focusing on what we can do to improve our lives today. It's true: worrying about the future doesn't help us get ahead today. But it does keep us from making progress in the present. So how can we make progress? By focusing on what we can do now to improve ourselves and improve our lives. Stop worrying about what might happen, and start doing things that will make your life better! --=--=--=--=-- *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like it if you enjoyed this article!*****

Don't try to control things that are out of your control. You can't make the weather change just by wishing it were different, and you can't control other people's behavior. That said, don't be naïve about what you can and cannot do: if someone is being rude or inconsiderate towards you, don't get angry at them for being inconsiderate; instead, set up boundaries around how much time together is appropriate before making your departure from their presence.

Why our minds can't forget harmful experiences? *****Today's topic is- Why our minds can't forget harmful experiences?***** Well, you've probably heard the saying "It's not what happens to you in life, but how you respond to it that determines whether you have a happy or unhappy life." And if you look at it like that, then the answer is pretty obvious. The thing is that we are not able to control how we react after experiencing something traumatic. We can only react in the best way possible which mostly involves trying to forget about it and move on with our lives. However, this is not always possible because some people cannot forget the past and this has led them down a path of self-destruction. So if someone has been through something traumatic, then they will probably have nightmares about what happened even though they try to forget about it together. This causes them to have constant flashbacks of their past experiences which often leads them into mental illness such as PTSD or depression." **It's a question that's been bothering us for ages: how come we can't just forget bad things? The answer is simple: our minds are wired to remember.** Our brains are constantly monitoring our environment for danger. If you feel threatened by something, your brain makes sure that it never gets forgotten. When traumatic experiences are not resolved within a person's mind, they can become implicit, or ingrained in their brains through repetition. This can cause repressed feelings to become neurochemically active and generate anxiety. The same happens when we experience something pleasant, like being happy or getting a gift from someone we love. Our brain does this so that we don't get hurt again. It keeps our memories stored in case of danger and for positive experiences so that they won't be forgotten. Our brain is also programmed to forget anything else that doesn't serve our survival needs. When you think about it, it's pretty impressive. Our minds can remember every single experience we've ever had. Every good and bad thing that has happened to us, and even things we haven't experienced yet (like the future). But why? Well, it's all down to the fact that when we forget something, it means that our brain has been able to make a new pathway—a new memory. And once a memory is created, it can be recalled at any time in the future. The more often you recall something, the stronger your memory will become. So if we forget something, then there must have been no pathway made for that experience or memory yet! And this is where it gets interesting: when we remember a harmful experience from our past and then try not to think about it again because we don't want to feel sad or angry about something that happened long ago… well, somehow our minds have found a way around this by creating an entirely new pathway around the memory of what happened for us not to feel sad or upset about anything anymore! And this is why our minds are so good at recollecting everything The experience of trauma is often linked to the brain's inability to forget past negative experiences. The brain's ability to remember events that have occurred in its lifetime is called long-term memory. This type of memory allows us to recall important events from our past and make them part of our current mental state. However, two other types of memories exist—flashback and implicit memory. Flashbacks occur when a person recalls an event from the past that happened at some point in their life. These flashbacks can be very painful for people who have experienced trauma because it brings back all of the emotions associated with the event such as fear, anger, sadness, or anxiety. Implicit memory refers to how we unconsciously pick up on certain things about ourselves through repetition: like learning how to ride a bike by falling off one too many times! Memory is the capacity to process and preserve information over time. This is also true for implicit memory and flashback memory. The brain is an amusing thing. It can help us understand math or help us learn how to ride a bike, but it also can make life hard. *****Thanks for reading!***** *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like it if you enjoyed this article!*****

I forget more things now than before, I seem to be very slow, I don't know if it's due to age or some stress! I don't think thirty-plus is too old but I'm under stress for some time now that's why I can't be regular in anything. Is there anything that can benefit me right now to help me improve my memory or give me some peace of mind? If anyone knows, please let me know! Have a good night everyone..😴..

Do you have the patience to wait for things you desire? Patience is a virtue, but sometimes it can also be a curse. Patience can make you feel like your dreams are out of reach, and that's why we all need a plan to get what we want. Do you have the patience to wait for things you desire? I bet you don't. I've been there. I know it's hard, but you have to be patient. But getting what we want isn't always easy! Sometimes people won't listen or they don't believe in us when we tell them our plans, and other times they just don't have any money or time to invest in us. When this happens, it's important that we remember that patience is only as powerful as our ability to control it—and sometimes that means taking matters into our own hands! So if you're tired of waiting around for someone else to give you what YOU deserve-the love of your life, for example—then read on! I'm going to tell you how I went from being broke and alone all my life to having everything I ever wanted: a friend who supports me unconditionally. I have a question for you: Do you have the patience to wait for things you desire? I'm not talking about waiting for the right job or relationship to come along, but about waiting for the perfect moment. Do you ever get frustrated when something doesn't happen right away? Do you get angry or upset when something isn't given to you immediately? If you don't have the patience to wait for things you desire, you might be sitting on a gold mine. The truth is, patience pays off. It's the only way to get what you want in life. And if you're not patient, then your dream will never come true—or it will take longer than it should. There are two kinds of people: those who believe in the power of patience and those who don't. If you believe in patience, then let's talk about how it can help you get what you want. You know what? You're not a patient person. You're actually kind of a jerk. You don't wait for things, and you don't care if something is going to take longer than expected. And that's fine because… you are impatient, right? I mean, you aren't really patient either, so what gives? Why do you even care if something takes longer than normal? You are the only one who can decide when it is time to stop. If the behavior is still not working, or if you’re still not happy with your results after 2 weeks of effort, then it may be time to take a break from trying. It's important that you don't feel guilty about stopping—you've done all the work! We can get into this more in our next meeting! *****Thanks for reading!***** ****Lead Image by*** *****Gerd Altmann***** ***from*** *****Pixabay*****  https://pixabay.com/users/geralt-9301/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=321499 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=321499 *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like it if you enjoyed this article!*****

The Dangers of Inertness: The Negative Health Effects of a Sedentary Lifestyle We’ve all heard the saying “sitting is the new smoking.” And while it may seem like an exaggeration, there’s a lot of truth to it. A sedentary lifestyle – one that involves little to no physical activity – can have serious negative consequences on our health. Research has shown that it can increase our risk of developing obesity, heart disease, cancer, and other chronic health conditions. It’s important to remember that we don’t have to live a sedentary lifestyle to experience these health risks. In our fast-paced, technologically-driven world, it’s easy to lead a sedentary lifestyle. We can work at desk jobs, take the elevator instead of the stairs, and order food delivery instead of cooking. While these conveniences make our lives easier, they also have negative consequences on our health. A sedentary lifestyle can lead to a host of health problems, including obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and even cancer. Studies have shown that being inactive is as bad for your health as smoking. The good news is that it’s never too late to start being active and improving your health. A sedentary lifestyle is unhealthy for both the body and the mind. One study has shown that they are also at risk of having a lower life expectancy than those who aren't so sedentary. Another point of view is that sitting too much creates feelings of unease, agitation, and impatience. This can lead to inactivity, which again leads to problems with health, such as cancer. A sedentary lifestyle also reduces mental well-being. What's worse? If you have an office job that requires sitting in front of a desk all day, then you are more likely to develop a sedentary lifestyle than those who work outside or have physically demanding jobs. For decades, doctors and scientists have warned us about the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle. Today, we are experiencing an increase in obesity rates, heart disease, and diabetes. These diseases have become nearly impossible to avoid if you're living a sedentary lifestyle. And while some people rely on exercise to offset their physical inactivity, this is not always the answer as some individuals are incapable of exercising due to other conditions or injuries sustained during their lifetime. People should take the necessary precautions to prevent themselves from developing this bad habit and making it a part of their lives. One of the major causes of an inactive lifestyle is the common misunderstanding that physical activity is only needed when it’s necessary. The other is the lack of time to dedicate to a healthy and active lifestyle. Inertness has been correlated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, and other mental health problems. It also has negative impacts on skin health and overall quality of life. Exercise is essential for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. So it’s important to work around this misconception by finding time for exercise in our busy schedules. Like- **- Join a gym** **- Play sports** **- After lunch and dinner you can take a short walk.** Exercise, diet, and cognitive behavioral therapy are also important parts of living an active life. The simplest thing that can be done is to stand up for five minutes every hour which will burn about 200 calories in half an hour. Inertness is a result of living a sedentary lifestyle, which can lead to obesity within a couple of years. There are many benefits to having an active lifestyle and they extend far beyond just your physical health. For one thing, there are many mental health benefits to being more active in general - such as decreased stress. It is no longer an option for people to be physically inactive - it is our obligation as individuals in this society to maintain our physical and mental wellness by breaking our sedentary lifestyle whenever possible. *****Thanks for reading!***** *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like it if you enjoyed this article!*****

Is success measurable only by money? Money is undoubtedly an important factor in determining success. However, what people don't take into account is that other factors also play a role. One such factor is the free time that you get to spend with family and friends. If your success is measured by money alone, then you will have no free time to enjoy life and have rewarding relationships with those who are close to you. Success cannot be simply measured by money or power. You can still be a successful person even if you do not have any of these things but if they are what matters to you the most then chances of being successful are very slim. Success is not always the result of external factors. It could be that in some cases, success is chosen by the individual. Individuals should understand what they are best at and pursue a career that fits their personality. This will help them feel fulfilled and financially stable during their life. We should make sure that we do not compromise our happiness for money. Success is a word that we often associate with money. We work to get more money so that we can be socially successful. Success may not just be about the amount of money you have but also how you spend it on others. It's important to have money to do good for the world. One way is through volunteering and giving back. Many people don't think that success is chosen by money, and some of these people might even think that success has nothing at all to do with it. For example, someone may think that the measure of success is whether or not they are happy with themselves not. Success is a state of mind. People who are happy with what they have will be successful in life. And people who want more will always be unhappy and that’s where the problem begins. **Success comes from intelligence, creativity, ambition, and most importantly luck.** Many factors determine a person's success, but money is not the main part of them. Success is not determined by how much money someone has. There could be more too, such as their interests and how they want to spend their time. If you're talented and you work hard to improve your skills but still not succeeding? It's because you're lacking in other aspects like luck or intelligence for example. We all want to be successful in life, especially financially. We work hard and make big decisions, with the intent of making as much money as possible. But is financial success really what we're going for? No, success cannot be taken away by money. No matter how much money someone might have, they will still feel unfulfilled and unhappy without other aspects of life as well. No matter how high your income is, your life will never be perfect. What matters most is not how much you have but what you do about it. Don't focus on money too much because it can't buy happiness and security - and those are worth more than anything in the world. *****Thanks for reading!***** **Lead Image by** ****mohamed Hassan**** **from** ****Pixabay********.**** https://pixabay.com/users/mohamed_hassan-5229782/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=4492105 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=4492105 *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like it if you enjoyed this article!*****

Today, I and my daughter went for a walk together. There is a new restaurant near the house. I gave my daughter a treat because her exam is next month. So she was also happy and I also reduce some stress. Just returned home and thought I must share it with my friends so I sat down in front of the computer. Good night everyone! sleep very well 😇 #Outing #Eating #Fun.

The problems of Era In the past, human beings were attuned to their natural surroundings and relied on their instincts to survive. Today, however, we live in a very different world. We are disconnected from nature and its rhythms, and we no longer have to rely on our instincts to get by. While this change may seem like progress, it has come at a cost. We have become disconnected from our bodies and our intuition. We no longer trust our instincts, and this has led to a disconnect from our true selves. It's no surprise that we don't trust our instincts anymore, given that it is an age where we are constantly surrounded by stories of cyberattacks and mass shootings. We now live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with information and stimulation. This can be overwhelming and lead to sensory overload. It can also lead us to disconnect from our intuition or “gut feelings”. In the past, humans were more tuned into their surroundings and had to rely on their instincts to survive. Now, modern conveniences have made it so we no longer have to rely on our gut feelings to tell us what to do. We can Google the answer to any question we have, we have GPS to tell us how to get places, and we have a constant stream of entertainment at our fingertips. These days, you can't trust your instincts without being paranoid. We have a constant fear of being hacked or threatened by a shooter just about everywhere these days. This is why we need to remember to take care of ourselves by putting in the effort to find out what makes us feel at peace, like learning more about our true selves. Is there a difference between our true selves and our instinctual selves? The modern world has created an image of perfection that we feel we must live up to, but as humans, this is not possible. Our instincts can help guide us back to the true self that has been lost. In the past few decades, there has been a strong disconnecbetweenom our instincts and what society deems as cool or desirable. This is because the world has been crafted into an image of perfection that most of us will never be able to fulfill to be someone worthwhile. Society imposes its ideas on what it means to be successful, but it’s up to each person whether they choose to follow society’s ideals or not. Many people in society have not fulfilled their full potential. They don't connect with their true selves because they are playing games, on social media, or watching television. The popularization of quick-fix solutions has led to a sense of entitlement which is harmful to human nature. If we do not restructure our thoughts then the cycle will repeat and the apocalypse will be inevitable. ***Lead Image by*** *****Pheladi Shai***** ***from*** *****Pixabay********.*** https://pixabay.com/users/pheladii-21191309/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=7372662 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=7372662 --- --- *****Thanks for reading!***** *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like it if you enjoyed this article!*****

@sj0820

I didn't want to be the last choice, but if I was, I thought that it would take a lot of courage and strength to be someone's last choice. Do you know what would be worse? To not care about being someone's last choice. I don't know if someone can be someone's fast or last choice but I couldn't be. https://read.cash/@sj0820/i-couldnt-be-6b3e4610 You can find many more things in my article. Maybe it can match the life of many! So why delay? Read it now and let me know what you think :

@sj0820

I couldn't be.....!! It is difficult to be someone's best choice. However, it is possible to attract the "in-between" people. I could never be anyone's first or last choice because they will either like me too much and want my constant attention, or they will not care about me at all. I do not want to be in that position where I am seeking others' approval because I am relying on them for validation. Instead, I can choose to be someone's second choice by being a supportive friend and giving them the chance to have their space." **I could never be anyone's first or last choice.** **For I am neither their beginning,- nor end** I don't know what possesses me, but I just can't stop thinking about it. I could never be anyone's first or last choice—never the first person they call when they need something, never the one they tell about their secrets and accomplishments, never the last one to know when a family member is sick. I'm not sure what makes me think this way all the time, but I can't stop thinking about how much it hurts. My new life may not be my first or last choice but it is my chance for a new life. And I refuse to not take the opportunities that are in front of me just because of my past mistakes. Sorry to say my new life is not my married life, it is the beginning of knowing who I am and looking for ways to keep myself well. If anyone is in a relationship where you feel that you are not good enough for your partner. Step one to dealing with this is to figure out why you think you were never their first or last choice. If it was because of something you did, own up and apologize. If it was something they did, then your next step should be talking with them about why they're not interested in you. It's very easy to have a lack of self-esteem. We are all human and are going to have our downfalls at times. We need all the love that we can get and be surrounded by supportive people to help us feel better about ourselves. Many times, we underestimate the power of our potential and abilities. We need to dare to take risks and become bold and more confident. We are all valuable, even if someone doesn't think so. We should never undervalue ourselves or others. If we stop devaluing ourselves, others will stop devaluing themselves too. The insecurities that an individual may have when they feel like they could never be anyone's first or last choice. It can arise from a fear of not feeling loved or valued enough, which is common among many people, but this mentality needs to change for growth and success in life. **You could never be someone's first choice and it'd be terrible if you let that get you down.** ***Lead Image by*** *****Grae Dickason***** ***from*** *****Pixabay*******.** https://pixabay.com/users/graehawk-4550074/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=2666433 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=2666433 ***Thanks for reading!*** *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like it if you enjoyed this article!*****

Do you know what is Agoraphobia? Agoraphobia is a type of specific phobia, which is the fear of crossing bridges, usually due to the fear of heights. It is an anxiety disorder when a person has an excessive and unrealistic fear of open spaces or open, public places. This type of phobia can also be called bridge phobia, and it's different from the fear of heights. The term "bridge" refers to any structure with two supports on either side that crosses over something else. The word agoraphobia is derived from Greek **“agyrós”** meaning “bridge” and **“phóbos”** meaning “fear.” In ancient times, some people thought bridges symbolized death because they crossed over rivers and other natural obstacles. Agoraphobia is also the irrational fear of crossing streets. This is a specific type of phobia called agoraphobia which is a specific type of anxiety disorder. There are two types of agoraphobia: **1-** Agoraphobic avoidance, where the person avoids places or situations where escape might be difficult or embarrassing **2-** Agoraphobic panic attacks are accompanied by intense anxiety. It is a type of social phobia that can be caused by a traumatic event, such as a car accident. Agoraphobia is different from the more common fear of crossing streets, which is called **“pedophobia”**. This is a type of anxiety disorder. A person with this kind of disorder fears crossing over bridges or other structures without support from the ground. Some people with this disorder might also be afraid of tunnels, heights, or enclosed spaces like elevators. This can be a big problem for those individuals and they may want to get help from a professional therapist to find ways to decrease their fear. Agoraphobia is the fear of crossing or standing on bridges or in tunnels. However, this fear may be reinforced by experiences such as a car's suspension being damaged while traveling over a bridge, or by witnessing a tragic accident on a bridge. One famous man who has agoraphobia was George Washington. He refused to cross the Delaware River until it was frozen, which made it safe for his army to cross. This is usually called **“pantophobia” or “angstsprengung”** in German. **Now let's discuss how to get rid of this trauma or this type of phobia:** There are many treatments for agoraphobia that people can try out. One way is to work with a therapist or psychologist who can help you process your feelings and teach you ways to cope with your fear through different exercises, treatments, and therapies. One way to get rid of agoraphobia is through exposure therapy. This therapy can include gradual and controlled exposures to the person’s fear, with their safety constantly being monitored by a trained professional. Another way is through desensitization which gradually weakens the upsetting stimulus (agoraphobic stimulus) to decrease anxiety levels. This therapy can include gradual and controlled exposures to an object, place, or situation that produces fear. The safety of the person will always be monitored by a trained professional. It's hard to get rid of the phobia because it has its roots in some kind of trauma or bad experience, but there are ways to get better. So if you are a victim of such a phobia, now is the time to uproot it and free yourself. -------------------- ***Thanks for reading!*** *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like if you enjoyed this article!*****

I learnt to believe that I am alone are enough. I learnt to stand in my own shoes and wear them without asking for help. I learnt that I should never depend on anyone, because no one is dependable. I learnt that there is not a single person who will be with me during the most trying times of my life. And now I know, it's true. That I can find peace with myself, and fight my battles all by myself. I have learned that being alone can be a good thing and that one can be confident in their solitude. https://read.cash/@sj0820/learn-to-believe-that-you-alone-are-enough-fa8ef7b5 #Poem#Win#Lonliness#Myself.

@sj0820

"Learn to believe that you alone are enough'' When you are alone in a hard time, it's hard to see anything. But the world seems to be much brighter when you are with friends and family. It is said that a man is only as good as his friends. And it's also said that a man with no friends is not much. We are often taught from childhood to have faith in someone or something and be confident in our abilities. But what happens when there's nobody around to help you? What if you're the only person on this earth? What do you do then? The idea of self-reliance is not new to us. It has been said that we can still succeed despite our circumstances if we put in enough effort. We believe that the spirit of capitalism is competition and self-reliance. But what happens when people grow up and realize they have no one to count on? What happens when people find out that their family members haven't been there for them? It is easier said than done, but some people have found a way to make it work. Sometimes even without any help at all, they can get back on their feet again by I am writing about how one has to be self-sufficient because no one can help them during times of trouble. An example **-** There was a man named Loren and he was a very lonely man. He had no friends or family to rely on in times of need. One day, he found himself caught up in a difficult situation and felt helpless. As he walked down the street thinking of all the terrible things that might happen to him, he came across a bench with an old woman sitting on it. He sat next to her and asked her how she managed to stay so positive when life was so hard for her too. **"I learned that I am enough," she said softly and slowly, "and if I can't walk for myself, I'll crawl."** Sometimes the best way to get over a tough situation is to learn to believe that you can handle it on your own. It is important to listen to your voice and not other people because they won't always have the same perspective as you do. We should not be afraid of difficulties on our way and try to find solutions in ourselves. When we learn how to believe in ourselves, we will be much more confident in life situations, no matter how hard they may seem. No matter how bad things may seem, there are always ways we can improve our situation. It is often worth taking a risk and trying something new. It's better to fail than not try at all and stay stuck in the same place for years or decades. We have to keep persevering if we want something great in life, even if it means going through some struggles, like a broken heart or an illness. Who to believe in when there's nobody around to help us except for ourselves? We have to believe in ourselves and know that we are always enough because otherwise, we'll never be able to survive life alone. **If I'm the only one on this earth, I will believe in myself and find my way of becoming happy!** **Image by** ****Mohamed Hassan**** **from** ****Pixabay******.** https://pixabay.com/users/mohamed_hassan-5229782/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=6848950 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=6848950 **Thanks for reading!** ****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like it if you enjoyed this article!****

Ways to stay well in these ongoing turbulent times Living well has always been a difficult task. The current world turmoil is just another layer of complexity to this task. It can be daunting and sometimes hopeless to find ways to cope with the challenges that come with living in this turbulent world. The last few years have been a turbulent time, with things like "fake news" and tweeting hateful statements every day. However, it is important to remember that there are plenty of resources available for individuals who want to find ways to feel better about their lives. It is not always up to the government or leaders, but always up to us as individuals on how we want our future lives to be filled with meaning and happiness. ***1) Stay away from social media as much as possible:*** Society is turning more and more into a digital society. This is because of the rise of social media and the fact that people now have the opportunity to connect with everything around them on their own screens. It’s not hard to see why social media is so popular and addictive, there are new things happening all the time and someone can easily get caught up in it all. Social media has been a vital tool in the past, but its presence is not essential for communication and marketing. Social media has become a crucial channel of communication. People are tempted to be on social media all day long, checking their feeds and expressing themselves. However, using social media for too long can cause depression because it makes people feel frustrated about the way their lives could be if they weren't so hooked up to their phones. This is why we should try to stay away from social media as much as possible. The idea behind staying away from social media is not necessarily about avoiding every form of it, but instead, it's about finding. ***2) Caring for the family:*** What you do for your family is the thing that matters most. As a family man, there are many things that you've got to be concerned about. ***If you're looking after them, they'll look after you.*** ***- John Lennon*** There is no one better than a family member to provide support or even just to lend an ear when someone needs it. Family should be taken care of because they are the people who understand you better, who are there for you even in your darkest hour, who will never judge you, and who will always love you unconditionally. ***3) Financial planning is essential:*** Financial management is the act of planning, managing, and controlling a person’s or organization's money. Financial management involves budgeting and cash flow forecasting, monitoring and control, goal setting, rules and procedures development, and implementation of cost-benefit analysis techniques into day-to-day decision making. It is always best to plan ahead. It is never too late to start a savings account, increase contributions to your retirement account, or start investing in stocks and bonds. For those that have planned ahead, it is a good time to revisit and assess their current financial situation. ***-If you want you can consult with a financial advisor:*** Many people who are nearing retirement have not done enough research on what kind of investments they should be making with their money or how much they should be saving for retirement. The cost of consulting an advisor may seem expensive but if you're in a better position for the future this will be worth it in the long run. ***4) Stay focused on the goal:*** In order to succeed in any job, you need to stay focused on the goal. That is true for sports, business, and life. There's a difference between working hard and working smart. You don’t want to put in more hours if it does not produce better results. So focus on achieving your goals and find out what the dangers of distraction are and master how to deal with them. ***5) Control your anger and take care of your mental health:*** Maintaining a healthy mental state is important for your overall well-being. Too much stress or anger can have a negative impact on your physical and emotional health. So, learn to manage your anger and see what you can do to improve your mental health. It is important that we get the right understanding of our emotions so we are able to handle them accordingly. We should not be ashamed of our feelings, but instead accept and try to understand why they happen, so we know how to deal with them in the future. In order to maintain good mental health, we need a good balance between work and life. This balance will help us maintain a healthy mindset which will provide us with more energy and reduce fatigue levels over time. **The world is a turbulent place right now. With war, famine, and other disasters, it can be hard to live well.** I would recommend making sure you take care of yourself physically by eating right, exercising, and sleeping enough. I also suggest staying on top of the news and being aware of what's going on around you so that you can keep your mental health in check. And lastly, I think it's important to remember that there are good people in this world who will help you when needed. **Don't forget to Subscribe and Like if you enjoyed this article!**

The truth is.....?!! Welcome to the world of truth. It is something you can always count on, especially if it is your truth. And what if you are being lied to? I am glad I am not the only person who has had to deal with all of this! We will take a look at some truths and tolerance levels. **-What is the truth?** **-How do people react to the truth?** **-What are your thoughts on the truth?** **-What would things be like if we embraced the truth?** The truth is often out there and we can't always see it. And when we do, it's usually too late. So how do you make sure that you're really getting the truth? It's not easy to find the truth because most of the time people will tell you what they want to believe or what they want you to believe. But how do you know the difference between a lie and a truth? ***I'll tell you what I know about finding the truth.*** One of the reasons that we can't trust the internet is because there are many different claims to the truth. It's hard to tell what's credible and what isn't, but this article provides ways to find the truth by using Google and other sources. The truth has always been a difficult concept to pin down. For many years, people have debated whether it’s possible for humans to know anything at all with certainty. But a shift seems to have occurred in recent years, with more and more people doubting even their own memories - and more broadly, any belief that anyone really knows anything for certain. People react to the truth in a variety of ways. It could be anything from anger and confusion to relief, but there’s often an initial shock or surprise when the truth is revealed. We see evolution happening in the world and it is scary but very necessary. The truth is an essential key to any democracy and without it, corruption starts to spread. We need to make sure that we are not being fed false information and manipulated by a certain party. We need the truth for this world to be accessible to everyone. A world where the truth is suppressed belongs only to those who have power and control over the people. So if you ask me what my thoughts on the truth are, I think we need it now more than ever, because our society needs transparency in order to thrive into a better future. If we embraced the truth, what would our lives be like? We would have to live in a world where we are open and honest with ourselves. To be an honest person means that you were not afraid of what to say and how to feel. You express emotion without a filter. Honesty is liberating because it relieves us from the fear of rejection or judgment; it gives us the power to live authentically and freely through our words, actions, and thoughts. ***If you would like to hear the truth, ask a child!*** Kids are honest and tell it like it is. They have not been taught to filter their thoughts or emotions, so they tell the whole truth. This is why kids are essential for testing a concept before launching a product. Kids can provide feedback on everything from design and usability to the accuracy of the content. The truth is complicated. It has different effects on different people. The truth can be freeing, but it can also be a source of fear, anger, and disappointment. The truth is ALWAYS the truth, it doesn't change. It just is what it is. What people do with that truth to change something else is up to them. #Lead Image by **Gerd Altmann** from **Pixabay**. https://pixabay.com/users/geralt-9301/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=460872 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=460872 ***Thanks for reading!*** *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like if you enjoyed this article!*****

I am a painter of words and pictures and sounds and stories that are all mine, that don't belong to anyone else but me. I don't want to please anyone else but me anymore because it's my turn now and the only way this works is if it's just for me, if it's just for you too." https://read.cash/@sj0820/just-feed-your-soul-9cb2c090 #Mythoughts #Mypoem

@sj0820

Just feed your soul It is not necessary to please every person with your work, as long as you are satisfied with your work then it should be good enough. Ever since social media became popular, people have felt an urge to present their lives in the most perfect way possible. They feel like they need to always be the winner of everything and be at the top of their game. This can lead to a never-ending cycle of dissatisfaction that can't be fixed by anything except for themselves. We are all different. We love different things and think about life differently. And that is just perfect! There is no need to please everyone just feed your soul with the things that make you happy. No one is going to be the same as you, and we don't have to please anybody but ourselves when it comes to our success and happiness. Some people believe that we have to please everyone. They are wrong. It is impossible to please everyone. There’s always going to be someone who doesn’t like what you do or say no matter how hard you try. And that might make you feel like giving up, but trust me, it’s not worth it. You should never change who you are to please people around you. Instead, figure out what makes your soul happy and do that! Nobody else needs to know about it unless they want to join in the fun too! The biggest problem with people today is that they want others to think they're perfect which can lead them into trying too hard and then turn themselves into a shadow of their former selves. If you're struggling with this I want you to take a deep breath and remember this - now live your You can please yourself, and in the process, you might please someone else. Some people consider this selfish, but in reality, it is selfless because you are giving yourself what you want or what will provide satisfaction and joy to your life. "To be extraordinary... one must be willing to do things that others won't." We live in a world where it is all about fitting into the mold of a certain group or culture. It's not important if it doesn't make you happy because we live in an approval-seeking society that values conformity more than ever before. Many people don't want anyone to think they're different from anyone else so they go out of their way to do anything just so. Self-care is important. Everyone has their own opinion and no one will ever be pleased with anything we do. Even if we please one person, that leaves another person unhappy, and so on. So it is good to please oneself and doesn't need to worry about pleasing everyone else. The world is waiting for you to come and save the day. If you are waiting for permission or wondering if you have the qualifications, this is it. You are in control of your destiny and no one can take that from you. ***There is no need to please everyone just feed your soul!*** Image by **Rosy - The world is worth thousands of pictures** from **Pixabay** https://pixabay.com/users/roszie-6000120/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=7306978 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=7306978 ***Thanks for reading!*** *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like if you enjoyed this article!*****

I didn't like to hear this word if someone came and told me that you have graduated but why are you not working? Or you desperately need a job! Is it really so? I don't think it's a matter of telling anyone, it's purely personal preference. I don't do any job but it's not that I don't do any work. And I am very happy with this work in this situation. So if I am happy then what is the problem with others? why they come to give me free advices and make me feel bad. But the people who gave all those important advices have not done anything in their life that they can proudly tell others. What a advisor!🤪

The Chaos Chaos is a natural part of life. But in human life, chaos can be defined as the unpredictable and uncontrollable events that happen. These events can range from minor inconveniences to major disasters. It is the result of the unpredictability and complexity of human life. It is important to shed light on the origin of the subject that will be so widely discussed. Yes, bringing up the origin of the word "Chaos". The word chaos is derived from the Greek word chaos, meaning "void" or "chasm". It is a term that has been used in many different contexts to describe a state of disorder or unpredictability. Chaos is not just a state of disorder but also a state of potentiality where anything can happen. Chaos is also defined as “a state of utter confusion or disorder”. Chaos theory was developed by Edward Lorenz in 1963 to describe how small changes in initial conditions can lead to large differences in outcomes over time. This theory has been applied to many fields including economics, biology, and meteorology. Chaos in human life can be seen in many different ways. For example, it can be seen in the way that people are living their lives and how they are not able to control their emotions and actions. Chaos can also be seen in how people are not able to predict what will happen next because there are so many variables that come into play when making decisions about their lives. Chaos also causes people to feel unsafe in their own communities because they don't know what will happen next. We face many social, state or economic disasters which cause us short-term or long-term problems. Again, many conflicts are created in personal life. Their adverse effects harm us mentally and physically. It hinders our normal pace of life. Many can overcome this obstacle very quickly and return to a normal life, on the other hand some people make themselves completely chaotic. Chaos affects our personal life as well as our social life very badly. It can cause mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. It can also lead to relationship problems with friends and family members because we are not able to cope with the stress that chaos brings on us. Chaos will be there in our life because it is a part of life but chaos cannot spread so much that it destroys our whole life. So all the chaos in our life should be reined in. We can control the chaos in our life by making a plan and sticking to it. We should also be mindful of what we are doing and why we are doing it. We can build a happy life by being grateful for what we have, being mindful of the present moment, and practicing self-compassion. ***Thanks for reading!*** Image by **Leandro De Carvalho** from **Pixabay**. https://pixabay.com/users/leandrodecarvalho-2623015/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=2708544 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=2708544 *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like if you enjoyed this article!*****

The generation gap is a term that refers to the difference in values, beliefs, and attitudes between people of different generations. The term is often used to describe the differences between people born in different decades. The generation gap has been a topic of discussion for many years. It has been argued that the generation gap is widening and that it will continue to widen as time goes on. My article is discussed in view of this topic. @sj0820

Teenagers and the generation gap The Millennial generation is the largest in history, making up about one quarter of the U.S. population. What is happening? How do we fix this problem in our society? The causes for this gap are a culmination of many factors but are mainly due to the increasing disparity between what a millennial wants to become and what their parents want for them. For example, millennials have developed an aversion to being told what to do or how they should be living their lives, which is not uncommon considering they are under constant pressure to succeed. This leads to conflict within households because as teenagers experience more freedom and independence, parents also want them to take on more responsibility. In order to bridge this gap, it is important to understand why it exists and how we can help teens communicate better with their parents. We need to explore both these topics and follow some tips for improving communication with teenagers. So now the main questions are -👇 Why is there a generation gap? What are the causes of the generation gap? How can you fix this communications problem with teenagers in your life? We've all seen the statistics. Today's teenagers are growing up in a world of technology and online interaction, while their parents are squarely planted in the old-fashioned days of pre-internet life. There is a communication gap between the two generations, one that can't be ignored. One of those causes is that nowadays, some people cannot distinguish between reality and fiction. It is also found that when someone reaches age 55, they have been exposed to less technology than a teenager has. When it comes to social media, adults tend to be more cautious while teenagers are not always aware of the consequences. Here are some ways we can follow to overcome this problem: - Be more mindful when you speak to your teen - Get them involved in family activities - Point out their mistakes in a constructive way instead of dismissing them. - Take more time out of your busy day routine to spend time with them. It goes without saying that with today's advanced technology, the present generation has a much more advanced mindset, but more of them like to experiment with their lives, which do not always yield good results. As a parent, you may have gained a lot of experience along the way in your life, which the current generation will not be able to realize, but even if you are strict with them, it is not possible to convince them because they are very independent. Therefore, it is important to create a friendly relationship with our teens. Many times parent's misunderstanding of their teenage child also creates many problems. The most prominent is how a person communicates. This communication can either be verbal or non-verbal and it will affect the outcome of the interaction. So guys what do you think about this? *****Thanks for reading!***** ****Lead Image by*** *****Mote Oo Education***** ***from*** *****Pixabay*****  https://pixabay.com/users/moteoo-466065/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=3273202 https://pixabay.com//?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=3273202 *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like if you enjoyed this article!*****

The feelings that people have when they lose someone are complex. They may have feelings of loss, sadness, guilt, anger and blame depending on the relationship with the person who died. In part, the way people think and feel about their loss is due to the way they remember their loved one alive or in death. It also depends on how much care was taken by family members to preserve memories after someone dies. Yet death is a harsh reality of our lives that reminds us that after death we can never return to this world and we will never get back those who leave us. https://read.cash/@sj0820/spaces-remain-empty-yet-life-goes-on-11e3cba6

Inflation, rising commodity prices and difficult living standards The cost of living is on the rise. And with inflation rates on the up, people are finding it difficult to live a normal life. What can be done to make sure that they are not spending too much on their day-to-day needs? Inflation: Inflation is the increase in the cost of living and rise in prices. Rising commodity prices: A country's export price index, a measure of international trade, also can reflect this as it measures how much it costs to buy imported goods with its currency. Difficult living: The rising cost of living has made it difficult for many people to live comfortably. The world is witnessing an unprecedented economic turmoil and crises, with inflation, rising commodity prices and difficult living. The result of the above-mentioned factors has led to a decrease in purchasing power and an increase in the cost of living, which has caused people to experience economic difficulties. Today’s world is suffering from higher inflation, rising commodity prices and difficult living. This is due to increasing population, limited resources and a globalization trend of reducing production capacity. The demand for food and water continue to increase in the world as more people become industrialized. The global demand for food and water cannot be met easily as the resources are limited, which will eventually lead to inflation in these areas. So we need to explore what causes inflation nowadays and how it affects us and our future. What Causes Inflation? Inflation can be caused by three main factors: the supply of money in an economy, the balance between supply and demand on goods in an economy, or a change in international trade agreements..... The purchasing power of the dollar has decreased by over 900% in the last 100 years. The same trend is evident in world’s most popular currency - USD. In today's world, inflation, rising commodity prices and difficult living are some of the most hotly discussed issues. When we are dealing with economic analysis and predictions, it is easy to feel lost or confused. Inflation can be a tricky concept to understand, let alone predict its future value with any accuracy. It becomes even more difficult when you take into account other factors like export and imports, trade wars and so on. The current economic situation in the world has made it difficult for people to live. Inflation, commodity price and property prices are escalating day by day, people's living conditions have worsened. The easiest way to get out of this situation is to earn more money but for many people this is not possible, so they have to find other ways. ***Thanks for reading!*** *****Don't forget to Subscribe and Like if you enjoyed this article!*****

Spaces remain empty Yet life goes On ! ***They say time heals all wounds.*** ***But I haven't seen any change.*** ***I still feel that same pain.😢*** ***The pieces of my heart are still missing from the puzzle.*** ***I'm reminded of her every day, even if it's just for a minute or two.*** ***And I can't bring myself to be happy because I can't feel happy without thinking of her.*** I am a mother- I lost my dear mother. I never thought that I would have to face the death of someone so important to me. I still cannot forget the time when she passed away. I felt at that moment that my whole world had gone dark and that I might not live another day without my mother. There is a common saying that people turn to stone when they grieve too much! I was in the same situation at that moment because not a single drop of tear was coming out of my eyes but inside I felt like my chest was bursting due to the pressure and pain, there was an emptiness and a sharp pain in my chest but I couldn't explain it to anyone. I felt like I wanted to cry, if I could cry, maybe I would feel a little less pain inside. As long as my mother's body was in the house, I could not cry even a single bit. I cried a lot after my mother was taken away and I am still crying. For about two years after my mother's death, I was completely disoriented. I had given up hope of my life because I constantly felt that I would die at any moment and I would be able to meet my mother again. I can sleep with my head on my mother's lap. My mother will love me again. My daughter was very young, she was only three and a half years old. I forgot that I am a mother too and I have a little angelic baby girl and she needed me more than anything in the world at that moment but I was so depressed that nothing else in the world could fascinate me. I became very sick because I gained a lot of weight, my skin, hair and everything started to feel strangely awkward. I couldn't recognize myself when I stood in front of the mirror. I didn't like looking at myself in the mirror. I used to think that I will die soon so what is the need to be beautiful or healthy. At that moment, there was no one who could pat my head and pull me closer. One day my daughter became very sick and at that moment I felt that my daughter very lonely just like I felt alone when my mother left and I did not fit to be her mother at all. Because I didn't care for her properly and I didn't give her the love she deserves. ***It was a miracle of Allah that made me think at that moment what kind of mother am I?*** How can I ignore my child's love, how can I forget that I am her mother! I have a lot of responsibility towards my child. My own mother is not alive on earth but there is no guarantee how long I will live. Maybe I can live a hundred years, maybe I can die in a moment! My mother was never irresponsible towards me, never gave me any lack of love, I am the child of that mother, than which way am I walking? At that moment there was nothing but regret. The pain is still there but it does not hurt so much anymore. Life goes on and life must go on for my little daughter who needs me more than anything in this world. ***I pray that Allah will grant my mother the honor of heaven and keep her smiling wherever she is!💖*** Empty spaces in our lives will always be there and they will never, ever go away. They’ll just feel smaller and smaller as the years go by. ---****--- **Credit to both images from Pixabay by 1#** ****Karen Nadine**** **& 2#** ****Stefan Keller**** **.** https://pixabay.com/users/karen_nadine-3347452/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=3332113 https://pixabay.com/users/kellepics-4893063/?utm_source=link-attribution&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=image&utm_content=3097474 ====--- @sj0820

We need to detoxify our body from time to time, and lemon is one of the best natural ingredients that can help us in this. The lemon tea is a good way to detoxify your body. It will help to cleanse your digestive system, detoxify the liver, and increase your energy levels. But if it has too much sugar, then it might be counterproductive. So we should never drink lemon tea with a lot of sugar in it, because then it will have the reverse effects as intended. Some people believe that you can’t get rid of toxins from the body through fruit juices or water, because they don’t contain enough enzymes. As we know that it is important for us to detoxify the body because our organs are continuously exposed to toxins and free radicals throughout the day. Therefore, lemon tea is best for this but without sugar. So I am also trying to have lemon tea in my breakfast menu every day from now on but today I mixed sugarcane molasses with lemon tea,😎 I will definitely avoid them later Insa-allah!
